Sweet Dreams chapter 1 He bit his lips so hard that he broke some the tender flesh. He suddenly snapped out of the daze when he felt the pain of the freshly made wound on his lips. He licked the wound carefully and could taste the traces of his own blood. He couldn't take it anymore. He was just about to go crazy if he kept standing there. He knew he had to leave. But, he his feet wouldn't move. He needed to leave but he honestly didn't want to.
The first time he witnessed his best friend panting and moving back and forward all over the bed feverishly while he slept, Jonghyun was worried that maybe Key was having a nightmare. Then as the Blinger came closer to the bed he came to a full stop when he saw the trace of what seemed to be Key's hard on. He knew that that kind of thing was normal between guys their age. But, what freaked him out was when Key's hand seemed to be moving under the sheets. Jonghyun did his best to look away, but he took another look to make sure Key was asleep. He was just about to walk out the room until he heard it, his name. Key softly spoke his name and Jonghyun thought he was imaginng it. But then he heard it again along with moans. " Jjong, mmmmmm."
And, that was enough to drive Jonghyun mad. Well, it wasn't his full name but it was the nick name Key had for him. He looked at Key with wild eyes. Not knowing what to do, Jonghyun stood there like he had no mind of his own or the will to move. That's how this whole thing started. He had been avoiding Key for the last couple of weeks. He didn't know how to act around the diva of the group. He wasn't grossed out by what he saw that night, he just didn't know how to address it to Key. He didn't know if he should tell Key about it or ask him about it. He didn't know if Key might have a thing for him. Key was his friend and for the first time in years, he felt like they both were keeping a secret. And, now Jonghyun was wintessing the incident again. Key had felt a little down and ignored lately. Every time he would try to talk or hang out with Jonghyun, the vocalist would runaway quickly while making excuses. He had a feeling something was wrong. And, it broke his heart. He has had strong growing feelings toward his friend. And, he started having weird dreams with Jonghyun as the main lead. It all started a few months back while Jonghyun was busy promoting SMB. He didn't see Jonghyun for months and that's when he started missing his hyung dearly. He would look at old photos with the both of them. He read old saved text messages between the both of them. He would find himself singing Jonghyun's part of the songs while he cooked and clean. He missed him like crazy. And, then one day when he saw an interview with Jonghyun on the tv, he noticed how the boy would lick his lips and would smile with his eyes. Key seen Jonghyun do those gestures before but it was different this time. He took mental notes on how many times the boy would lick his lips or wink at the camara. He got pulled into having more than friendly feelings towards his friend. He thought it might had something to do with the fact that he missed him.
Later Key would go on you-tube and look for more videos with his friend and the "extra friendly feeling" he was having turned into a full blown crush. He promised himself that he would spend more time with his Jjong as soon as he returned. Jonghyun wanted to surprise his members by returning the night before his original return, he came hours early, but all the members were asleep. Nobody was awake to greet him. He was really tired after such a long trip, he thought it would be best to just go to sleep. He didn't feel like sleeping by himself so, he made his way to Key's room. As, he walked through the long hallway, he thought to himself how he couldn't wait till he saw Key, even if he was alseep. He really missed his diva. That's when it happened, the first time he saw and heard Key moan his name out in little pants. It happened as soon as He cracked the door open.
And, now about three weeks and a half later, he found himself in the same position he was in the first time he witnessed Key please himself while still asleep. There was no doubt in Jonghyun's mind that Key was having those kinds of dreams and about him! He really did miss him and he was sure Key did too.
For the last few weeks, Key had been feeling down because his Jjong wasn't talking to him and had been avoiding him lately. Jonghyun had felt bad, he knew he was the cause of Key's recent sadness. "How do I fix this?" Jonghyun whispered to himself. Jonghyun made his way under the sheets with Key. Key was so deep in sleep or maybe enjoying his dream too much to notice any movement in the bed. Jonghyun couldn't stop looking at his angel's face. "What am I so worried about? It's just Key." As the words came out of his mouth, Key stirred a little bit in his sleep. Jonghyun had his eyes fixed on Ki-bum's lips. He noticed the hand outline from under the sheets was still down there. "How should I wake you my sleeping beauty?" At that moment Key moved his face closer to Jonghyun. "Jjong," he mumbled in his sleep. His name out of such pretty lips was all it took to set Jonghyun off and he took action. "Then, it should be with a kiss!" With that said, Jonghyun closed the bit of space left between their lips and nibbled on Key's lower lip. Key, shot up from the bed while bumping heads with Jonghyun. "Ouch, What the-" his words were cut off by his dream boy's lips. Key's eyes went wide from shock. He didn't know when Jonghyun got into bed with him. He thought the older boy was avoiding him. He put those thoughts away as Jonghyun pulled Key into his lap. "So, had sweet dreams lately?"
Key's face turned into an unbelievable shade of red. Key looked down to his boxers, he his eyes shot back up to stare into Jonghyun's. He caught on, he realized Jonghyun heard him say his name. Even in his dreams he saw Jonghyun. All his thoughts were related to his older friend.
"Since, when are you too shy to have nothing to say? Shall I help you make your dream become a reality?" Key's only answer was a nod of his head. Jonghyun was sporting a full blown smirk as he rose from the bed and walked to the door.
"In that case I should lock your door." Key knew that whatever was about to happen would change their friendship forever, maybe being more than friends wouldn't be so bad. Key was ready for the next step.
