Hi guys! This is my first ever fanfic ive wrote so please ignore any grammer errors and things like that.😭 Some chapters will have content/trigger warning at the beginning so please pay attention!!! The reader is pretty based off of me :) Im not sure what the plot is even gonna be but i know reader has so mental health problems and mikasa is gonna help them all the way through. You guys will probably most likely get a good, happy ending!

———————————————- Dragging the cold blade across your skin, heavily breathing as you’re sitting on the bathroom floor. You had a whole bunch of scars lining up and down your arm. Sometimes you felt disgusted to even look at it. You quickly did a swipe with the blade across ur arm, blood quickly pooling out from the cut. Your stomach churned just looking at it. “Y/N babe? Where are you?” Mikasa asked as she looked around the house. Your heart skipped a beat, you didnt want mikasa seeing you like this. She knew you struggled a lot with self-harm and has even caught you in the process of it. Then you heard the bathroom door nob open, “Honey?—“ Y/N quickly gasped as she sat up in the bed as Mikasa was sleeping peacefully next to them.Another nightmare.Y/N was breathing heavily and slightly shaking that it even woke Mikasa up.“Y/N honey, are you alright?” Mikasa asked you as she put her arms around you from the back. The move made you slightly jump, not knowing she was awake. “I- uh, yea.. im alright.” You said, but Mikasa obviously knew you weren’t alright.“Y/N, i know you’re not alright. Was it one of your nightmares again?” Mikasa asked you. Releasing her arms she peppered light kisses on your neck and soothingly rubbed your back, making you feel more calm and at ease again. “Yes..i was hurting myself in the bathroom and you had walked in on me—“ You said slowly feeling tears well up in your eyes as Mikasa cut you off.“Its okay love, its okay” Mikasa said, reassuring you. “How about i get you a glass of water and we go back to sleep yeah? Hows that sound love?”“Thats good, thank you honey.” You said. As Mikasa went to get your water you layed back down to just think back to yourself. How could you be so lucky to have a woman like her? I dont know what i would do without her. Time to time you did feel bad that she was always taking care of you and your mental health. But Mikasa never seemed to care or have a problem with taking care of you.All she wanted you was to be safe and healthy.You felt your eyelids getting heavier and heavier till you just couldn’t hold them open any longer. You mustve been pretty tired.“Honey, i have your water—“ Mikasa said, stopping briefly as she walked into both of your bedrooms.A soft smile appeared on Mikasas face as she went to go place the glass of water on the nightstand beside you.“Hopefully they can get some sleep now.” Mikasa said, gently getting into bed trying not to disturb you and slowly fell asleep.
