A white-haired boy stood in front of a building that was higher than the houses, it stood proudly above everyone. The white hair boy silently walks into the building's entrance. Every step in he could feel his heart racing in excitement. A new school. A new thing to look forward to. What's not to love? Well except for the fact that he doesn't know anyone but it's all in due process.The school he has decided to attend is the number one military school in the whole of Japan, why did he think of attending? Well he was bored and fighting was mainly the only thing he knew, well he knew the normal things you should know like addition and some science. Well in this school they don't need that except if you are known as intelligent, everyone takes a special test to see your IQ just to know how smart you are in the midst of battle and if you can think fast. Those who are above the average can attend a special class to help them with strategy and such and such.As he walked through the halls, going to the main office to check the details for his room so they knew of his arrival. The school owns high-tech equipment for their students to use to train and for battle. Some attend for fun, some attend for a purpose others attend for a whole different reason. But that doesn't bother him, he just wants to help and want to have fun while attending.Why is there a military school in the first place? That's a great question, well there is a war happening across the world different nations have been attacking each nation and otherworldly beings have been either helping the other countries or attacking the countries. The people here just call them Neighbours.The white hair boy also called Yuma Kuga enters the main hall where he spots a man with dark spikey hair, "Welcome newcomers! My name is Jun Arashima and I will be your host for all you C rankers" He saidC rankers are those who have joined and are getting high grades you will need to gain the most points in each special test. There is a test in ethics, stamina, combat, knowledge, and a few others. There are multiple of them to do."If you are here on the sniper course please go follow Ken Satori over there" He points to a man who waves and a smirk on his face."Over here!" He yelled"Now everyone else please follow me and I'll take you to the practice rooms," Jun said The groups of people who were here for snipping headed towards Satori, and everyone else followed Jun to a room. "This room is where we will examine your capabilities in combat. We will number you from 1 to the last person and then you will enter a simulation where you will need to fight against virtual creatures and humans, you will have 5 minutes to complete the task if you don't then you will not be given any points. Speaking about the points you will all receive 1000 points, whoever makes it to the top 3 will gain extra points, and those who complete it under the time limit will gain 100 points. If you want to get to B rank you will need to get 4000 points. Now lastly you use the triggers that have been given to you to defeat the enemies.""Now that's all clear let's get this started," He said, they started numbering all the people and sending them into the virtual reality room. One by one different people entered and then exited the room in excitement, disappointment, or frustration."Next up please number 56 please enter the room" The voice through the speakers spoke. Then Yuma got up and walked into the room."Ok Yuma Kuga are you ready?" He heard a voice through the speakers once again and Yuma just nodded. "Ok you may start""Starting combat mode"Yuma with his trigger ready, virtual humans and creatures spawned into the room and immediately attacked him, "This will be a piece of cake" He said with a grin.4.5 seconds later Yuma exits the room while wearing his iconic duck face and whistles like nothing happened.There was a leaderboard in the waiting room he was in. Then suddenly the words new high score appeared on the screen then Yuma's face appeared next to him was how long he took."What!!!" Many people yelled, Yuma didn't care and walked out of the waiting room."Nice work!" Someone said as he exited, "That's got to be a new record!" A boy a bit taller than him, he has messy brown hair and green eyes."Thank you," Yuma said"Let's be friends," The person said"Huh? Oh, sure?" Yuma said in confusion"I'm Midorikawa Shun nice to meet you," he said with a smile

"Midorikawa Shun, it's nice to meet you I'm Yuma Kuga," Yuma said"So let's be friends from now on!" Midorikawa said with a smile on his face"Why did you want to become friends with me?" Yuma questioned"I saw your scores on the test and it's the highest out of everyone who has joined here, it's amazing I haven't seen anyone new do such a thing!" Midorikawa spoke still smiling"Thanks, I appreciate it!" Yuma said smiling back at him"So since you are new I'll show you around the place," Midorkawa said"Ok thanks a bunch" Yuma spokeSo after this, the two explored the military school, Midorikawa showed him each room of the school. They enjoyed each other's company a lot of ass they explored more and more."So what got you interested in joining Boarder?" Midorikawa asked"Well, I wanted to stop the war is all" Yuma answered"Oh, that's cool!" Midorikawa said"What about you, why did you join?" Yuma questioned him"To fight the war but also, family problems is all" Midoikawa said"Oh understandable," Yuma said with a duck faceMidorikawa chuckles, "You make that face a lot if you keep it that way it will get stuck like that" He pointed at Yuma's face.e"Huh? It will?" Yuma asked as he stopped"Just joking," Midorikawa said"Oh a joke," Yuma said, returning to his duck face."Tomorrow you should be able to join for real, then we can train together" Midorikawa."Yeah that would be fun, so where do we train?" Yuma asked"This room" Midorikawa led Yuma to the main training room, separated for snipers, gunners, sword users, etc"Woah," Yuma said""Awesome isn't it!" Midorikawa said with a huge smile"Yeah definitely I can't wait to join," Yuma said"Do you have a phone on you?" Midorikawa questioned"Yeah," Yuma said, Midorikawa then opened his phone"Let's keep in contact," He said"Sure thing" Yuma then gets his phone out of his pocket,"Awesome I have your phone number now we can text when needed," Midorikawa said, "It's getting late I'm going to head to the dorms""The dorms?" Yuma questioned"You don't know of the dorms? When you join Boarder you get the option to stay in the dorms or stay at your house, I chose to be in the dorms, it means I can use the equipment easier" Midorikawa spoke with a smile."Oh that's smart," Yuma said"Yep, You should join the dorms as well Yuma if you want to get stronger. Of course,e you don't have to but it's still an option""Yeah I'll consider it thanks Shun" Yuma said"Shun?" Midorikawa said"Oh, should I have not used your first name?""No it's fine I don't mind I'm happy you do. It just means you consider me your friend." He smiles, "Ok I'm going back cya tomorrow Yuma!" He waved as he ran off"Bye!" Yuma yelled back"Yuma Kuga" A person spoke behind him, Yuma quickly turned around to see the person was Takumi Rindo. "Don't be scared Yuma, My name is Takumi Rindo I'm your homeroom tutor and branch director. You have been put into the Tamakoma branch, I welcome you to the team""Oh thank you sir it's nice to meet you. Thank you for having me in your branch" Yuma bows"No need to bow, I'm happy to have a new member to our team," Takumi said, "If you haven't heard you will be starting tomorrow as our new member, and you'll get to meet the whole team. They are a nice bunch so don't worry about them when you meet them. When you come back tomorrow I'll meet you at the hall and you'll be to the homeroom ok""Ok thank you, Mr. Takumi," Yuma said"Again no need to thank me I'm happy to have you a part of the bra,c h" Takumi said, "Anyways it's late you should get going back home you will have a long day tomorrow that's guaranteed""Ok, well then see you tomorrow sir" Yuma then left"Goodbye Yuma"
