Work Text

Written by Green. Glockenspiel was walking to his friend Marty's house (who was a french cat man).In all honesty Marty wasn't the only reason Glockenspiel went to Marty's house. Glockenspiel was also in love with Annabeth, Marty's sister. When Glockenspiel got there he was shocked to see Annabeth open the door. A young beautiful cat girl Annabeth was. Glockenspiel was caught staring at Annabeth all the time at the market, at church and even at the bakery where they work. "Those are some fine buns," he would say. But today was different, today he was going to ask her out. But he didn't know how so he told Marty about his feelings. Marty was thrilled! He had always wanted to have a brother. So that day Glockenspiel asked out Annabeth. She said no

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Written By PurpleGlockenspiel woke up in a Lightning McQueen shaped bed, that was a terrible dream. He had dreamed about the love of his life rejecting him and for some reason...chunky?He shuddered as he thought about it. This was almost as bad as the time he dreamed that he got peanut butter stuck at the top of his mouth. Almost. Nothing was more terrifying than peanut butter getting stuck at the top of his mouth. At this point he took in his surroundings... something wasn't right. His Papa Smurf poster wasn't there, fear struck through him, this wasn't his bed, this wasn't even Glockenspiels room. He could tell just by the smell that this was Annabeth's.It smelled of fresh cat litter and flowers. Glockenspiel had never been IN her room so to say. He had just seen it, from the window, multiple times. GLOCKENSPIEL IS NOT A STALKER THOUGH. He's not. He can't be. Nope. Impossible.Glockenspiel was so in his head that he didn't notice as Annabeth strutted into the room. He didn't notice until she was right in his face. "You passed out." she purred into his ear. Glockenspiel was confused. He wasn't diabetic. Only diabetic people passed out. The door creaked open as he looked at the cat's beautiful fur. Suddenly Marty was next to him. "I thought you were DEAD" he sobbed in a soothing, seductive French accent. "My sister rejected you and you collapsed". He grabbed Glockenspiels tiny face and kissed his cheek. Glockenspiel didn't know what was going on. Annabeth... Rejected him?Annabeth...didn't love him? His Annabeth. His...Annabeth. His.He promptly threw up all over Marty and Annabeth. It was fine though because his vomit smells like purple kool-aid.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Still Written By Purple  He did NOT just vomit on Annabeth. Vomiting on Marty was ok, BUT ANNABETH? NO THIS WAS A DISASTER. So Glockenspiel did the most reasonable thing one would do and threw himself out the 5 story window to escape his sin. As he fell at an unreasonably slow rate he saw a man...eating something. Before he could see what, Glockenspiel hit the ground. But he no splat. NAYInstead he bounce. Being a dwarf had some benefits. Sure you get called short... and get called short some more. And um...well mostly get called short. But nevermind that. Now that Glockenspiel was safely on the ground he could see what the mysterious man was mysteriously eating. As Glockenspiels got closer, he recognized it. This Mysterious Man was eating cake... Cake. CAKE. HE WAS EATING CAKE. HOW. Glockenspiel gasped, curling into a ball on the sidewalk. In his mind all he saw was CAKE. And his poor, poor unsuspecting Grandpapa. Eating that cake. His dear Grandpapa... screaming.Cus that's how diabetes works. Sugar is poison. You touch it and it's death.Glockenspiel remembered how he was but a smaller dwarf as he watched cake kill his Grandpapa. Grandpapas screams echo through Glockenspiels brain. War flashbacks flash as bright as lightning. Which is weird cus Glockenspiel has never been in a war. Still, wait, WERE THOSE CAKES? WITH GUNS? Glockenspiel screams. He screams so loud that something shatters.Maybe it's Mysterious Man's mysterious heart. Oh wait. Maybe it's his eardrums. In the pauses between Glockenspiels' terrified screams, he hears the sound of Mysterious Man's mysterious sobs. Glockenspiel stops quite suddenly to look at Mysterious Man. For but a second, Glockenspiel feels almost remorseful until he sees the reason Mysterious Man is crying. The wretched, evil cake fell on the floor. Glockenspiel did what any sane grandson of a dead diabetic grandpapa would do..... He stomped on it.He kicked it. He killed that cake like it killed his grandpapa. He murdered it, for his grandpapa.Maybe now he could be free from the GRASP cake had on him. The trauma if you will.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

written by blue Once Annabeth and Marty ran all the way down from the 5 story building Glockenspiel was more than humiliated. He couldn't look at her-look at his, dear, Annabeth. Marty was so concerned for Glockenspiel he forgot that he pushed Annabeth and walked over the cake with his shoe. Since Marty had cake on his shoe, Glockenspiel was mortified and screamed and cried to the point where the neighbors heard. Glockenspiel ran. He ran for his life. But his dear love did not chase after him. Instead it was Marty. It was ALWAYS Marty. Glockenspiel walked home alone that day still processing that weird event. HE was mortified. But once he opened the door to his apartment and saw his Daddy Smurf poster. He felt a sense of worth and regained his hopes to win his cat lady Annabeth back.

written by blue That night Marty texted Glockenspiel asking to come over. Marty had always had the biggest crush on Glockenspiel, Annabeth told him that.Glockenspiel never believed it until Marty planted a juicy kiss on his cheek earlier that day. He decided to respond to Marty's text. He replied with a simple yes. About 15 minutes Marty was knocking at the door. Glockenspiels' hearts started racing. HE knew Marty was gay. It was obvious. Glockenspiel's gaydar was NEVER wrong. Glockenspiel opened the door wearing his bathrobe paired with his bunny slippers, sipping on a cup of coffee and mourning the rejection of his beloved, Annabeth. Marty walked in and sat down on his bed and motioned for Glockenspiel to do the same. So he did. He didn't know why, but he knew one thing. Maybe Marty was better than Annabeth......just maybe. Marty leaned in for that kiss and in the moment Glockenspiel couldn't believe it. Before he knew it Annabeth kicked the door down, and walked in on them. She was extremely jealous.

written by piss yellow "What are you doing!?", Annabeth exclaimed,"You're gay?" "Why do you care?"Glockenspiel said, his voice calm as an ocean wave, "I thought you didn't like me." "I wasn't talking to you!" "Annabeth responded with haste, "I was talking to Marty!"Annabeth paused for a moment before talking again, both Marty and Glockenspiel sat there in confusion. Annabeth started again, "Marty, I get that you're my brother, but, I'M MADLY IN LOVE WITH YOU". "What! No. NO!" Glockenspiel was so distraught that he ran straight out of the house. He ran, ran, and ran as fast as he could. Until he couldn't run anymore. He stopped and knelt down on his knees, panting for air. Then he looked around and saw nothing that looked familiar. There were big, short stones all around him. Some even had words on them. It seemed like it was an old graveyard. "Where am I?", he exclaimed. Glockenspiel scanned the area around him. Trying to find a landmark, tree, anything that looked familiar. But no matter what he saw, none of it he knew. He was lost. Hopelessly lost in the great unknown.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

sadly also written by piss yellow Marty took the keys out of the car, and opened the door. 5 months ago Glockenspiel, his best friend, went missing. It seemed unreal to Marty at first. Like a dream. But once the realization hit him, it hit him hard. Glockenspiel was gone. Lost like the TV remote in the couch. But unlike the remote, no amount of searching seemed to reveal anything. Marty started to walk towards the old abandoned house that once belonged to his friend. His lost friend. Just as he was about to enter the empty building, he saw something on a tree to the side. Marty stepped towards the object on the tree, and immediately vomited. It was a corpse. Hung from the tallest branch by what seemed to be an extension cord. But that wasn't the thing that made Marty barf. He had seen countless dead bodies from when the police needed him to identify a suspect assumed to be Glockenspiel. No. What made him barf was who was hung. His sister. Annabeth. She must have hung herself from guilt or depression from rejection. Marty's barf was black, just like his sister's corpse. But nonetheless, he proceeded. Marty was determined to get answers. For his friend, lover, and for his sister. So into the house he went. The door opened with a creak. A loud creak. Loud enough to be heard across the ghost town that used to be his neighborhood. As he entered the house his mind was flooded with memories. Memories of love, happiness, and sorrow. He walked down the hallway and turned to enter his friend's room. But to Marty's surprise, the door was locked. Odd he thought. Marty put his elbow to the door and slammed into it with all his might. The door burst off its hinges and flew across the room with Marty with it. And Marty saw something he wished he hadn't.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

written by magenta There was a semi transparent figure in the middle of the room. Marty gazed at it for a few seconds before the realization hit him... it was Annabeth. Marty immediately went in for a hug but it was in vain because his arms simply fazed through the figure. He almost lost his balance in the surprise of it, then the figure spoke to him. "Marty~" the feminine voice purred. Marty was stunned it sounded like his sister but different, more distant. "An-nabeth?" Marty stuttered in fear, remembering the night she confessed her bizarre love for him. "Martyy, I know where you can find what you seek." She said contorting her body in strange weird ways. "You mean you know where the Glockenspiel is?" Marty pleads. Annabeth, no, the ghost, only nods. "Please...sister" Marty begged. "I must have something in return, Marty," the ghost said in a low voice. "What do you want? I will do anything please just let me see the Glockenspiel... My love". He choked out that last bit as he remembered all the memories. The ghost showed no emotion as she purred "Bring me 3 dark candles and light them with Greenlight Long Reach Matches, Large Strike On Box Matches (75-Count) for Lighting Candles, Grills, Fireplaces, and Firepits". "Uh ok,'' Marty replied. "But why?". Ghost-beth just stared straight through him with her big gold eyes. "Why do you need them?". Marty tried again. "...SO THAT I CAN HAVE ALL OF THE POWER IN THE WORLDDDDD." Ghost-beth screamed as lightning flashed dramatically through the window. "Ok,'' said Marty in a relaxed tone, and so he began his quest.
