Chapter 1: “He led them straight to safety, to a city where they could live.”- The bible(Y/n) was getting ready as instructed by their master. You see their mother had sold them for extra cash. Unfortunately, not to one direction. But to a bearded man with long hair, in beige coloured robes. He still had not mentioned his name. And yet… i cant help but feel aroused by his… dominant aura. The way his strong jaw clicked as he stared out in the distance. My heart lept a beat, maybe two. We had only travelled for an hour but still, every moment felt like an eternity staring longingly at his shiny chestnut brown hair. I finished strapping my bag with only my most treasured items. My great great great great great great great great grandmothers necklace that changed colours when my mood changed. And my stuffed animal tiger that was given to me when my father died when I was a baby. I secured the bag on my back as my gaze looked back to the man. He was watching me slowly, waiting for me to meet up with him before he spoke in a deep soft but masculine tone. “Are you ready?” I nodded in response as we continued on our way. My aquamarine eyes trailing his chocolate brown ones. He finally asked me my name. “Y/n” I responded shyly. I felt the blush spread across my face. Even though he bought me, he was very handsome. I thought when my mother was going to sell me, I would had been sold off to the ugly bastards you see in hentai. THANK GOD he was hot. Like sheeesh. I giggled to myself. He casted a look my way and I immediately fell quiet. I felt small under his gaze, like some sort of higher power was squishing me down, but he wasn’t stern. There was something I couldn’t recognize. It looked as if…. No.. impossible. Nobody would feel that way about me. As we walked in silence i finally worked up the courage to speak up. “Soooo umm whats your purpose for you know, buying me?” he calmly said “All in time my child, now sleep.” Before i could process what he said i was out like light.  When I finally awoke I realized I was wrapped in a blanket and being carried bridal style off the back of a donkey. I pretended to still be asleep only to see what he would do. His gentle fingers slowly graced mine as he set me against what I could assume was one of the bags the donkey was carrying. “How beautiful” he muttered under his hot breath. I wonder… he wasn’t talking about me right? My eyes were close so I couldn’t see what he was talking about. But the thought that it could be about me fulled my chest with butterflies. No! I can’t feel this way! I mean… he did buy me after all.  Not soon after I was gently tapped on the shoulder by an unfamiliar hand. It was course and calloused, something tells me they were more… experienced. I open my eyes to see an even more unfamiliar face to match the unfamiliar hand still resting on my arm, unfamiliarly lingering there for a couple more seconds then expected before he spoke to me. “Oh she’s cute” I managed to mutter out a quick and quiet “umm hey.” Cause I’m shy. “Ohh that’s adorable , like a little mouse.” He cooded at me. The breaded man who had brought me here cleared his throat “(Y/N) I am Jesus, my apologies for my partner Judas.” The man who referred to himself as Jesus gave a almost sideways glance at Judas. “I’m sorry we could not have met in better circumstances, but I had to have you.” I sat there like, did he really just say that to me. My mind is racing with all the things he could have meant by that statement. “Umm what do you mean by that” I asked him, but I hate to admit it but there was a slight waver in my voice “I know you have question and they will be answered in time, this is the lords plan for you after all.” I looked at him confused. “The Lord’s… plan?” I asked, he nodded. “For now we will rest for the night, Judas will show you to your chamber” The man known as Judas leaned off of the donkey, dropping his hands to his side as he began to approach me. His rough hands graced my shoulder once more as I caught wind of a strong scent from him. The masculine musk of sweat and hard work. Against better judgment my stomach seemed to flutter at his near presence. His hand gently led me to turn the opposite direction as he leaned in and spoke closely to my ear. “Follow me, babe.”I was shocked by the language he used to direct me.“Judas…” Jesus used a tone someone would use to correct a dog when it misbehaves.Judas turned a smile directed at Jesus. “Only joking, don’t worry your plan won’t get derailed.” He must not have thought I could hear him, but soon after he muttered “Not in that way at least.”He continued to lead me away towards a building I hadn’t realized was there. Inside it seemed dusty almost, unkempt except for the table that was already set and a vase full of blooming flowers. My eyes trailed the details of the old wooden textures of the house. The windowsill crumbling, the floor gently washed, the cobwebs in the corner hanging loosely in the wind. This place seemed so dark and yet, homey, well used and warm. I didn’t have much time before he continued to push me up the stairs, down the hall and into an empty room. There was a bed in the corner, the house only lit by the daylight shining through the window. He beckoned me further towards the bed, giving a gentle shove as I followed the movement, sitting on my bed. I began to take in the details of the room, each corner was clean, free of spiders and the walls adorned with gentle looking drawings. Beautiful pieces of flowers and what looks to be sunsets. I was almost too distracted by the the looks of the humble room that I always missed Judas’s quiet mutter. “You know he won’t choose you.”“Sorry?”“He won’t choose you, I said.” He spoke more roughly, to the point, but there was something in his eyes which contrasted the emotion. He began to smear as he approached me, a playful lilt to his tone.“What’s so special about you that he would like so much?”I clenched my tiger stuffed animal close to my chest, with every breath he stepped closer.
“Well, I guess I can see a few.”His hand found my shoulder as his other gently brushed my hair behind my ear, his hand lingering only for a moment, my eyes reached his and I seemed to feel lost in the chocolate irises. There was a glimmer of something dangerous, something akin to a burning fire, matching the one burning in my gut, it felt like an eternity before a voice broke the silence, immediately I tensed as I looked to the doorway, noticing Jesus waiting by the entry way with a basket in his hands.“It’s time we leave our guest to rest, don’t you think, Judas?”Judas leaned back, combing his fingers through his goatee, a smirk tugging at his lips. “Of course.” He said simply, releasing his hold on my shoulder as he started to walk towards Jesus. The brunette seemed to give him a look before beckoning Judas down the hall. Jesus turned to me with a gentle smile, “Try to get some rest little lamb, we’ll be staying the night here. If you need anything, you need only ask.” I muttered out a quiet thank you as the door closed softly, leaving me alone in the room I was brought to. As old and slightly creepy this house was, it was a warm welcome to the nightmare I used to live.
