Magnus looked at his husband and smiled. “Come with me.” He took his husband's hand and they walked through the portal. ***Alec and Magnus went through the portal. Crowds of people were everywhere, Christmas decorations shone everywhere, and the smell of a mulled wine came from every corner. "Where are we?" Alec asked. "In Vienna," replied Magnus. "In Vienna?" Alec asked in surprise. "Yes," Magnus nodded. "And we came here to enjoy ourselves and soak up the Christmas spirit." "But Magnus, I don't…," Alec protested. "No but, Mr. Lightwood-Bane." Magnus shook his head. "Mulled wine?" "You win, Mr. Lightwood-Bane," Alec agreed. ***They stood under a big tree with mugs of mulled wine and enjoyed the festive atmosphere.
