Izuku sneezed and shook his head. Shit, I can’t be getting sick now , he thought. He had a big client coming over tomorrow, and he couldn't mess it up. He walked over to the small cabinet, one of the only pieces of furniture in his room, and took out his medication. “Bottoms up.”Popping two in his mouth, he swallowed them dry. Grimacing slightly as he felt them slide down his throat, Izuku opened his door and walked down the stairs to the common room. It was about time for dinner, and if he wasn’t on time, he wouldn’t get any. Not that he really ate it anyway. Sitting down at his assigned seat, he waited for Kaminari and Tamaki to come down. There were a few Omegas in the House with Izuku, but Kaminari and Tamaki were the only ones he really talked to. With the three of them being the only male Omegas in this institute, they stuck closely together. “Hi!”Izuku looked over his shoulder and saw Kaminari waving to him with Tamaki following behind. Izuku tried his best to seem positive and smiled back. “Hello!”The two sat down on the other side of the table, and waited quietly for their meal. Izuku looked over to Kaminari who was trying, unsuccessfully, to talk to Tamaki. The blonde had a strong quirk, so was generally under heavy guard; not that he’d ever use it for harm. He was one of the nicest people Izuku knew, not that he knew many. He always seemed positive and upbeat, despite their situation. Izuku knew there was something deeper, something darker lying under that facade. He knew, because he did the same thing. He hid away his emotions and feelings, unwilling to let anyone in. Izuku wasn’t even sure he knew himself deep down. Tamaki mumbled something Izuku couldn’t quite hear over the mindless chatter of the others around him. Tamaki was always quiet and shy; he was submissive and did everything he was told to without a second thought. Izuku knew he would probably get sold for a high price. As well as being compliant and silent, which were already the best qualities in an Omega, Izuku knew he succeeded in almost all their classes, from cooking to cleaning to more useful matters. The only thing the raven haired boy was bad at was conversation. Izuku had known the other Omega since he first arrived, nearly 14 years ago, and he couldn’t remember ever holding a strong, two sided conversation with him. Not that Izuku minded; he knew Tamaki was listening to every word. The greenette had tried to help the shy boy voice his thoughts and feelings, as he knew it would be useful later on. But it was a hopeless endeavour. Izuku was shocked out of his thoughts when there was a clattering on the table. He looked up and saw a lady, one of the workers, place three trays of food in front of each of them.“Eat up, and I’ll know if you do something with the food.”All the Omegas were supposed to eat every last bit of their meal. They were given the required amounts of the right foods three times a day to ensure they weren’t too skinny, but kept their slim physique. They needed to be attractive after all, otherwise no Alpha would want them. What was shared between the three male Omegas, however, was that Kaminari ate most of Izuku’s share of food. The greenette never had much of an appetite, while the opposite could be said for his blonde friend. Looking left and then right, Izuku slid most of his portion onto Kaminari’s plate. “Itadakimasu!”The three of them dug into their food, Kaminari striking up idle conversation, and Izuku trying his best to maintain it.“So, tomorrow’s your big day, huh?”“Yeah.”“How you feeling?”“Rather nervous.”“That’s to be expected.”“I guess so, I just don’t want to mess it up.”Izuku was the eldest of the three, meaning he was going to be picked first.“I’m going to miss you two.”“We’ll definitely stay in contact when we get out of here.”“I hope we can,” Izuku replied, trying his best not to choke on his sobs - he knew deep down it would never happen.Izuku finished his dinner quickly and excused himself from the table. Dropping his tray off, he walked back upstairs. He quietly closed the door behind himself, and stumbled over to his bed. Sinking into it, the mattress dipped ever so slightly with his weight and the springs squeaked quietly. Izuku sniffed and fell onto his back, staring at the opposite wall. If you looked closely, you’d find small scratches engraved in the wood. Once upon a time he counted down the days until he was going to break out of here. He was going to run away and be free; but that was all in the past. That was when he was still young and naive enough to think he was ever going to escape his fate. Hours passed, and exhaustion never took over him. His mind was buzzing too filled with anxiety for the next day to come. This was what he’d been training his whole life for, what everything had been taken away for. Blinking the tears out his eyes, he glanced at the clock that lay next to his bed, watching it turn to midnight.“Happy birthday,” he whispered to himself. Izuku was 18 now. He was finally of age. Today was the day; he’d been picked and pruned his whole life for this next 24 hours. He was a prime specimen; male, omegan and quirkless. A rare combination that many lusted over.He turned off the lamp and pressed his face into the pillows. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d celebrated his birthday. It was a surprise he even remembered which day it was on. He couldn’t remember what it felt like to receive presents and eat cake with friends and family, only experiencing them through the few books he’d managed to sneakily read from the library. Izuku covered his eyes and rolled onto his side. He trembled, his body shaking with the silent cries that he wouldn’t let ring out. He’d kept it together for this long, no point in breaking now. His life had been an endless circle; wake up, take your medication, go downstairs to eat, train, eat dinner, come back upstairs, take more medication, go to bed. The only thing that had kept him sane the whole time was tomorrow. Tomorrow was finally the day he was going to get chosen. He didn’t know what to expect, it was the “great unknown”, as many called it. Once you got picked, you were never seen or heard from again. No one knew what happened once you walked out the front door of the House, but Izuku doubted it was any worse than the hell he was living in now. He’d lost connection to the outside world. He couldn’t remember what the breeze of fresh air felt like, what colour the cherry blossoms were when they bloomed, what the ocean smelled like; but that was all going to change. He was finally going to leave this place, then he’d never have to come back. And maybe, just maybe his new master would love him for who, not what, he was, but that was a far fetched thought, and he didn’t let himself entertain the idea too much. Izuku felt himself drifting off to sleep, and let himself get carried away. The Omega woke up like any other day. The sunlight filtered in from the slanted window, so high up on his wall he couldn’t see or reach it. Not that he hadn’t tried. The first few years he spent in this room he’d tried time and time again to look out it. From standing on various pieces of furniture to trying to sling a rope up, nothing worked. He sat up and stretched out his tired muscles, yawning. He walked over to his cabinet, jumping up and down to wake himself up. Downing his morning medicine, he ruffled his hands through his hair. It didn’t matter what he looked like, he was going to get dressed up later anyways. Walking to the door, he turned the handle, only to find it locked. His heart leapt in his chest. In all 14 years of him living here, never once had his door been locked. Yanking and pulling, he resorted to banging on the frame, screaming his lungs out for someone to hear him. What was going on? He stumbled backwards when someone opened it from the outside.“Now, now Mr. Midoriya, no need to cause a racket.”Looking up he came face to face with the House Matron. She was beautiful, as to be expected, but behind her eyes was a coldness Izuku had never grown used to. She didn’t show her face often, but when she did she made you want to crawl into a hole and never come out. Izuku scrambled to his feet, quickly bowing his head low and averting his eyes in a show of submission.

“Rise.”Izuku lifted his head so quickly he twinged his neck. “You know what today is; the single most important day of your pitiful life. You should be honored that you’ve been chosen. You should be proud of yourself for making it this far, not many do. But most of all you should be grateful to the people here, and your new master. I’ve sent for the cleaners, they should be here any minute. Now, I don’t need to go over the rules again, do I?”

“No Matron.”

“Good. You always were a prized piece in my collection. Do me good, Omega.”Izuku slanted his gaze to the side and stretched his neck to the side, waiting for the Matron to leave before he let go of his breath. At least I won’t have to deal with her anymore , the Omega thought. He sat down on the edge of his bed while he waited for the workers to come. 10 minutes passed. Then 15. When it had been half an hour Izuku grew confused, and worried. Surely they should be here by now? He walked to his door, surprised to find it was now unlocked, peaking out into the hallway, he found it deserted. Tip toeing to the end of the passage, he looked down the stairs, where a group of workers and the Matron were huddled together, whispering hurriedly about something. Izuku concentrated, but they were too far away to hear. Frowning, he thought it would be best to return to his room in case the cleaners came and he wasn’t there. He was just about to close his door when a shrill alarm sounded. Instantly dropping to the floor, he crouched down, hands over his head.Loud footsteps echoed up the stairs, shouts resounding through the walls, and suddenly Izuku was picked up and pushed down the hallway.“Move.”

He didn’t dare glance behind him, instead running to the end of the hallway. Others were joining him, being called out of their rooms. A door opened at the end, one Izuku had never been in before. A bright light blinded him for a second and he had to blink for his eyes to adjust. It was a large, empty room, with not a window or other door in sight. He quickly stood in a corner, panting and trying to calm his racing heart. He watched as others filed in, some looking scared and others expressionless. When he saw Kaminari and Tamaki stumble inside, he ran up to them.

“What’s going on?”

“No idea.”“Is there a fire? An accident?”

“I...I don’t know.”Kaminari held tightly onto Tamaki, who was trembling in the blonde’s grip. “I’m sure it’s fine though! Probably just a drill or a false alarm.”

As always he tried to keep a positive view, calming the other Omega’s down. The three of them found a small, empty space and sat down, huddled together. An hour passed, then two. Finally, the door opened, and everyone’s attention turned to the person standing in the entrance; it was the Matron. “All Omega’s, follow me.”Izuku, Kaminari, Tamaki and 6 others stood up, quietly shuffling to the doorway. It was closed behind them, echoing with a loud clunk.“You 9 come with me.”“Matron, what’s going-”

“Shut it.”The girl quickly closed her mouth, holding onto another’s hand. They followed in silence, down the stairs and through a passageway Izuku, once again, had never seen before. The greenette brought up the rear, trailing behind everyone else. He was just about to step past the threshold when he was grabbed and his mouth covered.“Shh. Come with me.”

The words were whispered in his ear. He was quietly pulled backwards, no one noticed his disappearance. He watched as a tall man with black hair walked past him, as quiet as a mouse. He stepped into the passageway, quickly pushing past the others until he reached the Matron. Izuku didn’t see what happened next, as he was quickly dragged the opposite way. The Omega submitted wholeheartedly, unable to fight back, not that he’d even want to anyway. That’s when he heard it. Screams and shouts followed by explosions throughout the House. His heart thrummed, his mind racing, as he tried to make sense of what was happening. His head felt so light, like he was going to faint at any moment. Were Kaminari and Tamaki okay? He hoped nothing bad happened to them. The hand was no longer covering his mouth, causing him to drink down huge gulps of air. Suddenly he was thrust through a door, bright light once again blinding him. Cold air hit his face, and he squinted to try make out where he was. Slowly blinking, his eyes adjusted to the new world in front of him. He gasped, the sound quiet, barely a whisper. His eyes widened as he tried to take everything in all at once. The deep green trees swaying in the light wind, leaves a red, brown, yellow combination. The sound of birds chirping happily to each other. The clouds sweeping over the pale blue sky. The cold air stung his skin, and made his nose hurt. Tears pricked the corners of Izuku’s eyes before he could stop them. He took a deep breath of fresh air, noting the slight sweet taste it had to it. Unfortunately, the blissful moment was coldy interrupted when something heavy clicked into place around his wrists. He tried separating them to no avail. Looking behind at his back, he saw handcuffs now adorning his forearms. “Sorry about that, protocol.”Izuku looked up to meet red eyes and a bright smile.“Don’t worry now, you’re going to be safe. I’m Red Riot. A few of my team members and I came to save you.”Izuku was led over to a large, white van where he was sat down on a plush, black seat. He frowned, trying his best to understand the situation. One minute he was lying in bed, dreaming about the day ahead of him, and now he was sitting in a van, handcuffed, watching as the man who saved him went back into the House. Maybe he was still dreaming. That was the only logical conclusion Izuku could reach. After that, everything happened so fast. Before Izuku could even comprehend what was happening, he, Kaminari, tamaki and two other female Omega were being driven down the road, the House he grew up in slowly fading behind them until it was just a spot on the horizon. As far as Izuku could tell, there were two other people besides Red Riot who’d come to “save” them. One had spiky, blonde hair, while the other’s was flat and black. He recognised the latter as the man who’d gone down the passageway Izuku was just about to enter. They were all talking in quick, hushed tones between each other, until they fell silent when an intermission came in. Red Riot, as he called himself, picked up the phone and answered it. “Yes, we got them. No not all of them, unfortunately we were stopped. How many?”The man turned around to do a headcount. “5. Yes, we’re on our way. Bakugo, time estimate?”The one with blonde hair checked the clock and answered, “3:47.”“3:47,” Red Riot repeated, “yes, okay.”He hung the phone up and cleared his throat. They rode the rest of the way like that, in complete silence. Izuku didn’t mind, he quite enjoyed the quiet. It gave him time to marvel at the outside world, as well as collect his thoughts. He’d come to the conclusion that even if this wasn’t real, even if this was something his brain had come up with, he might as well enjoy it. He hadn’t had a dream like this in years. His nose twitched and he looked to the seat next to him where Tamaki was sitting. The boy’s head was hung and a putrid acidic smell was coming off him in waves. Izuku instantly recognised it, fear . The raven haired man turned around and his features soften. Suddenly sweet pheromones hit Izuku’s nose, ones he barely recognised; they were calming pheromones. Was he an Alpha? Suddenly Izuku started to panic. Were all three of them alphas? He hadn’t been able to smell anything on them before, so he assumed they were Betas. Taking a deep breath, Izuku calmed himself. This was what they’d trained for, no reason to get scared. The car pulled to a stop and Izuku was pulled out of the car. “Come on, we’ll get you somewhere nice.”Izuku let himself be led away by Red Riot, through doors and down passages. He made a mental note of all the turns they took, just in case he’d have to escape. When they finally came to a stop, and the rest of the group caught up with them, Izuku looked back to notice only Kaminari and Tamaki were following them. Where had the girls gone? Izuku also noticed the black haired man was gone.“I’ll come check on you later. For now, this man will be in charge of you.”Izuku looked to where Red Riot was gesturing and saw a man dressed in uniform waiting by a door. Izuku slowly walked up to the man, gasping slightly when he was roughly pulled forward. The freckled boy felt the guard tug on his upper lip, examining his canines.“Good.”He was pushed through the door and almost fell to the floor. Quickly balancing himself, he turned around to face the door. Kaminari and Tamaki sooner followed after him, and then the guard. The door was closed, and the man pushed through the three boys.“Come.”They followed the guard down a hallway littered with bars on both sides. They turned to the left, and had to brace themselves when the man came to a halting stop. “Name.”Izuku looked up. The guard was looking at Tamaki.“I said, name .”“His name is Tamaki,” Kaminari spoke up.“Full name.”“Tamaki Amajiki.”The guard scribbled something down on a piece of paper and slotted it next to the door. Sliding it open, he looked back to Tamaki.“In.”Tamaki shakily took a step inside, and hadn’t even made it past the threshold before the guard slammed the door shut and locked it.“Next.”“Kaminari Denki.”The same thing happened to the blonde.“Next.”“I-Izuku Midoriya.”Izuku was shoved inside, his heart beating and forehead glistening with sweat as he heard the lock turn in the door. He stood up and took in his surroundings. It was much like his old room, despite being smaller...and plainer. While the door in front of him reminded him of a prison cell, the other three walls were made of proper cement. Unfortunately, that meant he couldn’t see Kaminari, even though he was situated right beside him. Izuku could, however, see Tamaki. The shy boy was in the room opposite him, across the hall. However, Izuku couldn’t catch a glimpse of him, probably because it was dark, and Izuku assumed the Omega had already crawled into a small space. The greenette instead turned his attention back to his own room. There wasn’t much in it, besides a small bed and empty bookshelf, and a tiny little bathroom in the corner. No shower, Izuku noted. No windows either.“Suppose it’s not really different to before,” Izuku muttered to himself. “What’s that?”Izuku whipped around to face Red Riot. “Hey.” The man rubbed the back of his neck, still smiling softly. Izuku turned his head to the side and looked to the ground. Now that he really focused on it, knowing what he was looking for, he could smell this man was an Alpha. Immediately, all the training that had been beaten into him kick in. He let his eyes droop and released sweet pheromones, not too much, not too little, just like he’d been taught. The effect was instant. Izuku felt slightly proud he could reduce a pro hero to this state in a matter of seconds. Red Riot’s shoulders relaxed, his pupils dilated and his mouth hung open. He slid the gate closed and rushed over to Izuku, pushing him up against the wall. Izuku winced slightly at the pain, but quickly brushed it away. He watched as Red Riot licked his lips and raked his eyes over the greenette’s body. Izuku was still in his sleeping clothes he’d been wearing back at the house, which didn’t leave much to the imagination. He wore a loose top, leaving his left shoulder bare, and tiny shorts. The Omega yelped before melting into the rough kiss placed on his lips. With his hands pinned above his head, Izuku didn’t have much leverage against the hero. His mind slipped far away, separating itself from his body. Every time he was in this situation, he let himself go. There was no point being there for something he was never going to enjoy. Besides, that wasn’t the point. The point was to make the Alpha feel good, make them feel happy. He was merely something to be used. He could barely feel the lingering touches on his body, sliding up his chest, down his leg. They left a slight tingle on his skin, something he could barely feel as he detached himself until he was left in a barely conscious state. He was numb to his surroundings, to the wet kisses on his neck, to the hand slowly traveling past his waistline. He became someone else, someone the Alpha would want. With his hands now free, Izuku tangled them in the bright red hair, giving a tentative pull. The Alpha moaned - a positive response. Izuku did it again, this time a little harder. He was just about to step out of his pants when there was a bang against the bars and the two were startled out of their moment. “The fuck d’you think you’re doing?”

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Izuku adjusted his vision to get a glimpse of blonde, spiky hair. It was one of the people from the van. The Omega tensed up, hiding behind the redhead, clinging to the hero’s shirt. He wasn’t sure why, but that man gave him a bad feeling. “Katsuki! What...what are you doing here?”“I was ordered to check up on our new prisoners, shitty hair.”“Okay, well first of all, they aren’t prisoners, and secondly my hair isn’t that different from yours.”“Anyone who goes against the law is a prisoner.”“They didn’t even choose to do this! They were taken away and forced to do things you can’t even imagine.”“Yeah, yeah whatever. Just come with me, boss wants to talk to us.”“Coming.”Red Riot looked behind him as if seeing Izuku for the first time. The greenette watched as the pieces clicked in his mind.“Oh my god- did I- was I-”“I’m not waiting around shitty hair!”“I’m so sorry, I’ll be right back…”Izuku knew he was waiting for a name, or any kind of response, but the Omega didn’t give one.“Okay.”Izuku watched as Red Riot exited the cell and walked off with the man he called ‘Katsuki’. Walking over to his bed, Izuku sat down, head in hands. What the fuck was going on? He was so confused. Turning over his wrists, he looked at the deep scratches that had long since scarred over; an old habit he’d been forced to get over. No alpha would want a scratched up omega. His sale price had already gone down because of it, but there was nothing anyone could do about that now. Staring at the old wounds, his mind feeling muddled from all the chaos that had happened within the last few hours, Izuku felt a tug deep in his stomach. The same feeling that used to take him over back then; an irresistible itch beneath his skin. He wanted nothing more than to cut through the surface, draw blood and feel something, anything. He looked around the room for a loose item, sharp or dull, he didn’t care. When nothing caught his sight, his heart rate picked up and he started hyperventilating. Everything was catching up to him now. This wasn’t a dream, it was something much, much worse. Pulling his hair, Izuku’s vision blurred. His mind fuzzed and he could no longer hear the sounds from outside. His heart thumped against his chest and it felt like his lungs were collapsing, restricting his breathing. He spiralled down, going to a place he told himself he never would, not again. “Izuku, is it?”The Omega looked to the side as the mattress dipped down. He hadn’t heard anyone come in, he was too consumed by his thoughts. “Listen, I’m not really sure what happened, but I know I did something, and I know that it was my fault. I’m sorry. Are you okay?”Izuku didn’t meet the Alpha’s gaze. He didn’t know what to do. Should he accept the apology and move on? Should he try to make him feel good again? “I’ll give you some time to yourself.”Izuku heard the door close and curled up on his side, hugging his legs tight, knees digging into his chest. Sniffing, Izuku didn’t let the tears fall. He didn’t want to go there. But he couldn’t stop himself. He muffled his sobs as the tears streamed down his face, soaking into the pillow beneath his head. He tried to hang onto the thin thread dangling in front of him. He didn’t want to drop to the bottom, not yet. He felt himself falling apart, the strings unravelling. He tried picking up the pieces as they fell, slotting them back in place. But they didn’t stay. Soon his body was convulsing with the restricted cries. Why wasn’t he giving up? Why was he trying to hold on? Who was here that cared? His father was missing, his mother was dead, he had no siblings, no one to call family. Somewhere in the back of his mind he thought about Kaminari and Tamaki. He’d known them for so long, he thought of them as more than just friends. But even then, would they care? Probably not. Who was he kidding, no one thought about him, much less cared. As Izuku turned over, he saw something shine in the hallway light. Sitting up, Izuku was about to walk over to investigate when he heard a bang on his cell door.“Hey, you in there?”It was Katsuki.“I’m coming in.”Katsuki unlocked the door and walked in. He sat down on the floor opposite the Omega’s bed.“So listen. Here’s the deal. Each of us have been assigned an omega to “look after”. You’re mine. I’ll set up a schedule for you to follow, don’t worry about that. You’ll be safe here, okay?”Katsuki was never a soft person, he usually showed his feelings upright and straight; which was usually harsh and aggressive. However, he knew the horrible things this boy must’ve endured, so he tried to turn it down and seem as kind and comforting as possible. He was going to be stuck with him for the next few weeks anyway. Looking up at the Omega, in the light Katsuki could see the greenette’s cheeks glisten. He’d obviously been crying. Katsuki cursed internally. He never knew what to do in these situations. He was bad enough dealing with his own feelings, let alone other people’s. “Did Kirishima do something to you?”The Omega looked at him, confused. Oh right, he’ll know him by his hero name. “Red Riot, did he do something?”The boy shook his head. Somehow, Katsuki didn’t believe him.“So, what’s your name.”No response.“Not much of a talker, are you?”Again, not even a subtle movement.“Well, we’re stuck with each other for the next few weeks, so unless you want me to continue a one sided conversation the whole time, could you maybe give me a few signals? How about I ask yes or no questions?”The Omega nodded his head and Katsuki felt proud with the slight improvement. “Okay. How about we start with the basics. Are you of age?”A nod. Katsuki jotted it down in the notepad he’d brought. They had next to no information on any of the Omegas, and it was now the heroes who’s been at the scene job to obtain some. “Do you have a quirk?”No. That surprised Katsuki. He’d never met someone who was quirkless before. Of course, the man could be lying. “Do you have any blood relatives?”No. Katsuki almost felt sad for the boy, but quickly cleared his head and continued on with his job. A few simple questions later and the Alpha felt happy with the response. At least now he had a basis to work off of.“I just need to take some blood and then I’ll leave you alone.”Katsuki walked outside and collected the syringe he’d left by the door.“Sorry about this,” he said as he drew some of the Omega’s blood. Carefully placing a band aid over it, he put the syringe back into its plastic bag.“Okay, all good. Put pressure on that until it stops bleeding, alright? I’ll come check on you in the morning.”The Omega nodded and Katsuki walked back outside the cell, catching the name on the door before leaving.“If there’s anything you want or need, don’t hesitate to ask, okay? See you tomorrow.”Katsuki walked to the nurse’s office, and handed in the blood. It would go through a bunch of different tests, all of which didn’t concern Katsuki. He had other business to deal with now, involving a certain redhead. As he was searching the building for said man, the Alpha let his mind wander. He wasn’t sure why, but he felt extremely protective of this Omega he barely knew. Thinking another Alpha had done something to him made Katsuki angry in a way he couldn’t explain. Finally spotting the spiky hair around the corner, the blonde pulled Eijiro away, into the bathroom.“Hey, bro! What gives! I was busy over there you know.”“Did you do something to Izuku?”“Who, the new Omega?”“Yes.”“Well, I think so, but I’m not really sure.”“The fuck kind of a response is that?”“I mean, it was strange. I remember being with him, and then I felt warmth and smelled something sweet, and then you interrupted us and then I can’t remember!”“Tch. Do you hear yourself?”“I know it’s weird, but it’s true!”“Whatever. Don’t pull a stunt like that again, hear me?”“Yes.”Even though they were both alphas, Katsuki was obviously the bigger, stronger, more dominant of the two. Leaving Eijiro in the bathroom, the blonde walked out and started to head home, making a mental note to bring Izuku some new clothes in the morning. He had research to do. Izuku wiped his eyes and watched as the Alpha left. That was weird , he thought. He’d never come across an Alpha like that. Oh well, it didn’t matter to him. He turned over to face the wall, holding his hands to his chest and wrapped a hand around the fresh wound, just as Katsuki had told him. He squeezed his eyes shut, trying his best to fall asleep, but his thoughts haunted him. Feelings he hadn’t had for a long time resurfaced. Before, all he’d felt was numb, lost to the world; he’d tried everything to feel something. Now he was, the emotions were overwhelming; he felt useless, dead, worthless. It was a hundred times worse than he ever remembered. He wished he could go back to his senseless state of mind. Before he knew it, morning had arrived. He’d fallen asleep without realising, but it couldn't have been for long. His mind was fogged and his eyes hurt from crying so much. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d cried himself to sleep. “Wake up, everyone.”Izuku was rattled from his nightmare by someone banging on his cell door. Groggily sitting up, he panicked for a second when he didn’t recognise his surroundings. Then yesterday's events came back, and he remembered where he was. His door was opened and he slipped out of his bed, walking out to join Kaminari and Tamaki. The blonde immediately pulled him into a tight hug. “It’s okay, I’m okay,” Izuku reassured him.“I couldn’t see you and I didn’t know what they’d done to you and I was so, so scared; I still am. I don’t understand what’s going on. Did an Alpha come to see you yesterday?”“Yeah, it was the blonde from yesterday.”“Oh, the raven haired boy came to see me.”“Who went to you, Tamaki?” Izuku asked.“Red Riot,” the shy boy muttered.Izuku instantly tensed. “Did he...do anything?”“He asked questions, but that’s about it. Can we go home now?”“I think this is our home now,” Izuku responded, walking forward when someone prodded his back.“Get moving,” the guard said. The three of them walked in silence, following the group of other people ahead of them. At least we have each other , Izuku thought. Unfortunately, that didn’t last long. As soon as they stepped into the next room, they were torn apart, each in different directions. Izuku flailed as strong arms held him back.“Izuku!”“Kaminari, it’s okay! It’s going to be fine. Do what they tell you!”Kaminari had a knack for going against the rules and speaking his mind, but in this situation, he really needed to keep his mouth shut and obey. Izuku let himself be dragged out, only tearing his gaze away when he could no longer see Kaminari. His heart thumped uncomfortably against his chest and his breathing was restricted. I will not cry. I will not give them the satisfaction, Izuku thought. When he imagined being released from the House, he didn’t expect much. He knew what he was getting into. He knew he was just someone any rich Alpha could use for his biddings. But this was far worse than anything he’d imagined. His hair was pulled, teeth examined, skin scrubbed, and worst of all, he didn’t have a single clue as to what was going on. No one was talking to him, only giving instructions to the next thing he needed to do. At the end, he was shoved into another room and the door was locked. The greenette sat in the corner and bought his knees close. When the door opened, he looked up and saw the blonde Alpha entering the room. All instincts told Izuku to leap at him, but he stopped himself. “Hey.”Izuku sniffed in response.“So, have you thought about what you want me to get you?”He nodded.“Good. Here’s some fresh clothes for you to change into.”A bag was placed at Izuku’s feet but he didn’t meet the man’s eyes.Katsuki felt slightly hurt the Omega wouldn’t meet his gaze, but didn’t linger on it.“So...I realised I didn’t properly introduce myself yesterday. My name’s Katsuki Bakugo. I’m a pro-hero who works for this agency.” Katsuki thought it would make the smaller boy feel safer if he knew a few things about himself, starting with his name. “I’m Izuku. I-Izuku Midoriya.”Katsuki was shocked at the sound of the Omega’s voice. It was like a sweet, sing song melody, beautiful, yet sad at the same time. “Hello Midoriya, nice to meet you.”The blonde tapped his fingers against his arm, uncomfortable in the depressing atmosphere of the room.“So, what was it you wanted?”“Could I have a notebook? And some pencils?”Katsuki was slightly shocked.“That’s all you want?”The Omega nodded. “Well that can definitely be arranged. I’ve got to go now, I have patrol, but I’ll come back later with your notebook.”Midoriya nodded again. When he looked up at Katsuki, the Alpha frowned to see a few scratches on his face. He was going to ask the Omega about them, but decided it was better to talk to someone else about it.“See you later.”Oh god, Katsuki was so awkward. Technically, he could’ve spared a few more minutes, but what the fuck are you supposed to talk about with someone like Midoriya? Especially if the other person hardly talks. Katsuki sighed and ran a hand through his hair. This was going to be a rough few weeks. He walked over to the desk where the guard was situated.“Hey, I couldn’t help but notice there are a few scratches on Midoriya’s face. What’s up with that?”“Like hell if I know.”Katsuki was tired of the guard’s bullshit. They’ve always been rude, arrogant, know it alls and it pissed Katsuki off. No one bothered putting them in their place, but that was going to change.“Listen, I’m tired of your attitude. You either buck the fuck up or I’ll personally get your ass fired.”The guard perked up but glared at Katsuki.“Yeah, and what gives you the authority to do that,” the guard countered.“I may not have that authority, but boss certainly does.”At the mention of the boss, the guard immediately shut up.“So, I’ll ask you again. Why are there scratches on that Omega’s face.”“I don’t know. Maybe it was when he was being examined. It’s not like I’m keep close tabs on all of them.”Katsuki sighed. This man wasn’t going to help him, so he gave up. Stalking off, he walked to the changing rooms to change into his hero costume. That weird feeling came over him again. The instinct to protect this small Omega. Any sign of injury and Katsuki wanted to leapt down the throats of who ever caused them. Throughout the rest of patrol, the small, green haired boy was on Katsuki’s mind.Izuku looked up and saw a tray slide into his cell. The food on it looked disgusting, plus he wasn’t hungry, so he didn’t bother getting up. Pulling the thin blanket higher up, Izuku stared at the wall. He wondered how long he’d be kept here. The pro-hero had said ‘a few weeks’, but Izuku hadn’t really been listening. The freckled boy didn’t know how long he’d been silently lying there for, but it must’ve been a while. The next thing he knew, his cell door was opening and Bakugo was walking in, but Izuku didn’t spare him a glance. “Hey, again. I got your things.”Izuku heard something being set down, and assumed it was the notebook he asked for.“So...how’s it going?”Izuku didn’t respond. Bakugo cleared his throat, obviously uncomfortable. The Omega should probably reply, but he didn’t care. He really didn’t care if the alpha didn’t talk to him. He didn’t want to grow close to anyone, so why bother with conversation. “I just wanted to make sure you were okay. Are they treating you alright? I know things can be quite harsh in-”“I’m fine.” Izuku muted his tone. He let no emotion through. He didn’t let the alpha know he was falling to pieces, barely hanging on. He wouldn’t let this man in. He wouldn’t let himself be torn apart, not again. “Okay well, I guess I’ll leave you then.”Izuku wanted to scream out. He wanted to tell Bakugo not to leave, to stay here with him, but he kept his mouth shut. He only stood up once he heard the footsteps fading away. His clothes were dirty, gross and sticking to him from the excessive amount of sweat. Izuku dragged his feet across the small room to where the Alpha had dumped the bag earlier. Opening it up, he saw a few pairs of new underwear, a pair of shorts, a shirt and a hoodie. No pants? Strange. Not that Izuku was complaining. He stripped himself and hid behind the bookshelf. Walking over to the tiny basin, he tried washing his body off as best he could before placing the new clothes on. He wondered if they were allowed to take showers, and if so, where and when. He watched as a guard left his dinner and took his lunch tray away. He hadn’t touched the food, and knew the dinner plate was going to leave exactly how it came, save for the water he took. Taking a sip, Izuku realised he hadn’t drunk in a long time. He was dehydrated. The pounding headache was slightly soothed by the cool water. He drank each and every drop, only lowering the bottle when nothing more came out. Izuku’s stomach cramped and his skin burned. He recognised those symptoms. They were an after effect of not taking the pills for more than 24 hours. He knew because one time he’d refused to take them for 3 days. Unfortunately, he’d given in after 72 hours as the pain got too intense. He knew there was no way he’d get his hands on the medicine in here. Maybe he could ask Bakugo when he came back tomorrow. Izuku shook his head and walked over to the bookshelf. There was a notebook and a small pencil case on it. Opening the bag up, Izuku saw there were 2 pencils, a pen, an eraser and a sharpener. Of course they wouldn’t give him any dangerous objects, or so they thought. Izuku spent the next hour removing the blade from the sharper, finally getting it out. It was small, but very sharp. Bakugo probably hadn’t even given it a second thought, and just threw it in the pencil case. Izuku dug it into his skin, watching it tear. Blood welled from the new cut and dripped to the floor. Izuku sighed in relief as pain spread up his arm. He carefully placed the blade back into the pencil case and flopped onto the bed. Tears spilled from his eyes and his wrist throbbed, but Izuku hardly felt it. He closed his eyes, but didn’t fall asleep. Bakugo didn’t visit the next day. Or the next, or the next. Izuku was starting to think the Alpha had given up on him. Deep inside him, Izuku was upset, but this was no different to everyone in his life. They all have up eventually, Bakugo had just gotten to it quicker than most, but that was fine. Now Izuku was alone, like how he should be. The next few days were living hell for Izuku. The withdrawal symptoms were harsh and persistent. He knew Kaminari and Tamaki would be experiencing the same. Unfortunately, he hadn’t been let out his cell, so he couldn't check on them. He tried calling over to Tamaki a few times, but hadn’t even been able to get out his bed. His clothes and bedsheets were soaked in various body fluids, but Izuku didn’t care. His life became a blur. Seconds melted into minutes, which melted into hours. Izuku didn’t even know what day it was, how long he’d been here, or how much longer he had. He hadn’t eaten in a long time, and the hunger was starting to catch up on him. He needed something, anything. So when the guard came around just like he did three times a day, Izuku forced himself to roll out his bed. Crashing to the floor, the Omega winced slightly. He crawled over to the tray and assessed its contents. Gulping the water down, he picked up the piece of bread. It was the plainest thing on the plate, and the most appetising, if a little stale. He ate it in two bites, before diving into the bowl of rice. Just as he swallowed the last bite, it all came back up again. He didn’t even have time to make it to the toilet before he puked all over the floor, collapsing in his own sick.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Katsuki had been so swamped with work he didn’t even have time to visit his Omega. Between late night patrols and paperwork, he didn’t have a spare minute. “This is ridiculous,” the blonde muttered to himself. I’ll definitely go visit him tonight, he thought. He tried to finish his paperwork up as quickly as possible. Just as he was about to walk out the door, he was interrupted by a certain redhead.“Hey Bakubro!”“What is it shitty hair. Can’t you see I’m busy?”“Where you going?”“To finally see my Omega.”“Finally?”“I haven’t been able to visit him for the past few days.”“Wait...so you don’t know?”“Don’t know what?”“Both Kaminari and Tamaki have suddenly fallen ill. I’m assuming the same thing’s happening to Izuku. We’re running tests, but still haven’t figured out what’s going on.”“Shit.”Katsuki rushed out the door and flew down the stairs. He knew he shouldn’t have left the Omega alone for that long. Tearing down the hallway, he came to a screeching halt outside Midoriya’s cell. “Midoriya?!”He looked down in the dark and saw an object on the floor. The smell hit him with blunt force, and Katsuki quickly whipped out his key. Unlocking the door he rushed inside, taking no time to kneel next to the Omega and shake him by his shoulders. “Midoriya! Midoriya, can you hear me?”The boy lay lifeless on the cold, hard ground.“Izuku!”Katsuki swiftly picked him up and ran as fast as he could to the medical facility. He was still suspicious of the team, so he brought the Omega to the only doctor he trusted. Banging hard on the door, he shouted as loud as his voice would allow.“Shinso! Shinso open up!”“He’s going to be okay. He’s severely dehydrated and hasn’t eaten much in a while. On top of that, he’s going through serious withdrawal symptoms. I’m not sure what they had him on at that place, but it did some serious damage to him. I want to keep him here for the next 2 days to monitor his condition. I’ve got him on an IV, so that should keep his fluids up. Other than that, I’ll keep you up to date.”“Thanks.”Katsuki watched as Shinso left the room, and the Alpha took a seat beside Midoriya. This was all his fault. He’d left the Omega alone even though he knew the traumatic experiences he’d gone through. Katsuki reached forward to hold the green haired boy’s hand, but quickly retracted it. It wasn’t his place. It wasn’t his right. Midoriya turned over in his sleep, curling up. The blonde watched as a tear fell from one of the Omega’s closed eyes. It rolled down his freckled cheek and sunk into the pillow. As Katsuki watched him tremble, his Alpha instincts were screaming at him to hold Midoriya, to comfort him., but he didn’t want to hurt the Omega any more than necessary. He didn’t know how Midoriya would act, and didn’t want to step over his boundaries, no matter how much it pained him. As he was about to set his hand back in his lap, someone grabbed it and pulled him close. Izuku knew the Alpha was hurting, and it was his fault. Exhaustion washed over the Omega, and he reached out for the retreating hand. Pulling it into his chest, he held it close. Something inside him twinged and pulled whenever he got near this Alpha, something he’d never experienced before. He couldn’t put a name to the feeling, and it frustrated Izuku. He quickly let go of the blonde’s hand and muttered an apology.“It’s okay.”Izuku knew he shouldn't press what he was feeling. He should just stay away. Bakugo probably never gave a second thought to him. The blonde was probably just here on orders from his boss. Izuku gathered up all the things he was feeling and buried them deep down, hiding them from the spotlight. The Omega looked deep into the crimson eyes, searching for an emotion. He didn’t find anything.“Are you okay?”“You shouldn’t be asking me that, you’re the one who’s sick.”Izuku watched as the Alpha took a deep breath. He barely knew this man, yet he knew what was going on. He was a pro-hero, someone who had to put up a strong facade. But deep down, he was broken. Something had happened, something he couldn't talk about, and it was obviously tearing the man apart. The alpha sighed and said, “Yes.”Izuku tilted his head to the side, questioningly.“I’m fine, really.”Izuku had been trained through and through. The Alpha came first. The Omega was there to make sure they were okay, to make sure they were happy; and right now, this Alpha was hurting. It was Izuku’s job to fix it. “Come here, Alpha~” Izuku beckoned. He let his sweet, cherry blossom scent run free, filling every corner of the room. He watched as the blonde’s pupils blew up so only a thin ring of crimson could be seen. The Alpha let out his own musky, cedar scent and Izuku drank it up. This is what he was meant for. This is what he’d been prepared for all those years to do. Bakugo leapt onto the bed, towering over Izuku. Fear pulsed through the greenette’s veins, but he didn’t let it show. The blonde was millimeters away from Izuku’s lips. The freckled boy could feel Bakugo’s breath on his lips, tantalising, teasing. Just as their mouths were about to connect, the Alpha scrambled off the side of the bed and fell to the ground with a thud. “Sorry, I have to go.”Izuku watched as Bakugo hurried out the room, slamming the door shut. Dread filled the boy up to the brim. Had he done something wrong? This was the second time since he’d been here. He wasn’t good at anything. This was the one thing he thought he could do. Turns out he can’t even fulfil the purpose he’d trained his entire life for. Slumping down, Izuku tucked a hand under his head with his back to the door. He felt sick to his stomach and his head wouldn’t stop pounding. All the horrible feelings came back to him as soon as Bakugo left the room. The Alpha’s scent still lingered, and Izuku just wanted it to vanish. He closed his eyes and silently wept as the emptiness surrounded him. Why couldn’t things change? Everyone always told him to do this, do that. When would he finally be free? When would he finally be the one to tell himself what to do? Would that day ever come?
Izuku’s cheek met with the cold, hard ground.

“Get up,” the man spat.

Izuku pressed up on his shaky arms, getting to his knees.

“Now, apologise.”

The greenette bowed his head and apologised.

“What should I do with you? You’ve been a bad boy, disobeying me.”

Izuku kept his mouth shut. He didn’t want to make it worse than it already was.

“Why did you lie?”

He didn’t respond.
“I said why did you lie .”
“I don’t know.”

“You should know better. Now, both you and that stupid “friend” of yours going to get punished.”
Izuku shuddered awake as he was wrenched from his dream world. Wiping his cheeks, he realised his pillow was soaking wet.“How pathetic.”Izuku sniffed and sat up but immediately fell back down. Clutching his head, Izuku’s skin burned. He realised he was covered in tears and a copious amount of sweat. Wrenching the blanket off, he pulled the hoodie he’d been wearing over his head. Clutching his chest, Izuku bent over and threw up. The after effects of not taking his pills were still wearing out his body. He wondered how Kaminari and Tamaki were faring. For the next few days, Izuku’s life was a constant routine. Wake up from a nightmare, eat something, throw it up, lie in bed. Bakugo didn’t visit him again. Izuku wondered if he’d scared the hero away. Maybe it was better that way. When Izuku was discharged, he made his way back to the cell with a new guard.“Hi! My name’s Akari. I’ll be your guard from now on. I’ve been personally assigned to make sure you’re alright.”Izuku nodded. Izuku walked to his door, catching a glimpse of Kaminari on the way. The Omega was huddled up in bed. Taking a sniff of the air, Izuku could smell fear and sick, but it was old. If he was feeling better, maybe the others were too. “Okay, I’ll be back to check on you in a little bit. Oh! Also, you’re allowed to come out to the cafeteria and outside grounds now.”Again, Izuku nodded. It didn’t make a difference to him where he didn’t eat his meals. As the guard walked away, Izuku realised she hadn’t locked the door. Must’ve forgot. It didn’t matter to the greenette. It’s not like he was going to try escape, there was no where for him to go. At least here he was kept out of the bad weather. He walked to the bookshelf and took out the notebook and pencils. He spent the next however many hours writing down notes, on everything and anything, only stopping when the guard came back.“Hi! It’s me again. I wanted to let you know the cafeteria is open for dinner, so you can come eat.”“Okay.”She left with a smile and Izuku feeling confused. Why was she being so nice to him? Izuku didn’t really feel like going out there, but wanted to see Kaminari and Tamaki, so he forced himself to follow her. Once he was out his cell, he peered into his friend’s rooms to check for them, but they were already gone. He shrugged, thinking they must’ve already gone down to the cafeteria. Izuku followed the mass of other prisoners. As he was walking, he made a mental note to ask the guard about showers. He was starting to feel very dirty, and his hair was disgusting. He hated having it long, but the maidens at the House told him he was more valuable like that, so he didn’t have a choice. Unfortunately, Izuku hadn’t been watching where he was going, accidentally bumping into someone.“Watch it.”“Sorry.”Izuku cowered in fear. He quickly kept walking until he noticed a familiar coloured blonde.“K-Kaminari!”The Omega turned around to face Izuku. “Izuku! There you are!”Kaminari and Tamaki slowed down their pace to allow the greenette to catch up. Kaminari instantly pulled him in, hugging him far tighter than necessary. “I was worried sick about you. When they took you away I thought something serious had happened.”“Sorry."“Are you okay? Did they do anything to you?” the blonde asked as he scanned Izuku’s body from top to bottom. “I’m fine. Just some symptoms.”“We had them too. I think it’s from not taking those pills they gave us back at the House.”“I think so too.”Izuku looked over to Tamaki who had his hands in his pockets and was staring at the ground. The greenette placed a hand on the boy’s back comfortingly.“You doing okay?”A subtle nod. Izuku knew what that meant. He looked back at Kaminari and noticed he was still wearing them same clothes he left in, Tamaki as well.“They haven’t given you a new set of clothes?”“Well technically they did, but I didn’t really want to put them on until I was clean.”“Oh, have you also not taken a shower.”“Disgusting, I know.”They started walking again, catching up as they entered the cafeteria. It was filled with people, leaving Izuku feeling slightly overwhelmed. They made their way to the back of the line and waited to be served. With all three of them holding their trays, Izuku looked around for a spot to sit. There weren’t any spots where the three of them could sit together, so Izuku turned around with a comforting smile on his face.“It’s fine, I’ll go sit over there,” Izuku gestured to an open seat, “I’ll catch you two when I’m finished.”“No, wait Izu-”Izuku couldn’t hear the Omega over the noise. He sat down and shrunk inside himself, drowning out the noise. He wasn’t even particularly hungry, but didn’t want another episode like last time, so he forced himself to eat. He took his first mouthful and was surprised at how tasty the food was. Taking another bite, he was interrupted by someone from behind.“That’s my spot.”He turned around and came face to face with a scary looking man with piercing blue eyes. By his appearance alone, Izuku could tell he was an Alpha. When the man came closer, his scent confirmed it.“I said, get off my spot, Omega .”Izuku quickly sat up and scrambled away, almost dropping his plate in the process. “Oh Dabi, be nice.”“Eep!”Izuku shuddered and tensed as a hand ran down his back. He felt someone’s breath on his neck and he gulped hard. “Don’t be so nervous, Omega. It’s not a good smell on you.”Katsuki was on duty in the cafeteria. All pro-heroes were required to serve a period of time doing jobs like security. The Alpha chose this job hoping to catch a glimpse of Midoriya to make sure the Omega was doing okay. He saw prisoners filtering in, but didn’t see that now familiar mop of green hair. Finally, he saw the freckled boy walk in with two other people. Katsuki faintly recognised them from the rescue day. Midoriya seemed so happy, smiling and laughing along with the blonde. How could someone in his situation act like that? He watched carefully as Midroiya got separated from the others, finding his way to a table alone. His Alpha instincts immediately went into overdrive when he saw someone approaching the Omega. He knew that man. It was none other than the S rank villain Dabi with Chisaki following close behind. This was trouble. He was about to go over and interrupt their little gang when Eijiro came up behind him. “Hey bro! I got this, your shift’s over.”“It’s fine I’ll stay overtime.”“While I’d like to say you could, you’re booked for a patrol. You’re already 3 minutes late.”Shit, what am I supposed to do? It’s not like the Alphas could do anything to Midoriya out here in the open, so I suppose he’s safe for now, especially with Shitty hair watching. Except for the fact that said hero has succumbed to Midoriya once before. I’ll have to rely on Eijiro, there’s nothing else I can do. Katsuki glanced over his shoulder one last time as he walked through the doors to the changing rooms. Izuku stiffened, making sure not to move an inch. His knuckles were turning white from gripping the tray so hard. The Alpha was hovering over him, snaking his hands over Izuku’s arms, down his back. “So, what’s your name?”Izuku’s throat was dry, his eyes were watering. “Not answering, huh? Well that’s fine, I like no name Omegas anyway.”Izuku felt the man’s lips ghost down his neck, onto his exposed shoulder. The Alpha licked over the greenette’s scent gland and he shivered under the bigger man’s touch. “Name’s Chisaki,” the man walked in front of Izuku, “and I think I like you. How about you stick with me? I promise to show you a good time.”The Omega tried to respond, but only spluttered over his words.“I’ll take that as a yes. Now come, sit.”Chisaki sat down where Izuku had been previously and placed his face mask on, cleaning the table with some sort of product. “Come, Omega .”The Alpha’s voice was muffled, but Izuku heard him clear enough. Chisaki held his knee out, and Izuku took the prompt before something bad happened. He walked stiffly over to the man, and took his place on the Alpha’s leg, setting his tray down.“That’s a good boy.”Izuku felt Chisaki’s hand rest on his lower back and he arched his spine. As much as it hurt him, Izuku was willing to succumb to any Alpha right now. He was touch starved and craved any inkling of comfort or release of these feelings circling in his head. Izuku was startled when a voice shouted at the prisoners that lunch time was over. “Why don’t you take me back to your cell?”“I-I don’t know if that’s allowed…”“Hmm?”“N-Nothing.”“That’s what I thought.”Izuku was half pushed half lifted up, and the Alpha draped his hand around Izuku’s waist, pulling him close, as they walked out of the cafeteria. The greenette led the way back to his room, sweating profusely. He tried his best to keep his scent neutral, but some must’ve gotten through as the Alpha suddenly came to a stop, pushing them into an empty storage room. “Now, won’t you let me smell that sweet, delicious scent of yours?”The Alpha pushed his leg between Izuku’s and despite himself, Izuku moaned slightly. The Omega released suffocating amounts of his sweet, fresh cherry blossom scent. It seemed to satisfy Chisaki for the Alpha smiled and crooned.“Good boy~”It was in this exact moment Izuku knew everyone had given up on him. It was then he knew there wasn’t a single person out there who was going to save him. He truly was alone in this cruel, unforgiving world. Silent tears fell from the Omega’s emerald green eyes, rolling down his sun kissed cheeks.“What are you crying for? Doesn’t it feel good?”Izuku whimpered.“I-I want more of you, Alpha .” “Is that so?”Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad being with this Alpha. It wasn’t like he had anyone waiting for him. Izuku’s decision was made for him when Chisaki pressed his lips up against the Omega’s, wasting no time in pushing his tongue past Izuku’s lips. The greenette welcomed him, opening his mouth and legs slightly to allow the Alpha better access. With Chisaki’s leg constantly grinding on Izuku, the Omega slowly became a puddle of jelly. His body reacted on it’s own. He was panting hard and he knew his face was a deep shade of red. Slick ran down his thighs, soaking his pants. The Alpha ran a tongue over Izuku’s scent gland and the small boy felt a bolt of electricity run through him. He mewled, pushing closer to the hot, wet mouth. “Like that, do you?”The Omega looked up at Chisaki who’d begun to tug his shirt off. Who knew, maybe Izuku really could feel pleasure from this. He was already broken to the point the pieces couldn’t be put back together. Nothing could change that, so why not let himself go, even if only for this one moment?

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Izuku wiped his mouth and pulled his pants back up, sinking to the floor. The room had grown cold as soon as Chisaki left. The Alpha promised to finish up later, and Izuku didn’t know how he felt about that. The Omega had never felt anything when he was with an Alpha, but Chisaki was different. He really made the greenette feel good, and Izuku thought maybe Chisaki cared about him in a way no one ever had. He was so gentle yet rough in a way that caused butterflies to flutter around in Izuku’s stomach. He never knew he needed someone until he met the Alpha. Izuku slowly stood up, his knees shaking as he leaned against the wall for support. Walking over to the door, he tumbled out the small storage room, closing it and making his way down the hall. The small boy bumped into a guard, but this time it wasn’t the friendly beta. No, this was a big, Alpha man who looked ready to kill anyone and everyone in his field of vision. “What are you doing out your cell?”“I-I got lost.”“Tch.”The guard held tight onto Izuku’s arm and dragged him to the cells. The Omega knew it was going to leave bruising marks but kept his mouth shut. The guard threw him in his room, slamming the door shut and locking it.“You should be thankful I’m in a good mood otherwise things could’ve gone completely different.”Izuku bowed his head and waited for the guard to leave, sighing in relief when he heard the footsteps mute. Izuku crawled over to his bed curling in on himself. He felt disgusting, dried slick, cum, sweat and other fluids coating his body. He was sore everywhere and just wanted to go to sleep. Unfortunately, like usual, nightmares plagued his slumber.
“You’re lucky we have to leave you in pristine condition, otherwise I’d be giving you a serious whipping right now.”

Izuku pushed himself into the corner, fear coming off him in waves.

“Don’t think just because you smell like that it’s going to change anything.”

The Alpha leaned down into Izuku’s face, so close the Omega could feel the man’s breath on his lips.

“So, how do you want to be punished?”
“Pro-hero Ground Zero! Over here!”“Ground Zero!”“Ground Zero could you answer a few questions?”“Ground Zero, do you have anyone else in your life?”Katsuki tried to keep his cool. He was already known for being an explosive, arrogant person, but, despite popular belief, he did try to control himself. Katsuki couldn’t get a moments peace and it was driving him insane. Not a patrol went by where someone didn’t confess their love to him, where someone tried to get up close, where someone touched him. People drooled over Katsuki and it disgusted him. No one ever kept to themselves, and every time, the Alpha came dangerously close to blowing them up. The hero growled and quickly ran away from the crowd when someone got too close, finally setting him off. Now he had to go back to the agency and fill out a ton of paperwork that came with capturing a villain. Plus he had community work with the prisoners later that afternoon. Fucking hell when will I get a break , he thought as he pushed his way through the agency doors. Stomping up the stairs, he made his way to his office. “Hey Bakubro!”“Fuck off, not today.”“Well okay then.”Katsuki knew that wasn’t a nice thing to say, but he really couldn’t deal with anyone today. He ran a hand through his ash blonde hair and sunk into his chair. “Okay, the quicker I get through this, the faster I can go home.”As he set down the final piece of paper, the Alpha breathed out deeply.“Thank god that’s done.”“Katsuki?”The blonde whipped around and came face to face with Eijiro.“What?”“Just thought I’d remind you you’re on duty today.”“You’ve got to be fucking kidding. Isn’t there anyone who can cover for me?” He’d already forgotten he had community service with the prisoners.“I don’t think so.”Katsuki groaned. Of all days, why’d he have to be on duty today.“I don’t think I’m going to survive,” he muttered as he walked down to the prison, not even saying goodbye to the other hero. “Okay everyone round up!”They were outside, the prisoners huddled in small groups.“Today we’re doing training, so I hope you’re ready to work. Now, 30 pushups!”The prisoners got down and did as they were told. Well that is, most of them did. Katsuki saw Chisaki’s gang sitting on one of the benches, completely ignoring the task Katsuki had just given. The Alpha stalked over, and faced the brunette. “Did you not hear what I just fucking said?”“Oh, hello there, Ground Zero . No, I heard loud and clear, I just don’t feel like doing it.”“Oh, and why’s that?”“I’m a little...tired.”“Well this isn’t a fucking option. So get down and start doing it before I call in security.”“Oh, I don’t know if that’s such a good idea. Someone else might get hurt in the process.”Katsuki followed the other Alpha’s gaze and realised Midoriya was sitting in between Dabi and someone he didn’t recognise. What was the Omega doing with these villains? The blonde Alpha walked close to Chisaki, gripped his arm tightly and leaned in so only he could hear.“If you so much as lay a finger on him, I’ll have your head personally.”“Well, I guess I’m dead then.”Katsuki watched as Chisaki got up and pulled Midoriya into his embrace, a satisfied smirk on his face. “The fuck do you think you’re doing? Let him go. Now.”“I think I’m good.”“You’re coming with me.”Midoriya frowned when Katsuki tugged on Chisaki’s arm, dragging the brunette inside. “Hey, Bakugo let go!”Midoriya jumped up and ran after them, holding onto Chisaki’s other arm, pulling him back and behind the Omega.“What are you doing?”“I-I said let him go.”Midoriya's voice wavered, but he stood his ground. Katsuki’s eyes widened and he took a step back, looking at Chisaki’s smirk. He felt ready to explode, but contained himself. He’d lost this battle, and could probably press the villain, but he didn’t feel like causing a scene, especially in front of Midoriya. “Tch.”He walked off and began ordering the other prisoners around. He hated letting Chisaki win, but he’d get his revenge later on.Izuku soon found himself craving Chisaki’s touch. He thought about the Alpha night and day, and it drove him insane. He lay awake, staring at his ceiling. Why was he acting like this? Back at the House, everyone had been so rough and heavy with him, but Chisaki was different. He was gentle, and made sure Izuku felt good as well. It was a nice change, and the Omega couldn’t help but think maybe someone was on his side for once. That is, until one day when Chisaki was in a particularly bad mood. Izuku was sitting down outside, talking to Kaminari and Tamaki when he felt someone pull on his arm. He turned and saw Dabi standing behind him.“Come with me, Omega .”Izuku stood up and let himself be dragged by the Alpha. He was pushed down a narrow, dark alley where his face was pushed up against the wall, hands behind his back. Dabi leaned in close, his breath hot on Izuku’s ear. “You’ve teased me quite enough.”A warm tongue ran over Izuku’s ear and the Omega whimpered, legs shaking slightly. He mewled when a kiss and small bite was given near his scent gland. “Come on, let me smell you.”Izuku complied, scared of what the alpha was going to do. A hand travelled down Izuku’s pants and the Omega moaned.“Like that?”The greenette could hear Dabi smirk. Just as the alpha was about to press a finger in, he was yanked away. Izuku quickly turned around to see Chisaki holding the other Alpha by his collar.“Just what do you think you’re doing?”“What does it look like? I was having a little fun.”A punch landed directly across Dabi’s jaw.“Don’t you dare touch him again, he’s mine .”A shiver ran up Izuku’s spine at the tone of voice. It was low, possessive. “I got it, okay! Geez.”Izuku watched as Dabi stalked away, spitting out blood.“Disgusting.”Chisaki took out a towel and furiously wiped his hand raw. “Now, Omega , how should I deal with you? You’ve been bad. I think a punishment is in order, and don’t even think of using your quirk.”“I-I won’t...I can’t…”“Quirkless are you?”Izuku nodded his head. “Ah. You’re so perfect aren’t you, baby?”Izuku’s body reacted on it’s own, he no longer had control of it. The Alpha was ruthless. Chisaki immediately walked up to Izuku and thrust 3 fingers in, knuckle deep. Izuku let out a sharp cry of pain, trying to find something, anything to hold onto for support. He felt like he was going to rip apart, but the Alpha didn’t stop there. He barely gave him enough time to get wet and adjusted before he lined himself up and thrust in Izuku’s ass, using Izuku until he could barely stand. It was a near constant bruising pace, and the Omega couldn’t keep up. He’d lost count of how many times he’d come, thanking the gods when he was finally filled up with the Alpha’s warm cum. “That should teach you a lesson. You’re mine , and don’t you forget that.”Chisaki walked away, cleaning himself as Izuku lay limp on the floor, panting harshly. His hips were so bruised he knew his skin would barely be visible come morning. He was stupid. How could he have ever thought someone would care for him, love him. He was just an Omega. A pawn for an Alpha to use. He wiped his eyes and sniffed, looking at the deep cuts now scattered on his wrists. He dug his fingernails in, crying out when pain shot through his body; but not even that was enough to wake him from this nightmare he was living.“Hi!” Izuku looked up from his bed to see the nice guard standing by his cell door. She unlocked it and walked in.Looking up and down Izuku’s body, she frowned.“When was the last time you took a shower?”“Not since I got here.”“That’s awful! Why not?”“I didn’t know I could.”“Did no one tell you about the schedule?”“No.”“Are you kidding? I’ll have to have a talk with the other guards. Usually, they’ll come by once in the morning and once in the afternoon, picking up people who want to take a shower.”“I see.”“Anyway, I came by to see if you were doing okay. Is everyone treating you alright? You aren’t getting beat up right?”“No, everything’s okay.”“Good. You know if you need anything you can ask me, right?”“Thank you.”“No problem! I should get going now. I’ll check up on you later!”Izuku smiled slightly. Akari was really kind. He sat up and walked over to his bookshelf. He’d forgotten how lost he used to get in his imaginative worlds. He could make anything he wanted happen. Once upon a time he wrote in his books everyday, but that all ended abruptly when he realised there was no point to it. Now, it was a form of release. It was easier to be involved in some fantasy world than the real oneThe next few days went by indifferently, despite the fact that he now got to shower and at least keep his outside self clean. On the inside, he was a mess. Realising he was just a form of entertainment for Chisaki broke him in a way he didn’t know it could, yet, despite himself, Izuku glowed at the praise the Alpha gave him. Every time he’d practiced with other Alphas, it was more of a chore, a how to make the Alpha feel good type of situation. They’d never praised him for his hard work, and Izuku had worked really hard. But Chisaki always told him how good he was doing, and the Omega ate up the words. Bakugo hadn’t come to see him, and he didn’t know why he expected anything different. That Alpha didn’t want anything to do with him. Izuku knew this, and yet he still felt sad with each day that passed and he didn’t see the man’s ashy blonde hair or deep crimson eyes. He guessed somewhere deep down, the greenette thought the hero would save him. The next time he saw Bakugo was in the cafeteria after yet another rough day with Chisaki. Izuku was angry, mostly at himself. He knew the situation he was in wasn’t good, yet he stayed. He stayed because a part of him felt comforted by Chisaki, a part of him thought maybe the Alpha would change and show Izuku just how much he cared for him. That and he knew even if he didn’t want to be involved with him, there wasn’t anything he could do. Chisaki and his gang left Izuku alone when the pro-hero came up to him.“Hey.”Izuku looked away.“Sorry for not visiting you recently, it’s been a rough few weeks.”“Really?"“Yeah, a lot’s come up.”“And what could be so bad that’s kept you? Hm?”“I-”“Don’t you understand how lucky you are?”“Lucky?”Izuku knew he should stop. He shouldn’t say anymore. Bakugo didn’t care, but the Omega couldn’t stop himself. All his feelings from the past few days had piled up, and he’d finally burst.  “You don’t know half of what I’ve been through. I’ve seen things, horrifying things. I watched as my friends were stripped from me, sold to some disgusting Alpha. You live a sheltered life. I would give anything to live like you. My whole life, I idolized you heroes. I told my mother, “I wanna be a hero, just like them”. And you know what? I didn’t even get a quirk. But that didn’t stop me. You know what did? When my mother was brutally killed and I was shipped away to that horrid House. Your life is perfect. You live some fantasy life while people like us are out there struggling to survive. We aren’t even living anymore, we’re just clawing our way, day by day, waiting for our time to finally come. You have no idea what that’s like. Did one of you heroes ever come and save me? Did you save my friends? No you didn’t.”“We tried our best. And I did come.”“After how many years, Ground Zero .”“It’s not our fault! We can’t always do everything, okay? Everyone looks to us heroes for help without thinking of us as humans as well. I’m not invincible alright? I have flaws. I have limits. I have boundaries. When I was younger I refused to admit that because it scared me. I made myself believe I was the best, but the truth is, I’m not. I’m just a human like everyone else out there, but for me it’s even worse. People throw themselves all over me just because I’m a Prime . Do you know how sick it makes me when people drool over me like I’m some candy? Being a pro hero isolates us. I don’t even get my full pay just because I’m not mated. I sometimes can’t even afford the basics. I don’t have any friends, none that really know me anyway. Stop putting us on pedestals. Stop seeing us as just heroes and not who we really are. I’m not a real hero. I couldn’t even…”“You couldn’t even what?”“It doesn’t matter.”Izuku felt guilty. He shouldn’t have lashed out like that, especially not at an Alpha. His instincts kicked in and he bowed his head, ready for his punishment.“I’m sorry, Alpha.”Katsuki groaned and ran a hand over his face.“No, it’s my fault. I shouldn’t have snapped at you like that, I’m just really frustrated, but that’s not your fault nor your problem.”“S-So you’re not going to punish me?”“Punish you? Why the fuck would I do that.”“Because I shouted at you, because I disobeyed you.”“Listen, I don’t know what kind of shit they did to you back at that, that hell hole , but here, you don’t have to act like some low life Omega. You’re a person just like any of us. Society is fucked up. It tells us that secondary genders rule our status and tell us how to act, but that’s not true. You deserve everything everyone else gets.”Katsuki glanced at the clock and swore under his breath.“I gotta go, but I promise I’ll visit tonight.”The Omega was on Katsuki’s mind for the rest of the day. Something was off with Midoriya. The greenette usually kept his mouth shut and tried to stay as small and invisible as possible, so his little outburst was definitely out of character. Making a mental note to ask about it when he visited the Omega that night, he got on with his patrol.Izuku woke up from his nap, soaked in multiple fluids. He’d barely recognise he was awake when a sharp pain ran through his body. The greenette moaned loudly and curled his toes, his hand moving on its own. Somewhere in the back of his brain he recognised this was his heat. The Omega was releasing copious amounts of sickly sweet pheromones, so much so he could smell them himself. Thankfully, the loud commotion coming from outside attracted the attention of some guards who immediately set up some kind of cover over Izuku’s cell door. The Omega wasn’t paying much attention - the only thing he was focused on was the fire in his core. He wanted, no needed an Alpha and quick. As if by magic, Izuku heard rustling somewhere close and before he knew it a musky, rosewood scent filled the greenette’s senses, making him whine and whimper.“ Alpha .”“I’m here.”Within seconds Chisaki was on Izuku. Every place the Alpha touched, Izuku’s skin tingled. Every kiss burned and left a mark. The Omega felt a hand push past the restraints of his pants and he moaned into the Alpha’s mouth. “You’re already so nice and ready for me, aren’t you?”Izuku could feel slick running down his legs and he squirmed, getting impatient. He was starved for touch, and this Alpha just so happened to be the one to give it to him. Just as Chisaki was about to pull down his own pants, a shout was heard from the entrance and the Alpha quickly sat up, looking behind him. Izuku’s vision was blurred and could hardly hear what was happening, but it sounded like a lot of shouting. Suddenly Chisaki was dragged off Izuku and the Omega whined at the loss. He turned around and fell off the bed, hitting his head on the cement floor hard enough to almost knock him out. “Hey! Are you okay?”Izuku turned his head to see Bakugo standing in the entrance of his room. The Alpha’s hair was slightly disheveled and clothes ruffled.“ Alpha~ ”Izuku struggled to stand up and threw himself into Bakugo’s arms.“What are you-”Izuku interrupted Bakugo by pushing himself up to meet the Alpha’s lips in an intense moment of rash need. The Omega was flipped and pushed back into the wall, chin tilted up to get a better angle. Suddenly his mouth was filled with the hero’s tongue and he moaned, entangling his hands in the blonde hair. He drank down the sweet caramel, cedar scent coming off the Alpha in waves. He towered over Izuku, and the Omega got lost, drowning in a sea of deep crimson.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Katsuki’s pupils dilated as soon as the scent hit his nose. He immediately caught Midoriya when the Omega threw himself at Katsuki. He froze for a second when the greenette crashed their lips together, but his Alpha instincts immediately took over. He flipped the smaller boy so he was the one on top and pushed his tongue past Midoriya’s lips. A sweet strawberry flavour encased Katsuki's tongue as he explored the Omega’s mouth. His hand slipped up Midoriya’s shirt before making its way down into the greenette’s pants. The moment was short lived, however, as Katsuki snapped back to the reality at the sound of something crashing outside. That was all he needed to leap away from the Omega and run out the cell. What the fuck came over me? Did I not take my pill? That’s not possible though, I’ve been taking them for years, why would I miss it today? A thousand thoughts ran through his head as he realised how close he came to taking over the Omega. He blushed slightly as he remembered the soft skin, the strawberry flavour, the- Stop! Katsuki was angry with himself. That was the second time he almost lost control. He stormed into is room and pulled the draw open a little too harshly, causing some of its contents to spill out. He rummaged around until he found the bottle he was looking for. Throwing his head back, the Alpha swallowed 3 pills, one more than usual. He gulped down hard, and shook his head, promising to never let it get that close again. The next week was living hell for Izuku. He’d never spent a heat without an Alpha before, and didn’t realise how intense it’d be. Getting himself off wasn’t enough. He craved, he needed that feeling of an Alpha. Unfortunately, his cell was under extra watch since the incident with Chisaki. Just when Izuku felt like he was ready to give up with it all, it ended, or so he thought. The Omega woke up one morning, with his skin feeling hot and throbbing. His head was pounding and his chest felt constricted. The Omega just assumed it was the after effect of his heat, so he went by his day like normal. He tried to avoid any contact with Bakugo, embarrassed and slightly afraid of what would happen if they were alone together. He walked behind Kaminari and Tamaki to the cafeteria, hardly hearing what they were talking about. He took one more step and felt the whole world tilt. His vision went black, and his head felt heavy. He collapsed into the warm arms of someone who smelled familiar and blacked out. When he woke up again, he recognised the white tiled ceiling of the doctor’s office.“What happened,” he groaned groggily as he held his head. “Mr. Midoriya. Glad to see you’re awake.”The door closed and Izuku watched as the Beta doctor walked in. “You’re going to be fine. You had untreated... wounds and they got infected. I cleaned them up and I’ve got you on medication. The thing I’m more worried about it your mental health.”The doctor came around his bed and sat down beside Izuku.“Listen, I know your situation isn’t the best right now and combined with your history, it must be very overwhelming. Is there anything you want to talk about?”Izuku could hear the strain in the doctors voice. It was obvious the Beta wasn’t used to talking about this kind of stuff. “I’m fine.”“Your wrists says something different.”Izuku didn’t know how to respond to that. He looked away, unable to hold the doctor’s gaze anymore. “I’m not going to force you to talk to me, but I suggest you say something to someone.”Izuku didn’t respond, or move an inch. “I have some other concerns. I can see you’ve lost even more weight, if that’s even possible. Have you been eating enough?” Why was the doctor asking all these questions Izuku couldn’t answer?“And your nails...have you been biting them?”The greenette self consciously looked down at his hands. He’d picked up a bad habit of biting his nails to shreds, so much so they’d started to bleed. “I’ll come check up on you in a little bit. I need to ask you a few questions.”Katsuki felt horrible. He’d done a shitty job of looking after his Omega. He hadn’t even told Midoriya about taking showers. The Alpha liked blaming it on work, but the truth was, it was his own fault. Katsuki had just been informed of the situation with Chisaki, another prisoner, and the blonde was furious. He stormed up to the head guard’s office, not even bothering to knock. “So what I want to know is how the fuck did Chisaki get in the Omega wing, let alone someone’s cell .”“Ground Zero, nice to see you paid a visit. Listen, we don’t know yet. We’re still trying to figure out exactly what happened.”“Well you better figure it out fucking fast before I fire your sorry ass.”The Alpha let out aggressive pheromones to put extra weight behind his words and to remind the guard who he was dealing with. Storming out of the room, he walked to the Omega part of the prison to check on Midoriya. He walked up to cell number 33, where the Omega was supposed to be, except he wasn't there. Katsuki knew it wasn’t time for the prisoners to go out, not to the cafeteria, outside, nor the showers, so where was Midoriya? The Alpha began to panic. Had something bad happened to the greenette? He immediately rushed to the guards station just outside the wing, and slammed his hands on the desk.“You know, you people are really pissing me off today. Where is Midoriya?”“Who?”“The Omega who’s supposed to be in cell 33?”“Um, he was taken to the doctors...earlier this morning I think.”“Fuck.”Katsuki ran up the stairs and burst into through hospital doors, scaring Midoriya in the process.“Oh thank god you’re okay. What happened?”“It’s nothing. Just...dehydration again.”“Good. I thought it was something more serious.”“No, I’m alright.”The silence following was awkward and filled with tension. Katsuki was about to address the elephant in the room when Shinso walked in.“Oh, Katsuki.”“Hey. So I’ll be leaving now, catch you later.”Katsuki quickly walked out the door, and sighed when he closed it. “Okay, so I can refer you to someone here, if that’s what you want,” the doctor said.“I’m fine, I don’t need anyone.”“Listen, Mr. Midoriya, I really think you should, well rather I insist-”“I said I’m fine, okay?”Izuku hadn’t meant to snap at the doctor, who’d been so nice to him, but he was irritated.“Sorry, I just-”“No, it’s fine. It’s your choice, and I can’t make you do anything, but in my honest opinion, I think you should see someone. You’ve been through a lot, and I’m sure it’s hard to deal with. However, regardless of your decision, I need to ask you a few questions.”“Okay.”“Have you been eating?”“Yes.”

Technically it wasn’t a lie, the Beta hadn’t asked him how much he’d been eating.“Have you been sexually active in the past month?”

“Yes.”

He didn’t miss the change in the doctor’s demeanor.“Have you been feeling down, hopeless or depressed.”

“Yes.”“Have you had trouble falling or staying asleep?”

“Yes.”“Have you experienced any panic attacks in the past month?”

“Yes.”“Have you been easily irritated or annoyed recently?”

“Yes.”A few more questions later and the doctor seemed satisfied.“Alright, I’ll be back in a second.”Izuku stared out the small window as he waited for the Beta to come back. He turned when he heard someone clear their throat.“Okay, so I’ve prescribed some medicine. Mainly for anxiety and depression, but I’ve also put in some vitamin supplements.”Izuku nodded.“I strongly advise you to eat more, those vitamin tablets aren’t going to give you everything you need.”The Omega nodded again. “Okay, well I’ll get a guard to come escort you back to your cell.”“W-Wait!”“Yes?”“Have you, by any chance, seen my friends Kaminari and Tamaki?”“Oh, the two other Omegas? Yeah, I think I examined them once.”“Are they...are they okay?”“They looked healthy, yes. Mr. Tamaki was also diagnosed with anxiety and Mr. Kaminari with PTSD, but they’re fine otherwise.”“I see. Thank you, doctor.”“No problem, and remember, you can talk to me anytime.”Izuku sighed as the Beta left, rolling his head from side to side. He unclenched his hand and saw the marks on his palms from where he’d dug his fingernails in. His need for pain was greater than habits, so he always kept two nails longer than the rest. He wiped the blood and sweat with a tissue and threw it away, waiting for someone to come pick him up. When Akari arrived, Izuku tried his best to smile and look happy. The cell door clanked shut behind him and Izuku walked over to the place he’d hidden the sharpener blade to find it missing. They’d obviously searched through Izuku’s room to find the object, and now it was gone. With a defeated huff, he flopped onto his bed and turned on his side, knowing he wasn’t going to get any sleep tonight. Katsuki wasn’t reassured by the Omega’s answer. He knew he needed permission, but fuck the rules. The next day, he walked into Shinso office and went to the back where the storage cabinets were kept. Opening one up, he scanned the letters until he came across ‘M’, and then took out Midoriya’s file. He scanned through the pages until he came across today's date.
Obvious indications of self harm; infection due to wounds - treated.

Assessment completed; diagnosed with depression and anxiety.

Prescribed medication as well as supplement vitamins.

Symptoms from previous visit seem to have worn out.

Had first heat in prison → seemed to last longer and have more of an effect than other patients.

Something to do with the pills he was taking?

Tried to offer therapy; patient turned it down.
Katsuki scanned through the entry twice before violently shaking his head. He threw the papers down and stormed out of the room, looking for Shinso. When he caught sight of the airy, purple hair, he growled.“Just when were you planning on telling me?”“Oh, Katsuki. Telling you what?”“About Midoriya? About how there were ‘obvious indications of self harm’ and how he’s been diagnosed with depression and anxiety? You didn’t think it’d be important to inform me of this?”“Why would you need to know that?”“Because he’s my Omega.”“Well, maybe you should start acting like he is then. I mean, you let something like this slip past you. You obviously aren’t paying enough attention. I suggest you keep a closer eye on him.”“Tch.”Although Katsuki didn’t want to admit it, Shinso was right. He’d done a shitty job looking after his Omega. The blonde walked up to the boss’ office and knocked on the door.“Come in.”“Sir, I just wanted to ask if I could have fewer patrols. My Omega isn’t doing too well and I wanted to keep a closer watch over him.”“Well, I mean, I'm not sure what I can do. We’re already short on staff and crime rates seem to keep going up.”“Well then could I work night shifts instead of day?”“I should be able to arrange that.”“Thank you, sir.”“Oh, and Ground Zero?”“Yes.”“We’ve made a decision concerning the Omegas. They can be released, as long as they have an Alpha to take them. The Alpha will of course have to have the right credentials and assessments.”“I see. Thank you, sir.”Katsuki bowed and closed the door as quietly as he could, breathing out heavily. He wiped his sweaty hands on his pants and started walking to the cells. That went way better than I thought it would, he thought as he swiped his card to open the door. But how is anyone supposed to come get them, let alone an Alpha? Does the boss not remember where these omegas came from? What if one of those disgusting people come back to claim them. No, I won’t let that happen. Katsuki was so wrapped up in his thoughts he didn’t notice the guard standing in front of cell 33. “What are you doing here?”“Ground Zero! Hello! Um, well, I’ve been keeping watch for a while now.”“Keeping watch for what?”“Umm, well, we still aren’t sure how Chisaki got into the cell, so I took it upon myself to make sure nothing happens again.”“Okay…”Katsuki side glanced at the Beta guard as he unlocked Midoriya’s cell. He saw the Omega lying on his side, wide awake. “Hey.”Katsuki announced his presence, careful not to startle the smaller boy. Midoriya glanced in his direction before turning away. The Alpha walked over and sat down opposite the Omega’s bed.“So, I heard about what happened…I’m sorry. It’s my fault. I should’ve kept a closer eye on you.”“It’s not your fault.”
But it is.
“Anyway, you three omegas are allowed to be released.”At this the greenette stiffened.“I-Is that so?”“Yeah, so long as you have an Alpha to vouch for you.”“I see…”“You don’t have anyone or anywhere to go, do you?”A subtle shake of his head was all Katsuki needed.“Do you, by any chance, want to come home with me? I wouldn’t mind. My apartment isn’t exactly huge, but we could make it work.”Izuku went back in time to something Bakugo said a few days ago. ‘I don’t even get my full pay just because I’m not mated’. Is that why the Alpha was offering? Izuku couldn't think of another reason. He sat up and looked around the room before meeting eyes with the blonde. There was no reason for the greenette to object. The only thing holding him in this place was Kaminari and Tamaki. “I’ll let you consider it. I’ll come back in the morning. Night.”And with that Izuku watched the Alpha’s back as he left the cell and went about his business. The Omega didn’t sleep for the rest of the night. He lifted his pillow and looked down at the small pile of pills that had accumulated. No, he thought, placing it back down. Not tonight. Throughout the night, his thoughts were filled with a certain blonde Alpha. What really was the harm in saying yes? Other than the fact that that would mean giving in, when he’d wanted nothing more than to get out his whole life. But what else could he do? Stay inside this cell? Besides, he still hadn’t figured out why the Alpha made him feel the way he did. When Bakugo came back in the morning, Izuku had made up his mind. He’d rather give in than be forced anyway. “So, have you thought about it?”“Yeah.”“And?”“I’ll come.”Izuku could see a flash of surprise cross Bakugo’s face. Maybe he thought the Omega wouldn’t come so willingly.“Um...great. I’ll get on the paperwork then.”Not another word was exchanged between them for two full days. In that time, word had spread about the Omegas getting out. Chisaki was pissed, and Izuku suffered the consequences. With the Omega’s face pressed against the wall of a bathroom stall, he could feel Chisaki’s hot, wet breath on his ear. The Alpha relentlessly pounded into him, leaving Izuku a panting, hot mess.“I heard you’re getting out of here. Leaving me behind are you?”Izuku couldn’t respond, pain and pleasure taking up all his attention. “What a shame, you’re such a good omega; pure and submissive, just how you should be.”Izuku whimpered. The Alpha hadn’t prepared him before thrusting straight in. Pain shot through him and he felt like he was going to rip apart. He was weak, already reaching his high twice. “P-Please Alpha..le-let me…”“Not until I say so.”Izuku didn’t know how much longer he could hold on. He’d been ready to come for nearly 3 minutes now. “I-I can’t hold on much lon-ngh.”Chisaki’s grip tightened and Izuku cried out, spilling into the Alpha’s hand.“Did I say you could come?”“S-Sorry I couldn’t-ngh.”Chisaki’s grip moved to the Omega’s hips, his nails digging in as he thrusted even deeper. He could feel the Alpha shiver behind him, so he knew he was close. Slick dripped onto the floor, running down the smaller boy’s thighs. The brunette clamped down on Izuku’s shoulders as the Omega moaned, filled with the Alpha’s come. Both panting harshly, Izuku dropped to the floor, wincing slightly as Chisaki pulled out. He was covered with multiple fluids, on the inside and out. As he moved around on the floor, he felt come sloshing inside him.“Now, now, now, we’re not done. Get up.”Izuku couldn’t resist the order, not in his state, so he did whatever the Alpha wanted.Izuku was bruised and battered, littered with bite marks. The Alpha had come so close to claiming him, but stopped at the last moment. The Omega shivered as Chisaki’s reason came out.“I want your fiery friend to watch it happen.”Izuku knew Chisaki was talking about Bakugo. He hoped he’d escape this place before the brunette had a chance to pull something. But right now, something else was on his mind, something else the Alpha had whispered just before he’d left.“Even if you get out, I’ll find you. We aren’t finished here.”Just as he was thinking this, he heard a knock on his cell door. Turning his head, he saw the blonde in question standing outside with a paper in his hand. “Hey. I just need you to sign here, then we’re all set.”Izuku struggled to stand up. His legs were shaky and his ass hurt beyond hell, but he got up and signed the paper. He wanted to tell Bakugo something, but held his tongue. “Okay, well I’ll go hand these in. I’ll come by later.”Izuku sat down on his bed and cradled his head in his hands. Everything from the past few days were piling up. He itched to relieve himself, but there weren’t any objects around his room - he’d checked three times. The guards had done a really thorough job, surprisingly. As he said, Bakugo came by later on, this time wearing a smile.“They said you can be released tomorrow.”Izuku didn’t know why the Alpha wouldn’t come in his cell.“Okay.”“So...is there anything you want to ask or know or tell me?”This was his chance. “No.”“Okay, well if you think of something, don’t hesitate to say.”“Okay.”Katsuki couldn't read the Omega. He could see something was up. Midoriya hadn’t said anything but the Alpha could tell. Even with just the short amount of time he knew the greenette, Katsuki had picked up on a few things. One, whenever the Omega was lying, he’d tilt his head slightly to the right. Two, when he was nervous, his fingers would dance and he’d fiddle with anything he could get his hands on. Unfortunately, the Alpha had noticed it usually was Midoriya's hands on arms. He’d noticed the greenette had picked his nails raw, but kept a few long. He could see the marks from where the small boy had dug his nails in, and it pained Katsuki to see. He made a mental note to get something for Midoriya to fiddle with. The blonde was also scared to go inside, worried something would happen between them when their relationship was already so rocky. Now they were going to be living together, and Katsuki was anxious. The Alpha didn’t know what came over him when he offered the greenette a spot at his apartment. He knew in the long run it wasn’t the right thing to do, but he couldn’t stop himself. When Katsuki said his apartment wasn’t exactly huge, he meant it was small. But something inside him made the hero offer before he even thought about that fact. He couldn't bear to think about what would happen to the smaller male if he went back to that despicable place, and he couldn’t stand the thought of any other Alpha living with him. The blonde knew it was silly to think, it’s not like Midoriya belonged to him, but his heart was leading the way without thinking first. There was a pull deep inside him, a feeling he couldn’t ignore, no matter how hard he tried. Tomorrow came all too quickly. Before Katsuki knew it he was standing in front of cell 33 with a bag in hand. He shook his head and unlocked the door, waiting for Midoriya to step out. “Hey. You ready to go?”“Yeah. C-Could I please ta-talk to Kaminari and Tamaki before we leave?”“Of course.”Katsuki knew the three had come here together, and knew they must be pretty close. He let Midoriya be as the Omega said his goodbyes. Buckets of tears were shed, and the sight made Katsuki’s heard twinge. “I’m ready now…”“Don’t you want to take that hoodie off? It’s pretty fucking scorching outside.”“No...thank you.”Katsuki side glanced at the Omega as they started walking and saw the greenette clinging to the sleeves. The blonde looked away, unable to handle the small boy’s expression any longer. The ride home was silent, and Izuku was thankful for that. He really didn’t think he was in the right space of mind to hold a conversation right now. They pulled up in a small parking lot and the Omega looked up at the apartment complex. Huh, I would’ve thought it’d be...fancier. The greenette hopped out of the car, small bag of possessions in hand. He followed the pro hero up the stairs and to the door Bakugo unlocked. He stepped in behind the Alpha, and was immediately thrown back at the overpowering scent of cedar and caramel. The second thing the Omega noticed was how spotless the apartment was. He could only see the lounge and kitchen, but there wasn’t a single misplaced object or dirty dish. Bakugo didn’t strike Izuku as the kind of person to keep a clean space, but he was wrong apparently. “You hungry? It’s late.”“Not really.”“Well I’m starving. How about some ramen?”“Sure.”Izuku knew he should probably eat something. When he smelled the pork cooking from his place on the couch, his mouth started to water. He hadn’t smelled something so delicious in a long time. “Dinner’s ready!”Izuku walked over to the dining room table and sat down where Bakugo placed his bowl. “Itadakimasu!”Izuku carefully took a sip of the soup and his eyes widened.“This is delicious!”Before he knew it, he was shovelling spoonfuls down.“Hang on, slow down a bit. You’ll give yourself a stomach ache.”Izuku finished the last mouthful and sighed in content. He couldn’t remember the last time he’d taste something so wonderful. “I’ll wash up.”“Let me help you.”“No it’s okay. This is my house, I can do it. Besides, you need to rest.”Izuku already felt guilty about Bakugo making the dinner. Now he was cleaning up. Those were an Omega’s jobs. He’d only been here a few hours and he was already failing. “Sorry about this but I only have one bed. You can have it if you want, I’ll sleep on the couch until we come up with a better solution.”“No, I’ll sleep on the couch.”“I don’t-”“Please.”The Alpha relaxed his shoulders.“Okay, if that’s what you want.”Izuku knew he probably shouldn’t have said anything, but he didn’t think he could stay in the Alpha’s bedroom. Suddenly his stomach cramped and he clamped a hand over his mouth.“Where’s the bathroom?”“Down the corridor and the first door to the left.”“Thanks.”Izuku rushed over to the toilet and threw up the dinner he’d just eaten until there was nothing left in his stomach. Wiping his mouth, he flushed the toilet and walked out.“You okay?”“Yeah, fine.”Izuku was scared and self conscious. He glanced at the clock. 1:09 am. Goddammit. The Omega hated sleeping in new places, especially when everything smelled of Alpha. To his surprise, Bakugo hadn’t tried anything, and Izuku was confused. Had he done something to make the Alpha annoyed? Angry? Upset? Maybe he wasn't alluring enough. When the omega finally drifted to sleep, as per usual, it was filled with bad memories.
“Let me go! Mama! Mama help me!”

“Baby, it’s okay! I’m coming! Let go of me you bastard! Give me my boy back!”

Izuku was pulled strongly towards the door, and couldn’t fight back. All he could do was scream for his mother.

Bang.

Izuku’s eyes widened and he froze.

Thump.

He didn’t dare turn towards the sound. The tears suddenly stopped. His stomach knotted and he didn’t noticed himself being led to a van. Suddenly he was shoved in and watched as his dear home shrank away, his mother with it.
Izuku screamed as he shot awake. His heart was thumping all too quickly and he was drenched in sweat. “Midoriya! Midoriya are you okay?”Izuku looked to his right and saw Bakugo thundering through the lounge to come crouch by Izuku’s side. The Alpha looked him over, concern evident in his eyes.“What’s wrong? What happened?”“I-I’m sorry. It’s...it’s nothing. Just a n-nightmare.”“Are you okay?”“I’m f-fine.”“Okay.”The Alpha breathed out and Izuku looked away, slightly embarrassed but still scared out of his mind. “I’m going to go back to bed, okay?”“O-Okay.”Izuku watched the Alpha’s back as he retreated back to his room. Stay with me, were the words Izuku wanted to shout out so badly. Not 5 minutes later and the Omega was quietly tiptoeing towards the bedroom. Frozen in the doorway, he peered into the room. Bakugo’s scent was really strong here, it made Izuku a little dizzy. The blonde’s back was turned away, and the greenette shook his head. What am I even doing? He was about to go back to the couch when he heard rustling and looked back. Bakugo had moved to the side, and was holding the blanket up.“Want to sleep here?”

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Izuku turned over and his hand slapped something warm and hard. He inhaled sharply and opened an eye, squinting at the harsh, bright light filtering in through the curtains. The mattress underneath him was soft and a heavy, warm blanket covered him. Where was he? Sitting up, he rubbed his eyes and looked to his side. Bakugo was lying, facing Izuku, fast asleep.

“Eek!"

The greenette fell out of the bed, landing on the floor with a painful thud.

“Who’s there!”

The Alpha shot up and whipped his head from side to side, eyes wide. When green eyes met crimson ones, Bakugo relaxed and closed his eyes.

“Jesus fucking christ, it’s just you.”

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to wake you. I didn’t mean to stay here in the first place, I’ll leave now.”

Before the hero had a chance to argue, the Omega ran out the room, closing the door and sliding to the floor.

Did we do anything last night?

No, Izuku would’ve remembered. He took a deep breath and calmed his racing heart. Thinking back, it was probably the best night’s sleep he’d had in a while. Wait,

why

didn’t we do anything? Izuku had been alone with many Alphas before, and none of them had wasted an opportunity to pounce on the greenette. Was something wrong with him? Why hadn’t Bakugo done, or even said anything? He stood up and walked into the kitchen when he felt a hand on his back.

“Hey, you okay? Sorry if I scared you.”

Izuku tensed, but forced himself to relax. The touch on his lower back was soft, careful--cautious. The Omega leaned back into the hero’s hold and slowly turned around. He lowered his eyes and parted his lips ever so slightly, releasing his sweet scent that turned every Alpha on.

“I’m okay.”

Izuku’s hands crept up Bakugo’s chest.

“We didn’t do anything last night,” Izuku said, eyes drooping sultrily.

“O-Of course not.”

“Wanna make up for it now?”

Izuku could see the fast rise and fall of the blonde’s shoulders. The Omega bit his lip and smirked as he nudged a leg in between the Alpha’s.

“Getting excited,

Alpha

?”

Izuku stood on his tip toes, ghosting his lips over Bakugo’s scent gland. He tentatively licked it, drinking up the musky, cedar smell it was over producing.

“N-No.”

Izuku was pushed back and stumbled to regain his balance.

“S-sorry. I should be getting to work.”

Izuku watched as the alpha left the house, not even picking up his coat. The Omega slumped to the floor. He was so confused. Why was Bakugo refusing him? Everything he’d ever been taught, everything he’d been surrounded by was being torn apart by this Alpha, and Izuku didn’t understand why. If Bakugo didn’t want him, were the past 14 years of his life a waste of his life? He’d been so trained to think he was only worth something for an Alpha, but now he had no one. The greenette didn’t know what to do. Go find another Alpha to be with? No, there was no point to that. Why would an Alpha want him now? Maybe it was best if he wasn’t here. Maybe that would fix things for everyone. Surely Bakugo didn’t want him here. He was just a nuisance if he wasn’t good enough for the Alpha to use. He was startled when a knock sounded on the door.

“Bakugo?”

Izuku opened it up and saw the redhead from the prison standing in the doorway.

“What are you doing here?” Kirishima asked the Omega.

“A-Ah I-I…”

“Is Bakugo home? The agency is asking for him.”

“H-He just left f-for work.”

“Oh, I see.”

Izuku looked up at Kirishima, and felt himself get hot all over. He remembered what happened in the prison cell and a spark of hope lit. Maybe this Alpha would want him. At this point, Izuku was desperate. The greenette just needed any Alpha to tell him he wasn’t worthless, that he had a use. Leaping up, the Omega wrapped his hands around Red Riot’s neck and pulled him into a kiss. He released nice, sweet pheromones to lure the Alpha further inside. As soon as the door closed behind them Kirishima pushed Izuku up against the wall and kissed him roughly. The Omega could feel a tiny sting on his lips as the Alpha’s teeth slightly grazed Izuku’s lips. Red Riot’s tongue indulged in the sweet taste of the greenette’s mouth, and the Omega could feel the hero’s hand travelling up his shirt before he suddenly stopped. Stepping away, Kirishima wiped his mouth with a look of distaste upon his face.

“I’m so sorry I don’t know what came over me. I shouldn’t have done that. Please don’t tell Bakugo. I’ll go now.”

Before Izuku could protest, Kirishima had walked outside, slamming the door behind him. Izuku shook his head and looked around lost. Not even Kirishima wanted him. He truly was a low life piece of shit. The Omega tried to find something to busy himself with. He would’ve liked to clean, but there wasn’t much to do. Nonetheless, everyone had their secret weakness, Izuku just had to find Bakugo’s. The Omega walked into the bedroom, and found nothing. The kitchen, bathroom and lounge turned out to be the same.

“Hmmm…”

He then walked into the backroom, and came to a halt.

“Found it.”

Piled up was loads of dirty clothes. Izuku wondered how Bakugo kept the apartment so clean. As he sorted through the piles of clothes, something struck his mind. Does he not spend that much time at home? That would explain the lack of mess. Maybe the hero was so busy with work, he didn’t have time to destroy the place. The dirty laundry certainly explained the lack of time Bakugo had, unless the Alpha was just lazy. No, Bakugo didn’t strike Izuku as the type of person to not do something unless he had a reason. The Omega out the first load of laundry in the wash, and stood up, walking over to the kitchen. He should start making dinner. He didn’t know what time Bakugo got back, so better be safe than sorry. Upon opening the fridge, Izuku noticed there was hardly anything in it.

“Did he use up all the ingredients last night?”

Izuku looked in the cupboards as well and noticed--besides coffee, rice, noodles, and sugar--there was hardly anything in them.

“What does he eat?”

Bakugo certainly did not seem like the type of person to eat out a lot, especially with how healthy he looked.

“Guess it’s time to go shopping.”

Izuku was beyond nervous to go outside. He was never allowed to do anything by himself, so this would be a first.

“Maybe I should wait for Bakugo to get back...no, I need to do this. But I need money…”

The Omega looked around until he found some money in a drawer.

“He surely won’t mind if I use some of this…but maybe I shouldn’t. Maybe it’s for something important. But we need food...ughhh I don’t know what to do.”

No, it’s okay. If it was important it wouldn’t just be lying here,

Izuku thought. He took some of it, and left the house. Taking a deep breath, he walked down the street.

“I wonder how far away the shops are.”

Izuku turned the corner and walked further and further away from the apartment. Eventually, he had to sit down.

“It’s far too cold out here.”

Izuku squinted into the distance, holding his sides and shivering slightly.

I think I’m lost.

Before he knew it, the sun had started to go down. Now the anxiety was really starting to kick in.

“Hey little Omega, you lost?”

Izuku turned around to face a tall, slim man.

“I can get you where you need to go.”

Izuku’s mind was racing a mile a minute. Should he run away? Was this man dangerous? Did he want the Omega’s money?

“I don’t want anything from you, and I won’t hurt you, so don’t run away.”

W-What? How did this man know what Izuku was thinking?

“Not hard to know when you’re muttering it all out loud.”

The Omega looked up to meet the man’s gaze. From his looks alone, Izuku could tell he was an Alpha.

“Wait a minute, do I know you?”

Izuku froze when he met the man's eyes. He knew this Alpha.

“Oh well, who cares. So, what do you say?”

Izuku nodded his head. He didn’t really have another option besides to trust this man right now. Besides, he’d met him before, and the Alpha had never tried anything.

“Great. Of course, I’ll need something in return.”

Something in return?

“You know, you’re pretty cute. How about-”

Izuku didn’t need to hear anything else, he pounced on the Alpha, crashing their mouths in a painful kiss, if you could even call it that. Hooking his arms around the man’s head, the Omega bought them closer together until they were pressed against each other.

“Eager are we?”

Izuku didn’t respond, only whined until the Alpha pushed him up against the brick wall. It wasn’t the most comfortable, but it served its purpose. He pushed his pants down until his ass met with the cold, harsh air. He waited for the man to do the same. Forcing his body to produce slick, he felt something push past the ring of muscle around his ass. Soon enough the Alpha’s dick was encased in Izuku’s wet heat.

“Mmm, you feel so good baby, so tight.”

Izuku moaned in response, hiking his legs around the man’s waist.

“More, harder,

Alpha

~”

Izuku winced as his back scraped against the wall with how hard the Alpha was thrusting, but he tried his best to ignore it. By the time the man had come, it was getting late.

“You’re a good Omega, aren’t you? Why don’t you come home with me. Your Alpha obviously doesn’t take good care of you, leaving you out here alone in the cold.”

The greenette shook his head.

“You sure? I won’t offer again.”

The Omega nodded. He really just wanted to go home.

“Well, I suppose I

should

hold up my end of the deal, but I’m not feeling very nice today. I think we’re going to go to my house and continue where we left off.”

Izuku’s heart dropped. He tried moving to the side, but the Alpha locked him in.

“Come on. If you cooperate, I might go easy on you.”

The man grabbed Izuku’s arm in a tight grip, causing the Omega to hiss in pain. A tug and the greenette was being dragged to who knows where. Izuku’s thoughts were filled with Bakugo.

Please,

he prayed,

save me.

10 minutes later and they were still walking. Izuku had given up resisting at this point.

Maybe it won’t be so bad

, he thought,

at least I’ll have a home with an Alpha who wants me. This way I’ll be out of Bakugo’s way and he can go on like he never met me.

The man had now loosened his grip and was softly holding Izuku’s hand. The feeling warmed the Omega up. Looking up at the Alpha, Izuku couldn’t deny the man was handsome. With deep, defined features and beautiful eyes, one icy blue the other a deep grey. They’d only met a few times in prison, and had hardly shared any words. All Izuku knew was this man was in the same group as Dabi and Chisaki. The Omega wondered how he’d gotten out of prison.

“The name’s Shouto. You’re not much of a talker, are you? Doesn’t matter to me, I prefer the quiet ones anyways.”

Izuku eyes widened when Shouto looked down at him.

“Hang on, I think I remember you. You’re Chisaki’s Omega, aren’t you? Oh, this is too good.”

They rounded the corner when Izuku bumped into someone.

“S-Sorry.”

“Midoriya?”

The Omega’s heart stopped. He slowly lifted his head to meet none other than Bakugo’s gaze.

“There you are! I was so worried!”

Suddenly Midoriya was pulled into Bakugo’s embrace and immediately tensed. Everything was too much for him, and he released distressing pheromones.

“Um excuse me? I was busy here.”

Katsuki turned around and saw a man standing there, hands on his hips. He had been so focused on Midoriya he hadn’t even noticed another person. Quickly pushing Midoriya behind him, the Alpha growled.

“Who are you?”

The darkness obscured Katsuki’s vision just enough he couldn’t recognise the man standing in front of him.

“You’ve got my Omega.”

“

Your

omega?”

Shit, is he someone from the House?

“Yes, and I’d like to have him back. You see I’m not really in the mood for this right now, so if you just hand him over I’ll be on my way.”

“There’s no way I’d ever give him over to someone like

you

.”

“Well, that’s not really your choice now is it? Come on Omega, don’t you wanna come with me?”

Izuku was so confused. His prayer had been answered. Bakugo had come to rescue him, but maybe the Omega should go with Shouto. Maybe that would be better for everyone. He was about to step out from behind the hero when the Alpha kept him in his place.

“Listen, I don’t know what you’ve done to him, but if you don’t stop it right now, I’ll arrest you.”

“I haven’t done anything!” Shouto said, holding his hands up.

But then again, Bakugo had come all the way out here looking for him. Maybe the hero did care…

“Midoriya, don’t go with him. I’m sorry for not treating you the way I should’ve. I promise I’ll be better from now on.”

Those words struck Izuku deep inside. He wanted to trust Bakugo, he really did, but every time something like this came up and Izuku went with the person, he was let down. But maybe this time it would be different. The Omega cowered behind the hero in fear, clinging to the blonde’s shirt.

“Get lost, low life,” Bakugo growled.

“Don’t think I won’t be back.”

Izuku was exhausted. So much had happened today and his mind hadn’t had a chance to catch up with the rest of him.

“What the fuck are you doing out here? By yourself? At night? What were you thinking!”

“S-Sorry…”

“Just, don’t do it again, okay? I was worried sick about you. Come on, let’s go home.”

Bakugo held Izuku’s hand all the way home. It felt...different from Shouto’s. Both were warm, but Bakugo’s was more careful, more gentle. As they reached the apartment door, the Omega was sad when the hero let go. The Alpha slumped down onto the sofa and exhaled.

“What a day...and it’s still not over. I have a night patrol, which I’m already late for. Maybe I’ll just skip out on it…”

Izuku watched as Bakugo stood up and made his way over to the drawer, pulling out money from his pocket. Opening it up, the Alpha froze.

“Where’d the money that was in the drawer go?”

Izuku’s eyes widened and his heart raced as he realised he’d taken money out of that drawer earlier today. Reaching into his pocket he looking for it, discovering it was nowhere to be found.

Did Shouto take it from me?

Izuku started to freak out.

“No, it can’t be gone, it has to be here somewhere.”

“I took it.”

“Huh?”

“I-I took it.”

Izuku didn’t dare look Bakugo in the eye.

“And why did you do that?”

“I wanted to get food, but I couldn't find any money anywhere so I took some of it from that pile...I didn’t know it was important.”

“Oh, well you didn’t make it to the shops, so could I have it back?
Next time just ask me, okay?”

“I don’t have it anymore,” the Omega whispered.

“Why not?”

“I-It’s gone.”

The drawer slammed shut and Izuku flinched.

“I’m going out.”

The greenette slumped to the floor and cradled his head. Now he’d really done it. He didn’t know the money meant so much to Bakugo, but he still should’ve asked. He just wanted to be helpful and get something for them to eat, but like always, he messed things up. Tears streamed down his pale cheeks and fell to the floor. He should just leave. He was only causing Bakugo pain and trouble. But the hero made him feel so wanted.

I’ll make it up to him tomorrow

, the Omega promised.

Katsuki was fuming. He’d worked so hard to save that money up, and now it was gone. The Omega hadn’t even taken a bit, he’d taken way more than he needed. Katsuki cursed at himself. How would Midoriya know how much everything cost? It wasn’t his fault, the smaller boy was just trying to be helpful. The Alpha should’ve said something, but now it was too late. It had taken him years to save up, and it was all gone in an instant. Katsuki looked out at the ocean and groaned, dragging his hand down his face. He should be getting back, he was probably worrying Midoriya. Taking a final deep breath, he started walking back to the apartment. Even though he’d gotten a handle on his temper years ago, he still blew up sometimes. Walking through the door, he saw Midoriya fast asleep on the floor. Katsuki smiled down at the small Omega and leaned down to pick him up. Upon touching his skin, the Alpha realised it was burning up. Putting a hand to the greenette’s forehead, he cursed. Picking Midoriya up, he bought him to Katsuki’s bed where he lay him down and pulled the covers up.

This is my fault, I should’ve found him sooner.

The poor boy’s shirt was soaked through with sweat, so Katsuki apologised, and then took it off. He gasped and took a step back when he saw the Omega’s body. It was covered in bruises and bitemarks as well as...was that a burn?

“What the fuck did they do to him in there?”

Midoriya turned over in his sleep and Katsuki watched as a tear fell from the boy’s eyes. The Omega trembled and clenched in his sleep. The Alpha felt his heart twinge, and quickly bought the greenette into his embrace, holding him tight through the boy’s nightmare.

“I’m sorry, I’ll be better from now on, I promise I will.”

“Mama! Mama save me!”

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

“Achoo.”Izuku sniffed and sat up before collapsing back down. He groaned and held his head, frowning slightly when he felt something cold on it. Pulling it off, the Omega realised it was a cooling pad. Yesterday’s events came back to him and Izuku’s heart instantly dropped. Shouto...why did that name sound so familiar? “Oh shit…” The money! The greenette had taken Bakugo’s money without asking and the Alpha hadn’t reacted well. It was obviously meant for something important, and now it was gone. He felt so guilty. He needed to go apologise to the hero immediately.“Hey don’t get up!”Izuku looked to the side, squinting slightly and noticed Bakugo walk in with a tray.“You’re finally awake. I was starting to get worried.”
Bakugo was worried about...me?
“I bought you something to eat. It’s just some noodles, but I looked up the recipe and it said they’re really good for fevers, so I thought I’d try it."Izuku smiled.“You didn’t have to do that for me.”“It’s the least I could do. Listen…”Bakugo sat down beside Izuku and sighed.“I really haven’t been looking out for you, and I’m sorry. Everything’s gone wrong, and it’s all my fault.”“No it’s not-”“No, it is. I haven’t been considerate and I haven’t thought things through, and it’s caused you a lot of pain.”“I’m okay. If anything I should be apologising. I took-”“It’s okay. I have to go to work now. If I don’t I’m pretty sure Boss is gonna hand me my ass on a plate. I’ve already missed 2 days.”“You missed work?!”“Yeah, I was worried about you.”“You really shouldn’t be, I’m fine.”“Okay. If there’s anything you need, just call me, okay? Try to rest and take it easy. Your temperature’s gone down, but it’s still higher than normal.”“What about the groceries?”“Groceries?”“Yeah, there weren’t any and now you don’t have anything to eat and-”“Don’t think about that. I picked up a few things. It’s okay.”“But I really should go get-”“No, you rest. If you really want to go get some, we can go tomorrow.”“Okay.”“I’ll see you later.”Izuku watched as Bakugo left the room, his self restraint somehow strong enough to force himself not to reach out, not to take a hold of the Alpha’s hand, when that was what he wanted to do more than anything. The Omega watched Bakugo walk away, and lowered the hand he didn’t know he’d raised. He doesn't want me. This is all a lie. He doesn’t care for me. How could he? Not after all the trouble I’ve caused him. I’m useless. I can’t even get food for him.  A war was raging inside Izuku. One part of him needed an Alpha, needed someone to use him, make him feel like he was worth something. Another part of him wanted nothing to do with the dominating secondary gender. Something deep inside him pull him towards Bakugo, and he wanted to listen to himself, but in the end, all Alphas were the same. Even if the hero had kept himself for this long, Izuku knew he was going to break at some point. All Alphas only used omegas for their needs, for their wants. Izuku knew nothing could ever come out of their relationship, no matter what he wanted. So he began to distance himself. He wasn’t seen, nor heard, and everything was finally catching up to him. The pressure of not being what he was taught to be, the feeling of dread every morning. A week after being sick, when Bakugo was out at work, it all became too much. “Stop! Stop! Stop! Get OUT!”Izuku threw the plate at the wall and collapse onto the floor, clutching fistfuls of his outgrown hair. “No, no, no!”He pounded on his skull and dug his fingernails deep into his skin. It stung, but he only forced them deeper. He couldn’t make sense of anything. Blindly rushing to his tiny bag, he rummaged around until he found the shirt he used to keep the pills safe. There weren’t many, but Izuku hoped it would be enough. That’s all he could do, hope. Hope that this would let him go. Hope he would be sent to a better place. Hope that everyone’s lives around him would be changed for the better. “I’m home!”The Alpha’s voice rang out through the apartment. Izuku quickly shoved the shirt back into his bag and ran into the lounge, cursing under his breath.“Welcome home.”He watched the blonde sink into the sofa and sigh rubbing his muscles in the process.  “That was harsh.”“I-I’ll make dinner.”“Don’t make any for me. I’ve already eaten.”“O-Oh...okay.”The Omega walked back into the kitchen and cleaned up the mess he’d made before making his way to the bedroom and sat down. He’d slept in the same bed as Bakugo for a while now, as insisted by the Alpha. Izuku groaned and flopped down, bouncing slightly. Turning on his side he closed his eyes and tried to fall asleep. Tomorrow would be another day. Midoriya was on the Alpha’s mind more than usual for the next week. Katsuki had noticed the Omega had started to seclude himself even more than usual, if that was possible. He spent most of his time in their room, only coming out to make Katsuki meals. The hero had noticed Midoriya still hadn’t been eating much, and decided to bring it up with Shinso on his next shift. Katsuki had tried everything to get the Omega to talk more, but nothing seemed to work. He wanted the boy to open up, and even though Katsuki knew it would take time, he didn’t expect it to take this long. Maybe he wasn’t doing something right. Should he be pushing Midoriya? Should he be giving him more space? The small boy never voiced his opinions, his wants, his anything . The Alpha had no idea what Midoriya was thinking, which only made it harder to understand him. Pushing the front doors open he groaned, feeling completely useless to the Omega. He was about to go up to Shinso’s office when someone from the agency came rushing up to him.“Emergency on 5th avenue. You need to get there right away.”
Damn, guess I’ll have to visit him tomorrow.
Katsuki was sweating profusely and his pants felt restricting. He stumbled over to his bedside table and yanked the drawer open, throwing stuff out until he got to the bottle of pills. Throwing 3 in his mouth, he took a deep breath and sat down on the edge of the bed. “Shit.”Katsuki had been having this “ruts” since he was a teenager, much like every other Alpha out there. Unfortunately, they were different for him, being a Prime and all. They were longer, harsher.“I-I need to get out of here.”The Alpha quickly walked into the lounge, crashing against the walls on the way out. He smelled something cooking in the kitchen and cocked his head towards the sounds. Katsuki froze in place, staring at an Omega’s back. The sweet scent was so enticing, he couldn't help himself. As the Alpha walked over, he felt time slow around him. Everything went black as he only focused on the man in front of him. Burying his nose in Midoriya’s scent gland, Katsuki took deep breaths. His instincts took over and he flipped the man around. He didn’t hear the scream ripped from the small boy’s throat. All his attention was focused on one thing. He needed to do this. Picking up the Omega, he threw him against the wall, quickly following suit. Crashing their mouths together, Katsuki wasted no time in getting rid of his pants. This wasn’t a matter of pleasure, it was an irresistible force telling him what to do. He couldn’t fight it. This was something new. He’d never felt anything like it before. “B-Bakugo?”“Sorry.”Katsuki pushed Midoriya up against the wall and pinned his hands together above the Omega’s head. With his free hand, he yanked down the greenette’s pants. Licking his lips, the Alpha wasted no time in slotting himself in place. Freeing his hands, he rested them on the Omega’s hips, pulling him closer until his dick sank into the tight, wet heat. He felt fingernails digging into his back, but the pain was nothing compared to the fire pooling in his stomach. The little whines and moans falling past the Omega’s lips as Katsuki pounded into him only fueled his energy. Slipping his tongue into the small boy’s mouth, he lapped up the heavenly taste. Hands roamed over every bump, every scar until he was sure he’d committed it to memory. Katsuki could feel each and every one of Midoriya’s ribs, and somewhere in the back of his mind alarm bells went off as he realised just how skinny he was. His mind, however, was completely preoccupied with the intense feelings of heat around him. A particularly harsh snap of Katsuki’s hips, made the Omega cry out, with pain or pleasure the blonde didn’t know. With each little squeeze, the Alpha found himself unwinding further and further until it was too much. A high pitched whine left Midoriya’s mouth as Katsui pushed his knot against his rim, stretching him impossibly more until it pushed past. Squelches and moans filled the otherwise empty apartment. Finally, Katsuki clenched his muscles and grunted as he came, load after load. Midoriya whimpered underneath him, and only then did Katsuki snap out of it and realise what he’d done. “S-Sorrrr…”The Alpha blacked out and slumped onto the small boy in front of him. “Bakugo? Bakugo?!”Izuku tried his best to hold the hero up, but the weight was too much. Eventually they both went down, the Alpha falling on top of him. The Omega’s heart dropped. “Hey! Wake up!”The small boy wiggled his way out from underneath Bakugo, cradling his arm and using his lap as a makeshift pillow for the Alpha. Turning the blonde’s head slightly, he checked to make sure he was breathing. Adrenaline pumping through the Omega’s veins made it hard for him to stop shaking. Bakugo shifted slightly and grunted in his sleep, causing Izuku to cry out with relief.“Thank goodness.”The Omega clutched his chest, tears spilling from his eyes. He’s going to be alright. It’s okay, he probably just hit his head or something. He’s going to wake up any second now and everything’s going to be alright. Izuku tried to stand up, but immediately fell back down. His legs were shaking uncontrollably, and the feel was starting to leak back into his arm, causing him to close his eyes tightly in pain.“Midoriya?”“Bakugo! Are you okay? You just collapsed and I was worried something had happened and I didn’t know what to do and I couldn’t pick you up and-”“I’m fine.”“I think you should go see a doctor just in case. I don’t know what happened, something like that has never happened to any other Alpha I’ve been with before, but-”“Could you be quiet for a second, please?”“O-Oh sorry…”Izuku kneeled down beside the hero and happiness immediately replaced his anxiety when he realised Bakugo had come to him, finally. It was as if a huge weight was lifted off his shoulders. Bakugo really did want him. He wasn’t worthless. He really was-“I’m sorry.”“Huh?”“I shouldn’t have done that. I don’t know what came over me. I did- I have- I shouldn’t...I’m just really sorry.”“Sorry about what? I-”“I shouldn’t have had sex with you.”Izuku pulled his hand away from where it was resting on Bakugo’s back. “Y-You didn’t want to?”“No. It was something I can’t explain that made me do it, and I know that’s no excuse but…”The Omega watched as the hero stood up and walked over to the table. “Fuck!”He slammed his hands down on the table, scaring Izuku.“H-hey it’s okay-”“No it’s not! I don’t want my instincts to rule over me! My whole life they’ve taken control of everything, but this was the one thing I didn’t want it to mess up.”“I’m sorry I-”“No, don’t apologise. This isn’t your fault I-”“I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this, I understand-”“No you don’t. You don’t have a single fucking clue what it’s like to be Prime Alpha. I have to deal with people throwing themselves all over me, men and women alike, all trying to get in my pants. It drives me crazy. I’ve had to deal with this since I was 14 years old. Those fucking stupid suppressants are supposed to work but they don’t. I can’t be a normal human being. No one treats me like one. It’s all “when are you going to find a nice Omega” and “when are you going to have kids”. I never asked for any of this! Why can’t I just be a hero like I want to be? Why can’t I be left alone in some fucking PEACE for ONCE!”By now Bakugo had walked over to Izuku and was growling low at the Omega. The smaller boy was cowering in fear. He’d dealt with dominant alphas before, but this was something entirely different. Every fiber in Izuku’s body was screaming at him to run away, to hide, but the Omega stood his ground. Eventually Bakugo released him, and the greenette quickly scurried away. His heart was racing and the smell of dominating, aggressive pheromones clung to his shirt along with sweat, slick, cum and what not. He clutched his arm to his chest, crying out as the pain came through after the adrenaline wore off. Peering down, he saw his entire forearm was already bright red and throbbing. He wanted nothing more than to cry out to Bakugo, for help, for anything to numb the pain, but he couldn’t. Something was obviously wrong with the Alpha, and Izuku couldn't burden him any longer. He was finally happy. He finally thought Bakugo wanted him, but he was wrong. This was the last straw. He’d only caused the Alpha pain, which was the last thing he wanted to do. Cautiously stepping out of the room, Izuku checked to make sure the blonde had left. When the coast was clear, he leaped over to the freezer and stuck his arm in the ice. Wincing and groaning at the same time, Izuku’s head almost burst. This wasn’t the time though. Pulling his arm out, the Omega walked into the bathroom to find the pain relief medicine. Throwing back a few, and then tossing the bottle in his bag for later, he pulled on the too big shoes Bakugo had lent him and walked out the door. Walking down the street, Izuku recognised his surroundings slightly from last time he got lost. He didn’t exactly know where he was going, he just needed to get away from Bakugo. He really wanted to go see Tamaki and Kaminari, but he doubted he’d be allowed in. I wonder if they’ve gotten out yet . In times like these, the Omega wondered if it would’ve been better to stay in the House. At least then he’d have someone who wanted him. Yes, he might just be for sex and other wifely duties, but it was better than this. Sometimes he wished things could go back to the way they were before. Sometimes he wished he’d never met Bakugo because it meant hurting the Alpha which just pained Izuku even more. Something about the hero was unlike anything he’d ever experienced before.“Maybe it’s because he’s a Prime,” the greenette thought out loud.“Well, well, well, would you look at that!” Izuku whipped around and dropped his bag. Quickly stepping back, his heel caught on a loose rock and he fell down. “I knew if I looked hard enough I’d find you again. Come on now, don’t make this harder than it has to be. Just come like a nice little Omega and I won’t have to fight you.”A sense of calm suddenly washed over Izuku. This was what he’d wished for after all. “How’s Midoriya doing? Is he taking all his pills everyday?”“Pills?"“Yeah, the ones I prescribed him?”“Fuck, no one told me he was supposed to be taking anything.”“You really don’t know anything, do you?”

“Shut the fuck up.”

A sense of panic washed over Katsuki. He had patrol in 10 minutes, but he couldn’t even think about that now. He had to go check up on Midoriya, make sure he was alright. The Alpha sprinted out of the agency, ignoring the cries from co workers and paparazzi alike. Down the street and around the corner, everything seemed to get in the Alpha’s way. First there was a robbery, and as much as he tried to decline it, the woman hadn’t stopped pestering him. After dealing with that, the traffic lights were broken, and there wasn’t a break in the flow of cars and buses. He’d been forced to use his quirk to launch himself over the vehicles to the other side. He didn’t stop until he came to apartment 4C. Fiddling with the keys, he tried to unlock the door, but kept dropping them.“Shit!”Why was he so nervous all of a sudden? Nothing would be wrong. He’d walk through that door and Midoriya would be cooking or cleaning or watching tv. Throwing the door open, Katsuki panted as he looked around the entrance. No one in sight.“Midoriya? Midoriya!”The blonde ran around the apartment, triple checking each room to no avail. Taking a deep breath the cherry blossom scent he’d gotten used to was present, but slightly muted. Midoriya was gone.“Fuck where’d he go. Maybe he went to get groceries? Or something else? But I specifically told him not to go out by himself. Shit, I need to call someone.”The first person that came to mind was Eijiro, but Katsuki knew he shouldn’t call the red head, not after last time’s incident. That left only one person, the person he didn’t want to call the most. It rung, once, twice, three times and then finally the line connected.“Shouto?”

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Izuku let himself be dragged into a midnight black car that had been hastily pulled up on the side of the road. Taking his seat in the back, he wiped away the dried tears on his face. The car pulled out and they were soon driving down the highway to an unknown destination. The Omega faintly recognised the man in the front seat, but couldn’t put a name to his face. He knew he was from the House, but his position was forgotten in the greenette’s mind. Sniffing, he looked down at his feet. I hope Bakugo will be happier now. Before he knew it, they’d arrived at their destination. It wasn’t the same House as last time, obviously they’d have to relocate. Getting out of the car, he followed the tall man through the doors and down the hallway. Arriving at a particularly daunting room, the Omega bowed low before stepping inside. Without having to be told, he knew this was the bosses office. The darkness, the smell, the complete lack of comfort, hospitality and warmth told him that. “So, they finally got you back.”Izuku knew better than to talk back, so he just respectfully kept his eyes lowered. “I hope you know how much trouble you’ve caused us. You were our prime product, and then you had to go and run away. Why did you do that?”He could hear the boss standing up and walking over. Izuku wanted nothing more than to shrink into himself.“I said, why did you do that?”“I-I’m sorry, Alpha. I didn’t...I didn’t want to.”He tried to put as much sincerity in his voice, hoping to deceive the man.“Aw, my little Omega. Did they drag you along? Did they hurt you? You wanted to come back, didn’t you? But you didn’t know where we were, did you?”Izuku nodded.“It’s okay baby.”He let himself be pulled into the Alpha’s embrace. It was well known throughout the house that Izuku was the boss’s favourite. He made sure the greenette received special treatment. Unbeknownst to everyone, Izuku included, the man had a plan. He wasn’t going to sell the boy. He was to become the boss’s personal pet. The smaller boy leaned into the Alpha’s touch, purring slightly as nails raked through his hair. A sharp tug pulled a whine out of the boy. “You’re a bad boy, you know that right?”“P-Please stop.”“You should’ve come back, no matter what.”“Please! You’re-you’re hurting me!”The Omega squealed as his clothes were suddenly ripped off his body. His arms were pulled behind him and he could feel a cold gaze dragging itself all over his body.“What have you done to my perfect Omega?”He whimpered, trembling in fear.“What did you do!”“I’m sorry! I’m sorry!” Izuku wailed.“What am I supposed to do with you now?! No one is going to want this, this, this shit!”Izuku was thrown to the ground as the boss walked off.“Tch. Guess it’s time for plan C.”
“Why the fuck did ya take so long to answer?”
“Sorry, but some of us have jobs to do you know.”
“Yeah, yeah quit it with the sarcasm already, this is an emergency.”
“What’s happened?”
“It’s my Omega, he’s run away.”
“Your Omega?”
“Yeah. We busted an Omega House a while back and Eijiro, Hanta and I were each assigned an Omega to look after. I took mine home and things were going...okay I guess. But now he’s gone.”
“You couldn’t even look after one person?”
“Listen, I don’t have time for your shit, Shouto. I just need your help.”
“Oh the great “King Explosion Murder” is coming to me for help?”
“Shouto, I swear to fucking god.”
“Okay, okay, I’ll stop. So what’s this Omega like?”
“He’s...empty. He just does whatever he’s told no matter what. He’s got green hair and emerald eyes. He’s pale and has freckles all over.”
Silence filtered through the air and Shouto could practically feel Katsuki tense.
“Shouto?”
“Y-Yeah I’m here.”
“What’s going on?”
“Nothing.” “Whatever. Just, hurry up and get your ass over here.”

Shouto smiled to himself as he hung the phone up. Looks like I’ve got a little rescue mission. He really didn’t expect it to be this easy, but everything had practically been handed to him on a silver platter. All he had to do was locate the Omega and he’d finally have peace. He already had an inkling of where the small boy would be. Recent discoveries showed a new house had opened up a couple of miles away from here. All Shouto had to do was pay a visit. Izuku wiped his face as he sat down on the king sized bed he’d been given. Looking around his new room, he realised it wasn’t that different from his last one. However, this was was catered for the pleasure of Izuku’s clients. The higher ups had decided Izuku wasn’t in fit condition to be sold to a solitary Alpha, so instead he was to be used for their side business. He’d only been here for 4 days and already he’d had 18 clients. Apparently, word had gotten out through the business that “ that Omega” was back, and everyone was desperate to get a taste. Sighing, he stood up and pulled his underwear back on before walking over to the small mirror. He looked terrible. Big bags under his eyes showed just how little sleep he’d gotten. He hadn’t washed his hair, so it stood up in different directions. His skin was coated with dirt and cum and everything really. His eyes looked lifeless, much like how he felt. He thought he’d be happy. He was being used for something, he had a purpose. But being back made him realise just how much he missed Bakugo. His caring voice, careful touches, attentive movements. Dragging a hand through his unkempt curls, he watched as a drop of water fell from the ceiling. Opening up his notebook, he noted the next client he had coming over. Said Alpha had already visited Izuku twice, and was quite forward with what he wanted. Placing the collar on top of the bedside table, he rummaged around until he found everything else he needed. Now all there was left to do was wait.“So, let me get this straight. You were put in charge of an Omega, had him for a week , and lost him.”

“It’s more complicated than that half-and-half.”

“Right, okay. Well I think you should file a police report.”

“Like hell I’m going to do that. I don’t trust anyone.”

“So you want to go out there and look for him yourself when you literally have no starting point or clues?”

“Not by myself . You’re gonna help.”

“Oh, am I now?”

“Yes, you are.”“And why would I do that?”

“Because you’re a fucking hero? It’s your job.”

“This isn’t an official mission.”

“Oh fuck off. This is important.”

“I’m sure it is. All I’m asking is, what’s in it for me?”

“I don’t know?! What do you want?”

“I have a few ideas.”Katsuki was panicking. It’d been 12 days since he’d last seen the Omega. Maybe that dumbass was right, maybe I really should file a missing person report. But what are the police actually going to do? Maybe I could get help from some of the other Pros...set up a search party. Yeah, that’s what I’ll do. In the beginning, Katsuki would never have thought to do it, he didn’t trust anyone around his Omega, but he was getting desperate. Plus, if he excluded Alpha heroes, it would be much safer. Immediately he got to work, contacting as many people as he trusted. The list wasn’t long, but at least it was something. He organised a meeting tomorrow, so all he had to do was wait. He unlocked his front door, stepping into the cold apartment. He missed Izuku, even though he hadn’t known him for that long. It just felt so right being with the Omega, like the part of him that had always felt empty was finally full for the first time in his life. Looks like I fucked that up . He knew he shouldn’t have offered the boy a place in his house but he just couldn’t bare to leave him in that prison cell. What if someone had gotten word and come to pick him up. Well, one way or another they got what they wanted . Katsuki felt like shit, he’d promised to take care of Izuku, and hadn’t even lasted a week. He kept thinking back on all the decisions he made, everything that he did. It’d only been 12 days, but who knows what they’d done to the poor Omega. He’d promised to rescue the boy and keep him safe, and he couldn’t even do that. He felt frustrated with himself, anger all but ready to spill out.

“I need a walk.”Swinging the front door open, he stepped out once again into the winter night. Wind howled through his apartment’s hallway, sweeping up the dead leaves and dust that had collected. He stomped down the stairs, footsteps echoing loudly in the silence. Katsuki had always liked the quiet; he’d always lived in solitude and enjoyed it. But now, it seemed too much, like the empty words were crawling on his skin, thrumming in his ears; it wouldn’t leave him. Screams and shouts of what he’d done wrong and how much of a failure he was spun around in his head, and he couldn’t get them out. There was a bright light in the distance, one with green hair and freckles, and he couldn't reach it. He tried, but it kept getting further and further out of his grasp, until it was a small dot on the horizon, it’s light slowly fading. It slipped away, dissolving into the air until nothing was left and he was alone. Izuku lay in bed, staring up at the ceiling and counting the tiles when he heard a knock on his door.“It’s open.”He sat up on his elbows as a large figure stepped into his dim lit room. “Hello.”Shivers crawled up Izuku’s spine and he swallowed loudly. Something about this man was bad. Very, very bad. “I heard you were here. Thought I’d come pay you a visit .”Footsteps echoed through the silent room until they stopped beside his bed. This wasn’t the man he was expecting. Sitting straight up, Izuku tried his best to not seem fazed.“Wh-Where’s Mr. Tachibana?”“Mr. Tachibana has...gone for a bit of a walk, shall we say.”Even in the darkness, Izuku could see a horrible smile gracing the man’s features.

“A-And what do you want? Did...did you make an appointment?"“Oh...there was no appointment needed for what I’m about to do.”Before he could protest, a cloth was being held to his mouth and nose, held tight by a hand on the back of his head. He thrashed, clawing and the man’s arms to no use. “Shhh now. I’ll take you home.”When the Omega came to, he was sitting on a cold, hard floor, his limbs tied tightly together with thick rope. A gag around his mouth meant any noise he made was made mute. Frantically scanning the room, he tried to take in his surroundings, anything to hint at where he was. Then the voices came, soft at first but louder as they approached him. Closing his eyes, he slumped to the floor, trying his best to seem like he was still unconscious.

“Yes. I don’t know how.”“That doesn’t matter now. They did all the brunt work for us regardless.”“It won’t be long before they realise he’s gone.”“By the time they do, we’ll be far, far away from here.”The two people snickered, coming to a stand still next to the Omega. “Tch. Look at him. Who’d want this.”“Me.”

Izuku froze as the deep voice and smoky pheromones filled the air. “Ahh, Mr. Flare. Right on time, as always.”

“Have you got him?” The voice droned, like he was so exhausted even speaking was hard work. “Right here, Sir .” The word dripped with sarcasm, but if the Alpha noticed he didn’t say anything.Izuku’s heart pounded wildly out of control. Izuku turned around to face none other than the burned villain he’d met in jail. He tried his best not to make a noise even though he felt like he was going to scream.“Here’s the money. Now get out of here.”The two scuttled away, running until Izuku couldn’t hear them any longer. He screwed his eyes tight and swallowed loudly as the man approached him, bending down to pick him up.“Well, well, well. Look who we have here. Boss is going to be so happy when I deliver him to you. Do you know how long he’s been waiting? Boss hasn’t stopped going on about you. He thought he’d finally had you in his grasp again, but alas that stupid hero got in the way. So, why don’t you make this easier for both of us and come along nicely. Maybe I’ll even have a little fun with you before we get to him.”“He’s been missing for 12 days and you’ve only said something now?!” Ochako all but screamed.“Yeah, bro. That’s pretty bad,” Eijiro added.“Listen, dipshits. I didn’t ask you here to insult me. I-I need your help.”Katsuki cringed at the word.“That’s why we’re here, isn’t it?” Hanta said.“Yes. That’s why you’re all here, Shouto excluded,” Katsuki scowled, “I need help and I need it soon. I want to organise daily search parties. I’m not sure where they’ve taken them, but I’ve already ruled out multiple areas. We’ll go in pairs. Look everywhere. These pieces of shit have no morals, they’ll do anything for sex and money.”“And what if we don’t find him?” Ochako asked.“ We will ,” Katsuki growled back.“Okay, calm down! I was just asking because well...we’re not very many people.”Katsuki scanned the table. Eijiro, Hanta and Ochako sat around it. These were the only people he trusted, the ones he became close with in UA. Without them, though he wouldn’t admit it out loud, he didn’t know what he’d do. Suddenly the door slammed open and Shouto walked in, not a hint of emotion on his face.“Oh, look who decided to show up,” Katsuki grumbled.

“Sorry for being late. There was some business I had to take care of. What are we talking about?”

“Search parties to find Katsuki’s Omega,” Ochako said, filling him in on the details while Katsuki talked with Eijiro. “Listen. I wasn’t going to ask you here ‘cause of the... situation at the agency, but I figured the more people the better. That being said, if you so much as fucking touch my Omega, I will personally be the one to make sure it’s the last thing you do.”“Chill, man! I’m sorry about that, I don’t know what came over me, but I promise it won’t happen again. I’m taking stronger inhibitors now. The others ones stopped working. I guess that’s what happens when you take them for so long!”

The other Alpha let out a chuckle, one Katsuki didn’t join him in.

“What about Mina?”

“Hmm?”

“Haven’t you fuckin’ liked her since second year?”

“Shut up, bro! What if someone hears you?!”

“I don’t understand why you won’t just ask her out. She's obviously been pining after you for years now. If you don’t do something soon, she’s just going to give up.”“You really think so?!”

“I...I know so.”

Memories flashed across his vision, and Katsuki shook his head, trying his best to wipe them away along with any lingering emotions. Not now .“I don’t know man. What if she rejects me?”“I highly doubt she will. That dipshit-”“Okay, when do we start?” Katsuki and Eijiro were interrupted by Ochako slamming her hands down on the table, “I say we waste no time.”Dark. That’s all Izuku could see, from every angle, every direction. Cold. It was everywhere, clinging to his skin, making him shiver. Tired. He was so, so exhausted. It pulled at his muscles, forcing him to come in and out of consciousness. He didn’t know where he was. He wanted to go home. Home . Did he have one of those? His mother was dead. His father was gone. Even Bakugo, a hero , couldn’t save him.  Home is where the heart is . Izuku had read that once, but he didn’t understand it. How could your heart be somewhere if not in your home? Would he ever get the chance to find out what it meant? He didn’t even know if he wanted to. He was just so tired. He wanted to give up, give in to the dark. Maybe then he’d have some peace, finally free of the world that didn’t want him. Or maybe he didn’t want it. He didn’t know anymore. “Knock, knock.”

A sliver of light penetrate the dark as the door slid open and someone leaned against the frame. “I’ve been waiting so long to see you again, my dear.”Maybe this was okay. Maybe this was how it was meant to be.

“I can’t wait for all the fun we’re going to have.”This was what he’d been brought up for, anyway.

“But first, let’s get you out of those dirty clothes.”Izuku let himself get dragged out of the room, closing his eyes tightly as harsh light blinded him. He didn’t realise he was transferred to someone else until he was being stripped and thrown into the bathtub. A woman stood behind him, short but delicate. Her soft, gentle hands combed through his hair, so different from what he’d grown used to. He wanted to ask questions, wanted to understand what was going on, but he kept quiet and let the servant do whatever she wished with him. By the time she was finished, Izuku could hardly recognise himself. His hair was washed and styled new. His skin was sparkling, pale in the morning light. Though his bones were obvious and inelegant, they were mostly hidden beneath a long sleeved crop top, and pants which cuffed at the ankles. The smallest sliver of his midriff was showing, accentuating his tiny waist. He turned around in the mirror, taking in every inch of his body when someone walked in.

“Perfect,” Chisaki rumbled, before taking Izuku’s hand and dragging him out of the room.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

It was dark and damp in the hallways Izuku was pulled through. Only once they’d twisted and turned more times then he could remember did light shine through. Blinking, it took a few moments for the Omega’s eyes to adjust, but when they did he had to hold in a gasp. He couldn't pick something to look at. From the red and gold walls to the no-doubt-very-expensive chandelier, everything was so... luxurious . “Welcome to the Shie Hassaikai.” Shie Hassaikai...where had he heard that before?  “This is the hotel we own, one for customers to come to who don’t...want to be seen, or heard.”

Izuku understood the implications. It was a hotel for criminals. Those who needed a place to stay under the radar. The Omega wondered if people who were supposed to be good came here.“A very many important, affluent people visit our hotel and use our... services , so I expect you to be on your best behaviour, little Omega . That means no wandering around by yourself, no talking to anyone, and most certainly no fooling around . As the leader of this syndicate I have a certain image to uphold. All I need is some useless little whore messing everything up.”The grip on Izuku's hand tightened painfully causing him to whine and grasp ahold of Chisaki’s wrist, silently begging him to let go, only for the Alpha to pull on his arm, bringing him closer.“ You understand, Omega? ”Izuku nodded his head, averting his eyes and baring his neck as a sign of submission. He tried his hardest to keep his sour scent inside, unwilling to let the Alpha know just how terrified he was. “Good boy.”Izuku was dragged through the hotel lobby, keeping his head down to avoid the curious stares everyone was giving him. Finally, they reached a door, except it was one unlike Izuku had ever seen before. It was big, wooden, with engravings of what looks like dragons. Gold lined the frame, glinting in the fluorescent lighting. Chisaki pulled out a card and swiped it, pushing against the heavy door and dragging the Omega inside. “This room is only accessible to me and a few other members of my inner circle. We all live here, and from now on so will you. You’re to stay here until I take you out. You’re to follow my orders and do as I say, otherwise there will be consequences, okay?”Chisaki opened one of the doors inside the large room and threw Izuku inside. “I have some business to attend to, but don’t worry, I’ll be back tonight.”When the Alpha closed the door behind him, darkness encompassed Izuku completely. He fumbled around, trying to find some source of light and eventually stumbled across a lamp switch. Flipping it, he turned around, taking in the room. It was strangely empty, but from the smell the Omega could tell it was Chisakis. Despite the lack of, well, anything, Izuku knew the room was worth a small wealth at least. Running a hand over the bed frame, he recognised it as mahogany wood. It used to be in the master suite back at the House—the one where Omegas were taken to entertain those of elite status. He touched the sheets and felt the material, soft and light, beneath his fingers. Silk , Izuku thought. He watched his arm move, looking at the red burn, wincing as he poked it. Sighing, he walked to the corner of the bedroom, sat down, and tucked his head into his knees, closing his eyes.
I wish Bakugo was here...
“Okay, let’s mark off where we’ve searched so far.”
Ochako, Shouto and Katsuki were standing around the table, map placed in the middle. Uraraka started marking off the areas they had already looked, Katsuki’s stomach twisted with each cross of the red marker. It seemed like they’d already covered most of the city, to no avail. Eijiro and Hanta hadn’t been able to search as frequently as the rest of them, caught up with their own business. As well as that, like he’d thought, the police had done nothing. Even though he’d registered Midoriya as a missing person, they didn’t care about some low status Omega who wasn’t even in the system. If he didn’t find the Omega soon, Katsuki genuinely thought he was going to lose his shit. Never mind the fact that he felt guilty cause the boy was his responsibility, but ever since he’d gone missing the Alpha hadn’t been able to relax. He was on edge 24/7 . It felt like something was crawling up his skin. His heart was aching. He didn’t understand what was happening, but it was fucking annoying. “I’m going out.”

“Katsuki I-”

The Alpha slammed the door before he could hear the rest of her sentence. Shoving his hands in his pockets, he stalked down the street, hidden in the darkness of the night. His mind felt strangely quiet, like his own thoughts were being hidden from him. He was brought back into the world when someone bumped, well more like crashed, into him, knocking his shoulder backwards.“Oi! Watch where you’re going fucker.”He didn’t get a response, and tsked, turning back around. Drunkard. He was about to start walking again when he caught a whiff of a vaguely familiar smell. Two steps and he was pushing the man up against the wall.“Where is he?”No answer. Slamming him harder into the brick, Katsuki repeated himself.“I said where the fuck is he?!”

“I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

The man’s voice was slurred, a smirk on his face.“Listen here, fucker. This is what’s going to happen. You’re going to tell me where he is, or I’m going to break the law. Don’t you even think of lying to me because I can fucking smell him on you you piece of shit.” “Damn, chill out man. You need to release some tension .”

“You have one more chance.”

Katsuki punctuated his seriousness by releasing dominant Prime Alpha pheromones. “Fuck, you’re a Prime?! Let me go you asshole!”

“Not until you tell me where he is.” Katsuki bared his fangs, inching his face closer to the man’s neck.“Okay, okay! Fuck. You’re talking about the little green haired Omega right? I only got to mess around with him for a few minutes before a man came back to claim him, okay?”“Where were you?”“A-At the Ace of Clubs! It’s a club at the end of the road. Take a right when you get to the bottom. There's a huge neon sign, i-it's impossible to miss!”Katsuki growled, letting the man go. He watched as the bastard stumbled, straightened his collar and stepped away from the wall. Katsuki looked him directly in the eye and punched his face, sickenly satisfied when he heard a crunch. Not even bothering to look at the damage, he took off, following the directions until he ended up in front of the door to the club. Walking in, he took a deep breath, trying to look past the alcohol and smoke, trying to honing in on the sweet cherry blossom scent that had filled his head the past 2 weeks. It was a faint trail, and after scouring the entire place, he found no sign of the mop of green hair. Asking around, everyone seemed to look away, not answer his question, or advise against getting involved. The only response he got was a whisper of something called the Hakashie ...whatever that was. It sounded vaguely familiar, but he couldn't place where he’d heard it before. Regardless, wherever Midoriya was, he’d obviously gotten himself into a serious situation, one that no one seemed willing to talk about. Just hang on a little longer, I’m coming for you . The days passed, weeks blurred together until Izuku no longer had a concept of time. Most of it had been spent in the room, sitting in the corner, thinking about anything and everything, or sleeping in the silk sheet bed. Chisaki was gone most of the day, doing whatever business he had to attend to. During the nights he used Izuku anyway he wanted, for however long he wished. The Omega had passed out more than once. Sometimes he got to go outside, but that was only to be Chisaki’s play thing, stuck to his arm. He’d stopped fighting long ago, realising it was just better to go along with it. He’d given up any and all hope of being saved, finally understanding there wasn’t a soul out there who cared about him. In all honesty, living with Chisaki wasn’t that bad. He had a bed to sleep in, warm food any time he wanted it, someone to hold onto, even if it wasn’t the person he longed for. He’d had it much worse before, he didn’t have a lot to complain about. He’d finally settled into a routine, comforted by the fact he knew what was to come in the days ahead. Chisaki cared for him, in a way no one had before. It reminded him of being back in the agency’s prison, when Chisaki would take him aside and show him love in a way that made Izuku’s heart melt. His inner Omega purred at the thought that someone needed him, wanted him . His role was being fulfilled, his purpose in life served. Once upon a time he’d dreamed of getting out, living his life the way he wanted to一freely. Now that had happened, he realised it wasn’t at all like he thought it was going to be. No, the world had nothing to offer him, nothing but pain, neglect. Even the Number One Hero didn’t care about him. But here? Here wasn’t so bad. Izuku smiled to himself as he looked to the side, Chisaki’s brown hair spilling over the pillow. He looked peaceful like this, mouth slightly open as he breathed steadily. Izuku couldn’t help but reach over and brush a lock from the Alpha’s eyes. His heart swelled, a warm feeling settling into his gut. He was just about to get up to use the bathroom when he doubled over, clutching his stomach in pain. Groaning, he shifted around, heat starting to prick his skin. He lifted himself back onto the bed, shaking Chisaki awake as he moaned out. “Wha…?”“ Alpha, please, I need you .”His heat had gone from one to a hundred almost instantly leaving Izuku’s insides feeling like they were burning up, crying out for something to fill them. Grabbing onto Chisaki’s shirt, he pulled weakly, trying to get on top of the Alpha. “Mmm, you smell so good baby.”Izuku purred at the praise, trying to get out of his pants. Tears soon dripped down his face in frustration at not getting what he wanted fast enough. “Eager, are we? Don’t worry, I’ll give you what you want.”Izuku keened as Chisaki effortlessly lifted him up, placing him on the Alpha’s lap. Immediately, Izuku dove down, capturing soft lips in his own. Chisaki was so careful with him, so gentle and attentive in his touches. Izuku didn’t want that. Pushing the Alpha down, he made quick work of stripping them both down, slick dripping down his legs and soaking into the bed sheets. The Omega shifted until he could feel the tip of Chisaki’s dick poking against his rim. Sinking down, Izuku’s eyes rolled to the back of his head as he was finally filled, everything being hit in just the right places. He took it to the hilt in one go, body desperate for contact. He sighed, leaning over until his chest was flush with the Alpha’s own. Suddenly, he was flipped over, head cradled as his back sunk into the mattress. Chisaki’s hips snapped, thrusting in and out of Izuku so fast his head spun slightly. It felt so good .“Don’t worry, Omega . I’ll take care of you.”Four days. That’s all it had been, and yet, Katsuki had already grown used to the feel of another in his bed, the scent of him in his home, making two plates instead of one. The past few months had been torture for the Alpha. He’d promised Midoriya he’d be better, he’d take care of him, and now he was gone, subjected to whatever torment those sick bastards put him through. He was no closer to finding the Omega, already having searched and scoured the entire city to no avail. His “friends” had given up, telling him it was best to move on, that it had only been a matter of time. Katsuki had cursed them out. The only lead he had was that name, that stupid fucking name. Hakashie. Was that the name of the house? The leader? Was it an Omega ring? The Alpha had looked it up, asked coworkers and other heroes, but no one seemed to know what he was talking about. He’d pretty much given up, nothing to give him any sort of lead on where Midoriya could be. He tried his best to move on with the rest of his hero work, but when he was in his apartment, he lay away, thoughts plagued by those wild, green curls, rosy, freckled cheeks, big, doey eyes. He’d been tossing around for a week, unable to catch a single minute of sleep as he turned the name he’d heard over and over again in his head. He analyzed it from all sides, thought at one point it might’ve been some sort of code. Nothing came up, until one day, when he was watching the morning news, sipping his cup of coffee.
Another member of the organized crime syndicate, the Shie Hassakai, has been arrested after being found at one of the…
Katsuki almost dropped his mug. Shie Hassakai...Hakashie. He’d misheard the name! Of course he knew the Shie Hassakai. They were the most notorious yakuza gang in Japan, known for their ridiculously expensive taste and luxurious facilities. Their leader had kept their identity secret for years, not a single hero had been able to uncover the mystery. Was...was Deku with them? The fuck is he doing invovled with the Yakuza?!  Izuku sighed, wincing as he stretched out his back. The past week had been rough, but nothing short of enjoyable. It was the first time he’d spent a heat with a real Alpha, and it felt amazing . He sat up, waiting for Chisaki to get back from the bathroom. The Alpha had stayed by his side the entire time, giving him everything he asked for. The sound of the facet shut off, and the man in question walked out, a smile gracing his features.“Why don’t we go out today? I’ll buy you something nice, my treat.”

Izuku furrowed his brows, tilted his head to the side.“I don’t really want to...I’m still really sore and tired.”

“You don’t want to? Even though I’m offering to take you and buy you something?”The effect was instantaneous. Izuku felt guilt rise up in his throat and he was quick to swallow it and backtrack.“No, no, no. I wanna go! Please take me?”

“Good. I’ll be waiting outside, you get dressed.”Izuku made quick work of pulling on his pants and shirt, trying to ignore the pain jolting up his spine. Waddling to the door, he opened it and stepped out. Chisaki grabbed his hand, startling the Omega slightly.“I can hold your hand, right? You don’t mind?”

“Not at all! I like holding your hand…”

Izuku blushed, averting his eyes in embarrassment. They walked out, through the hotel lobby and into the streets outside. “You’re to stay by my side, alright? I don’t want you getting lost.”It felt so good to have someone care about him, show concern for his well being.

“Of course, Alpha .”He knew just how much Chisaki liked being called that name.“Good boy.”Izuku hadn’t been to the mall before. All the clothes he had Chisaki bought for him. This was new, exciting. They walked down the street, taking turns and crossing roads until they reached the entrance to the really big shopping mall. Izuku hadn’t been in one before, so when he walked inside and it was so crowded, his heart leapt in his throat and he clung tightly to Chisaki’s arm. “It’s okay, I got you.”They weaved their way through the mass of people, eventually turning inside an Omega store. It instantly calmed Izuku down一the slight floral scent, the quiet shuffling of the few people inside, the calm music playing in the background, the soft colours. Chisaki guided him to one of the racks where he began shuffling through the clothes. Once he’d picked out a few items he liked, he showed them to Chisaki, a smile plastered on his face, eyes beaming bright with happiness.“Let’s go try them on.”They walked to the back, where the Alpha sat down in an unoccupied chair while Izuku slipped behind a curtain. Stripping down, he examined himself in the mirrors. Bruises and bitemarks littered his skin making the Omega burn up at the memories of the past week. Taking an outfit off one of the hangers, he stepped into it, once again looking at his reflection. He smiled to himself. It was a light brown jumpsuit with long pants, flowy but pinched in to accentuate his small waist. Pulling the curtain back, he twirled to show it off to his Alpha. His heart sank as he saw the look of displacement on Chisaki’s face. “You don’t like it?”

“No.”

“O-Oh...okay. I’ll go try on another one.”

A little disheartened, he replaced his outfit with the next one, hoping the Alpha would like this one better. The same reaction. He tried one another one, again, disappointment. Eventually Izuku made his way through all the outfits, and not a single one pleased his Alpha. Was something wrong with him? Maybe it wasn’t the clothes…“Here, try this one,” Chisaki said, thrusting a pale blue garment into his hands. Izuku unfolded it, holding it out in front of him.  “A dress…? I’ve never worn a dress before.”“You’ll wear one for me though, won’t you?”“O-Of course!”Izuku went back into the changing room, pulling the pale blue slip dress over his head. Turning around in the mirror, Izuku’s brows furrowed. He never thought about wearing a dress before. He knew some people did, but he was never really interested in it. If it’d please his Alpha though…Walking out he put a small smile on, hands in fists at his side.“Perfect.”

Izuku’s heart lifted, inner Omega purring. He wasn’t all that fond of it, but it made Chisaki happy and that’s all that mattered. Besides, no one had ever bought him anything before. It felt...nice to be taken care of.“Keep it on, okay? I wanna take you somewhere special.”

“Okay,” Izuku smiled.
