Not really a chapter if I must say but, here's some of the important parts if this fic 1.) Oikawa is a writer2.) Iwa is a lawyer3.) They are on the process of divorce4.) Their daughter is 9 years old who lives with Oikawa5.) Iwa is currently in a relationship with Shimizu6.) Shimizu knows about the divorce7.) Kuroo is Oikawa's editor8.) IwaOi's daughter's name is Eikyuu (which means eternal/forever) First chapter will be uploaded on December 8 :)

"Mommy!" The little ball of sunshine ran towards his omega mom. The omega stretched his hands and carried the nine-year old alpha in his arms. "You're so big! I-I can't lift you -!" The omega put his daughter on the ground and smiled. Chocolate brown eyes meets bright emerald. "Hey sweetie, you can't be alone here right? Where's Iwa-cha.... your daddy?" "He's in the meat section! Let's go mom!" The omega hesitated, but her daughter dragged him as fast as she can so he ended up facing his soon to be ex husband's back.As if on queue, the spikey-haired man turned around to see a blushing omega that seemed so familiar. "H-Hey.." "H-Hi... She bumped to me at the cereal aisle and dragged me here... I'm sorry..." "N-No... don't be. We live in the same city so it will really be.. you know.. Usual for us to meet." The omega turned to look at the woman beside the spikey-haired man. "I think I saw you somewhere before... hmmmmm" "My name is Shimizu. Shimizu Kiyoko, I'm Karasuno's former manager, if you still remember, Oikawa-san" The girl tucked some of her hair behind her ears. "Oh! I remembered! Nice to finally meet you. And. Please take care of my daughter and Iwaizumi as well" The spikey haired man's eyes widened, not used to hearing his last name in full from the brunette's lips."I-I'll do my best, Oikawa-san""No need to be so formal with me. Call me Tooru" he flashed a smile so wide that only Iwaizumi knows that's fake. "Oh! Sorry but I need to go pay for these and go home already" he knelled in front of his daughter and patted her head. "Baby, please don't give them a hard time, okay? Mom loves you so much and I'll see you on Sunday.""Yes, mom. Will uncle Kuroo join us on Sunday?""Hmmm.. Is that what you want?""Yes! uncle Kuroo is the best uncle ever!""Pffft. You say that to all of your uncles. Now, please excuse me" Oikawa kissed her forehead and waved his hands to the couple before turning his back on them. When he closes the door of his house, in his own comfort zone, he let it all out.He screamed at the top of his lungs and cried, so so much."I-Iwa! Iwa-chan! I-I'm so sorry!" He continued to let his defense broke and he heard that his phone is ringing. He quickly grabbed his phone and saw Tetsu-chan in the caller ID.Without wiping his tears and snot, he answered the phone and immediately blurted... "Hey, Tooru-""Tet-chan! Tet-chan! I saw them! I saw them! I saw his girl! I saw my baby! I- I saw Iwa-chan! I-I""Tooru, calm down..""Tet-chan! It's=It's so ... It hurts!""Tooru, i know. Deep breaths" Oikawa continued to cry silently while leaning his ear on his phone. "Tet-chan...""Yeah?""Why does it hurts so much?"".....""Tell me...""Because you still love him""I-""Don't deny it""....."".........""yeah. I'm still madly in love with him"

Sunday
"Mama!" the little ball of sunshine along with her father and Shimizu arrived at the designated restaurant. It's time for Oikawa to spend time with Eikyuu as Sunday to Tuesdays are for him and Wednesday to Saturday is Iwaizumi's turn. The couple settled and sat across Oikawa ans Eikyuu. "How-How are you, Oikawa-san" the shy lady tucked her hair behind her ear again, Oikawa amused. "Did I tell you to just call me Tooru. I'm fine, I'm finishing a chapter or two this week and I'm finding inspiration with Eikyuu so I'm doing fine-actually. What about you guys? Don't go quiet on me Iwaizumi"Iwaizumi cannot believe that OIkawa is handling this pretty smoothly. He remembered clearly that this same man cried all of his tears while Iwaizumi packs his things."Uh- We're fine too. We just came back from Tokyo. I also won a case""Wow! I'm happy for you, Iwa-chan"All of them heard the familiar nickname bit they all brushed it off."Uncle Kuroo is surely taking his time""Well baby, you know he's quite a busy man" The bell chime announcing that someone entered the restaurant. A panting Kuroo Tetsurou hurriedly sat beside Oikawa and placed a peck on his right cheek. Iwaizumi found himself crumpling his pants as if he's trying to calm himself in punching this man."Hello everyone. So sorry I'm late. Traffic is a fucker""Tetsu-chan! language!" "Hmmm. A nickname.." Iwaizumi said to himself. Just who the hell is this. "Haha, Sorry. Hello, Princess. Glad you're growing up big and strong just like me!" "Just like him? He's not the parent for crying out loud" Iwaizumi thought. "Mister Iwaizumi, no need to release a tensioned scent as I do not have feelings for your daughter. I just admire her dearly.""Oh" Iwaizumi didn't realized that he's way to easy to read. Kuroo stretched his right hand. "Pleased to meet you man, I'm Kuroo Tetsuro""Yeah. I've heard, former captain of Nekoma""Yup! That's me. Great timing actually.""Huh?""I want to ask for your blessing. I want to court Tooru" Kuroo flashed his cheshire grin and Iwaizumi's on his defensive mode. Oikawa spits his tea and covered his mouth immediately.

"I'm not joking, by the way", he winked at Oikawa. The brunette turned tomato while wiping his mouth with his favorite hanky which Iwaizumi noticed quickly. Iwaizumi cleared his throat and faced his daughter who is also stunned with the proclamation. "Sweetie, dad and Kiyoko will be out of the country again for a case. But I'll leave you with your mom and hopes that he won't mess up" "I won't mess up" "That'a what you said few years ago. Anyway, its nice talking to you and nice meeting you, pal!" Iwaizumi extended his right hand and Kuroo nodded instead. "I'll only shake that hand if you let me court Tooru" Iwaizumi quickly grabbed Kiyoko's hand and found their way outside. A frustrated Oikawa grabbed Kuroo's collar. "WHAT THE FUCK, TETSUROU!""Easy, tiger. You're kid is watching""It's okay. But why are you fighting Uncle Tetsu, mom? He likes you and I like playing with him, isn't it nice?" Oikawa kneeled on the side of his princess and kissed the back of her hand. Eyes peeking behid those long lashes, looking at her genuinely. "I don't need another man, or another husband. I just want to be with you. And that's all that matters"

"I'm having mixed feelings about Kuroo-san. Don't you think he's going to be the fall of Oikawa Tooru if.. you know.." Iwaizumi grabbed Kiyoko's hand for reassurance. Kiyoko needs to be reminded that she's special, she's the one for Iwaizumi and he will always let the other feel secured. "Shimizu Kiyoko.." Kiyoko fluttered her eyelashes and staring at his boyfriend's emerald eyes. "What is it, Hajime?" "No need to be jealous. I left Tooru - all of my feelings to be a better man for you. What i cant and did not do with Tooru, I will do it for you. You're my happy place. I want you to remember that" Iwaizumi kissed her right cheek and Kiyoko decided to drop the topic. The topic revolving that she stared long enough between the former lovers and know that she's not the one who's jealous. It was Hajime.

The ringing of his mobile brought his senses back. Shivering with arousal, he managed to not stutter. However, he didn’t see who’s the one calling as his eyes are already clouded with tears. “He... Hello.. uhhh” He shivered when a sign was heard from the other line. “I would like to speak with my daughter. Hope you can give her your mob-” Iwaizumi’s whole body was shocked. Tiny moans are escaping from his former lover. “Pl-Please… please.. Alpha.. Come.. come home... to me..” “Oikawa. I’m sorry. I -” Oikawa can’t control his sobs.. Wishing that he ignored the call or just forward it to his voicemail. “Alpha please.. I’m begging you.. Comeback.. Please..” Loud footsteps and a loud grunt was the next thing that Iwaizumi managed to hear. "Tooru...." “Hello Buddy! This is Tetsu. Just got back from the store.I think Oikawa thought that I’m the one who’s calling. I’m here now and I don’t think that we still need you here. 'y Daughter’s safe and sound with my bestfriend. We’re going to spend Oikawa’s heat and---” Iwaizumi dropped the call and he can’t define the feeling that he is experiencing. With both of his hands on his face. He tries not to imagine how flushed Oikawa’s face was when they are still spending their heats and ruts together. He tries so hard not to get angry, tries so hard to keep his composure and praying to the Gods that he is not jealous.Or maybe.. he really is.

Kuroo said in all his naked glory. Too tired to even move a single finger or a single strand on his hair, while Oikawa shows no signs of being tired.Oikawa's moved to strangle the broad back of Kuroo Tetsurou and began to kiss a trail in his spine. "(sigh) Y'know Tooru, I know that you're going to forget this when your heat is over..." he moved so Oikawa is now strangling his hip, crotch lined up together. While Oikawa is showering pepper kisses to Kuroo's torso, A callous hand was placed on the brunette's back and bent him down so the raven can suck the milky white skin on Oikawa's throat. Just below his ear and just close enough to the gland that needs to be bitten.Oikawa mewled with the sensation. He knows. He knows that this person, even in his heated-state... this person is not enough, this is not his alpha. But this person under him, this very person that picked him up, is really, really trying his best.Even in his heated state he wanted this man to be his - to be the right alpha that will take care of him.This man can even treat him better than his ex.His ex that he wanted to forget.His ex that is named Iwaizumi Hajime.
