Work Text

Opening her eyes and gasping for air, the young woman shot up. Slowly taking in her surroundings, the whispering began. She place her hands on her ears as whispering became louder and louder. Tears start falling from her eyes as the shouting become so overwhelming. She closed her eyes trying to drown out everything."Shut up," she shouted trying to be heard over all the voices. "Shut up. Shut up. SHUT UP!"Then the world grew quiet. Trembling she slowly lower her hands. Scared to open her eyes and let the world see her pain. She wrapped her arms around her legs and began the sob."Why?" Barely whispering. "Why? Why was it me? Why was I the one y'all had to bring back?"The woman didn't expect a reply. Forced to relive the trauma that brought her to this horrible place. Then ever so slowly she felt it. A claiming hand soothing her."You were the only one who could be brought, Havyn." The words whispered in the gentlest tone."But I'm not the only one who has." Havyn countered. Turning her head, she looked straight at the ones who forced her back. "I was at peace. No one was looking for me, just like I knew they would. I didn't care that I never became one of you or that this place is now hollow ground."The spirits looked at her with sad pleading eyes. They knew what they had done was wrong, but it was time Havyn faced her destiny. It was time for her to awaken."They never completed the harvest. That  vampire took the last girl before she could be killed." The touching her said. "It needs to be complete or all is lost.""All was lost as soon as those traitors sided with Esther. She was the one who told them of a way to come back. The harvest was desecrated as soon as the first life was taken." Havyn counters."That maybe so, but those girls aren't claimed by death. They will all be brought back to life when the last girl falls." The spirit tried to reason with her.Havyn doesn't reply to that. All the ancestors and herself it won't be that easy. She was angry at the ancestors. Angry at her former coven for forcing her to awaken. Filled with rage at the task the ancestors are asking of her. Surprisingly though she was relieved that Marcel stop them from killing the last harvest girl."Why was I brought back? I ran into the bayou. To the wolves." She took a deep breathe. Preparing herself for speaking about what she did. "I bleeded out right here in front of the future Alpha of this pack. Even he couldn't stop me from slitting my own throat. I forced that child to trigger his curse as he tried to stop me.""Yes, you did and he has to live with that guilt. Now it is time for you to make amends with everyone you harmed." The spirit confirms Havyn's thoughts."What have I become, Mary-Alice? I know for a fact that my remains are still in the ground." Havyn looks ahead into the bayou."You were a siphoner with a fae bloodline. Nature isn't finished with you yet." Mary-Alice finally moves away from the undead fairefolk. "You are now a gargoyle. A guardian.""You and the other ancestors turned me into a fucking stone." Havyn growls at Mary-Alice. Havyn forces herself to stand so she could look the spirit in the eye. "Nature wouldn't allow for that to happen.""You aren't stone, you are a flesh and blood creature. That happens to turn into stone." Mary-Alice smiles. "Nature can be convinced at times like these. It wouldn't have worked if you weren't a siphoner of a fae bloodline.""Why?" Havyn growls. "Why does it have to be a gargoyle? It would have been better to make me a vampire. ""Havyn," Havyn glares. Mary-Alice sighs. "Havyn, you were dead. Your body was damaged beyond repair. You weren't going to come as a witch because of that. What we did was using the energy from the failed harvest and your own blood to grant you this life."Realisticly, Havyn knew her fae bloodline could be used to create, but this wasn't what she thought possible. One isn't just born a siphoner with an active ability. Let alone being able to use without taking away magic from something else. Not without being seen a hybrid but even thoses are mainly witch-werewolf hybrids. At this point Havyn would have been fine becoming a vampire."This is horrible. My abilities were what lead to this." She jesters at her own grave. "Now what you are expecting to weaponize them? Do I even still have my powers?""You are not a witch or siphoner anymore, but your psychometry was all fairefolk blood. Couldn't lose that if you tried." The spirit pauses. "Think of this as either a second chance or a curse. At least you won't have to drink blood like vampires.""That really isn't helping."She and Mary-Alice fall into a stoic silence as Havyn thinks about where to go from here. Neither notice that the world joins in on the silence."Who are you and what are you here?" A deep angry, raspy voice says behind the two undead creatures.Havyn yelps tripping over her new tail as she tries to get away from the intruder. Mary-Alice on the other hand laughs at the irony. A former witch and a wolf back in the spot where a curse and a death took place. Sparing one last laughing look at both Havyn and the werewolf, Mary-Alice disappears back behind the vail. Back to the place all ancestors call home. She barely looks at the intruder. Just taking in the jeans and red flannel as she searches for words."Um," She looks around for an excuse. That's when she notices cross and fresh flowers by her grave. "Visiting?"The man raises an eyebrow and crosses his arms. Of course, he doesn't believe her. Havyn was never a good lair when she didn't have a plan. Though why shouldn't she be able to visit her own grave."What are you doing here?" Havyn awkwardly counters. It's been awhile since she has interact with someone who wasn't also dead. Or traumatizing children with a violent death."No one except for myself should know about this place." He states flatly. "So I'll ask nicely again. Who are you and what are you doing here?"Okay, he is a little strange by Havyn's currently changing standards. But even she knows that there should be more than one person since Havyn traumatized a child. He must be the little boy's father."Yeah, last I checked it was a child who was unfortunately involved in the suicide." Havyn states matter of factly before restarting to dig again. This forces the man took freeze and really look at the woman. She has similar features as the dead. Same constellation of freckles covering her body. Same roundish square face and straight nose. He even thinks the two are the same height. Even the same scares on both arms. But it's this woman's differences that make her most striking. She looks like she created from the full moon's light. Slightly pointed ears and ram-like horns. Sharp silver eyes and a mane of moonlight silver curls that reach her waist. Long tail that ends with a spear like tip and the large bat-like wings. While her hands look human, her nails are sharp and look more like claws. The woman is bigger and looks healthier than the witch. More hourglass shaped. This stranger isn't even dress properly for the bayou. She looks more like she should be in a more private setting of rolling around in the dirt. Lacey sleeveless body suit with a deep v that would be seen as inappropriate. The skirt is just two layers of shear fabric that shows the rest of the suit. The woman doesn't even have shoes instead standing on her three claws toes. Then he even notices a scar across her neck in the exact same place that is forever burned into his mind."What the hell are you doing here?" Jackson says as grabs and forces her a way from the grave. This is when he realizes that this woman is heavier than she looks. It's like he is trying to move a ton of granite. "What even are you?"This forces the 5'2 women to glare at him. That's when he truly sees the scar. A deep straight-line across her neck in the exact same place that is forever burned into his mind. With a scar like that this woman shouldn't even be alive."Let me go and finish visiting my grave." She demands hot answering the other question."This isn't your grave." But there is doubt in his voice. "This grave belongs to a witch named Havyn Auclair and I'm basically the only family she has.""Actually, my family's name is Claire but they made me change my name and disowned me. They were ashamed to have a siphoner corrupting the Claire bloodline. They didn't even care to look for me after I left the suicide notes." Havyn was getting really annoyed with this man. "Who are you to claim to be my family?"The wolf pales and looks so hurt as if Havyn had slapped him. He loosens his hold on her a little bit. She tried to slip out of his hold when he recovered."You can't be Havyn because I was there. I'm the one who killed her." He sigh like he was holding up the world. "I, Jackson Kenner, killed Havyn Auclair. Havyn's death trigger the curse.""You can't be that child. He was around seven or eight when I killed myself." This time it was Havyn to truly look at this man.Jackson Kenner is a very handsome in a rugged lumber jack kind of way. Since he was a werewolf, he had a pretty good build and tall. Tall enough to where he had to bend slightly to try intimidating her. Medium length chestnut hair and the beginning of a beard. Dark brown eyes that Havyn could just get lost in.It was those sad brown eyes that had Havyn using her ability. Jackson was already touching her skin, so Havyn took a deep breathe and let go of her hold on the ability. Flashes of Jackson's life flooded her mind. She blocked most of it out as she looked of his memory of him triggering his curse.A child screams fill her head. A gleam of a blade flashing in bits and pieces. The struggle to disarm the past Havyn. The feel of Havyn's iron grip as he was forced to peirce her neck. An iron smell filling the air and Havyn's blood pouring on Jackson's hand. The guilt as a dying woman mouths words of comfort to a crying child. Then lastly, an unbearable sadness as he watch the life leave her eyes. Havyn watched as memories of Jackson's little hands digging her grave. Pushing this strange woman's corpse into the grave. Jackson covering it and finding out her name. Then flashes through the years as Jackson came back every year to put flowers and a cross on her grave.Havyn forces her mind to shut down the connection. She feels hot tears running down her face. Looking between the fresh flowers and Jackson, Havyn understands that the ancestors brought her back on one of the worst days of Jackson's life."I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." Havyn cries looking anywhere but Jackson. "I'm sorry I forced you to trigger your curse. I'm sorry."Jackson finally let's her go. He looks to the slowly raising sun as he felt the change happening. He has forgiven Havyn for triggering the curse, but it will never take away the nightmares he still experiences."Havyn, what have you become?" He whispers."I have to get to get to the Quarter. I need to full fill a job the ancestors gave me. They turned me into this gargoyle." She looks at the grave.Jackson nods before he starts taking off his shirt and hands it to the gargoyle. She wordless takes the shirt not understanding was he is taking off his clothes."If you can wait until the next full moon, I will bring you as far as I can into the city." Then pain shoots through him.Havyn is forced to watch as she watches Jackson transform. Loud snapping of bones breaking and rearranging. Jackson doesn't even cry out as he goes through the last of the change. Leaving Havyn with a feral wolf. The wolf turns to her before taking off in a random direction. She doesn't know how to react.Looking at her grave and finally noticing what the hell she is wearing. Havyn blushes as she realizes that Jackson basically saw her unclothed. Swiftly putting on her borrowed shirt, Havyn can hear the dead laughing at what they have done."You couldn't have brought me back in normal clothes." She comments to the ancestors, but the only thing she get back is the overwhelming noise of hundreds of person laughing.Rolling her eyes, Havyn notices that she begins to feel heavy and paralyzed. Looking at her hands, she watches as she turns to stone."Wha-" Havyn's yell is cut off as she fully turns to stone.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Somewhere in the Bayou:Havyn has been living in a hut on bayou for almost a month now. Wolf Jackson guided her there once it was night fall. She can't decide if she would prefer to be dead again or accept this punishment and deal with the outcome. This month has given her plenty to think about. Nothing else to do really. She got remains and more importantly her favorite pieces of jewelry. Clothes were beyond repair so aside from Jackson's clothes, Havyn had to hunt down clothes hidden by the wolves. But no books or anything to really steal her time. She doesn't mind being a weapon for a group of dead witches. However, Havyn would have just preferred to be solely a gargoyle. Instead she also has some of her bloodline abilities as well. Mainly, psychometry and clairaudience though she would have preferred not having either. Maybe it is because as a gargoyle she would be easier to control. Though who was to say Havyn wouldn't have chosen to comeback if asked.Havyn learned very quickly what a gargoyle could do. Unfortunately, she still hasn't figured out why the ancestors choose making her a gargoyle instead of the actual fairefolk her bloodline comes from. After she turned to stone (more like granite or marble) during the day. The rest wasn't quite as shocking. Turning to stone at the first light of dawn seems easier, in her opinion, than learning how to fly. Havyn's fear of heights causes her to refuse jumping out of trees to learn. She just wishes the she wasn't almost stepping on the wings."There has got to be a way for me not to have these stupid things," Havyn growls."You could always try cutting them off or figure out how to disguise them." One of her current tormentors suggested. "They might end up looking like a tattoo.""Yeah, how am I supposed to do that? Up until now gargoyles were a myth." She counters as she closes her eyes and tries to will them away again."They aren't a myth. It's just that some of the supernatural creatures disappeared from the human world and the collective minds of everyone that knew. There are still plenty on in both the spirit and fae realms," counters the other tormentor.According to Mary-Alice, Finn and Kol are both the newest additions to the New Orleans ancestors and also two of the original vampires. And since the ancestors did not want to deal with either of them, they became Havyn's problem. She has tried to ignore them at first, but the only other thing to talk were the werewolves. The wolves haven't been talking back so talking to ghost it is."Neither of you are helping." Havyn wines."You could always go and play with the wolves, but last I checked they would prefer to not have their bones broken." Kol states.A werewolf tried to bite her and the beast broke it's jaw. As a result, she had to babysit the creature for a couple of days. Good news the wolves stopped trying to attack her, bad news was she and possibly Jackson ended up babysitting three other wolves before they learned not to."They stopped wanting to play after I turned those hunters into statues," Havyn sighed as she tries to focus. That ability was a complete surprise when she was protecting wolf Jackson from a couple of hunters. Everyone was shocked when they turned to stone all because of a scratch. She will be giving the statues to Jackson on the next full moon. He will at least know what to do with them. Mystic Falls:Everyone is sitting around the table all discussing what to do now that two Originals are dead. Damon as always suggests throwing Caroline to the big bad wolf and sadly this time her mother ended up overhearing his suggestion. Needless to say it, Sheriff Forbes learned a bit more than everyone (mainly Damon and Stefan) would have liked. Elena and Alaric are currently trying to talk her out shoting Damon. Ironically, both Caroline, Damon, and whoever knew are all lucky Liz Forbes didn't learn about Caroline and Damon's past. Nope, just she learned Caroline has been around the one thing Liz refuses Caroline to be alone with."Liz, it's so bad. Blondie will be out in public." Damon states, but leaves out what Caroline knows he wants to say.None of them care what would actually happen to her. Maybe Bonnie, Elena, and Jeremy, but according to the actual acting party their vote doesn't count. Caroline knows Stefan tries to include everyone, but ultimately chooses Damon's plans. Reckless, unimaginative, and stupid plans. And they are the ones Liz is okay with Caroline being around. Non creative people and ones who will put other people in the line of fire include the her best friend's only brother."Here is an idea. Elena and Jeremy have family in California. Why don't I just call their uncle. He is their last living relative so they should have gone to Beacon Hills as soon as Jenna died." Liz suggests. "It would get Elena and Jeremy from Klaus until he is dealt with.""No, Jenna wouldn't want our uncle to become our guardian." Jeremy finally speaks. "She and Camden were trying to get Isaac away from him.""You might not have a choice, Jeremy. Elena is almost eighteen and you are sixteen. If others knew Alaric was your acting guardian, they still might send you to your living family.""Good thing you aren't going to call him then." Caroline states.Liz sighs but agrees with everyone. All of the actual teens have sat through calls of Jenna begging for custody of Isaac. She even went to Liz for advice on legal guardianship. Without proof, Jenna couldn't do anything. Caroline remembers walking in on Jenna crying that she failed Camden. It took ages for her to get Jenna to explain Camden's last wishes. Jenna never told anyone else about what went on in the Lahey household, but she would make sure neither Elena or Jeremy ended with Isaac's father."Why are we even bothering the Mikaelsons? Klaus can't use Elena's blood anymore. His family hasn't bothered Bonnie or anyone else." Caroline questions. "Best thing we can do is leave them alone."Everyone glares at her. Her friends have made it clear that they hate Klaus. Her mother doesn't hate him, and even kinda likes Klaus. She just doesn't want Caroline near someone like him. However being involve with Klaus would be horrible because people will judge her. Currently, Liz has been trying to get Caroline to date Stefan or Matt. Both exactly what Liz thinks Caroline should date.Don't get her wrong, she would likely date Stefan in a heartbeat. It's just even if either of them were dating both of them wouldn't be each other's first choice. Caroline knows Stefan will always chose Elena and Damon over anyone. The girl he'll never get over and his brother. Her first choice surprisingly to everyone except her mother would be Niklaus Mikaelson. Jeremy would probably be her second and Stefan would most likely be her third choice."Got it. The Originals need to leave Mystic Falls." Caroline states. Her mother looks at her sadly knowing Caroline doesn't really want him to go. It would just be safer for him if she wasn't around.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Mystic Falls: Two Weeks Before The Full MoonAfter her mother left the meeting, Damon and Stefan pulled Caroline aside to basically tell her what she needed to do. She isn't even surprised that either men would still go through with Klaus Bait Caroline. Only difference is that they also want her to be the one to actually try and murder the hybrid. It's Damon's stupid idea and attempt to kill her without actually being the killer. Can't be seen as the evil bastard he is without a witness. Stefan, unfortunately, has made it his full-time job to covering for Damon and protecting Elena. Everyone else is cannon fodder to the brothers' plans. Even Bonnie who the brothers rely on the most to get everything done."Tyler agreed to throw a party at the Lockwood estate for the upcoming full moon. Everyone is invited, but we need to make sure Klaus isn't there." Stefan pauses to look her in the eyes. "We need you to convince him that you want to spend some alone time with him. Once he let's his guard down, use this." Stefan hands her a white oak dagger.Caroline is speechless as she holds the dagger in her open palms. They really are trying to get her killed. If she goes along with this plan and fails, Klaus would never forgive her. He may even finish the job instead of saving her. If she doesn't fallow through than her friends and Damon will be upset."Will someone be there with me?" She knows the answer but just wants Stefan to comfirm."Care," Stefan sighs. "We need everyone else to watch the other two originals."Caroline laughs humorouslessly and drops the dagger. Before Stefan could protest Caroline grabs him by the throat quicker than a baby vampire should."Why, Stefan?" Her fingers tighten around his neck. "Why don't I get protection?"Stefan is speechless. More from surprise and than shock as he realizes he can't break her grip. His hand grabs Caroline's wrist as he slowly starts to relax. Mind becoming fuzzy as he falls more under her control."Klaus won't harm you, Caroline." Stefan slowly answers. Trying to fight this strange compulsion so he doesn't hurt her feelings."We both know that isn't why your brother always makes me Klaus bait. Now actually say the truth." She demands pushing more of her control on him."Damon thinks you are replaceable." Stefan grits his teeth as he is forced to continue. "Elena is everything to both of us. Damon won't let anyone hurt her even if it means sacrificing her friends to do it.""And what do you think?" Caroline questions quietly.Stefan looks away from Caroline. Hoping that breaking eye contact will release him from whatever control she has."Stefan, what do you think?" She asks again with more force behind the command."I think you are an important key when it involves Klaus." His gaze meets hers again. "The hybrid prides himself on have no weaknesses, but it's obvious that his weakness is you and his family."Caroline waits for him to continue but he is fighting her control. She narrows her eyes and tightens her hold. Caroline won't let him get out of this without a fight."We can't use his siblings, because they will protect each other." He swallows. "But you haven't known him for that long. As long as he trust and fancies you, we can exploit that weakness."Stefan closes his eyes in defeat. He never wanted Caroline, his best friend, to know how little some of them think of her. The guilt of having told this heartbreaking true with stick with him forever.Caroline doesn't show how betrayed she feels. Won't let Stefan see how much his words have hurt her."You will forget this conversation ever happened." Stefan's shocked eyes meet her angry ones. "All you know is that you told me your plans for Klaus and I agreed to play bait." She waits for the compulsion to set in before letting Stefan go."Thank you for doing this, Caroline," Stefan states as he begins to walk her to the door."No problem," she smiles ever so sweetly. She starts making a mental list of everything she needs to do. Caroline already knows she won't be fallowing their plan. While Klaus needs to leave for his safety, Caroline wants to be able to see him again without him trying to kill her.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Somewhere in the Bayou: Full Moon Night"What the hell have you done?" Jackson questions as he walks into a strange mash-up of Medusa's Garden and Baba Yaga's Hunt.Havyn doesn't answer him. Instead she just sits on the porch stairs. Legs crossed, leaning on one arm. She looks bored as she is examining her claws. The borrowed clothes she wore were basically destroyed to fit Havyn's current body."Havyn," Jackson growls as he steps closer to the gargoyle."These men did try to kill some members of your pack." She pauses to stare at the statues. Their faces frozen in looks of pure terror. "They didn't take to kindly seeing a 'swamp demon' trying to protect the wolves."Swamp demon was putting it mildly. One of the hunters tried to smash her when she was sleeping. That one was lucky the venom she produced was fash acting. Kol was trying to instruct her on how to prolong torture without killing the person. The poor guy didn't even make it Kol's version of the good part."We are already being watched as is by vampires," he states. "What's going to happen when they notice one of their own missing?""How can he tell those are vampires?" Finn asked."They certainly didn't wear any daylight rings." Kol adds."They weren't vampires, Jackson. Their leader would certainly know not to send their kind until the full moon." Havyn explains."That doesn't make it ok, Havyn." Jackson argues. "We can't have more people coming to the bayou. It's too dangerous with the curse on the wolves.""Dangerous for who?" Finn questions. "This curse seems to give them more control than less. Surely, even their 'alpha' can see that."Havyn tilts her head at Finn's question. If the werewolves weren't fully in control before, then they certainly had more control now than werewolves who only turned during the full moon. Maybe that's what the people of New Orleans fear? The three of them didn't really question the hunters on the why. Kol believes that if the humans were sent to kill the wolves than they would have been prepared for anything. But in their defense, they probably weren't expecting a gargoyle and two ghost."What are you looking at?" Jackson turns in the direction she is looking.Kol charges Jackson and slides to a stop in front of the man. Jackson doesn't react to Kol's childish antics. Kol learned early on that the wolf part can sense the ghost and he has been using it to terrorize the creatures."He can't see you, nitwit," Finn says sitting beside the gargoyle. Havyn has to suppress a smile. While the three of them got to be, in Havyn's mind, friends, she and Finn really bonded on their experiences (Finn's attempted suicide and Havyn's suicide). Both of them explained to Kol about their thoughts, but Kol never experienced the urge to harm or end one's life. Sadly, Kol states that if he knew how Finn was feeling, he would have found Sage sooner. At least then, she would have given Finn a reason to live."It's nothing, Jackson." Havyn answers him. She gets up an approaches the wolf. "Let's get some spare clothes and get out of the bayou."The ancestors won't allow her to wait. Davina is a time bomb and the most important task they have to complete first."When you leave here, how will you get around New Orleans?" Jackson gestures to her whole body."I have my remains. All I really need is blood from a Claire witch and a powerful witch." Havyn sighs. "There isn't a guarantee that the spell will work, and even it does I won't be a siphoner anymore. I'll become a fey from my bloodline."Havyn would rather be a witch again, but Finn and Kol explained that nature needs to balance the gargoyle side. A human wouldn't be that balance since it was Havyn's human side died and the fey side was used to resurrect her."How would that work? You said it yourself. You are dead." Jackson maybe a werewolf but he doesn't understand that way witches manipulate the world."Best case scenario is a day and night curse. Worst case is I'm split into two. One fae and the other a gargoyle." She ponders turning to look at the bag of remains behind her.Finn and Kol were the ones to suggest she try getting her actual body back. Mainly sense none of them know what rules the ancestors put in place. Kol thinks the rules in place are to protect the covens and only harm witches that break the rules. Finn is pretty sure Havyn will only live until her task are complete. Both think she will be unable to defend herself if she doesn't at least try to get her body back. Havyn doesn't really care about living or dying. Her main concern comes from the possibility of becoming a full-blooded fae."Let's start heading out." She gets up to start gathering her things. "I want to become a statue closer to the Quarter.""Do you even know where to start?" Jackson kind of feels responsible for the out of place 21 year old."Where the ritual was held mainly," Havyn shrugs. "Not leads here and there aren't many places to hint a teenage witch from an entire coven of witches." Mystic Falls: Two Weeks before the Full MoonI cannot believe I'm doing this, Caroline thought as climbed out of her car. Even though she wasn't going to fallow her friends and Damon's plans, she still felt nervous. She hasn't really been alone with the hybrid or the other Originals since Jeremy and Elena killed Kol. Yes, she understands why they needed to kill a vampire, but Caroline can't stop thinking about the fact that the siblings committed a form of genocide. Granted this it the second one her friends committed, but according to everyone involved it was to protect Elena..... and her friends. She can't help but laugh at the fact that if they really wanted to protect everyone, they had other non murderous ways. Damon may joke his brother has a no kill policy, but Stefan is one of the first people to suggest killing their "enemies." If they would listen to her, Caroline would have already gotten the Originals to leave. Give or take if she was able to get close enough to touch them.Caroline is about to knock on the door, only for Hayley to open it first. Both of them just stand there shocked. Neither where expecting the other to be at the Mikaelsons' residence."Um, is...," she stops. Taking a deep breathe, Caroline starts over. "Is Klaus inside?"Her voice seems to jump start the shewolf. Hayley straightens and crosses her arms."What are you doing here?" Hayley glares at Caroline."I need to talk to Klaus," Caroline states. She really doesn't want to deal with Hayley today. "Shouldn't you be at Tyler's party?""Like I was invited to that." the because of you was left out. Tyler kinda dropped Hayley when Caroline broke up with him, and Hayley already hated the blonde before meeting her."I don't see why he wouldn't have told you since we broke up." It still stung that Tyler would choose vengeance over her.Realisticly, she knew it was better for them to leave her than stick around. She just wishes that she could choose the guy that will stay instead."He quite talking to me after you caught us together." Hayley growls at her. "Though, I'm sure you already know that.""Well, great. Now, he isn't on speaking terms with both of the women he slept with." Caroline comments. "Is Klaus here or not?"Hayley smirks at that. "Oh, he is. Too bad you choose Tyler over him. He's better than most guys I've met."She tries not to flinch at the statement. Klaus and her aren't together so she isn't allowed to be jealous. Just like he wasn't allowed to be jealous when she was dating Tyler."I really don't need to know your body count." Caroline pushes past her. "After all twelve of them were lives you traded."She uses her inhuman speed to avoid Hayley's fists and grabs the shewolf by the throat. Hayley's eyes widen as her never seen baby vampires move that fast. Hell, Caroline is pretty sure the only comparison most people have are the Originals themselves."Don't try that again." Caroline commands. "You are either going to go to Tyler's or follow whatever advice Klaus gave you. We both know you wouldn't have slept with him without getting any information you selfishly want."She waits for the compulsion to take before letting go of Hayley. The dazed werewolf just nods her head and walks out the door. Caroline is watching her leave when the sound of clapping startles her. Quickly turning towards the noise, she spots Klaus casually leaning over the railing of the second floor."I'm impressed, Love," Klaus states not moving from his perch. "Not many young vampires can move that fast."Caroline crosses her arms and doesn't speak. She knows what baby vampires can and can't do. Not her fault everyone has a habit of underestimating her. Though know all of her friends and Damon, it was better to keep her secrets close to her chest."I'm curious," Klaus muses as he slowly makes his way to her. "Why would a werewolf on vervain listen to a vampire that clearly threatened them?""I didn't really threaten Hayley." Caroline would threaten the wolf, but Hayley would have just picked a fight with her regardless. "I was simply defending myself.""That doesn't answer the question, Love," Klaus states as he finally reaches her."I'm allowed to have secrets," Caroline stands her ground. "Ones that even the big bad wolf doesn't need to know.""You very much underestimate me if you think I like when people keep secrets from me." He warns her. They don't speak as they hold eye contact. Klaus slowly circling the young woman and Caroline refusing to her back facing this predator. She has a few tricks yet to be played, but she still isn't a match for the original hybrid. Better to play it safe and cautious, rather than be like her friends and act on instinct."What are you planning to do?" Caroline questions. After what happened with Damon, Caroline started taking daily doses of vervain. Even now she still is taking daily doses of vervain, but she doubts people would actually believe her.Klaus stops just short of her reach. Klaus maybe impulsive and has a habit of kill first ask questions later, but even he knows when to wait for the correct time to strike."I will ask you nicely once again." Hands go behind his back. "How were you able to compel a werewolf when they are on vervain?"

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Mikaelson's Residence, Mystic Falls:"Klaus, let this go," Caroline warns. She puts her hands out in a manner of caution as she takes a slight step back."Hmm, that sounds a little like a threat to me, Caroline." Klaus slowly puts himself between Caroline and the exit.If she wants to leave than she will need to preceded with caution. He won't certainly won't be letting her leave without a fight."It's a warning, not a threat." Caroline clarified."Threat. Warning. They are the same thing."They play this game of Caroline walking backwards as Klaus stay just out of her reach. If Caroline didn't know better she'd think Klaus knew about her touch, but that can't be it. Since she wasn't exactly looking at where she was going, she didn't realize Klaus was slowly cornering her until her back hit the wall. He cages her in when she tries to side step him."You aren't going anywhere, sweetheart," Klaus states.Caroline searches his gaze. Klaus needs to step away from her before she gives into the hunger. She can taste spice rum coming off of him. Smell the intoxicating aroma. Klaus desires her and Caroline is drowning in her own need to claim him."Klaus, you really need to step away from me." She says as she feels her glamour fading."Love, please tell me what is going on," Klaus leans in enough for their noses to brush against each other."I.. I can't," she whispers. Leaning up so her lips lightly brush against his. Her willpower breaking the longer she is near her artist."This secret really means that much to you? Your friends found a way to compel monsters and they sent you to pull the trigger." Klaus steps back. Unknowingly breaking some of Caroline's control over him. With the small distance put between them, Caroline can finally breath. Her glamour snapping back into place. She almost gave into the primal need and Caroline isn't so sure she won't give in. While she is naturally drawn to her artistic prey, Klaus would be the first artist she actually feed on."Unfortunately, they believe you are dangerous to be around." Caroline states. "Even if they did find a way to control you, Elena would be the one pulling the trigger."Caroline doesn't explain why. They both know Elena may not be the one making plans, but she will almost always be the one acting as the weapon. Klaus has spoken in length about how Damon and Stefan aren't the most reliable schemers. Klaus, his siblings, and Caroline all agree that Katherine was one of the smarter enemies; had she not been the Salvatore's as well then the Originals would be doomed.Klaus smirks at her statement before stepping back into her space. "But you don't. Now why is that love? Of all people, you and my siblings should be the biggest advocate of how dangerous I can be.""Only if you are the most dangerous creature in the room." Caroline hints as her predator instincts start overriding her already brittle control. Her gaze slowly changing to desire. Stepping closer to him so there is barely any space between them. Maybe giving into her nature just this once will save him from her friends and Damon. She watches as Klaus notices the change within her. He might not know what is going on but he also doesn't stop it's direction.Klaus leans closer to her. Lips almost touching. "Whatever you are planning, love, it isn't going to work.""It already is," Caroline whispers closing the distance before he could protest. The first thing that goes though Klaus's mind was nothing. A supernova exploding into a million different directions. This kiss is all consuming and in certain ways life altering. He has never had a kiss like this. This isn't a kiss between enemies but lovers. The next was this sudden surge of inspiration. He could picture a thousand different scenes he wanted... no needed to paint. In every masterpiece he creates Caroline is the star. Countries he silently wishes to bring her to. Sailing around Venice, walking the streets of Rodes. The auroa under Norway and Iceland skies away from civilization. But most all, Caroline in the one place he ever truly called home. The city the Originals built and the one Mikael forcibly tore them from.Next is this wild all consuming desire. Burning him away as he deepen their kiss. She moans as he taste this honey sweet caramel that is all Caroline. Moving his hands to her thighs, Klaus lefts the baby vampire. She breaks the kiss to both laugh and trail a blazing fire long his neck."Take me to your room," she whispers before gently biting his ear.He shakes his head trying to clear his head of Caroline's intoxicating scent. He won't have her in the same place he slept with the shewolf. No, the best place to go will be his studio. As he speeds them upstairs and into the room. More images flash into his mind. Only this time it's of him marking the vampire with bites and oil paints. He gently lays the intoxicating woman down. Her golden locks fanning out like a halo. To him she looked like a work of art just being discovered. Removing her clothes complete to artwork Klaus wants to paint. Soon Caroline is removing his. Then the rest is a blur of colors. Moving form the seatee to a canvas blanket on the floor. Paint coating their bodies from not care or being careful. Much later the two of them are just laying on the floor. Their bodies painted in multiple colors are slowly cooling. Caroline's head on Klaus's chest as he traces lines along her spine. Neither of them speak just basking in the afterglow.Caroline sighs and slightly tightens her hold on Klaus. She knew before that his blood was special, but now having actually experienced what her family talks about she can't ever go back to her mother's diet. What makes it worst is Caroline is pretty sure Klaus ruined her from any other food source. It's this realization as she kisses his neck to lick away some of his blood that she has to send him away. She can't keep him. She refuses to be anything similar to Damon. She lost control and feed, but at least she knows Klaus was willing. Maybe when she gained more control she'll be able to be with this man. Before resting back on his chest, Caroline kisses Klaus one last time."I'm sorry with what's about to happen." She whispers letting her compulsion take control."What are you talking about, sweethe...." Klaus's voice fades as he waits her command.Tears fill her eyes as she tells him. "You can't be here for a while. In fact you won't come back until I.." She swallows around the lump building in her throat. "Until I send you my graduation invitation."She moves to look him in the eyes for the final parts. Tears now flowing freely. "I'm scared to fall in love with you, Klaus, but I am.Though, you won't remember that or even what we just experienced together. Instead after Hayley left, you decided to visit your favorite place into world." Slowly touching his face she kisses his forehead. "Please don't forget me."With her last command making him fall asleep. Caroline quickly gets dressed and flees. Her heart breaking as she drives back home. Once safely locked away, Caroline finally allows herself to breakdown.Leaning against the door, her sobs turn to cries of pain. Her chest feels as if she was stab by a cold iron blade. She barely catches herself as she is ripped to shreds. Starts clawing at the spot. Not even registering that her chest is glowing a bright emerald green. Black spots cloud her vision. She loses grip on reality as she finally pulls the burning emerald from her bleeding breast. As the darkness slowly claims her all she can faintly hears the soft beating of her heart. Bayou Outside New Orleans, Louisiana:Finn and Kol were quiet as Jackson was explaining the current rules of NOLA. Havyn wasn't wasn't really surprised that Marcel was the reason for the wolves' curse. The man was always ambitious for his own good. Now that ambition has given him control of three factions of New Orleans. Havyn wouldn't be surprised if he made a play for the human faction next. Though he would have to get past the Catholic priest or a current casket girl. Not that is really makes a difference, the ghosts and gargoyle figured the ancestors will be giving them a hit list once they reach the harvest grounds."Do you have any questions?" Jackson asked as they reach the edge of the forest."None that would actually help. Can't exactly be seen in order to get any modern day supplies." Havyn said gesturing to her inhuman features."True, but there won't be any werewolves to steal from out there." Jackson nods his head towards the city lights.Havyn smirks at the jab. They know she won't be returning the clothes. Probably will need to steal more once in the city."Jackson," Havyn pauses before walking up to him. He looks at her confused when she gives him a tight hug. "I'm truly sorry that you were involved in my death."Jackson nods and turns back to the bayou. He can't help anymore unless his curse is broken. Hopefully one day, Havyn will truly be able to erase the damage done."Thank you, but it doesn't change things, Havyn. You still don't regret ending your life." He turns to look at her one last time. "You just regret seeing the harm you've done."With that he walks away, leaving Havyn shocked at his words. But deep down she knows he is right. She still would have gone through it even with the knowledge she now has."Well, we better find a hiding place for your forced sleep," Kol states breaking Havyn's spiraling thoughts."What did you have in mind?" She asks."Somewhere you can practice a little more on your abilities." Kol responds. "Maybe figure out how to control minds with the telepathy aspect of your psychometry.""You will need learn to how to fly before heading into the actual city." Finn adds.Havyn doesn't answer. Instead choosing to turning her back to the bayou and it's werewolves. Realisticly, she knows she will need to get over her fear of heights. Can't go around the French Quarter looking like a monster, but she wants to at least mentally prepare. She sticks to the treeline's edge as the trio navigate their way into the suburb part of Bayou St. John."Havyn, I don't suggest we get any closer," Finn warns. Out of the three of them, Finn is the more cautious one and he took it upon himself to act as the voice of reason."Stay here and I'll scout ahead." Kol swiftly leaves the two of them."Hell must be freezing over since he is agreeing with you." Havyn leans back against a tree as they wait for Kol's return."Isn't Hel always frozen over? Shouldn't it be thawing?" Finn states somewhat confused by Havyn's turn of phrase."Nevermind," Havyn mumbles. She refuses to get into a debate about a religion she doesn't know and one she no longer practices. Finn can find out for himself just how many people have forgotten the old ways he knew. The two fall into an awkward silence. Despite being trapped together, none of them talked about certain things. Too personal for someone they've only known for a month. Sure they talked about death, but that's something they all have in common. They've somewhat spoken about family, but it was more Finn and Kol complaining about Niklaus's habits. She normally tunes out talks about people she will never meet."Y'all never told me how the ancestors managed to summon either of you." Havyn ponders. It's not personal, but the New Orleans Covens are very strict when it comes to the dead. "They couldn't have called either of y'all because the ritual was used to recreate me. And now with the last harvest girl still alive the ancestors are weaker than ever.""Magic calls magic." Finn starts. "Even though you are not a siphoner anymore, those bones you carry are."Havyn raises her eyebrow at him. "What does being a siphoner have to do to with it?""Faeblooded siphoners are unique. Unlike the Gemini Coven who are natural born witches, faeblood siphoners are directly related to vampiric fairefolk." He pauses letting the information sink in. "Be it succubus, baobhan sith, leanan sidhe or any other type of non-human creature. Once dead these siphoners are magical relics. Your ancestors only needed a little of magic to use your own bones.""That's not creepy at all." Havyn shudders and clutches the bag of her remains tightly."Yes, well, Kol and I are the only ones who were practicing magic when we became theses monsters." Finn gestures to himself. "Our siblings never felt the lost of one's self.""I wouldn't say that," Kol says walking back to the group. "Niklaus lost himself when father and mother forcibly locked his wolf away."Havyn and Finn stay silent as they regard Kol's statement. Being a werecreature and being a witch are two different things. Witches can suppress their magic or never even awaken it. Werecreatures on the other hand are something different in tiredly."Niklaus isn't part of the Lycanic bloodlines." Finn argues."It doesn't matter anymore," Havyn interrupts the beginning of the brothers' argument. "Niklaus isn't here and we can't waste time arguing with sunrise approaching.""Right," Kol reluctantly agrees. The 'we're not done' is left unsaid. "There seems to be an abandoned plantation just beyond this point. Could be great place to hide and gather information while we search.""Let's hurry to the place before the sun actually rises." Havyn says feeling the now familiar itch of pre sunrise. As they race towards the plantation. Havyn starts to lose feeling in her fingers. Pushing faster she sees the grant decrepit building. Heavier than before she uses the last of her strength to barrel through the doors.By the time the Mikaelson brothers enter the plantation, a marble Havyn slides to a stop. Frozen in place as if she is protecting herself from and unseen impact.Finn goes up to Havyn's statue and checks to make sure she did crack or brake a piece off in her mad dash."She is fine, Finn," Kol states the obvious as he fully takes in the roll."She is but we don't know what will happen if she is damaged in this state." Finn counters. "I doubt she would become a ghost since her ancestors need her as their weapon."Kol rolls his eyes. "Well, I'm going to look around. You can babysit the gargoyle."Kol doesn't wait for a reply as he wonders off. Aside from it looking like a haunted house, the building is in good condition. Though he is surprised Klaus never came back to destroy it. After Marcel was killed, Niklaus nearly destroyed everything he has that reminded him of his son. His birthplace and his prison until the Mikaelsons. As he wonders through the plantation, Kol is hit with a sense of nostalgia. Memories play like movies of a time he and his siblings were truly happy. He smiles to himself as he thinks of everyone and the witches he "befriended."Trapped within his memories, Kol wonders into the library. At first he thinks it's an ordinary library. Books lining the shelves. Writing desk in the far corner. It's as he is about to leave when they catch his eye.Neatly placed in a way that someone can visit them individually. The dark stain pieces blending into the library's dark atmosphere. Kol just stares in disbelief. Niklaus is never far from these items. In fact both, he and Finn know their brother is still in Mystic Falls. Why would their coffins be here without Niklaus? Then another thought strikes. How could Havyn's ancestors summon he and his brother without their bodies? The two of them became ghosts within a week of Havyn's resurrection."Finn!" Kol yelled. Frozen in place. "You need to come see this!"It takes Finn a few minutes to find his younger brother."What this tomb not to your liking anymore?" Finn questions before he too just stops to stare at their coffins. An unspoken question hangs in the air between the two of them. With these present it's only a matter of time. When will Niklaus return? When will their family come back to New Orleans?

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Forbes's Residence, Mystic Falls:Caroline slowly comes back to the waking, and is slightly confused as she takes in her surroundings. She isn't on the kitchen floor and the pain has dulled to a slight throbing in her chest. Trying not to move much, Caroline notices she is on the couch. She faintly hears her mother somewhere in the house talking on the phone. There is another sound, but Caroline can't place it. It's a rhythmic lub-Dub repeating ever so slowly. She can't see any source of the sound. Maybe her mother knows the reason.Caroline does mange to get into a sitting position, but it was extremely painful. Everything movement of her torso and left side resulted in what felt like she was tearing herself apart. Looking to assist the damage done, Caroline notices that her mom had to have changed her into her current outfit. Pale pink tank top and matching warm-ups. Underneath the tank was a clean bandage that wrapped around her left shoulder and chest. She tries to recall what happened, but all she can remember is unimaginable pain. She thinks she was able to get to the source. It's just after there was a glowing green and Caroline doesn't know if removing it was a good or bad decision. As she mentally goes over everything, Caroline's thoughts are drowned by the lub-Dub sound getting louder and louder. The sound is unbearable. Even covering her ear, the sound becomes more demanding. As if commanding her to understand what was done. Caroline's eyes begin to water from both the pain caused by that awful rhythmic beating and being unable to breathe. She doesn't even register that her mother is calling her name until Liz takes her hands."Caroline, you need to breathe." Liz says in a calm voice. Caroline shakes her head as her chest tightens. "Honey, you're having a panic attack. You take a deep breathe.""Make it stop," she begs her mother. She covers her ears but the action only causes it to become louder."I can't, sweetie," Liz whispers. She tries to pry Caroline's hands away from her face. "It will stop once you calm down."The teenager shakes her head violently. With her mom holding her hands the sound lessens, but the Lub-Dub is still loud and clear."Caroline, breathe slowly," her mom commands.Caroline can feel the compulsion, but both she and her mother knows their compulsion doesn't work on their kind. The attempted magic does however work in a way."That doesn't work on our kind, Liz," Caroline growls at her mother.Liz smirks, "Vampire's compulsion does."Her mom manges to calm her slowly after that. Mainly talking about what vampires could and couldn't to them. About Caroline pretending to be one and if she will tell her friends what she is.Finally, it gets to the part where they have talk about the lub-Dub rhythm and what happened when Liz found her. Before Caroline could ask her mom left the room to get something. She doesn't say anything after as she gently holds the object. As Caroline watches her mom get closer, she notices an emerald green glow brightening and dimming matching the haunting sound. Caroline just stares as Liz delicately places the glowing emerald in front of Caroline."Is this what I think it is?" She asks never taking her eyes off of the object."What did you do, Caroline?" Her mother asks instead."I...," she swallows as she looks at the emerald. "I am becoming Unseelie."She couldn't, no, won't tell her mother about seeing Klaus. He doesn't need to be involved. He can't be involved with her problems, because that would mean only one thing about who he is to her."Everyone will hate me if they find out." She whispers to her emerald heart.Liz doesn't say anything. Both her and Caroline know how open-minded her friends are. Remembers Bonnie and Elena abandoning Caroline because they thought she didn't know about the supernatural. Watched as she played vampire to Stefan and Damon. The young fae will never forget that both Bonnie and Damon wanted to kill her for something she didn't even consent to.Caroline might be more durable than the vampires and witches, but she doubts that she would be able to explain walking away from having her heart removed. Case in point, the beating emerald in front of her."Is there away to reverse it?" She finally asks. "Can I become Seelie again?""Care, even I know that it's nearly impossible to change a darkening heart." Her mother takes her hand and squeezes it."But there has a way." Caroline looks into Liz's eyes. "I'm no stranger to torture. I'll do whatever it takes to become part of the Seelie Court again."Liz shakes her head. "If there is a way. Than someone would have found it by now. For now, as long as you don't lose control, the darkening shouldn't spread."With that, Liz gently picks up Caroline's heart. She gestures for her daughter to stay still as she places the heart on Caroline's chest."I could away hide my heart," Caroline comments."This is going to hurt." Is the only warning she gets before her mother plunges her hand into her chest. Just like before, Caroline feels as if she is being torn apart. Caroline doesn't even notice that she is ripping the couch as she rides out the pain."Does it get any easier?" Caroline asks when she finally able to breathe."Dark hearts as suppose to painful for Seelie fae. Helps them realize that they 'fell from grace' or something like that." Liz answers."Oh, good. Wouldn't want everyone to be part of the Unseelie Court." She sarcastically states. Bayou Outside New Orleans, Louisiana:"Your brother is coming here?" Havyn questions as she walks around the Mikaelson Family Coffins. "Here as in this building or here as in NOLA?""New Orleans." Kol states. "We buildt this city and influenced it until 1919. Knowing my brother he will want to become King of New Orleans again.""Then he will have to get rid of Marcel. He controls the vampires of New Orleans." Havyn opens one of the coffins and finds it empty. "You two will need to give me a crash course of who's who." She moves to the next one and finds Finn's body.Finn hisses as he see the state the body is in. Grey, black vains, and elongated nails. The most deturbing part is the stake in his chest and the dagger resting in his hands."Nik would never harm Marcel." Kol comments.Havyn looks at the brothers as she take in the information. "Would y'all's brother interfere with the witches and their plans then? Marcel Gerard is most likely to interfere with the covens.""Elijah. No, unless he had to." Kol starts."Niklaus doesn't know when to stay out of anyone's business." Finn dryly finishes."You were unconscious for 900 years. Pretty sure he could have chan--" Havyn tries to defend."No, he didn't." Kol interrupts her. Crossing his arms as the brothers watch Havyn open the rest of the coffins."He likes to control everything and throws a tantrum when he doesn't get his way." Finn explains."Oh, sounds like he really took after your parents." Havyn flips off Esther and Mikael off before shutting their coffins."Nik is a bastard son of our mother and a werewolf." Finn calmly states as if that would make a difference. "I don't see how he would take after our father. Nik is worst than either of them."Havyn glares at him as she counts off everything their parents did to them. Even explaining that Mikael was Niklaus's father because he helped raise him instead of the werewolf doing the job."Your parents agreed to turn all of you without consent. Your dad finds out Niklaus isn't his son, and suddenly decides that everyone needs to be killed. Esther basically gets shunned from the witch community because of her choices. Instead of taking responsibility, she chooses to kill the very children she wanted to save in the first place." She continues. "Neither of them had the right to blame any of you for the choices they made."Havyn has been slowly trying to get Finn to understand that it wasn't his nor his siblings fault for what happened to them. It wasn't going so well. Nobody said anything to argue the Mikaelson parents' case."What do we do when your brother comes?" Havyn finally ask as she closes Finn's coffin."Simple we let him deal with Marcel." Kol states. "He won't be in the witches way and he could be used to find the last harvest girl.""It's not that simple." Havyn turns to the ghosts. "Marcel is one of the reasons the three of us are trap in this situation.""In other words, Kol, we need him more than Klaus does until the harvest girl is dead." Finn counters. He pauses as he thinks over their limited to nonexistent options. "What if we kidnapped the doppelganger?""Then you will have even more problems. Klaus wouldn't have us on his radar for now, but taking Elena would. Her boy toys and friends would certainly complicated everything." Kol counters.Havyn shudders remembering Kol explain the mess this Elena Gilbert causes. She wants to distract the original hybrid not be the cause to recruit more problems in this city."What about that blonde Klaus seemed obsessed with?" Finn questions."She is the doppelganger's friend." Kol flatly states."So we are back to nothing then." Havyn sighs as she leaves the room."How well of a friend is she to them?" Finn questions as they follow/guide Havyn to Kol's library of grimoires. "From what I remember, that little group normally pushed her around.""What do you mean?" Havyn and Kol ask at the same time."I mean Klaus and Rebekah would always comment about her. Rebekah mainly stating that she wants to kill her if only Klaus would allow her to. But it was different with Klaus. "Havyn looks to Kol. Wanting to know what he thought about this."Klaus wouldn't let me near her and he also said that the Salvatores like using her as bait. Even if it could get her killed." Kol rubs his chin as he recalls a disagreement Klaus had with Rebekah.Kol remembers Klaus clearly stated that Damon was trying to kill Caroline without being the one to do it. Rebekah even complained that Damon and Stefan relied too much on putting other people in front of the doppelganger. The main one being Caroline. However the Salvatore brothers almost always treated everyone as cannon fodder to protect one person. Looking back it was nearly the same thing with the witch. Protect the doppelganger above all else was basically that group's motto."We could use her, but we would need to convince her." Kol ponders. "Her friends wouldn't notice she gone so long as the doppelganger wasn't endanger. Klaus being here would lower the chance of them needing her. "Finn and Havyn quietly make their way to what they called Kol's book nook. Out of the three them, Kol has more experience with Niklaus and Mystic Falls. If anyone has a chance at plotting against Niklaus it would be him. Finn points to some books for Havyn to search. While they wait for Kol, Havyn should find anyway to gain a human guise. Or near-human guise as they believe is the case. She barely even makes it pass the first couple of pages when Kol finally come up with a plan."We will need to go to Mystic Falls." The two of them look up at him. "Sweet Caroline is the key to distracting Nik until we no longer need Marcel.""Great, now we just need to figure out how to get there." Havyn states. Finn opens his mouth to answer. "Without flying." She quickly adds."Finn, we need a away to transport the blonde." Kol counters. "Can't carry her all the here.""Would about the wolves then?" Finn asks."I doubt the werewolves want to interact with any vampires or witches." Havyn sighs. "Besides we would need one that hasn't activated their curse. Jackson won't allow it either.""Even if they can't, maybe they would know someone who can." Finn defends. While he doesn't have much faith in this, they've got none else."We'd need a supernatural or someone knows of them." Havyn ponders on who or what might be helpful."What do we do then?" Finn sarcastically questions."I remember other supernaturals living in NOLA. Maybe you and Kol can do some scouting during the day? At night we can discuss things and find a solution."Either they will find someone who can take them or they will find a spell for Havyn. Havyn might hope for a spell to allow her to walk in the day, but the next part to that would be finding a witch or figuring out how the two ghost and gargoyle could do it themselves. On top of that, Havyn knows there is a deadline. The Harvest Ritual needs to be completed before the next summer solstice. Havyn is hoping to "complete" it before the winter solstice, but she knows there are too many variables to make close to possible.
