Ryo entered the club and looked around for Louis. He was wearing a not-so-dressy blue suit with a yellow shirt and a black tie.
She looked around for Louis since they had decided to have a date in that very place to have a cocktail together.
Ryo knew that place thanks to Shin and Shu who had already been to that place.
"I advise you to go with Louis to this place." Shin handed a small card to Ryo. "The view of Tokyo from that place with those space themes is something incredible, especially when it's lit up at night. It's like being in a spaceship as much as Touma might not agree."
"And it's romantic too." Shu appeared from behind and stole a kiss from Shin's lips "You and Louis will have a nice evening."
Ryo had immediately accepted the suggestion of his friends and he had immediately booked a table, making sure to have it near the window.
The Rekka-bearer looked around for his companion and stopped in front of what looked like an aquarium. Except there were no fish inside, but little astronauts floating in a sea of stars.
Ryo looked more carefully and in that sea of stars she saw the reflection of Louis who was smiling. Louis found the bearer of Rekka even more beautiful with that smile and his face framed by the stars.
"HI...". Ryo found himself whispering.
"HI!". Louis reciprocated.Louis is wearing an elegant suit with a light brown coat
The two went to sit at the table they had booked and looked at the view of Tokyo illuminated at night with all its lights.
"Really beautiful here...". Louis commented "It feels like you're actually inside a spaceship." His hand moved under the table to intertwine his fingers with Ryo's while in the background a band began to play soundtracks from films set in space.
" Yes...". Ryo commented distractedly as he observed Louis' profile illuminated by the soft light of the environment. It was so beautiful that Ryo wanted to kiss him on the lips, but he desisted when he noticed the fixed gaze of the other customers, who spoke in whispers.
Louis turned his head to glare at everyone present because he wanted to enjoy that evening with Ryo and not have people's curiosity about them.
He would also have used his powers to create an intimate corner just for the two of them and thus enjoy the evening.
"Shall we order something?". Ryo proposed to distract himself from that chatter in the background.
"Yes!". Louis exclaimed.
The waiter approached wearing a uniform that resembled one worn on a spaceship. Ryo had to hold back a laugh at how they found him
"Gentlemen wish?".
"A gin and tonic!". Ryo replied.
"For me a margarita" Louis ordered instead.
"How? Classic? Light or strong? With lemon or with spices? With normal gin or a special one?".
The waiter absentmindedly drew something on a piece of paper to pass the time and wait for Ryo's response. The samurai looked at Louis, also confused by all that choice and options.
"A classic and light gin and tonic. The same for the margarita." Louis intervened immediately as if their lives depended on that answer.
"They arrive!". The waiter walked away quickly. It seemed to Ryo for a moment that he was floating in space on a space mission.
The lights took on the same color as the Earth seen from space, as the group continued to perform.
Stupendous.
That was Ryo's first thought upon seeing the two cocktails that looked like a starry sky and with the ice shaped to resemble small planets.Optimal.
This was Louis' thought once he tasted his cocktail after a toast with Ryo. The two immediately began drinking and eating the appetizers served in small bowls featuring decorative motifs linked to the various galaxies.
The two continued to talk while drinking their cocktails and eating toothpicks and trying to make physical contact with their legs with their fingers.
Louis observed Ryo's profile illuminated by that blue light that observed Tokyo illuminated at night with her lights. He observed the amber skin, that mass of black and unruly hair, two wonderful eyes and those lips curved in that smile that kept him company even at night.
And the damnation of not being able to shower them with kisses in such an atmosphere.
“In some ways I have been there in space.” Ryo suddenly found himself talking once he had drunk half the cocktail.
"What?!". Louis asked in disbelief at that unexpected revelation.
"Yes!" Ryo confirmed with a smile "To save Touma and..." he immediately trailed off when he realized that he was talking to Louis about battles even on an occasion like that.
Louis didn't mind that type of story, on the contrary he wanted to satisfy a curiosity.
Ryo began to nervously hammer his finger on the gray table with some nervousness, afraid that he had ruined their evening by mentioning the yoroi.
"What is it like to be in space?". Louis asked curiously as he shook the hand Ryo was pounding the table with.
Ryo blinked completely unprepared for that question.
"From what I remember...". Ryo replied uncertainly "I was in the dark and I was alone. I felt a great peace and was falling into a long sleep, but above all I felt alone and adrift in space."
"Not a pleasant experience...". Louis commented.
"It would have been, if it had been anything like this evening...". Ryo clarified "You and me on a spaceship enjoying the view of the Earth and...".
Ryo stopped and lowered his voice so as not to be heard by the other guests "And kiss". He blushed, perhaps from the alcohol, as a new idea entered his mind.
“Definitely a better scenario…”. Louis looked out the window again. "Like the view we're seeing tonight."
Garnet eyes rested on the window again as his hand held tight to Ryo's lest he drift off into space.
The samurai's heart exploded like fireworks and he felt the need to propose that idea to Louis.
"There's another scenario I'd like to show you...more natural." Ryo began to speak in a low tone.
"More natural?". Louis asked curiously.
“I would like to take you to the places where Byakuen and I go to see the stars.” Ryo let it all out in one breath: "It's a place where you also have a fantastic view of Fuji."
He takes the last sip of his cocktail because his throat felt dry.
“And I wish I could share this experience with you.” Ryo concluded by looking Louis straight in his eyes.
"I like the idea...". Louis spoke softly, "We could go once this session of courses at the University is over." A smile appeared on his lips.
Ryo smiled and excitedly called the waiter to order two desserts. The waiter returned shortly after with a cake, which resembled a small comet with white icing to create the affect of a trail.
Optimal.
It was a delicious dark chocolate dessert with a delicate blood orange liqueur.
Once the dessert was finished, they paid the bill and went together towards the elevator. Ryo pressed the button to book it and at that moment he found Louis' lips brandishing his.
Ryo didn't wait and immediately returned the kiss, while his ears were alert to hear the arrival of the elevator or customers who were also leaving the room.
"Nice evening, isn't it?" Ryo asked after finishing the kiss.
"Yes, we will have to go back." Louis confirmed as he began kissing Ryo again while he waited for the elevator to arrive.
And it was a good end to the evening.
