D.O & Kim Kindergarten12:45 pm"Appa!" The voice of his little prince sounded as he closed the door to the kindergarten. "W... where's papa?" Chanyeol squealed running to him.Before he could even take his shoes off his arms were full of his adorable little 5-year-old."Chanyeol, baby I thought we agreed on no running indoors!" Minseok said bending down to kiss the boys' forehead noticing the pout as he pulled away. He smiled secretly before kneeling to his princes' height. "Papa has a meeting at the dance studio this afternoon and since the café is closed today I decided to pick you up. That's alright isn't it?" Minseok asked smiling wider when his little princes' smile returned and nodded. "Go get your things and we can go get ice-cream." He whispered into the boys' ear.Standing up straight he watched as Chanyeol quickly walked to his cubby to grab his things. He was about to follow when a voice he hadn't heard in years sounded from the left of him."Minseok? Is that you?" Minseok turned to face the voice and froze. Kai Kim was standing in front of him looking taller, firmer, with no more baby fat around his cheeks."Kai? What're you doing here?" Minseok said as Chanyeol came back with his jacket and backpack on and struggling with his scarf. He only stopped what he was doing when he noticed who his Appa was talking to."Appa, t... that's my big boy teacher! He helps me when I can't r... read and when I can't control my s... stutter. He makes sure the other kids don't laugh!" Chanyeol said grabbing his hand and waving at Jongin. Minseok noticed that he was shyly trying to hide behind his legs with a light pink dusting on his face. He smiled a little before looking back up to Jongin. Before he could say or do anything Jongin kneeled in front of Chanyeol."Yeollie, why don't you go get the picture we drew today in art class. I'm sure your Appa will love to see it." Chanyeol nodded and as he walked towards his classroom, only stopping to call back for his Appa not to leave without him. As if Minseok would go anywhere without his little prince. He only realized he was alone with Jongin when he stood and coughed. "I go by my name now. Kai retired when Kyungsoo and I got married." He said giving Minseok a small smile and Minseok chuckled a little bit when he saw a blush crossing his face. He was a little hurt that he wasn't invited to the wedding, but then again, he was the one that stopped talking to Jongin after what Junmyeon had said."Chanyeol, He's Junmyeon-Hyung's isn't he?" he asked making Minseok freeze all over again and making him lose his smile. Jongin seemed to notice and smiled warmly. "I can see a little bit of both of you in him. The way he laughs and wants to help others is just like you. The way he focuses on his studies before playing reminds me of Jun. Please tell me the truth?""The night before he left for college, we slept together for the first time," Minseok said with a small blush and making sure to keep eye contact with Jongin. "I told him every day until Chanyeol was born that I was pregnant and the only response I ever got was in the beginning when he told me he would pay to abort him." Jongin frowned looking at Minseok and then back towards where Chanyeol had gone. He had noticed Jongin rubbing his stomach but kept quiet because he could tell it was an unconscious movement."He's so sweet, I couldn't imagine having a chance to know Chanyeol." Minseok smiled at Jongin's words and then sighed."My husband adopted Chanyeol when he was two, just a few months away from turning 3. All the legal steps were taken, and Kris loves Chanyeol the way I had always hoped Junmyeon would. Kris is a good dad." Minseok said smiling a little when he saw how innocent Jongin's curiosity was. "Kris has always helped take care of Chanyeol and no matter what Chanyeol will always be his son, I don't think even Junmyeon could change that."Minseok watched as Jongin smiled, nodded towards him and then looked at Chanyeol as he walked back to them carrying a picture."A few days ago," Jongin said smiling as Chanyeol handed the picture to Minseok. "I found out I am 6 weeks pregnant." He continued moving to place his hand back over his stomach. "Kyungsoo and I have been trying for months and the pain from always getting negatives was taking its toll on us. He wanted to give up." Minseok frowned, he never knew Kyungsoo to be a quitter. "When he told me that he didn't want to try anymore I got upset and one thing led to another and I got pregnant. I don't know how to tell him though. I'm afraid that he will think that even though I was only gone a week when we separated that he will think that I cheated. I mean I was already pregnant when I left I just didn't know it yet." He said smiling up at Minseok and suddenly he remembered that Jongin was only 18. Starting a family so young could be difficult. He knows from experience. "I plan on telling him tonight when we go eat with my parents, I know he will be excited and loving. Junmyeon... he told you we wouldn't want anything to do with you or the baby, didn't he? That isn't true you know." Jongin asked kneeling and hugging Chanyeol before standing again. "I was hurt you know. When you suddenly just left.""Jongin, I didn't know what to do. I was heartbroken, pregnant and I was only 15," Minseok said as Chanyeol grabbed his hand. "The man I fell in love with told me to abort the baby without even a second glance. I was going through a lot.""Believe me I know how Junmyeon can be, he only thinks about what is best for him and no one else. You were the closest thing I had to a brother other than Jongdae. When you stopped coming over and Jongdae left without a word a few months later I was hurt." Jongin said moving to give Minseok a tight hug and then pulled away when Chanyeol started pulling on his pants.Jongin smiled and kissed his nephew on the forehead. "Kyungsoo helped me a lot and said that you had a reason and now I know you did. I want to be in your life again. I want to get to know my nephew and for you to be with me during my pregnancy. I want to get to know your husband Minnie. I promise not to tell Junmyeon or my parents about Chanyeol if that's what you wish, but I know they wouldn't tell him about Chanyeol either. We don't talk to him much.""You don't why not?" Minseok asked giving Chanyeol a little pull to get him to stop hiding in shyness."His wife doesn't approve of my relationship with Kyungsoo, and my parents don't approve of her. He only comes over to their house now to leave his children for the weekend, or when he is going on a business trip and when he is picking them up. He doesn't even speak to me unless he needs to. It's just been a long 5 years." If Jongin noticed Minseok tense about hearing about Junmyeon being married to a woman or even freezing about the fact that he has more children, he doesn't comment on it. And for that Minseok is grateful."I will think about it Jongin I promise. I have missed you and your parents." Jongin smiled widened and walked back towards the classroom and Minseok smiled a little at him and his little prince left.As his prince told him about his day, he was thinking it might not be bad for Chanyeol to know more about his family. Especially if Jongin is telling him the truth.Kris, Minseok Jongdae, Yixing and Chanyeols Apartment6 pm"Kris, we need to discuss something about Chanyeols biological family?" Minseok said as he continued to move his food around with his fork."What does b...b... biological mean? Chanyeol asked looking confused as Kris finished cutting up his food."Eat Yeollie let the grown-ups talk," Kris said turning towards his husband and smiling. Minseok frowned."Jongin finally talked to you about wanting to get to know his nephew, didn't he?" Kris asked smiling at Minseoks shocked face."H... how did you know?" "Minseok I've been picking Chanyeol up from school since he started, Jongin just started teaching at the school a few weeks ago. I remember the owner sending out an email saying that his husband will be working there due to him having to go undergo some other business situations. When I first saw him, I recognized him from the scrapbook you started making for Chanyeols 18th birthday.""Why didn't you tell me, Kris?""It wasn't my place, that is why I told you I had a meeting at the dance studio, so you could pick Yeollie up. He had asked me if Chanyeol was biologically mine since he has a Korean name and I don't. I told him the truth and he told me about how happy he was because Junmyeon didn't want to get to know Chanyeol because of how he treats his other children.""Jongin told me that he had gotten married and has more children, but he didn't say much because Chanyeol was there.""Jongin said he got married a year after leaving for college. They got married because she got pregnant and her father told Junmyeon if they got married then he would let him be the CEO of his company after he graduated college. They have a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. I believe they just welcomed their newborn son a few days ago.""He could be there for them, but not Chanyeol. He could marry the woman he knocked up because they promised him something, he has always wanted but he couldn't marry me couldn't even be with me at all. The man he promised he loved more than anything. I never believed he could be so selfish, but I guess I was wrong." Minseok frowned as he watched his little prince chew on his meat and kept thanking the heavens and whatever gods there were that Junmyeon didn't ruin him by staying."Jongin wants to be in Chanyeols life, and I was going to see if his parents wanted to be as well. I just wanted to talk to you about it first since you are Chanyeols father." Minseok said smiling at Chanyeol as he stuffed his mouth with more meat and potatoes. Kris patted Chanyeols head to get him to slow down before smiling back at Minseok."Babe, you're right Chanyeol is my son. Biologically no, but in every other way, he is. I know you're worried about my feelings, I'm okay really. He needs to know his family." Kris said moving to hold Minseoks hand. "And as long as you don't start making decisions with them without my input it's all going to be okay. I promise!" Kris said smiling and kissing his forehead."The only other thing I ask is to make sure that no matter what you will not allow any of them to push my own family and me away from you and Chanyeol." Minseok smiled and nodded at his husband and then turned back to their son. Chanyeol smiled wide when he noticed both looking."Chanyeol how would you like to meet your other grandparents?" Kris asked watching as he carefully placed his cup on the table and helped Chanyeol wipe his chin."Papas mommy and daddy or Appas mommy and daddy?" Chanyeol asked reaching his hands up for Minseok to put him in his lap. Minseok chuckled and moved his prince so he could get some snuggles as they finished eating."No, these are your other grandparents. It's confusing, but it'll all make sense when you're older." Minseok said smiling when he saw their prince pout."Papa said I big boy! I'm a... already grow up!" Minseok smiled up at his husband before kissing Chanyeol on his head. "Yes! You are a big boy, but to understand this you must be even bigger! Tall like Papa and smart like Appa okay!"Chanyeol nodded and stuck another piece of meat in his mouth. Kris and Minseok just laughed.Minseok decided to talk to Jongin in the morning and see if he could get his parents to meet him. He needed to hear them agree to not telling Junmyeon if they wanted to be in his sons' life.He refused to have Chanyeol know what it feels like to not be loved by someone you once thought was your everything.END OF CHAPTER 11. Chanyeol has a stutter, it isn't bad thanks to the therapy he has been getting and with the help of his "boyfriend" Sehun the boy he met in speech class and his best friend. They call each other boyfriends though even to their parents and everyone finds it adorable.2. Jongin and Kyungsoo have been best friends since they were in diapers, they became a couple when Kyungsoo was 14 and Jongin was 13.3. Minseok met Kris at a coffee shop 6 months after Chanyeol was born, he let Kris move in when him a year later and got married 2 weeks after turning 18. Kris adopted Chanyeol soon after thanks to his lawyer and Minseoks family lawyer.4. Minseok graduated at 16, thanks to him being as smart as he was and with the help of Kris. He will graduate from college with 6 degrees thanks to how smart he truly is.

Months after Minseok and Jongins meeting they decided to slowly introduce Chanyeol into his family. Then the following weeks after had been a little stressful, but overall the results were great.Everyone promised not to tell Junmyeon that they were involved with Chanyeol and Minseok. His parents were a little put out because they thought he had the right to know and Minseok had agreed, but after finding out everything that Junmyeon had did and told Minseok during the pregnancy they agreed not to tell him. Then with the news of how Junmyeon really treated his children, Minseok left all the regret of not telling him that he had decided to have Chanyeol.Chanyeol was excited to find out Jongin and Kyungsoo were his uncles. He asked to spend the weekend with them and even though Minseok was a little sad that his prince didn't want to spend the weekend with him he agreed because he couldn't stand to see his boy sad.Kris and he made a schedule that followed Chanyeols school and extra activities he was doing so everyone would be happy. They got him during the week and the first weekend of every month. Jongin and Kyungsoo would get him the Friday and Saturday nights while Junmyeons parents got him Sunday nights and got to have dinner with him every Wednesday for the following week. Minseoks parents would take Chanyeol on the third Friday of every month because that's what they usually did. Even though they wanted him to stay longer Minseoks mother wasn't doing too well and the older Chanyeol got the less they could physically take care of him for the entire weekend. Minseok made sure that Chanyeol and he went to the house every Monday night though so he could see his grandma and grandpa before it was too late. His parents supported him through everything, and this was how he repaid them. The last weekend of every month and sometimes a night during the week if Chanyeol and Sehun really wanted it the kids would stay at Luhan's or his place. They wanted to spend time with each other all the time even if they had spent the entire day together. It didn't matter and Minseok had come to think of Sehun as his adopted son and he could say the same for Luhan.Of course, the schedules changed over the summer, holidays and when Kris's family would come to town because that was time for Chanyeol to spend with them. Everyone understood and respected the schedules and it was a relief off Minseoks shoulders because he was worried that Junmyeons parents wouldn't go along with it. He loved them, but he never liked how they were so uptight with what they thought were the right ways. Luckily for him and for Chanyeol they never once made Chanyeol live up to their standards. They just wanted him to grow happy.For competitions Chanyeol was in, everyone would go and give all their support and love to him and it made Minseok regretful for keeping him from Junmyeons family, but just his family.Jongin and Kyungsoo welcomed twins a boy and a little girl in September before Chanyeol turned 6.Minseok was so excited to have babies around again that he and Kris had sat down and talked about giving Chanyeol a sibling. Of course, they were worried about not giving him the attention he deserved, but once they sat him down and asked, they were shocked to hear him say he wanted a little sister first, then two little brothers.Minseok just sat in shock thinking about all the pain he'd have to go through while Kris promised their son that he would give him the three siblings he asked for. Minseok smacked him and gave Chanyeol a snuggle he would never forget and would fight to get out of.Yixing and Jongdae had twin daughters before Chanyeols 9th birthday and that was when they decided to get a bigger house and move out of their apartment.Most adults would want to live alone when they have children and not keep living with roommates and family. Not this family, if fact they even asked Kyungsoo and Jongin to move in with their twins. That happily agreed so with the income of 6 adults and even with the support of their families they got a mansion. Most of the time when you think of a mansion you would think of a home that wasn't and isn't a real home. Just a place you live in until you don't. Not this one, it was full of love and everything in the entire house showed how much the adults loved their children and each other.Kris and he welcomed a daughter two weeks after Chanyeols 10th birthday and welcomed twin boys a full month after Chanyeol turned 11.It was after they had decided to stop trying and just live for Chanyeol when he finally had more. Minseok was expecting with all the children in the house that Chanyeol would get upset because he wasn't put number one, but he never did. He would beam at everyone because no one ever forgot him.They never left him feeling like he wasn't important. They always made special time for him and since now that his uncles and cousins lived in the house with them, they made new schedules.Chanyeol and Jongin's children would go to Jongin's parents for the first and fourth weekend of everyone month. He would go to Minseoks parents the second and third Friday.His boy was happy.Chanyeol was a straight-A student, a star soccer player, in photography, art, music and even attempting to dance. Kris told him if he didn't want to, he didn't have to but being the papa's boy he was he kept trying. Also, Sehuns passion just happens to be dancing and Chanyeol would do anything to be around Sehun.When Chanyeol was 13 Minseok and he went to the beach to have a week with just them and he explained everything to him. How he was adopted and how he has more siblings from his biological father Junmyeon. Minseok tried to answer all the questions Chanyeol had and even showed him pictures Jongin had given him of his siblings that way he would know what they looked like. Chanyeol asked if he could keep the pictures of Junmyeon and his siblings and then asked to be alone for a little bit.Minseok let him because he knew this wasn't going to be easy and he trusted Chanyeol would understand why he was telling him. He was getting older and more people were beginning to ask why Chanyeol didn't look like Kris like their other children did. Even though Kris was a little scared for Chanyeol to find out he wasn't his biological father he also knew it was important.FlashbackMinseok was sitting on the beach watching the waves crash against other waves lost in deep thoughts. So, lost in his thoughts he didn't notice when his son was sneaking up behind him."Appa!!!" Chanyeol screamed making Minseok shout in shock and cover his heart."Goddammit child," Minseok yelled trying to calm his heart and glaring at his 13-year-old son. Only to crack into a laugh when he saw how hard he was laughing. "You're going to be the death of me someday baby." He said after both calmed down and Chanyeol cuddled into his side."Junmyeon isn't my father," Chanyeol said making Minseok tense up a little. He kept his gaze towards the waves though. "He's just the man that helped me come into this world; Kris is my father. He was there for my first words when I first crawled when I first walked. He was there when I didn't win my first competition and when I was heartbroken when a girl asked Sehun out and I thought he had said yes so, I ran to the dance studio and cried for hours. Kris gave me love and he supports me no matter what I do. Junmyeon doesn't do any of that and he never even wanted me." Chanyeol said moving to sit up and that's when Minseok noticed that Chanyeol had bags under his eyes and they were glassy like he was going to cry."I didn't tell you this to make you upset Yeollie," Minseok said moving to wrap his arms around me. "I just wanted you to know, you deserved to know,"I... I have you, and Papa, and everyone at home. I don't care if I don't have Junmyeon or his wife, I am sad I don't know my siblings but I'm not going to let that stop me from knowing and loving you and the others okay. Appa knowing Kris isn't my biological father doesn't change anything for me okay I promise." Chanyeol said letting a few tears escape. "H... He isn't going to treat me different right now that I know he adopted me." Minseok just gave him a soft smile and pulled him into a hug and tried to keep his tears at bay."Don't you ever worry about that baby okay. He will always love and be there for you. No matter what okay." Chanyeol nodded and cried into Minseoks shoulder as Minseok held him close.That night they skyped with Kris and the kids until they all fell asleep and Minseok was surprised to say that Chanyeol refused to leave Minseoks side.End of FlashbackEverything after that was going great until that night Kris and Minseok got a call from Jongin's parents.Kim Residence Living Room7 pm"Grandma someone's here!" Chanyeol screamed standing up from the table he was doing his homework on and walked to the door."Open it, sweetie, I'm almost done with dinner!" He heard her yell from the kitchen and Chanyeol chuckled.He was about to open the door when it burst open and he fell to the floor from the man that stormed in bumping into him."Mom why didn't you tell me!?" the man screamed as he stormed in not even noticing he had bumped into Chanyeol and now him sitting up in pain."What all the ruckus for?" she said stepping into the living room and stopping in shock. "Junmyeon what're you doing here?" she asked looking towards Chanyeol and then back at the man."Why didn't you or dad tell me I have a son?" he screamed moving to slam the door only too realize Chanyeol had shut it. He stared at the boy for a few minutes before looking back at his mother."Well I thought you knew, in fact, you have 2 remember. Chunghee and Gisu!" she said motioning for Chanyeol to move to the kitchen and away from Junmyeon."Don't you dare do that to me! All of you have known for years that I have a son with Minseok! I had a right to know about him!" Junmyeon yelled moving closer to his mother."No. No, you didn't have the right to know about him! You gave him money to get an abortion Junmyeon! Don't you dare say you have any rights to him at all!" Chanyeol heard his grandmother yell and Chanyeol frowned."Grandma, what's going on?" Chanyeol asked moving closer to her and not realizing Junmyeons gaze was back on him."Chanyeol, sweetheart can you call your parents to come to get you. It seems our night has to end early tonight." She said handing her cell phone to the teen and shooed him into the kitchen to make the call. Chanyeol did as told even though he was confused and a little frightened.KITCHENChanyeol did as he was told and tried to block out the yelling from the living room. He moved to type in his papas' number when he heard his grandpa start yelling as well."Hello, Mrs. Kim, is there a problem?" Kris's voice sounded through the phone calming Chanyeols nerves down a little."Papa, Junmyeon showed up and grandma told me to call you to pick me up!" Chanyeol said moving further away from the kitchen door and into a corner in the pantry. "He won't stop yelling at them," Chanyeol said starting to cry."Are you sure it was Junmyeon Chanyeol?" Kris said and Chanyeol could hear rustling and some background noise."H... He's yelling about Appa and me? I... I wanna go home please come get me!" Chanyeol said hoping the man would be gone soon."Okay, we're on our way! Jongin and Kyungsoo should be there in a few minutes with the twins. Stay with them okay Yeollie!" Kris said as Chanyeol heard the back door open.Chanyeol agreed and when he heard the back door open, he slowly walked out of the pantry and ran into Jongin's arms.Both Kyungsoo and Jongin looked surprised and confused but when they heard the yelling Kyungsoo took the twins back into the backyard."Junmyeons here and he's yelling at grandma and grandpa!" Chanyeol cried as the yelling got louder."Chanyeol go outside with Kyungsoo okay," Jongin said kissing Chanyeols forehead and moving towards the yelling. Before Chanyeol could get fully outside of the room Junmyeon stormed into the kitchen and glared at his brother and Chanyeol."My son is not going anywhere, but with me." Junmyeon snapped trying to step closer to Chanyeol but Jongin stepped in front of him."How did you find out Junmyeon?" Jongin said making sure he couldn't get closer to Chanyeol."My wife saw Minseok with mom and him at some coffee shop a few days ago." Junmyeon snapped pointing towards Chanyeol and it caused Chanyeol to flinch away."You need to calm down, can't you see you're scaring him," Jongin said wrapping his arms around his nephew. Chanyeol placed his hands over Jongin's' swollen belly in comfort."I can yell all I fucking want! He is my son and I didn't know a single thing about it!" he snapped and Jongin felt more than saw Chanyeol flinch again and start sobbing even more.He saw Kyungsoo come back in and thanked the gods above when he kissed both of their heads and whispered for them to leave the rest to him.Once they started trying to walk out again Junmyeon tried to get a hold of Chanyeol but Jongin wouldn't allow that. Junmyeon ended up pulling on Jongin's arm and making him fall.Nobody said a word; everything was in complete silence. Chanyeol cried and helped the crying Jongin holding his stomach up.Kyungsoo turned towards Junmyeon with furry in his eyes."You do not touch my husband, or my nephew do you understand me!" Kyungsoo snapped moving to get up in Junmyeons face. He saw the fear and regret in his eyes, but he didn't care. "If he lost our baby I will come after you, don't forget my family has more power over that company you work for than you or your father in law do. Go to hell Junmyeon!" he yelled walking out of the kitchen and towards the car where his twins, his nephew and his pregnant husband were all crying.He got in and drove all the while calling Minseok and Kris to tell them what happen and that they were on the way to the hospital and Chanyeol in the back the entire time muttering "I'm sorry" repeatedly. Jongin was holding onto Chanyeol and his belly while the twins were holding on to both in fear because they have never seen either one cry before.

Seoul Mercy HospitalChanyeol sat in the corner of the waiting room looking lifeless. The tears wouldn't stop, and neither would the shaking. He had never seen someone look so scary and angry.He couldn't move from his spot as Kyungsoo held the twins close to his chest while Jongin was in the exam room getting examined by Yixing. He could tell that Kyungsoo was upset, worried and angry. He kept giving Chanyeol looks that showed him that he didn't blame Chanyeol for what happen, but he couldn't help the guilt that chewed away at him. He didn't even see Yixing come out and speak to Kyungsoo until he heard his parents call for him and looked towards the voices.He saw Yixing speak to Kyungsoo and a little further back he saw his father rushing to him. Chanyeol nodded and sniffed into his Appas chest when Kyungsoo looked towards his twins with a small smile and moved towards himself and Chanyeol."They are going to be completely okay. Yixing said he is going to keep him overnight for some testing but other than that he and the baby are okay." Kyungsoo said moving to pat Chanyeols head. "Would you like to see him really quick, the doctor said we can go in one at a time and he asked for you." Chanyeol nodded and slowly followed Kyungsoo to Jongins room. Minseok smiled when Chanyeol turned back to make sure he was still there before stepping into the room.Room 103 Jongin DoChanyeol walked into the room with slow and cautious movements. Jongin understands, but some days he just wants his husband home.Yixing was only a month behind Jongin in his pregnancy, and he was forced to take early maternity leave. The hospital even told him he could take 6 months of paid leave and he wouldn't lose his job or his benefits. Everyone knew it was because Yixing was the best pediatrician and pediatric surgeon they had. He wasn't due for another 3 months and the fact that he had to stop working before he was originally going to, says how stressful the situation has been. He stays at home and helps Jongin and Zitao with the children while everyone else is at work. He cleans and cooks and honestly just does everything to keep busy. Jongdae doesn't really know how to cope with any of this expect to be by his family's side and work to keep his mind away from the chance of losing his nephew.Zitao and Ayuka aren't really talking to any of them anymore. Zitao thinks of Kris as his father figure and Minseok as a big brother. "The doctor said that Jongin needs to rest for a few hours, but after that, all of you can go into the room to visit. For now, though let's welcome this new little bundle of joy."Chanyeol just sat back and watched everyone chatter away in joy and he couldn't have been happier. He didn't even notice Sehun come and sit next to him and watch his face go from joy to sadness. The only reason Chanyeol even realized he was there was that he grabbed onto his hand and squeezed."Do you think Junmyeon will really be able to take me away?" He asked Sehun laying his head on the boy's shoulder and just watched everyone across the room."I don't know baby," Sehun soothed smiling a little at the red that tinted his boyfriends' ears and the name. He doesn't really know everything that was happening since he was sleeping for most of it, but he was satisfied knowing that everyone was happy for once instead of stressed.He was just waking up from another short nap when he felt Sehuns arm tense around him. He groggily opened his eyes and watched as Junmyeon with a lady holding his hand walked into the waiting room and 3 teens behind him."Isn't that him?" Sehun whispered as Chanyeol fully sat up and looked towards his father nodding."Appa what is he doing here? Uncle Jongin and Kyungsoo told everyone not to say anything to him." Chanyeol asked his father and turned towards his grandparents that stopped him from entering the rest of the room."You aren't welcome here Junmyeon," his grandfather told him as his grandmother went to towards Jongins room probably to let Kyungsoo know."What do you mean I am not welcome? I had to hear that my little brother had his baby from the next-door neighbor. I am just here to support him as his family." Junmyeon said making sure to glare at Minseok and Kris before his eyes landed on Chanyeol. He looked towards his wife before motioning his children to take a seat in the waiting room as his grandfather tried to stop them. The three including his wife moved to sit right in front of Chanyeol, his parents and Sehun. No one spoke until Kyungsoo came out and sighed."Junmyeon, I am sorry you came out all this way but Jongin doesn't want to see you. He would like you to leave." Kyungsoo said making Junmyeon frown even more."What do you mean doesn't want to see me. I am his brother.""I'm just relaying the message. If you would like I can get security involved to escort you and your family out.""W... Wait a minute. You are saying that he would rather have that low life piece of trash here instead of me!" Junmyeon snapped pointing towards Minseok and Chanyeol glared. He saw the hurt in his fathers' eyes and the way his papa tensed. He looked back to his sibling and his apparent stepmom and saw the oldest Chunghee give him a smirk.Chanyeol leaned forward and motioned for Chunghee to move closer. Once the boy did Chanyeol gave him a smile."At least my parents don't need grandpa's money to survive." He whispered making Chunghee look at him in shock. "At least my parents want to spend time with me instead of dropping me off with my grandparents every weekend and holiday. Some low life piece of trash huh dongsaeng." And with that, he stood and walked over to Kyungsoo, Junmyeon, and his grandfather. "Uncle Kyungsoo can I go back and see the baby and Uncle Jongin. Sehun and I have plans for dinner with his family tonight.""Of course, Yeol, go ahead and head back. Your parents and Sehun can go as well." Kyungsoo said giving him a hug and Chanyeol nodded in gratitude."Appa, Uncle Kyungsoo said we can all go and see the baby and Uncle Jongin now," Chanyeol said moving back and grabbing Sehuns hand before helping him up. Minseok and Kris just nodded before going down the hall to the room. Chanyeol only stopped when he heard more commotion."You just said his parents can go back as see Jongin. I am his father." Junmyeon snapped pointing towards Chanyeol and Kyungsoo just sighed as he watched his brother in law fight with security. The guard turned and looked towards Chanyeol."Is this true son, is this man also your father?" The guard asked and Sehun squeezed his hand in support."I am sorry sir I don't know who this man is. My parents just went to back ahead of me. I have never met this man in my life." Chanyeol said and pulled Sehun down the hall and towards the room.That was the moment that he decided he didn't care what happens anymore but he sure as hell wasn't going to let Junmyeon, his wife, or his children into his life unless he had to. He wasn't going to stand there and let them talk bad about his family just because they have money and influence.

Chanyeol sat next to his parents as they waited for the judge. Junmyeon was sitting across from the with his wife and their own lawyer making sure to glare at Minseok and Kris every chance he got. He didn't understand why they were in this little room instead of an actual courtroom like the last time but he stayed silent.
"Hello, my name is Judge Moon, I am the judge in charge of this hearing and will be for the remainder of the case." the man in black robes said motioning for everyone to sit and Chanyeol saw a cop move to both sides of him and them on each side of the table.
"Now going over all of the evidence regarding this case I have come to understand that Minseok Kim got pregnant at the age of 15 by Jumnyeon Kim who was 17 at the time correct."
Both parties nodded and the judge proceeded.
"I have the emails and the messaged from Minseok telling you Junmyeon about the pregnancy and you offering money multiple times for him to abort it. He never responded to these messaged and in that sense is why we are here today regarding your son Chanyeol Wu is this also correct."
Again they both nodded and Chanyeol just sighed and looked up to the lights.
"Okay, here is the deal in this case. Junmyeon was never put on the birth certificate and because you two were never married it was not required for him to be. Legally speaking the adoption of Chanyeol is perfectly legal. He was adopted while he was still young and no one has ever tried to contest this adoption in the last few years. Under the new adoption laws, there is nothing anyone can do to get the adoption annulled or overturned."
Chanyeol paid more attention after that and noticed Junmyeon starting to get angry.
"I also have looked over both of the cases regarding Minseok and Kris Wu in abuse allegations and fraud. Both of the cases are closed and will no longer be on either of their records. Junmyeon you opened the case without any evidence to back up either one and because of that, you do not look good in my eyes or the eyes of the law." Junmyeon nodded and looked towards Chanyeol. "However due to the fact that you are here now with your wife to get to know your son this is how I will rule. I have to say before this ruling that no one has bribed me, I have also talked to everyone involved in this situation and this will be my decision."
Chanyeol watched his parents look at one another and he reached out to grab his fathers had before the judge continued.
"Chanyeol Wu is 16 years old, he can legally decide on his own which parent he wants to live with. I have discussed this with him and he has told me that he wants to live with Minseok and Kris, his legal parents." The judge said and Minseok squeezed his hand and Chanyeol left out a breath in relief. Hopefully, this is over. "However, he has never had time to get to know Junmyeon, his wife or their children. And because of this, I cannot know what Chanyeol really wants. I cannot even be sure that he even knows what he wants since he hasn't gotten to know his biological father. In regards to that, I am ruling that Chanyeol Wu will live with Junmyeon and Koharu Kim starting June 3rd, 2019 to August 11th, 2019. We will meet again on August 14th, 2019 to discuss what will happen after that. During this time I have been made aware that Chanyeol is taking 3 college classes at YG Private University of the Arts starting June 10th. No one is allowed to stop him from going to these classes. Also, he will visit them every Monday after he is put in your care from 3 pm to 7 pm. They are still his legal parents and guardians and they still have rights over him. Now in the case of Chanyeol having to go to the hospital for any reason other than a complete accident you will lose the temporary custody you will have and he will go right back into the hands of his parents. No one is allowed to stop him from hanging out with his friends, or being with his boyfriend. I have been made aware of multiple sources that Junmyeon and Koharu do not approve of being gay and I am saying you are to leave it alone. Now when we meet again in August if he chooses to go back to Minseok and Kris and want nothing to do with Junmyeon and Koharu then that will be the ruling. No one will contest this." Judge Moon explained and handed the paperwork to both of their lawyers and stood to leave.
Chanyeol couldn't believe this. After everything Junmyeon has done to them he has to go and live them. That's not fair. He took a moment to glance at Junmyeon and Koharu and noticed them giving Minseok and Kris a look thinking that they had won. Just because they get him over the summer. No, no matter what he was still going to chose his parents at the end of this. Junmyeon will not be the winner.
"Appa can we go eat with uncle Jongdae now?" Chanyeol said not even sparing Junmyeon a look. "He promised to help me with my homework."
Minseok could tell that his son was trying not to make this worse and Minseok smiled.
"Of course baby, I'll call him on the way out and make sure he knows we are coming okay." Chanyeol nodded and went to cuddle into his papas' arms as they walked out of the room leaving his biological father to glare at them.

Chanyeol panted as he moved off his boyfriend and chuckled when he felt his boyfriend start kissing up his sweaty chest.
Sehun moved to suck on his nipple making the panting boy groan out in pleasure and then whimpered in pain when he bit down.
"Hunnie, my body is sore can we take a break!" he whined trying to escape his boyfriend's tongue. Sehun just laughed before rolling to the other side of the bed and reached for his water. Chanyeol sat up with a groan and smiled over at him.
"We aren't going to be able to do that at Junmyeons place. He is already against me being gay I don't want to have to deal with him in regard to having sex within his house." Sehun just signed before handing the water to him.
"Don't worry Yeol, we will see each other as much as we can. We have our college classes together and then our normal breakfast dates every Saturday. We will call and text all the time and I will always just be a phone call away okay baby." Chanyeol looked at Sehun in shock and moved closer. "I am not going anywhere just because we can't have sex for a few months. That isn't why I am with you baby. I am with you for you and always you."
"I love you Sehun," Chanyeol cheered hugging him and snuggling into his boyfriend's neck. "I love you so much." Sehun just chuckled and pulled him closer.
"Chanyeol Byun, that has a nice ring to it don't you think," Sehun commented as they laid down and covered up under the blankets.
"Why not Sehun Wu, that sounds nice to you know." Chanyeol teased giving him a kiss and moving to look at their ring fingers. "Also, when our parents find out we got illegal tattoos we are going to be dead you know that right?" he chuckled as Sehun let out a breathy laugh.
"It was your idea," Sehun snapped kissing Chanyeols forehead before moving his hand in front of him and looked at the small rose tattoo on his finger. He smiled remembering that it matched Chanyeols.
"I know, but you went along with it Hunnie! I cannot believe they let us get one without IDs. It was a good place to high end. You picked the place to. How did you even find it?"
"My parents got their wedding bands tattooed there a few years ago. Baekhyun called in a favor when he overheard us talking about it. Not that my Appa will ever know that. He is going to be so pissed!" He chuckled watching Chanyeol examine his own tattoo. "I leave tomorrow anyway. It's not like my parents can really ground me for the summer. Do you think Junmyeon and his wife will react terribly? I mean he doesn't even know me, and he already hates the fact that I am gay." Chanyeol said moving to sit up and look down at his boyfriend.
"From what Jongin and Jongdae have told me he doesn't do well with things that aren't sociable appropriate. Even just looking at him and his wife he seems way stricter than both of ours. He isn't really your father anyway so i think it'll be okay."
"You don't know that for sure Sehun!" he said moving to get off the bed and slip his shorts on. "Not even his children like me, I know his wife doesn't. How am i supposed to live with this family all summer? How could any judge in the world think this is what I want? I told him that I wanted nothing to do with them and he still decided to send me there. I don't even get to go to China with Papa this year like we normally do because of this. The judge told him that I cannot leave the country with a custody case still in play. It's not fair that he finds out about me and now he wants me."
"Do you think that he might be trying to use you to get back at Minseok for not telling him? I mean yes he did at first, but he never actually told him he had you." Sehun said following Chanyeol in getting dressed and moved to sit at his desk. "I mean think about it, his wife was the one that told him, right? How would she even know who you or Minseok were if she didn't already know about you from the beginning? Her father is also the majority shareholder and the now-retired CEO of the Nakumara Pharmaceutical Company. I personally think that she did a background search on Junmyeon and that was how she found out about you. Your family registry has Jongin as your uncle even though Junmyeon isn't on your birth certificate and their parents as your grandparents. How else would she just happen to tell Junmyeon he has a son when she didn't even know for sure?" Sehun said not noticing the look Chanyeol was giving him and not noticing Minseok standing right out the door.
"You are correct Sehun," Minseok said making both his son and his sons boyfriend jump in shock. "Our lawyer actually found out how Koharu found out about Chanyeol and she did most of what you said. The only problem is that her father was the one that told her to do it. Kyungsoo found out a few days ago that the reason they need Chanyeol is that Junmyeons father in law signed a contract for an arranged marriage to his business partners granddaughter for his first grandchild."
"But I'm not his grandchild at all am I? That would be Chunghee."
"If Junmyeon gets full custody of you, you would be legally speaking his first grandchild. The fact that you are not his daughter's child does not matter because you are Junmyeons and they are married. Also, since they are married and they terminate all Kris and I's legal rights over you the Koharu can legally adopt you which would make you her first son. Kyungsoo and Jongin both believe this is the reason they are fighting so hard for you. They do not what their own child to marry someone he does not love,"
"But they don't care if I do. Me being gay didn't help either now does it?" Chanyeol groaned sitting at the edge of the bed and moved to mess with a string on his shorts.
Sehun saw Minseok motion for him to leave them alone for a minute and made his way out of the door. Minseok walked and moved the desk chair in front of his son and sat.
"I didn't want this to happen this way baby," Minseok said moving so Chanyeol to look at him. "I have been terrified he would come and try to take you away before you were even born. Terrified that he would find out about you and use any means necessary to get you away from me. I never believed I would be so afraid of the man i use to think I would spend my life with but here we are."
"How was he before all of this? He must have been special if you loved him."
"He was amazing. Our families have always been close, that was how we met. I was 5 and he was just a few years older, but we started out as best friends. Then in my first year of middle school, he was in his last and he asked me to be his boyfriend. I didn't really understand what that entailed but I said yes because I didn't like it when he was with other people. We had the same dreams and always wanted what we thought was best for each other until his last year of high school. He started getting distant and I just didn't understand why. I found emails from colleges all regarding an early admissions acceptance and turns out he was trying to get away from everything. The only time we slept together was the night before he left for school. He didn't force me, or anything so don't think that I just don't think I was completely ready. I think I did it because I wanted him to stay and I thought it would get him to. Sadly, it did not and a few weeks later after being sick for so long I went to the hospital and found out about you." Minseok said making Chanyeol smile as he placed his head on his fathers.
"You were terrified because of your age, right? Being so young and finding out you were pregnant?"
"Honestly I didn't even think I could get pregnant. I mean I never went to get tested to see if I was a carrier and that was why we didn't use protection. I was young and wasn't educated in anything regarding sex. My parents weren't too keen on letting us know about anything regarding it. I didn't even know there was a test at that time to see if you were a carrier or not. Anyway, I found out about you and after another few weeks of coming to terms with it, I told Junmyeon. He told me that we were too young for a child and that I was just trying to destroy anything good he had going for him and if I really loved him, I would just abort you. After the emails, I went to his school and saw him with the woman he married. I was about 5 months along at the time and still thinking we were together only to see that. I went home told my parents and that was it. Jongdae and I moved into that little apartment, I had you and attended college and then met Kris and now we are here."
"I don't want to go Appa, I don't want to get to know him just so he will use me. Please don't make me go." Chanyeol said trying not to cry but it not working out too well. "He never wanted me before why is he getting a chance to want me now? It's not fair!"
"I know baby I know; I don't want you to go either," Minseok said holding his son close and moving to lift his head to get him to look at him. "I am not going to tell you to give all of them the time of day, hell I don't even care if you are rude and spiteful to them. All I am going to ask you is that you stay safe. That you do not get into trouble with the law and that you come home safely okay."
"Will we still talk a lot? When I get to see you guys on Mondays can we just hang out like normal families do. How we always do it?"
"Baby I can't say yes to that because I don't believe they are going to go by the rules. I don't think they are going to let you come over every Monday. They don't want you to have anything to do with us and if my thoughts are correct, we can use that against them at the trail. I will promise you we will skype all the time. We will text and on some of your classes I will come and see you with the little ones and Kris okay. I am going to do everything in my power to see you. After you come home, we are going to China for a week before school and I will even take the rest of the summer off after that to be with you. We will get through this okay. I promise you; you will be coming home to your family loving you and missing you."
"I will give it my best Appa, I will work through this with all of your support and love."
Minseok beamed at him and pulled him into another hug already hating the fact that the next morning his son will be gone for almost 3 months.
"Hey, Papa is making your favorite food for dinner tonight. How does a nice dinner with just you, me, him and the little ones sound? You can even invite Sehun for dinner if you would like okay." Minseok said tickling his son as he leaned back.
"Sounds like a date Appa but let's just make it the 6 of us okay. Sehun and I already said goodbye."
"I know we heard. We need to work on the soundproof barrier of the room huh." Minseok laughed making his son blush.
They both laughed going down the stairs and having their last meal for the next few months.
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Chanyeol stood in front of the house in misery. He didn’t want to be here, he wanted to go home and snuggle with his baby sister and his baby brothers. After a few more moments he noticed that a man in a suit came out to welcome him and he was surprised to see the man's warm smile.
"Hello, my name is Donghae Lee, I am the head butler here and will be the one in charge of showing you around the house." The man said shaking his hand and grabbing two of the bags that Chanyeol hadn't grabbed yet.
"Hi hyung, my name is Chanyeol Wu," he said following the man and dropped his smile when the man gave him a confused look.
"Wu, I am sorry but Master Kim said that your last name was Kim as well. He told all the staff about you and your name last night."
"No, I have my Papas last name. His name is Yifan or Kris Wu. Junmyeon doesn't know anything." Chanyeol snapped making sure to keep eye contact with Donghae before he turned back around.
Donghae nodded and moved towards the front door.
"Okay, well normally the gates around the mansion are shut and remain shut until Master Kim and his family come home. This area is where most of the cars get parked when they have parties or visitors. If you decide to have someone over there is an area in the back where they can come in as long as you are there to let them in. I will show you later during the tour. Now this fountain is cleaned once every week. Normally it is on Mondays but during the summer it is every Friday. Normally Master and his wife do not want anyone touching it, but their youngest son is a bit of a troublemaker and likes playing in it." Chanyeol nodded as they finally walked up to the front door and helped Donghae open it. "Now this is the foyer, the large staircase right there leads to two separate ones. The one going to the left goes to the West wing where Master and his family are roomed, while the one on the right goes to the East Wing and to the staff's rooms. Miss Koharu said to make up one of the staff's rooms that is not being used to be made into a room for you. No one here understands why, but we tried to make it as comfortable as possible for you. The furniture in the room is all a few years old, but we have all pulled together some money and was able to get you a new mattress and new sheets and blankets." Donghae said as they climbed the stairs and started down the hall to the right.
As they went down the hall, he noticed a few people dressed in uniform peek at him through the doors. Once he made eye contact with them however the doors shut.
"So, knowing that I was coming here they put me to live with their staff. Even though I am Junmyeons' first child. What a loving family." Chanyeol grumbled following the butler and looking around the rooms that were not shut as they passed.
"You're his son?" Donghae asked again looking at Chanyeol in wonder.
"Yes, he went to court to try to get custody of me. Why who did he say I was?"
"He told all the staff that you were his nephew that was staying for the summer. None of us knew he had another child." Donghae said trying not to be disrespectful but Chanyeol just sighed and nodded and tried to keep his emotions in check. Just kept thinking about how Junmyeon even refused to tell his own staff members about who he was.
They walked throughout the hallways and stairs until they got to the last room to the right. Inside was a newly made bed pushed against the wall and lucky for him big enough to hold him with a nightstand right beside it. To the left was a 4-drawer dresser next to the closet and across from a small desk and bookshelf. The room was small overall, but with all of the furniture and the few decorations there were it had a warm feeling.
"The head maid put the plants and new curtains on the windows so it would not look to dirty. Also, my husband put some hangers in the closet in case you needed to hang anything up. We didn't want you to feel like you were not welcomed by us, so we all tried our best to make it feel like home." Donghae said motioning for him to put is things on the bed. Doing so he smiled and opened the blinds to see the giant back yard. He saw a pool, the tennis court and to the left a basketball court.
"Does Junmyeon or anyone in this house play basketball or tennis for that matter?"
"Actually, the children of the servants use them more than the actual master’s children to. Master and his wife told us that as long as they do not play on it when they have guests and not too late into the night, they were free to. That is actually the only nice thing they've allowed for the servants." Donghae said making Chanyeol give him a small smile.
He followed Donghae through the rest of the servant’s wing and met the head maid and Donghaes husband that happen to be the driver for Koharus father.
"He lives here as well," Chanyeol questioned making both Donghae and Eunhyuk look at him in confusion.
"Chanyeol, this mansion belongs to him. He gave Master Junmyeon permission to live here when he married Lady Koharu."
Chanyeol looked at him and then nodded as they continued the tour.
"Now these doors that separate the two staircases leads to the library. Most of the children including the master’s children have tutoring classes here after school. Master Junmyeon has made it clear that he will not have, and I quote 'stupid people living in this household.' that is also another nice thing he has done for them. The only thing I am grateful for is that they children that belong to the servants now have the ability to go to college and leave this household and hopefully do other things." Chanyeol nodded and Donghae handed him a set of keys.
"Why is there so many?"
"Each key is a different color and that is because I left my son help me and he could not decide on a color. The purple key is to your bedroom. I made sure to put a new lock on it to protect your belongings. The oldest child of the Master likes to snoop through the servant’s things, so we made it mandatory to keep our rooms locked. The blue key is to the house and also has the alarm code engraved on it. The green one is to the library. Master Junmyeon keeps it locked for when guests come, they cannot go inside. The yellow one is to the lock for the entrance I told you about to let your friend come inside. The red one to the back door. And the last one is a silver one lets you into the pool house and storage. In case you need something, and the gardener is not around. Normally only the head of the servants get all of the keys, but you are special. Now I will show you everything here on the first floor."
Chanyeol followed and placed the keys into his backpack and made sure to listen to everything that was said.
"From the front door if you walk to the left you will have the dining room, the ball room and the kitchen. Now the servants wing use to have its own kitchen, but they changed it into another garage because the oldest son is learning to drive and he already has 3 cars. He is a very spoiled boy if I do say so myself. In the library each child has their own little cubby of their favorite books because Junmyeon demanded it. They have to put a new book every 3 months so at the end of the year they should have added 4 books each." Chanyeol mapped out the rooms they were going through and noticed the lack of family photos. Just maroon and white walls is all that was seen. "Now the kitchen has stairs that lead to the second floor. It meets in the middle by the library doors. The dining room is where the family eats at 7pm every night. The curfew for the master’s children is 10 pm during the week and on weekends it is 11. Not that he notices it but the oldest never comes home on time during the weekend. Breakfast with the family is at 9am during the summer. When it is during school time, they have it 7am. Now lunch is really depending on who is home and who is not. We serve it at 1pm and anyone is welcome to eat it. Most of the time if the food is not eaten then the cooks put in tubs and leave some in the fridge for the other staff to eat. The lady's father does not like it when they do that so most of the time, they put it in the very back and behind the other food to make sure they do not notice."
Chanyeol looked around the kitchen in awe and saw how big it was. They could eat their meals in here if they really needed to. He didn't see the point of having them in the dining room with that 10-seating table.
"Will you please leave a list of what you are allergic to so we can give it to the cooks. We always leave the lists in this little box here so he does not make anything that could harm someone."
"I am allergic to any kind of nuts, avocado, and strawberries. The strawberries just make my throat itch no big deal and the avocado just makes my chest hurt for a little bit, but the nuts are deathly. My throat closes and I have at least 15 minutes tops to get to the hospital if I do eat some. My EpiPen will give me an extra 20 minutes but that's about it." he said following what Donghae said and writing down what he was allergic to and then following him to look at other rooms.
He noticed the back door to go to the backyard was beside the fridge and that the pantry was on the other wall by the stove. Everything else looked how his kitchen at home.
"Now down this hallway you have the Main Master of the houses office. He is usually in it on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. The office has a lock on it as you can see and the only people that have a key is himself and his personal maid. He is a very private person and does not want anyone in his business. Further down you have other offices and rooms that are all for important guest that stay here sometimes. Some other family members stay here during holidays and sometimes during the summer. I can not be certain if they will being staying during your visit however."
Going on and on Chanyeol was getting bored until they went up to the West wing and he started noticing the differences in the way things were looked after from the different wings. The west wing was put together and made sure not a speck of dust was seen anywhere while the east wing was barley put together. From the outside everything was put together quite nicely and expensive. The inside was completely different. Chanyeol almost felt bad for the workers.
As they walked down the hallway, he noticed each of his siblings bedroom doors were a different color with their names on a plack and then you get to Junmyeon and his wife's door before getting to her father's. Each door looked like they were specially made and more expensive than they should be.
"All they do is through their money around and get what they want don't they?" Chanyeol asked Donghae and when all he got was a nod he sighed and continued with the rest of the tour. Once he was shown the back yard and where the opening to let Sehun in he went back to his room and started unpacking.
"Is there anything on your schedule that you need help with while you are here? The head maid and I need to know so we can schedule a car to take you when you need to."
"My college classes. I can give you the schedule to help me out. Also I am picking up a few shifts at my fathers cafe from 12pm to 3 pm Monday through Friday okay. If you could help me get a ride there.”
“Yes, sir it will be my pleasure. Now I will leave you to unpack. Dinner is in an hour if you would like to join.” Donghae said bowing and then leaving me to myself.
“Welcome to the Kim Residence aka Hell,” he muttered as he continued to unpack.
