Patient Night Mother

Work Text

Name: Helena Gee / Night MotherAge: 47Risk Level: Very HighPatient Overview: Though the patient considers herself to be a hero, the sad reality is that she is nothing more than a broken woman lashing out at the world through uncondoned vigilante work. A review of her history has shown that her self-destructive behavior has been apparent for years, as her crime-fighting has led to multiple failed marriages and a turbulent relationship with her three children. Not only do all three have different fathers, but they were also forced into the vigilante lifestyle by their mother. However, her condition was fairly unremarkable before the death of her middle daughter, causing her to develop a complex based around protecting what remains of her family at all costs. After her youngest daughter was injured in a recent operation, she attempted to seal her in permanent bondage, an action which was thankfully stopped by the timely arrival of the police. She and her daughter have since been delivered into our care. Though it may cause the patient distress, we have decided to separate her from her child for the duration of their treatments. Those looking for full information on her daughter can refer to her patient file, but the basic overview is that we believe there is hope for her. We will attempt to undo her mother’s negative influence during our treatment, so she can live a more fulfilling life than the woman who raised her. As for the patient herself, we see very little hope for recovery. Whether her intentions were ever pure is up for debate, but there is no doubt now that she is an extreme danger to the people she believes she’s protecting, both in her family and outside of it. Due to the skills and training she acquired during her time as a vigilante, she will be kept in a full-body rubber straitsuit and inflatable rubber sack for the duration of her stay. These precautions are necessary to ensure the safety of our staff.
Act like you belong here.
Those were the words Dr. Ann Bree repeated to herself as she walked through the halls of the Sternway Institute. With her white doctor’s coat and ID badge, she certainly looked no different from the other staff going back and forth as they attended to their duties. As long as nobody took a closer look and noticed the small discrepancies, like how her ID badge was for a different hospital or the black latex catsuit peeking out from under her lab coat, there was no reason to think she wasn’t one of the Institute’s many employees.Ann Bree was many different things to many different people. To the outside world, she was a preeminent medical doctor and the esteemed director of the Hero Hospital. To the criminal underworld and whatever wannabe do-gooders were unlucky enough to cross her path, she was the dreaded Rookie Hunter. To Night Mother, the love of her life, she was an unknown and unrequited admirer. But of all those things, an employee of the famed Sternway Institute unfortunately wasn’t one.Had she been here on official Hero Hospital business, she likely could have used her credentials to get herself a guest pass and a tour of the facility. The administrators might’ve even shown her some of the high-security wings, to impress the head of a fellow hospital and further raise their facility’s standing. However, it wasn’t medical work that brought her here. No, her business was entirely personal. When she found out that Night Mother had been taken into custody, Ann nearly jumped for joy. The thought of having the love of her life sent to her hospital, with Ann in charge of both her captivity and “treatment”, was almost too much to handle (whether the other woman reciprocated or not didn’t really matter to a sociopath like the Rookie Hunter). This was the moment she had spent almost two decades waiting for: when Night Mother would be hers and hers alone. She’d needed to excuse herself and spent the next half-hour attending to her “personal needs" in the office’s private washroom before her thoughts could return to work. That night, she had been so happy that she even passed on doing any villain-related work for the evening, choosing instead to spend the hours in bed with her minion Green Envy. Between the rounds of hot lesbian sex, Ann told the brainwashed former-hero many things, none of which the broken young woman could understand. She bragged about how her mother would be joining her soon; how Ann could finally get rid of her because, now that she had the real thing, there was no point keeping a cheap copy like her around; and how a lifetime of heavy bondage and isolation was all that awaited her. Then she found out that Night Mother would be sent to the Sternway Institute. Ann hadn’t taken having the object of her desire snatched out from under her well. After she had gone out and kidnapped the city’s newest hero (some fire-themed floozy whose name she’d already forgotten) to deal with her frustration, she came up with a plan to get Night Mother for herself. That plan was to infiltrate the Sternway Institute and, using the guise of a patient transfer, remove Night Mother from the premises. From there, she would be quickly transported to the Hero Hospital, where she would spend the rest of her life under Ann’s “care”.Was it her greatest plan ever? No. It was cliched and, honestly, if it was for anybody but Night Mother, Ann wouldn’t have bothered taking the risk. As director of her own hospital, where super-powered individuals and dangerous villains were kept, she knew the kind of security a place like this had. And what the consequences of being caught were. But Ann didn’t care. Having the love of her life as her personal captive was well worth the risk. And the fact she’d come up with a better plan than ‘go to the Institute and break out Night Mother’ meant she wasn’t thinking entirely with her crotch. The plan had gone surprisingly well so far. She managed to snatch a valid ID card off one of the doctors after “accidentally” bumping into him, and was clever enough to get one of the orderlies to tell her where his office was so she could “return” it. She was approaching that office now. Once she saw the door with the name “Dr. Scott Baker” printed on it, she used the card to enter. Inside was a normal office, with an old computer sitting on a wooden desk.
Okay. Time to do this.
Ann sat down in front of the computer and turned it on. When it asked for a password after booting up, she didn’t miss a beat. There was a reason she had specifically chosen one of the older-looking doctors, after all.
Let’s see… Where would he hide it?
Ann opened one of the desk drawers and smiled. There, just as expected, was a post-it note with the word “Password” written on it followed by a random string of characters and numbers. After typing it in, Ann had access to the man’s computer. She quickly opened up the Institute’s patient database.“Let’s check under ‘N’ first,” she muttered to herself. “Hmm… Neferpitou… Nero Claudius… Ah! There she is! Night Mother.”She opened the file, finding information such as Night Mother’s diagnosis, room number, and most importantly, the door code. Ann also found a collection of forms. She printed out one for a patient transfer and hastily filled it in. Hopefully, like the rest of her disguise, it would do its job and none of the Institute staff would look too closely at it. Once she had everything she needed, she shut down the computer and left the office just the way she found it.The hallways of the Institute were like a maze, so it took longer than expected to find Night Mother’s cell. After swiping the card and punching in the code, Ann quickly stepped inside, closing the door behind her. Looking at the cell, she didn’t know whether to be impressed or disturbed. Despite outwardly resembling one of the rooms at the Hero Hospital, it felt like it had more in common with her personal dungeon instead. Ann wasn’t the queen of bedside manner, but the rooms in her hospital at least had chairs for friends and family to sit on. Here, the only piece of furniture was a single bed at one end with various medical machines surrounding it. Somehow, even with all that, the room still managed to feel cramped. Ann could swear the cold white walls were trying to suck away her soul. But none of that mattered. As Ann saw what was lying on the bed, her heart swelled. To be fair, had she not checked the database beforehand, it might have been difficult to tell that the rubber object in front of her was actually her love, Night Mother. From the neck down, her body was restrained in a thick inflatable sleepsack. Ann found herself unconsciously licking her lips as she admired the way the rubber shone. Night Mother’s head was just as heavily encased. Not only was she wearing the black-and-grey open-faced hood of her vigilante outfit (Ann guessed the staff hadn’t bothered removing her costume before restraining her), but she was also gagged with a matching rubber ball and blindfolded, leaving the bit of skin left showing around her mouth as the only clue to her identity. Immobilized, isolated, anonymous, and completely at her mercy. Ann’s heart began to beat faster as she realized this was the exact situation she had always wanted Night Mother in. A warmth started to grow inside her.
You know… maybe this patient transfer can wait a little?
As she approached Night Mother, she unbuttoned her doctor’s coat, revealing the catsuit underneath. Without caring what her love would think (something she didn’t give a shit about anyways), Ann climbed on top of the rubber cocoon. The moan that escaped Night Mother’s lips nearly caused an identical moan to escape from hers. Ann imagined how her love must be feeling inside there, so deprived and isolated. Maybe the sudden weight of Ann’s body pressing down on her was heavenly?Ann leaned forward and reached behind Night Mother’s head, searching for the straps of her blindfold. After finding and undoing them, she lifted the piece of rubber from her face. Ann noticed that the underside was slick with tears and sweat. Night Mother squeezed her eyes shut, overwhelmed by the glaring light, but soon enough, Ann was able to look into her dark brown eyes.“Hello Helena,” she said with a smile.“HMM?!” her victim exclaimed, probably wondering what her good friend Ann Bree was doing on top of her in a latex catsuit.“Don’t worry, my love. Everything will be fine. Soon you’ll be in my care and you won’t have to worry about anything ever again.”“Mmm?” she asked. Ann guessed it was to know what the hell was going on.Or maybe not. She didn’t exactly care.“Shh! Shut up and be a good little bitch for me. You know, I’ve waited my whole life to have you like this. Perfectly bound and totally mine. All your daughters were just cheap imitations of the masterpiece that is your body. And now, I’m going to finally take it for myself. You’ll see that none of those deadbeats you fucked could ever compare to the likes of me.”She started to grind on the rubber cocoon. Night Mother squealed in surprise. Maybe she thought this was just part of some strange hallucination that would quickly go away; Ann couldn’t wait to prove her wrong and show her that the Rookie Hunter would be her Goddess for the rest of her life. Just thinking about it made her wet.“Oh yeeeeess,” she moaned as she felt herself approaching climax.
This is it!

This is what I’ve been waiting for!

This is what I’ve always wanted!

And nothing can ruin this for me!
…At least, that’s what Ann thought, until she heard the cell door open. Glancing behind her, she saw the old doctor she had stolen the keycard from accompanied by several nurses and orderlies. All of them were frowning.Ann’s heart nearly stopped as she realized she’d been discovered. That was when she realized just how close to orgasm she was and in that instant, there was only one concern on her mind. She wouldn’t let them ruin this perfect moment for her!Desperately, she began thrusting against Night Mother’s sleepsack, frantically trying to push herself over the edge. She managed to get three humps in before the orderlies grabbed her.“NO! NOOOO! PLEASE! LET ME FINISH! PLEEEEEEEAASSSSEE!!!” she screamed as they dragged her out of the cell, away from the woman she had spent years lusting over and who she almost had in her grasp.Dr. Ann Bree now looked like she belonged in the Sternway Institute. The staff had helped fix the issues with her disguise, so no one would think she was anything other than one of the Institute’s many patients.Of course, someone looking at her would have no way of telling that the mass of rubber in front of them was Ann Bree, both esteemed director of the Hero Hospital and notorious villain Rookie Hunter. After stripping off her doctor’s coat (they decided to leave her in the latex catsuit), they restrained her in a full-body latex straitjacket with a built-in legbinder and covered her head with a total-isolation hood, before mummifying her in multiple layers of latex tape, spraying her from head-to-toe with quick-drying latex, sealing her in a tight latex sleepsack, then zipping her into another latex sleepsack which they proceeded to inflate with liquid rubber. It had taken away all movement and traces of Ann’s identity, as well as all five of her senses. Feeding and breathing were handled through small tubes running into the hood. Not that it’s possible for anyone to see her, considering she now sits at the bottom of a hole, hidden in one of the Institute’s many cells. It’s possible to take her out of the hole, just like it’s possible to remove her from her many layers of bondage, but it’s unlikely the staff will do so anytime soon. After all, why would they? Ann had begged them to let her finish, so they had decided to grant her request. She was currently doing nothing but orgasming, barely able to think due to the constant waves of pleasure washing all other thoughts from her mind.If she could think, she might have wondered whether her drones would come rescue her. Or perhaps, if they had already tried but were captured by the Institute. She might have realized there was no hope for her. That there was a very good chance a lifetime of heavy bondage and isolation was all that awaited her.But that was if Ann could think. And she would only be allowed to think if the staff released her.And the staff would only release her if anyone laid eyes on the mass of bondage she had become, and decided to think about her.And if they did, would any of them think she was Ann Bree? Because Ann Bree looked like just another patient trapped in bondage; someone who belonged in the Sternway Institute. And as the Rookie Hunter, perhaps she did.
