“We’re gonna do it.” Jimin seems sure, nodding, taking Taehyung’s hand in his. “We can do this.”“We can,” Taehyung agrees. “We just need to… Do it. Just a step.”“Go, baby! You can do it!” Jeongguk yells, bending over a wooden fence and slipping at the same time, almost exposing his bare skin when his bathrobe comes undone. Yoongi snickers something, and Jeongguk glances at him. “What? I am being supportive.”Yoongi laughs, leaning on the fence with his side, watching over barefoot Taehyung. “I didn’t say anything.”“We are going to do it!” Taehyung informs from down the small slope, holding Jimin’s hand so he wouldn’t fall in when he tries to touch the water with his toes.“It’s frickin’ cold!” Jimin hisses and Jeongguk laughs.“Frickin’,” he repeats in a whisper, endearing look on his face when he looks down.Taehyung screams when he tries to touch the water.“You could’ve been up here with me, baby,” Yoongi shrugs, yelling down at Taehyung. “But you chose to team up with Jimin.”“I couldn’t let him be in a team with Jeongguk, please understand,” Taehyung fake pleads and they both laugh when Jeongguk offers a middle finger.“Your boyfriend is a little shit,” Jeongguk offers. Yoongi hits the back of his head.“He’s older than you, have some respect,” he says. Jimin and Taehyung are currently whispering and then laughing, trying out the water every time a millimeter more. It’s silent for a moment, both of them admiring the two down there, loving looks, and they both seem to snap out of it at the same time, like they’ve been caught. “Anyway,” Jeongguk clears his throat and sighs. “They’re amazing, aren’t they?”“Yeah,” Yoongi breathes after a moment. “Yeah, they are.”“I mean – Taehyung put you in a bathrobe. That’s pretty impressive,” Jeongguk says, ready to evade Yoongi’s hit when it comes. But Yoongi laughs, leaning more onto the fence.“Maybe we shouldn’t have fooled around with a couple of rich boys,” he says, voice quiet, wistful.Jeongguk doesn’t say anything when he leans next to him. He’s had Yoongi by his side all his life. Wherever, whenever. When he had nowhere to go, Yoongi was there. He’d feed him, he’d give him clothes, he’d make him feel a little better about himself when the world rejects him.Over the years, he’s realized Yoongi’s never really had it figured out. He’d give him a shirt he’d stolen in a passing by the gym; he’d feed him his last meal; he’d let him sleep on the couch and pretend like he’s punishing him by that while he sleeps in a room that in reality had a worn out old mattress on the floor and a thin blanket.Being grateful to Yoongi is what he’s best at, and one thing he knows he’s right about. So, when Yoongi brought two little sunshines into their lives, he thought he could never be more grateful. Both of them – Jimin and Taehyung alike – are the same type of nice rich boys, with their private schools, perfect lives and not a worry in the world, the type that’s quite annoying for someone like Jeongguk. He and Yoongi had gotten their lives in order before they met the pair, but it was fulfilled once they actually met the boys. Behind the bratty outside are two happy, refreshing, sweetest boys ever. When Jimin first offered to hold his hand, Jeongguk thought his chest was going to explode and the cold noodles from last night came all the way up to his throat making him unable to say or do anything but accept the ever-cold hand and barely offer a smile back. They met them at a roof of an abandoned building. The old thing has been there in the rusty part of the city for years, wet from the rain and colorful from all the graffiti the kids have left behind. Jimin and Taehyung thought it would be a good idea to come alone to that part of the city and find a cover from some ‘sketchy’ dudes in a building looking even more sketchy. (Sketchy dudes, as Jeongguk and Yoongi later came to find out, were their friends who would never hurt anyone.)They weren’t friends right away. Jimin and Taehyung are still in high school, finishing in a month or two, but upon meeting Jeongguk and Yoongi, they were ready to risk it all by coming to the forbidden part of the city as much as they could. The only time they got mad was when they laughed at their school uniforms and managed to stay away for a week. They’d bring food, which they, not being stupid, realized was the best way for Jeongguk and Yoongi to welcome them to the roof of their building. They would tell them stories of how the other rich kids act, often would act out an entire scene or a fight that happened on a break between physics and math.Jimin would text Jeongguk, sometimes even in the break of a dawn, always starting with a ‘I can’t sleep so I thought of you’, which Jeongguk would always read as Jimin was too bored with his life, with his money, with his friends, with everything, and Jeongguk was the last resort. It wasn’t like that, but Jeongguk felt like that.On the other hand, Taehyung would straight up call Yoongi and while Yoongi whined about it and was rude about it, he wouldn’t hang up for hours, just listening to Taehyung speak, talk about the same stuff that happens every day. He’d jump on his back the moment he sees him, always teasing him about his height, pinching his cheeks and always would bring a photo of a cat next to his face ask Jimin a percentage of resemblance. He even, as per Yoongi’s words, had the audacity to invite him alone to his big ass villa and feed him something pretentious he calls mussels, and then – get this – he had audacity to ask him if he was ever going to kiss him. He hated the mussels, but loved the aftertaste on his lips after leaving Taehyung’s house that day and screaming into a pillow at home.Taehyung wasn’t one to talk about his feelings in the first place, but something about him made it safe for Yoongi to talk, to say what he thinks about the stuff that’s happened and not only to list down sob stories from his childhood. They were too sweet, too precious, too smiley, and too much under their skin – and Yoongi and Jeongguk were too much in love to back out when they found out what little curious and evil shits they were. They would use their parents’ numbers to book themselves spa weekends while their poor parents believe they’re at a sleepover at each other’s. Number of classes in school missed by them was far greater than those they attended, but somehow with a slight change of Taehyung’s deep voice and a fake call from a parent, those absences were overlooked.Like right now, Yoongi was a hundred percent sure Taehyung lied when he said it’s a special long weekend break in their special school (Yoongi had no way of knowing, but he knew how Taehyung furrows his brows when he tells a lie) and the ‘free coupons’ for – accidentally – the same long weekend at a far away cabin in the forest, by a lake, all services and food included were definitely free and not something he and Jimin planned behind their parents’ back just so they could be mischievous. They should probably in an English class right now. Doing Shakespeare or some shit, not dipping their feet into ice cold water over a bet which team would come up with a better slogan for a fast food chain. When Yoongi’s You gotta die of something! won, Taehyung sure regretted choosing to be on Jimin’s team.“Maybe we shouldn’t have,” Jeongguk agrees with Yoongi after some time. “But I feel better that we have. You can laugh at me, but… I really enjoy our lives right now. With them in it.”“Yeah,” Yoongi nods. “I do, too. It’s like I can’t remember what it was like before we met them.”“I like you now better, too, hyung,” Jeongguk says and looks over. “You smile a lot more. I know you care about Taehyung more than you let on.”Yoongi laughs sarcastically. “You think? In what world would I have agreed to this trip they’re fully paying if I didn’t care about him?”Jeongguk frowns. “But Jimin said it was-”“Please,” Yoongi shakes his head. “Free trip, rooms, food, massages, spa, pool – or whatever more they listed? No one would do that. You’re being too naïve, Jeongguk.”“They know we would have never agreed,” Jeongguk says, finally understanding.Yoongi shrugs. “They were excited about it. And then you were, too. I guess doing this once can’t hurt. Just… pretend you don’t know and try to enjoy your weekend. You have school on Monday, too.”“Fine, dad,” Jeongguk mocks him. “Cowards!” He yells at them, laughing at their attempt to step into the water and then whining at how cold it is.“You know why they proposed this as a punishment for the losers?” Yoongi asks, already pointing somewhere Jeongguk looks and squeezes his eyes, trying to see what’s he supposed too.It finally catches his attention. There’s a board with a warning saying it’s forbidden to step into the lake, jump into it, swim or anything else. Of course it is.He worries, “It could be dangerous.”“It’s not, I googled it,” Yoongi says. “You know, the other day, when I was at Taehyung’s… I just lied down next to him, and watched him sleep, like the biggest creep ever. He was so tired, he wanted to talk, but he just fell asleep and I just… Watched him. And I didn’t get bored with it. I think I counted his eyelashes, or maybe his breaths from time to time. I felt so at peace, like I could… do anything or stay there forever. You know?”“I think I do,” Jeongguk agrees, watching how Jimin tiptoes in place, jumping up and down and then screeching. He smiles. “It’s like I can’t get enough of him. He’s so… He has this aura, he lifts up my mood the second I see him. Like he erases all the bad in the world and makes me feel at ease. I really feel like… I don’t know. I maybe even love him.”“Tell be about it,” Yoongi whispers. Taehyung is trying to push Jimin first into the lake.It wasn’t always great. Yoongi and Jeongguk both could be stubborn, even more so than Jimin and Taehyung. Their boyfriends would sometimes settle for going to a cheaper store, for a night in, or eating noodles without complaining, but Yoongi would often get into fights with Taehyung. They were clearly from different worlds. It maybe meant nothing to Taehyung to pay hundreds of dollars for a meal, but hundreds of dollars were Yoongi’s monthly rent. He would often feel like Taehyung can’t understand him, and maybe he couldn’t, but he always tried to. He’d listen to Yoongi lash out, or he would yell back, calling him names and often telling him that he’s the one who doesn’t understand.Yoongi believes him; he probably doesn’t understand much. But he needs time to understand what that is.On the other hand, if Jimin would get mad, it was just silence. Just dead, mortifying silence, until Jeongguk couldn’t take it anymore and would need to get out and get him, and kiss him firmly and tell him he’s not going anywhere because Jimin’s anger turns into thinking he’s not enough over time. They had their disagreements, but somehow… the only way was the way back to each other. And Jeongguk was beyond happy that he was able to share something like this with Yoongi. He was happy Taehyung, even though he’s a little shit, was making Yoongi happy – otherwise Jeongguk would die of guilt for being this happy if Yoongi wasn’t.“They’re gonna get sick of us one day,” Yoongi says, and Jeongguk doesn’t deny it. All evidence points to that. “They’re gonna get bored with us.”They get bored with stuff pretty often. No matter how much they got under Yoongi and Jeongguk’s skin, they’re still those rich kids who have nothing better to do than to break the rules and get away with it. They were already planning on travelling for an ‘undecided’ time before they met Yoongi and Jeongguk. When they refused to come with, they said something about moving the travelling plans for a time when Yoongi and Jeongguk agree to come with. But both Yoongi and Jeongguk knew that the travelling was going to happen. Without them. Maybe even at the planned time, right after high school. But Jeongguk grits his teeth. “I don’t plan on letting go, hyung.”“Neither do I,” Yoongi says, determined, his voice stern. “There is no way I’m ever letting him go. Kim Taehyung is the best thing that’s happened to me, ever. And if I need to be the most random person in the world in order to keep him entertained, I’ll be.”Jeongguk’s silence means he agrees, he knows how Yoongi feels and he knows what he’s ready to do. Because he is, too.“You must dip your heads in, too!” Yoongi yells at them, laughing. They finally get the courage and come in, step by step, yelling and laughing, until they’re at their waists’ depth, before they’re getting their heads in and out, the whole area resonating with their playful screams.“Looks like I’ll die from this!” Taehyung informs Yoongi, with a boxy smile present and two thumb ups. “Hyung!” He yells, deafening. “I love you!”Yoongi almost loses his balance when he hears it, even though he was comfortably leaned on the fence. Jeongguk laughs at him, just before he almost faints from Jimin saying, “Jeonggukkie, I love you, too!”Yoongi laughs at Jeongguk too, and smiles widely at Taehyung, “Come here, now. You’ll catch a cold. Both of you.”“How about…?” Jimin points to both Yoongi and Jeongguk, “You bad boys come down here?”In every single world, the answer would be no. It’s April, it’s cold, it’s forbidden, and they’re only in their bathrobes. But, in this world, where Kim Taehyung and Park Jimin exist, an exchange of glances is enough for Jeongguk and Yoongi to comply.
Those of you who wanna keep it pg, hope you liked it. Stop reading.

Bonus:
“I told you they’d come into the water,” Taehyung nudges Jimin, freezing his ass off, but Yoongi is about to take off that bathrobe. It’s a sight worth seeing. He’ll make him take it off tonight, too.“I’m gonna suck his dick so hard,” Jimin says, smiling sweetly and waving at Jeongguk, urging him to hurry up.Taehyung laughs. “Isn’t he underage?”Jimin gives his best, nicest smile. “I’ll suck his underage dick so hard.”
