Holy... crap!They had done it! They had actually done it!I mean, yeah, sure, this was technically her plan and all, but... damn! It had actually worked! They banged the space hookers!With that, the Nymphojinn began to slowly fall back into their slumber, fading away beyond the dimensional walls that kept this world separate from their own. It was odd, Kyu's heart was beating so fast, and not simply because of the earlier events; the truth was, there were a lot of emotions flowing through her right now.As her client descended from the sky, Kyu flew over to meet them."Wow... I... Uh..." Kyu mumbled. "So, you know, how I said 'I believed in you' and all that?"Kyu's client raised an eyebrow. "I mean- Yeah, I did but... well, y'know..."Saving her, Kyu's client broke out into laughter, likely both out of actual amusement as well as intense... er, 'exhaustion'. Kyu couldn't help but laugh alongside them... damn, they were adorable, and it sucked that she could never-You know what? Screw that! She had almost died, hell, everyone had almost died. It was by Venus' grace alone that they were still breathing... and it was time to start making the most of her breath."But seriously, though... Good job, really. I knew I could count on you. You've, uh, you've never really let me down, and I think that's why you were the first person I thought of when this whole 'Nymphojinn' started up."Her client tried to brush off the compliment, starting to say something along the lines of 'it was nothing'; but Kyu was quick to speak up."Let me finish."After a quick deep breath, Kyu smiled; her heart still beating at a rapid rate, so much so it echoed in her ears. All while she could feel her magic coursing through every inch in her body at a lightning-quick pace."And listen, I know I haven't really been your boss in a couple of years, but the truth is... I never really stopped thinking about you... I don't think I'll ever be able to, either... because, well..."Kyu swallowed hard, finally saying the words she wished to for years."I love you..."
There! She had said it! She had really freaking said it!
And damn, it felt good!Now... for her client's reaction. Which... honestly she honestly didn't fear anymore. Now that she had gotten that off her chest, she'd be fine. If they accepted, that would be dope, and if her client wanted to remain bone-bro's, that was cool, too.And hey! If things really went downhill, she could always pull out the classic 'kiss my butt', prank. That was always a good laugh-Kyu froze. They... they were kissing her. Damn... Their lips were so soft and warm, and yet perfectly tender as well. It was odd, they were slightly sweet, yet subtly salty. Taking a moment to kiss them back, Kyu couldn't help but notice something.Sure, she had kissed them before during sex, but... it was never like this. Then, it was usually a heat-of-the-moment sloppy kiss, between heavy breaths and... y'know, other things... But this kiss... it was like they were holding her. They gently caressed her cheek, before using their other arm to pull in her closer.
After a moment or so, they broke the kiss, staring deep within Kyu's emerald eyes; like they needed her... like they loved her.Panting softly, her client finally replied. "Kyu... you had patience with me when no one else did... you made someone out of me... You gave me drive, you gave me confidence, you gave me a life..."They shot her a small smile."How could I not love you?"Hearing those words filled Kyu up with energy, far and away than she had ever felt before. Not like how lust did, or her feelings alone could. This was real... Real, genuine love.She smiled back. In all truth, she had absolutely no idea how this was going to work... Was she gonna quit her job and live with them? Were they going to start living in the Sky Garden? Was that Momo girl coming with them?Kyu shook the questions from her head, as she took her once-client's hand, the two of them making their way to their hotel room. Frankly, she didn't care that much, they'd figure that out eventually, together.
