Jaune thought his life couldn’t get any worse.
He had come from an ancient lineage of heroes and warriors in Remnant. Many tales had told the legendary deeds of his ancestors and his parent had taken it upon themselves to retell them to their kids for bedtime stories. His obsession and dream of becoming a hero was (probably) their fault. Although his family was nothing more than humble country folks who preferred to live peacefully and in anonymity, his desire to revive the legacy of their family had always been strong.
But they aren't rich by any means, just well-off enough that none
of them
had ever gone hungry. They can't send him to a combat school as there's none nearby and they can't afford nor are they willing to send their only son alone to the closest one in Patch, which is quite far from their town. So Jaune Arc had to go to a normal school for civilians that offers absolutely no combat classes, which meant he had to train by himself just swinging his family's old sword at a dummy over and over again.
His family probably thought he'd outgrown his childish dream of becoming a huntsman and a hero like their great, great grandfather, but he never did. He saved up money from his allowance and part-time he'd done in the hope that maybe he could transfer to a combat school, only for his dream to be dashed when he realized combat schools have age restrictions.
So, he used the money to forge a transcript instead. He did not expect it to work, but it did so here he was. Hanging out with his team, sometimes with their neighbouring team RWBY, training with THE Pyrrha Nikos, getting into trouble, getting whipped by Goodwitch--
Wait, that last one didn't sound right.
Then it happened.
A flash of light in the middle of their room surprised everyone, and before anyone could even question anything the light subsided and a young girl stood in its place. She has blond hair with a reddish hue tied into a simple ponytail, and bright green eyes that seem to sparkle. She's wearing a bronze-coloured breastplate, brown skirt, and a pair of bronze-coloured steeled combat boots. Jaune then noticed the silver tiara on her forehead with a bright, emerald gem in the middle.
There's a silence.
“So…" Lie Ren, the silent one in their group, was the first one to snap out of the weirdness that had happened. "Who are you?"
The girl blinks, her gaze goes around the room as if scanning them. Then she put her hands on her waist and smirked, “I’m Helena!” The girl declared proudly, “Helena Arc!”
Another silence.
All eyes went to Jaune, who quickly shook his head to signal that he didn't know who she was. Then their eyes went back to the still-smirking girl.
“Perhaps you can… elaborate?”
“Of course!" Helena looked even prouder than before, "My name is Helena Arc! I am the proud daughter of Jaune Arc and Pyrrha Arc! I came from the future to ensure that my parent will end up together!” She declared.
It took several seconds before the outrageous claim sank in.
“WHAAAATTTTTT?!?!?!”
Jaune and Pyrrha screamed, their face blushing red with mixed emotions. Nora tilted her head, not really, REALLY, interested and invested. Ren, being Ren, is calmly processing the revelation from the alleged future daughter.
“Can you… Prove your claim?” While it WAS weird that a girl appeared in their room from a portal of light, he wouldn't take the statement of the random girl at face value. She could be a scammer for all he knows, with the inconsistency and variety of semblance these days one can never know. “That you’re Jaune and Pyrrha’s daughter? And from the future?”
“Of course Uncle Ren!” Ren twitches at that word, already feeling old. Helena reached toward her neck and slowly pulled out a golden necklace with rough-cut green crystal, “Here! It’s mom’s necklace!”
Pyrrha gasped, "That's..." She darts toward her nightstand and opens it, rummaging a bit before pulling out an identical necklace. "My mother's..." She slowly walks toward the girl and inspects her proof. She compared them, from the faded gold to the rough-cut gemstone, everything was the same.
“You said it was given to all Nikos daughters.” Helena smiled fondly at ‘mother’, “You got it from grandma, who got it from her mother.”
The champion stared at the girl, who returned her gaze. There's something in her eyes that stirs her motherly instinct. "... Come here." She hugs the younger girl, feeling her flinching. Her guts are screaming at her that she is not lying, and even if she is she doesn't care.
Helena went still for a moment before she returned the hug. "... Mom..." She began to sob.
“Awwwww…” Nora too began to sob, wiping her tears with a handkerchief she got from somewhere, “It’s like watching a baby sloth reuniting with her mommy sloth!”
Ren still
has some doubt
, but he puts it at the back of his mind for now. He turns his gaze toward their team leader, the third elephant in the room. "You okay Jaune?"
“I uh… No… But… Uhm…” Jaune brain was rebooting itself over and over again, not knowing what to think or feel. Of all the crazy things that could happen, a daughter from the future? That's way over the top, and with Pyrrha of all people too!
Finally, Pyrrha and Helena let go of each other, and the latter turns to her ‘father’, “Dad!” She practically crashed herself into Jaune like a rocket and hugged him. “Now that we’re reunited! We should be family again!”
That seemed to snap Jaune out of it, and the blond returned the alleged daughter from the future gaze. He then turn toward his supposed wife in the future, who looked away with a bright blush on her face. Honestly, he didn't know what to do. Should he accept? Should they have a wedding right now? OH, BROTHERS WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO TELL HIS PARENT?!
A loud banging on the door snap crash the moment.
“JAUNE ARC! GET YOUR BUTT OUT HERE RIGHT NOW OR I’LL KIL-OUCH! What was that for?!”
Hearing the familiar blond brawler of team RWBY, Nora quickly skips along to the door, ignoring Ren’s cry of ‘wait’ and opens the door.
“Hey, guys~!” She grins at their neighbour. “You won’t believe what happen-“ She had a crashing stop, her eyes widened.
It was then that Yang pushed herself into JNPR’s room, grabbed ahold of Jaune's shirt and pulled him up by the scurf of his neck, “Jaune! You better have a good explanation or I will MURDER YOU!” She is practically manhandling him. The fact that her eyes started to glow red meant that she was serious and he was in deep, deep trouble.
“Y-Yang?!” Jaune began to panic and tried to free himself from Yang’s grasp but to no avail. “W-What’s going on?! What did I do?!”
“
MURDEEERRRR
!”
Okay, now he is terrified.
“No Auntie Yang! Please don’t harm my dad! I will disappear if you kill him!”
It was then that Jaune, Ren, Pyrrha, and Helena saw what made Nora pause mid-sentence.
It was Ruby--no, a miniature of her, but with short blond hair with a darkish hue. One of her eyes is a familiar silver, like Ruby's, with the other
one
dark blue. She's the same combat dress as the red reaper does, but instead of wearing a red hood hers is dark yellow.
She ran up to the seething blond girl who could beat Jaune up to kingdom come, “Auntie Yang, please don’t harm my Daddy!” Her eyes turn wet with tears as she stares at her ‘auntie’, “He… He didn’t do anything wrong!” Her voice was so full of sadness like a kitten or puppy that even Jaune wanted to comfort her.
Such a fearsome power.
Yang, the target of such terrifying cute power, could only look away and slowly let Jaune go. Her rage too was gone as her eyes returned to their original colour. The blond male couldn't even think of what to say before ANOTHER young girl crashed herself into him. "OOF!" He fell to the ground.
"Daddy!" The girl snuggles into Jaune, "I found you! It's me, your precious Lily! The love of your life? The honey huntress princess?" She then turns to look into his eyes and never has Jaune seen such a level of affection
being
shown in someone's gaze. But he better address ANOTHER elephant in the room.
"Daddy?!" Jaune asked in horror and confusion, "W-What's going on?!" He looked at team RWBY who now had entered their team room in their entirety. Yang's glaring at him, Blake and Weiss are giving the scene a weird look, and Ruby... Ruby is looking away with a bright red blush, suddenly finding the corner of their room very interesting. "Uh... Someone? Anyone?"
"W-Who are you?!" It was Helena who broke the silence. "I'M his daughter! Helena Arc! Scion of Jaune and Pyrrha Arc!"
The Yellow Riding Hood suddenly realized that there is another young girl in the room. "Huh?! No way, I'm his daughter! Liliweiss Arc, the daughter of Jaune and Ruby Arc! But you can call me Lily."
"Ah." Ren, who had been observing, instantly connected the dot. There's another one. "Are you from the future too?"
"Yes, Uncle Ren!" Lily beamed at him, "I come from the future to make sure daddy and mommy end up together so I can be born!"
"NO!" Helena cuts in, "That's MY mission! Father will marry my mother!"
"Hah! Not a chance!"
Helena and Lily glare at one another, neither willing to give ground.
Jaune Arc is having a meltdown as his mind goes into over-overdrive. First, his (alleged) daughter with Pyrrha came from the future
, and now
another one with Ruby also appeared, both wanting him to marry their mother so they could exist.
Not knowing what to do, Jaune does the only thing a heroic scion of the Arc family would probably do.
He fainted.
“Father!”
“Daddy!”
XXX
There is an awkward silence in JNPR's room.
Both team RWBY and the conscious team of JNPR gathered around and sat in a circle on the ground while waiting for Jaune to wake up. Ten people
in
their small room, plus one was unconscious on the bed.
Ren, once again, decided to break the silence. "So," He began, "Why did you two decide to... ah, time travel here?" Never had he expected to ask such questions in his life.
"I-"
"Well, I-"
Both girls glare at each other, seated with their (alleged) mother across from one another. Ren already felt a headache coming, so he offered them both to play rock-paper-scissor to see who could go first. It sounds simple and fair, but he didn't expect their competitive side to explode so much after one round of having neither winning. It became so bad that the both of them almost decided to play a game that Nora would later name 'who can kill who first', a horrifyingly grim revelation that the girls would try to kill one another.
He's too young for this shit.
But then he noticed something. As the young girls tried to kill each other and the older ones tried to stop them, his eyes landed on one person who remained silent-
"Ugh..." Jaune let out a groan and slowly woke up, interrupting everyone. "What a weird dream..."
"Well, well, you take your time, sleeping beauty." Weiss glared at the blond while she helped her teammate hold Lily back from attacking Helena.
"Oh, hey Snow Angel." He ignored Weiss cringing hiss at that word. "I swear I had the strangest dream--"
"DADDY!"
"FATHER!"
Two young girls somehow managed to break free from their restraints and charged into Jaune like missiles again.
"THEY'RE REAL!?" Their (alleged) father moaned in despair.
"We were worried when you went unconscious, Father," Helena said, ignoring the fact that her mortal enemy was hugging her father too. "I'm so glad you're okay."
"Yeah, daddy! Don't scare us like that!" Lily joined in, seemingly satisfied with hugging him.
Jaune, not knowing what to do, unconsciously
just
begin patting their heads, like what he did with his younger sisters. It worked like a charm as the girls let out a 'Muuunyaa...' while immersing and enjoying themselves being pampered by their (alleged) father.
"... You sure they aren't yours, Blake?" Yang asked, earning an elbow and a glare from the black hair girl.
Ren, again, noticed the anomaly in the room with his eyes that SOMEHOW no one else had
noticed
. He opens his mouth, only to once again be interrupted.
"WAIT A MINUTE!" Lily suddenly yelled, "D-Did you call her 'snow angel' before?!" She asked while looking at Weiss with a fearful expression. Helena too suddenly jolted up, joining her half-sister in staring at Weiss with a scared expression.
"Huh?" Jaune blink in confusion, "Y-Yes...?"
"Snow Angel... Mommy said back then she was her greatest rival for love. I-It was you, Auntie Weiss?" Lily looked betrayed, "All this time, it was you...?"
Helena, too, was staring at her with a hurtful expression, "My mother said the same... So it was you..." She murmured in pain like someone who had been betrayed.
"HAAAH?!" Weiss looked
absolutely
shocked, "What have your mothers been telling you!? I'll have you know that Jaune Arc and I-"
"-are meant to be together."
"Exactly--Wait, what?!" Wess looked flabbergasted, "Who said that?!"
"I did."
All eyes went to the source of the voice, a pale young girl with long silver hair with a slight blondish hue and wearing a dark blue dress with long grey sleeve, sitting calmly and elegantly near the corner of the room. Her blue, cold eyes are returning the gaze of everyone in the room.
"H-Huh?!" Weiss was taken aback by the sudden appearance of the girl as she was technically sitting exactly behind her all this time. "Who are you!? Where did you come from?!"
"She's been there all this time." Ren FINALLY could told the rest of them what he had noticed, "I think she followed in with team RWBY, it took a while for me to noticed her." Which was quite impressive as he'd been quite alerted ever since Helena appeared.
"My name is Salju Arcschnee, daughter of Jaune and Weiss Arcschnee, the heiress to the Arcschnee Holding, and I, too, had come from the future." Her voice was cold and monotone. She then looked at Jaune and Weiss, "It's a pleasure to meet you, dear future parent of mine."
There was another long silence as everyone was processing this.
"ANOTHER ONE?!" Jaune felt like he'd have a heart attack at this rate. What the hell is he going to tell his parent now?! Should he be happy that he and Weiss could end up together?!
Said Weiss Schnee had turned shellshock at the appearance of her (alleged) daughter from the future.
Nora was the only one having some semblance of enjoyment out of this. "Oh my god, I didn't know you're going to be such a stud, Jaune!"
"Nora, you're not helping."
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Ozpin was having a pretty weird night right now, and coming from him, an immortal stuck to fighting his ex for eternity, it's pretty out there. He took a sip of his coffee from his favourite mug, preparing himself for whatever headache was incoming. "So..." He stared at the source of the evening oddity. "Mind telling me why and how you appeared on my desk?"It was a young girl with long black hair, a pair of heterochromia eyes, yellow on the left and blue on the right, and a pair of cat ears can be seen twitching on top of her head. She's wearing a white button-up shirt, a black ribbon tied around her neck, a black combat skirt, and a pair of black battle boots. She was looking around the room before, but now her eyes are staring back at the headmaster. "Hey, familiar-looking old man! Are we in Beacon? Please tell me we're in Beacon!"The old man ignored the rude remark of the young girl. "Yes, I'm Ozpin, the Headmaster of Beacon Academy. Now, please do answer my question--""YES!!!" The girl stood up on his desk and began doing some sort of awkward celebratory dance, "We're here, Shiro! We've arrived at Beacon!"Ozpin sighed as the paperwork he'd been doing was scattered everywhere. He supposed he could order Glynda to do it later. He cleared his throat. "Excuse me, young miss. I would like to ask you a question, please. Who are you? What are you doing here? And how did you get here?""Hm? I'm Kuro! And Shiro is here too! We're Jaune Arc's daughter from the future!"Ozpin raised an eyebrow at the answer. Kuro? So her name's Kuro, but Shiro? Also, what does she mean by 'from the future'? "I'm sorry, Miss, but I still don't understand." He already felt a headache coming. The girl opens her mouth to answer but she stops. She pouts with her finger on her chin as if pondering about something. "... Shiro wanted to talk to you, Mister Headmaster.""... Shiro?"In a matter of seconds, the girl's hair changed to white and the colour of her eyes seemed to switch, now yellow on the right and blue on the left. The 'feeling' of the girl had also changed, where once Ozpin could feel the innocence just oozing out of the girl, now none of that could be found. The girl then stared at the headmaster, now her eyes held a certain familiar emotion that he'd recognized with one look. It's the same eyes filled with pain that his veteran Huntsmen would have."Hello, Headmaster Ozpin. I apologize for Kuro's unbecoming attitude." The girl hopped off his desk and returned to staring at his eyes. "I am Shiro, we are the daughter of Jaune Arc and Blake Arc, and we had come from the future to have a chance of existing."Ozpin narrowed his eyes. Double personality? But to such an extent? A semblance?"I understand that it might be hard to believe, but we have proof that may change your mind.""And that is...?""Knowledge. We brought knowledge of the future and secrets that you had guarded very closely." Shiro answered. "Headmaster Ozpin--no, Ozma?"Ozpin's eyes widened as he held his cane closer, his body at full attention and ready to respond to any hint of aggression. Yet, there was none. There's not a single sign of bad faith or even deception from the girl. "Who are you?""Again, I'm the future daughter of Jaune Arc and Blake Arc." There was a hint of sadness in her answer. It was very brief but Ozpin caught it. "... The knowledge we brought also included information regarding Salem, or some part of her plants in the future and about... The Colorless King.""... I'm listening."

The cafeteria and kitchen in Beacon Academy remained open 24 hours for its aspiring students. The life of a student in a huntsmen academy can be chaotic, and often they require more calories intact to keep up with their heavy training workload. The evening menu is quite limited, more of a leftover from dinner time for anyone who missed it or those who trained into the night. Of course, they are welcome to cook should they want something fresher, with a variety of raw ingredients (minus alcohol) available to them. The place is empty now except for team RWBY and JNPR plus 3 (alleged) time-travelling young girls eating hot fluffy pancakes."How the hel--Ouch, why you hit me Ruby?""No cursing in front of the kids, Yang!""Tch, okay fine. Heck, then! How the heck are you two so good at making pancakes?" Yang asked the two guys from team JNPR. "Like seriously, our old man made some mean pancakes but these are something else.""Nora." Both boys answered at the same time, with said reason suddenly became smug as hell."Holy shit Nora, you got two harem boys made you pancakes?" Yang asked jokingly, "I'm jealous as hel--heck! Heck!" The blond quickly changed when she noticed Ruby preparing to hit her again.Nora, herself, maintains her smugness while sporting the tallest tower of pancakes compared to all of them. "Of course, that's because I'M the Queen of the castle."Helena pouted, "Aunty Nora please don't take my father away from my mother.""That depends on your mother, girl." Nora said jokingly.Probably.They continue their meals while conversing, a moment of peace after the whole bizarre event. Jaune is sitting in the middle of the pack, flanked by Ruby and Pyrrha at the behest of their (alleged) daughters, who themselves are eating next to them. They are surprisingly calm now and are rather enthusiastic about the fact that their possible daughters from the future are eating next to them. They're pampering the young girls to the point that they'll wipe their mouths in a very motherly way. Weiss was a bit different, seated across the table from Jaune, she was quiet and hadn't touched her meal while her daughter was calmly and elegantly eating with a silver utensil she got from somewhere."... how..."All eyes went to Weiss, who suddenly started speaking. Salju even paused her meal, "Mother, what--""HOW COULD YOU ALL JUST ROLL WITH THIS?!" Weiss snapped. "T-These girls just appeared out of nowhere and claim they're our daughters from the future! How could you... How could you all not be suspicious about all of this?!"Ren raised his hand to calm the girl, "Weiss, we--""And you!" Weiss points her finger at Jaune Arc, standing up and leaning toward the blond with a furious expression. "They claimed they're yours, for all we know you could find all these girls from the street and this is your scheme to bed--"
*SLAP*
Everyone was stunned when Jaune Arc, the cowardly dork slapped THE Weiss Schnee, the girl he was so openly fond of. "I..." Jaune himself seemed shocked at his sudden action, but he pushed on. "I know I'm not the best at this, nor am I good at socializing but... But I would never done such a thing! I'm an Arc, I will never do anything so low!" He felt bitter with his own words. He DID cheat his way inside, but even so, he would never do anything so vile just to get together with girls. But what pushed him to slap her was not because of his pride, no, it was the expression on the young girls. They all looked so hurt to be indirectly called a scammer, a fake, but the one who had looked hurt the most was Salju. The elegant girl's eyes were cold, but he saw it broke for a second, just a second, and he could see the pain in them. All because her own (alleged) mother accused her of faking everything. Before anything else could happen Salju stood up from her seat. "I am sorry, Mother." She looked at the still-shocked Weiss who returned her gaze. "You always told me that a Schnee always apologizes if they ever caused any wrong, and it seems my sudden appearance had caused you great distress. For that, I am sorry." She looked down to the floor, shaking. "But you and Father always told me to hold the truth with every breath, that's why I... I, Salju Arcschnee promised never to lie! No matter what happened! Even if our family company will be destroyed! Even if everyone will hate our family!" It was the first time they'd heard so many emotions from her. "... But I understand. I know this is a lot to take, I will give you some room, mother. Everyone, please excuse me." Salju then sprint away fromt he cafetaria."Salju wait!" Jaune chased after the girl and left the table in silence. He ran through the quiet hallway of the school, barely able to catch up with the younger girl. "How is she... so fast?!" He barely saw her taking the stairs to the roof, where through haggard breath he followed. There, under the starry night sky and the broken moon was Salju Arcschnee, standing alone with her eyes gazing toward the forest. "... You don't need to come after me, father. I am fine.""No..." Jaune gasped, catching for air. "--You're not." He slowly walked closer to her, "I'm sorry about Weiss, she can be difficult--""It's fine, father. I am... prepared for this." Salju cut in, "She told me about her childhood, its challenges and the situation of her family. That's why I had prepared myself to take the brunt of her cynicism." She paused, "But... But it still felt so painful..." Her body began to shake, her voice broken as even under the night sky he could see tears slowly dripping down.Jaune walked toward his (alleged) daughter from the future and hugged her. "It's okay. You're still young, it's okay for you to cry."So she did. She cried and cried, letting out her tears in the warm arms of her (alleged) father. It took a few minutes before she calmed down. "Thank you, Father." She let the warmth of her father envelope her as they both just stared into the distance in silence."You okay now? Wanna go back? I'll make you some hot chocolate." Jaune let go of the girl and gave her some space. "With the whole melted marshmallow and dippable milk cookies."Salju turned and smiled at him. "I'd like that--" Her eyes then went wide, "FATHER--"Before Salju could finish Jaune heard whispering words in his ears. "Found you Papa ~" Before he knew what had happened metal wires seemed to wrap themselves around him. his mouth covered by cloth and he was thrown to the ground, "Aha~ I knew I recognised that aura. Finally... After so long..."Jaune looked at his attacker. She has short blond hair, a black tank top, combat camo pants, and a pair of military boots. Her eyes were lilac-coloured and he could see a deep ugly scar across her face. She... She looked exactly like Yang."Papa..." A sad, loving smile appeared on her face and tears started streaming down, "We can finally--""HALT!" Salju interrupted, "Who are you? How dare you attack my Father." Her tone is hostile. Then her expression turned to one of HATE. She growled and looked toward the white-haired girl. "Who the fuck are you? Leave.""I am Salju Arcschnee, daughter of Jaune and Weiss Arcschnee. Release my Father." Jaune could see Salju's hand going inside her pocket. "Identify yourself."The blond girl snarls, "I don't care who you are. I'm not asking you again, leave. I will kill anyone who wants to take Papa away from me." Both of her hands went inside her pocket.Salju's eyes narrowed. "The professor had warned me about the danger I might encounter... tell me, are you a Masked Fool?""Masked Fool? Do you think I'm part of those anarchists Colorless Children? Fuck you." From each hand, she fished out a small device from her pocket, shaped like a metal ball. "I have enough of you. I've warned you to leave."Salju also took out a metal ball from her pocket. "You're not part of them yet you seek conflict, curious.""That's because I know you're taking my Papa away from me." The blond girl's aura began to flare. "Dimensional pocket--"Salju also flared her aura as she got ready to fight. "Dimensional pocket--"" EMBER MORI! "" Vergissmeinnicht ."With a flash of light, both girls are now armed. On the blond girl's arms were now a pair of dark-coloured gauntlets, and Salju now held what appeared to be a revolver-rapier-gun blade with its hilt curved like a duelling sword."My name is Leone Arc, daughter of Jaune Arc. Anyone who tries to take away my Papa will die by my hands. Etched it to your mind, pest."
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Salju gazed at her foe, eyes and heart steeled. She had no idea how strong her opponent was nor the details of her semblance. Maybe if she knew WHO her parent was then she could make some educated guesses, but right now the best she could do is prepare herself for whatever surprises this Leone girl has up her sleeves. She didn't even have to win this duel since everything was stacked against the blond-haired girl.
They are currently standing on the rooftop of one of the most prominent huntsmen schools in Remnant, filled with hunters in training, school staff, and hardened veteran teachers who would without a doubt investigate the sudden
ruckus
that they would make. Time was always on her side--
Her eyes widened when Leone's fist appeared in front of her face. She didn't even manage to process anything before it hit her square on the face and the sheer force of the impact threw her several meters. She instinctively created a glyph of gold to stop her moment right before she was about to be thrown off the building.
Fast-?!
Before she could even finish her thought and gather her bearing the sole of a combat boot kissed her right on the face and it threw her THROUGH her glyph and into the dark Emerald Forest below.
"HMMMM!" A gag Jaune screamed in panic at the sight.
Leone leapt after her without hesitation and landed next to the impact site. Salju was waiting for her with barely any injuries, already recovered and had assumed a fencing stance. "You inherited the Schnee semblance, huh? You must be Weiss's kid. It'll be easier for me then."
*BANG*
The blond-haired girl didn't flinch and moved her head to evade a dust-filled bullet. From the red colour, she guessed it was a fire dust. "You're gonna need to be faster than that--" Her words stopped in her mouth when a fire dust bullet HIT her on the back and created a huge explosion.
"I don't need to be faster, just smarter." Salju smirk. It was a dust bullet filled with high-grade fire dust, so even with aura it would HURT. "If you are so confident against my glyph then you should be able to foresee me using it to move my bullet."
Now that she had caused an explosion, the staff and teachers would come and investigate.
Leone growled, she looked behind her and barely saw a golden glyph disappearing. "Repelling glyph, huh? Cocking little shit." She stood back up and even after a direct hit she didn't look a bit fazed. "I'm getting serious, so let's see if you can keep it up." She charged at the silver-haired girl with a burst of speed.
In response Salju formed two glyphs between them and as the blond-haired girl easily destroyed one of them with a single hit the Arcshnee fired a shot, a lightning bullet, through the second glyph which hit the blond directly on her chest. The sound of lightning roared into the night and she saw Leone staggered from the hit. But she recovered just as fast and continued her charge.
What a tank! Is she part Goliath?!
Salju was forced into the defensive again, dodging, blocking, and once in a while counter-attacking but any thrust she made was easily blocked by her opponent's dark gauntlet. It was clear to Salju that despite her combat style favoring duels her foe are faster and stronger than her. She can't even stop to think as Leone continues her onslaught.
CQC is her speciality. I need to create distance!
But it was easier said than done. Leone didn't give her enough space to put a glyph between them so Salju had to get creative. She created a repelling glyph behind her, dodged one of Leone's punches and let it hit the glyph behind her and the sudden repulsion staggered her back a bit. She created another one under her
and used it
to propel herself into the air and away from the blond. She fired two more shots at her, water and wind dust bullets, to discourage her from following.
So of course Leone followed after her anyway, using the same repelling glyph to leapt after her, taking TWO direct hits from her shots in the process. Her leaping force was such that two elemental explosions only slowed her down.
"Damn--" Salju thought for a second to fire another shot, but she stopped when she remembered what she put as her fifth bullet. She could try to dodge with her glyphs, but at the speed they were going she doubted she could do it. So in a half-second split decision, she instead reinforced herself and took a hit from Leone who smashed her downward to the ground. The silver-haired girl grunts in pain and summons several glyphs to soften her fall.
"Okay princess, let's get this over with." Leone landed next with no sign of fatigue.
Salju slowly stood up, she looked haggard and very exhausted. "Yeah... Let's." She aimed her weapon and fired.
But not at Leone.
The bullet hit the ground near her and exploded in a large explosion of green, where from the ground sprouted forth huge plants similar to tentacles. "What the fuck?!" Leone was taken off guard as the plant wrapped itself around her.
"Do you like it? It's one of Arcschnee Holding's latest creations; modified plant dust bullet." Unfortunately, as it designed to be used as a weapon for her, it's not commercially successful as the plant would entangle anyone who is not her. "Surrender, now."
"Fuck you!" Leone struggled and broke some of the plants that entangled her only for more to appear. "What the hell is with this plant?!"
"It's designed to keep regrowing if touch by aura, and as long as you're not me then it'll keep entangling you." Of course, the plant would only survive 6-10 minutes before it dies, but she's not telling her that. "So just surrender." Salju tried to smiles smugly despite her fatigue. She leaned at a nearby tree, catching her breath.
"That right? So you're telling me this plant absorbs aura?"
"Yes."
Leone scoffed in amusement. "Okay then. Since it wants aura so much, why don't we give them some?"
"Huh?"
Leone let out a burst of her aura and let the plant absorb it. She smirked, "You want it right? Think you can live with it? Then take it, TAKE IT ALL!"
Salju's eyes widened, "No stop what are you doing?! You'll die!" Leone didn't listen and continued to let the plant syphon her aura. Much to the surprise and horror of Salju, the plant began wilting, getting weaker and weaker until it died, leaving only its empty husk. "What...?"
Leone began walking toward Salju nonchalantly, cracking her neck. "Aura eating plant, huh? I swear you Schnee are devious no matter the timeline." She cracked her knuckles next, smirking triumphantly. "So, ready for a beat down?"
"How...?"
"Huh? Do you want to know? It's simple. It's my semblance." Her smirk turned predatory, "See, I have this nifty semblance called 'Fading Flame' that made my aura poisonous like burning venom." She stared directly at Salju's eyes. "You want to know another cool thing about this semblance? It lets me share my aura with someone else, and all they need to do is stick close to me."
It was then that Salju was hit by a revelation. Leone's preference in CQC and her over-aggressive pursuit of her was to maintain her semblance. She tried to stand up but fell to the ground instead. "Ah..." She could feel her aura--, no, Leone's aura BURNING inside of her. Every movement now felt sluggish and painful.
Leone chuckles, "Finally feeling it huh? Yeah, I heard it's not a nice thing to feel." She continued moving toward Salju, "Now to take care of your pest--"

A giant chunk of ice suddenly hit Leone on the side and threw her a few meters.
"STAY AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER!" Weiss Schnee fired off more ice toward the blond girl, who destroyed each one with her fist.
"Great, another Schnee." Leone prepared to charge but was stopped when she had to dodge a blur of red. "UGH!" The blond blocked an attack from behind by Blake, who was surprised by the blond reaction. "FUCK OFF!" At a surprising speed, Leone strikes Blake across the face and the sheer force throws her several meters away.
Ruby goes around again for a drive-by, firing her weapon at Leone who easily blocks it with her gauntlets.
Then...
"The cavalry's here!" Yang, in all her glory, arrived last with a post and confident grin.
That voice...
Leone turned her head toward the new arrival, her eyes went straight to the boisterous blond of the group.
It's her...
It's her.
It's her.
ItsherItsherItsherItsherItsherItsherItsherItsherItsherItsherItsherItsher-
"XIAO LOOOOONG!"
"Huh?"
Leone let out a bloodcurdling scream and CHARGED toward Yang, ignoring everything else. Her dark gauntlets hummed to life and six 12-inch red blades extended from her hands like claws. Her movement was so fast that Yang could only raise her gauntlet to block the claws. Ember Celica steel met with the red blades.
"Woah!" Yang kicked Leone off when she noticed the blades were superheated and would melt through her weapons if given enough time. "What's your problem?!"
"I'LL KILL YOU, YOU BITCH!" Leone went back to attacking Yang and they exchanged blows. Slash, dodge, parry, dodge, strike. It was a wild dance between CQC specialists.
"Why the fuck do you want to kill me?!"
"YOU LEFT US!" Leone cried out with seething hatred. "Papa and I! YOU LEFT US FOR HER! HE DIED BECAUSE OF YOU!"
"H-Huh!?" Yang was confused, but something about the girl's words struck a cord within her. Her chest is beating hard, and anxiety begins filling in. She started feeling lightheaded and sick. "W-What are you--?!" There was a weakness, momentary hesitation in her.
"
YANG
/SIS!"
The next second was a blur, but when Yang snapped out of it the sight of red blades a few inch away from her face was what greeted her. "Huh...?"
"Miss Xiao Long, NEVER let your guard down in a fight. Do I need to re-train you?"
Glynda Goodwitch along with several teachers and security staff showed themselves. All of them except the security staff are wearing a more casual outfit, probably anything they could take to wear for decency when they were awakened from their sleep by the noises. The blond teacher has her riding crop aim at Leone, using her ability to stop her weapons from moving.
Leone unequipped her weapons and tried to jump Yang but was stopped by Ruby and Blake who tackled her to the ground.
Glynda stared at the scene, with Ruby and Blake holding a screaming girl on the ground, Yang still in shock, and Weiss is holding a young girl on her chest while crying and asking for forgiveness. She sighed, "Why is it always you four...?"

"Man, that was super close. I was about to take the shot."
Quite a distance away, perched on top of a big unassuming tree, are three figures observing the unfolding event.
First is a brown-haired boy with short hair, wearing a white fedora, white button-up shirt and black vest with black pants and combat boots. He's holding and looking down at the sight of a large sniper rifle.
Second is another brown-haired boy but one with bunny ears and a soft, some would say effeminate face. He has long hair, wearing a simple brown sweater, black pants, and combat boots. He's holding a binocular to his eyes.
The third and last one is a black-haired boy with short hair and a burn scar covering almost his entire right face. He's wearing a short-sleeved red robe and a pair of red puffy pants tucked into his combat boots.
The boy with the fedora sighed, "But honestly, that was too close for my liking. We should've taken the shot."
"Maybe." The black-haired boy put down his binocular, "But everything went well in the end. Besides, the Masked Fools might notice us if we start shooting, Bean."
"I guess--HEY don't call me that!"
"What? Your real name?"
"Yes Ash, my real name. I told you to call me Mocha, didn't I? You trying to piss me off or something?"
"Um, guys, please don't fight." The faunus rabbit pleaded.
Ash just waved him off. "It's just friendly banters, V, nothing to worry about." V doesn't look convinced but he seemed willing to moved on. "Anyway, you two noticed something? Like how weird it is that there isn't a single
grimm
here?"
"Y-Yeah, I noticed it too." V responded, "And I can't sense a single one."
"Weird." Mocha let out a humm, "TOO weird. Want to go scout?"
"It's fine, I'll scout the area." Ash volunteered. "You two should
go back
to Beacon and keep an eye there."
"Hey, if you want to go jungling some more be my guess."
"W-Will you be okay by yourself?"
Ash waved V worries, "I'll be fine, wouldn't be my first rodeo alone. You two focus on keeping the school safe. I wouldn't complain if you two go and meet your mothers."
Mocha shook his head, "Maybe later, our dad's gonna have a heart attack if he knew about us after what happened."
Ash faintly smile, "Okay then, stay safe you two." With that, he leapt toward the dark forest, leaving the two boys alone.
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
"I see. It seems you all had quite the evening."Ozpin leaned back on his chair, calmly sipped his hot coffee and stared at team RWBY and JNPR minus Yang and Weiss with a few young girls he'd never seen glomping on the legs of a certain Arc. Glynda is standing beside him with a complex expression, clearly not knowing how to feel right now."I-I know it's hard to believe..." Jaune scratched the back of his head."Oh do not worry, Mr. Arc. I believe you.""Y-You do?""Indeed," Ozpin's face remains neutral at the bewildered expressions of everyone in the room. "Before this debacle, one of your 'future daughters' appeared out of nowhere in this room-one of the most secured places in this school.""ANOTHER ONE?!" Jaune and the future girls screamed out in horror."Yes, she..." The headmaster paused, looking around the room. "... is no longer here, it seems, and I shouldn't be surprised that she prefers to do things on her terms. Regardless, she had given me enough information to grasp the general situation.""W-Wait!" Helena interrupted, "B-But we're not allowed to-"Ozpin raised his hand, "She said that this was approved by the... Professor, was it? A double pinky promise was the code if I'm not mistaken."Helena and Lily looked at each other still unsure but not exactly voicing anything."Professor?" Jaune asked and Ozpin quickly dismissed it."Do not worry about that for now, Mr. Arc. Considering the special circumstances surrounding you right now I've prepared a special room for all of you in the VIP wing.""We have a VIP wing?!" Nora was shocked, "Since when?!" Ren elbowed her for being rude. The headmaster didn't seem bothered by it. "Yes, we housed important guests of the school there. It's right next to the faculty dorm and security station so it's very safe." He paused, "But until everything can be sorted out, Mr. Arc will be staying in a room by himself." He'd expected the complaints from the future children. "All of you will stay next to him so do not worry."That did not satisfy the future children as they each wanted their dad to sleep with each of their mothers, but Ozpin wouldn't budge."One more thing, please try your best to keep everything under wrap from the other students and staff as the last thing we need is more chaos, and with the Vytal Festival coming it could escalate and explode into one that couldn't be controlled. So for now their cover will be that they are part of a young aspiring hunter programs and all of you are assigned as their teachers. Any question?" He waited to see if anyone had anything to say before nodding and continuing. "Good, Glynda will escort you to your new room. We'll help you move your luggage tomorrow."As everyone began moving out of the office Jaune Arc paused and turned toward the headmaster, "Ah, Headmaster, c-can I ask about Leone and Salju...? Are they okay?""Their lives are not being threatened." It was Glynda who responded. "The unconscious one, Salju was it? She's being taken care of by the medical staff in the special infirmary room, and Miss Schnee had insisted on staying with her." The professor paused, "For the other one, the aggressive girl, Leone? We had to put her in the maximum security containment room, but she's fine. Miss Xiao Long insisted on staying with her and had requested multiple times to be allowed to talk to her, but considering the girl became out-of-control whenever she saw Miss Xiao Long we had only allowed her to observe through the camera."Jaune winced when he heard the report, "... Can I-""After you've rested, Mr. Arc." Ozpin interrupted. The Arc scion troubled look remain, but at the insistent of his two future daughters he finally relented and joined his team and friends toward their new rooms, escorted by Glynda of course.Ozpin let out a deep sigh after everyone had left. "... What do you think?"From the open window, a bird flew in and transformed into a rough-looking black hair man. "Are you fucking serious, Ozpin? You called me back for this? Do you believe this future children stuff?""I do.""How-No, why?! Like you would think a scrawny kid like that could take the heart of my niece?! No way!"The headmaster opens his mouth to say 'That's not the point', but thinks better of it and ignores it entirely. "Because of the girl that had confronted me KNEW about me, Qrow. About all of us."THAT got Qrow attention. "... How much does she know?"Ozpin stares directly into Qrow's eyes. "Everything."

"They're on high alert."Among the shadows of the Emerald Forest with a clear view of Beacon are several figures observing the orderly commotion happening around the school. Security staff can be seen moving and patroling around the perimeter in full combat gear. One of the figures, a female with long pink hair in a white tuxedo and a white porcelain rabbit mask, chuckles in amusement. "Looks like it. Oh, how fun it will be! Let's go attack right now!""No, not yet you bloodthirsty gremlin." Another one of the figures is a woman with bronze skin and black hair wearing a tight black skinsuit with a long moving metal tail twice her size. "Dollmaker hasn't finished assimilating the grimm in this forest." Her face's covered with a black metal cat mask."Tch, you're no fun, Heretic." The pink hair turned to the last of the figures. "So... What do you think, oh glorious rust bucket, Lady Penitence? Should we wait?"The last figure is a tall individual wearing a full set of rusted bronze-coloured knight armour with a faded red cloak, "... No. If we wait too long the MARKED ONE might find us first and create annoyances before any of our plans can be set in motion.""Then we attack?!""Beacon power is still intact, and we don't know how many future children had stationed themselves inside the school. A hasty assault could lead to failure."The pink-haired female groaned in annoyance, "Then what do we do? The boredom would kill me at this rate!""YOU will do something, Jester." Penitence answered, "Infiltrate, gather information, and report back.""Ugh! Infiltration's boring!""Aww, what's the matter, little rabbit? Too hard for you?" Heretic grins mockingly.Jester scoff in amusement, "Funny to hear that from you, the weakest, of all people.""What did you say?!""Enough." Penitence interrupted. "Jester, you have your order. Obey.""Tch, fine, fine." Jester began walking toward the school and despite her bright outfit, she seemed to melt into the shadow, disappearing among the trees.

"What a day..." Glynda muttered while walking toward her room after she had escorted her students to their new room. The headache of the information that she'd gotten and expected to believe because Ozpin did have brought her another strong migraine. "Time travelling children... How ridiculous." It didn't take long for her to arrive at her room and walk inside, closing the door behind her."Oh? Welcome back." A beautiful female voice greeted her."Hm, I'm back," Glynda muttered while her mind was still occupied with thoughts of the situation."You look super tired tonight, do you want warm tea or coffee? Or maybe straight to bed?""I need to do some paperwork so coffee will be good-" She stops as her mind FINALLY catches. With a well-trained motion, she grabbed her whip and aimed it at the source of the voice. "WHO ARE YOU?!" She demanded as her aura flared and her semblance prepared to be used anytime."Ah! Please, I mean no harm." It's the words of a beautiful woman with long, flowing blond hair, blue eyes, and a very well-developed body under what appeared to be a black-and-white nun outfit that only made her look lewd, somehow. She raised both of her arms in a motion of surrender.Glynda's mind went into overdrive on what to do right now. Who is she? How did she get in her room? Did her co-workers get drunk and prank her by hiring an escort AGAIN? "I won't ask you again! WHO ARE YOU?""I-It might sound hard to believe but," She hesitated for a bit, "My name is Rapunzel Goodwitch,"Professor Glynda is a smart woman, so it didn't take long for her logic to pin this together with what had happened to a certain Jaune Arc. "No..." She could feel her throat drying up quickly."I'm your daughter from the future-""No... Please...""-with your student, Jaune Arc."Yup, there it is.That night the mighty Glynda Goodwitch fainted.
