It was going to be a long night . Especially with jimin trying to hold in his tears . Come to think of it , he was really ready to put himself out there , to show everyone what he was capable of but somewhere in the back of his mind he knew he was going to go through some very deep shit , full of sleepless nights and being alone .Park jimin an omega , in a world where omegas were rare , was one of the most beautiful being alive . With pouty pink lips and a face that was so soft yet always determined . This world didn’t look at omegas as if they were normal beings , no , omegas were special because their scent was like no other , making alphas act out from their usual behavior even going as far as to resort to physical force .All jimin had wished for since he was a kid was to be successful , to get himself a good nice paying job or even start his own business . He knew and his parents knew that it was next to impossible unless he was getting a job at a sex club or himself opening a sex club . None of that was going to be done , he had decided as soon as he was old enough to understand the way the world worked .Now he was on a suicide mission , sitting in the window seat of a flight pulling a stuffed toy close to him as he shivered . Maybe going to a whole different place for university wasn’t the smartest idea but he had no choice . He had gotten a proper education till now , all thanks to his parents . Relatives , neighbors and who not had shown their disgust whenever his appa talked about how their omega son was doing well in studies . He was intelligent and his parents fighting with the world had made him come this far so he couldn’t have wasted the opportunity of going to one of the most renowned universities .There was just one teeny tiny problem , he had blatantly lied about himself being an omega in the college application , even going as far as to mess with his official papers to prove his point . He wished his grades and efforts would put him in and there he was a week later looking in the mail to see his acceptance letter as his parents congratulated him .He hadn’t told his parents about this lie , nor did he have the heart to . So now he was going to suffer the consequences , going into an only male alpha and beta university since they didn’t accept omegas at all . He did have an idea though as he had rushed to the nearest doctor as soon as he could .Dr Lee was one of the only people he trusted the most , jimin practically went there since he was a kid and the doctor , a beta in his late 40s loved him as if he was his own child . If there was a person who could have helped him disguise as a beta it was going to be Dr Lee.Dr Lee didn’t think this was a good idea for jimin to even try but the omega was determined and there was no way that he could refuse the kid . So jimin’s body was now covered in a balm that covered his florally scent of an omega , in turn making him smell like a mild comforting scent of a usual beta .“jimin listen to me , you will be alright for an hour or so if the balm washes away by sweat or rain but do not let your skin be unattended for more than an hour , please be careful with this “ Dr Lee had emphasized greatly and jimin thought that it would be easy enough , right ?Needless to say he currently had around 5 bottles of balm in his bag that would last him enough time till he would come back home for break . He still wasn’t soothed as he tried to fall asleep , before getting on he was confident and worry less in front of his parents , but now his head was a mess .Who would be his roommate ? how would he take a bath ? he liked long baths but that wasn’t something he could risk here.
How will he manage to live in between alphas and betas ? he could handle betas but alphas were a whole different league , mostly because he hadn’t been around alot of their kind . His parents shielded him and never left him alone with an alpha no matter how trustworthy the other might be .He shouldn’t really worry about it since he had already decided to stay undercover , there was absolutely no reason to interact with anyone until absolute necessary . Already he was a fan of being by himself and in his own space , there would be nothing wrong to keep up all of that .Looking out at the sunset of deep hues of red and yellow , everything looked pretty . It did enough to calm him down for a while and he didn’t waste time in closing his eyes to try and drift off ..................................................................................................................................................…When jimin woke up it was solely because of the feeling of the plane landing . He was here , the thought daunting yet he could feel a little bit of excitement peeking through .
Getting up , he stretched following by a small yawn . All he had to do was get to the university and find his room . Classes started tomorrow so he was going to have to take a proper rest as soon as he would have finished unpacking .After collecting his suitcase , jimin made his way out to grab a taxi , which wasn’t really that hard to find and soon enough he had his suitcase in the trunk ready to enter his new life .As he reached the campus his eyes widened by the sheer size of how big the place was . With buildings and parks and dorms , jimin was starstruck on how beautiful everything was . He could see alphas and betas roaming around , eating , playing and having fun in groups or even alone . It was almost dinner time so the lights across campus were lit brightly making it look like some modern era castle .He was almost giddy but that was until he had stepped out of the taxi in front of his dorm . He could puke , the air stank like hell . So many smells intermixed with each other and he could recognize a bunch of different alphas who might be near , maybe even a hint of a beta or few . This was going to take time getting used to .Scrunching up his nose , jimin paid the taxi driver as he stood with one suitcase in hand and a bag falling off from the other . Room 205 . That was where he needed to be , the question was how hard would it be to get his heavy stuff up two floors by the stairs .Jimin wasn’t weak , not at all since the omega worked out and danced to keep himself fit , maybe even throw in some lifting weights but he was still biologically an omega . He was going to have to work through this anyway , he thought as he started dragging his suitcase and bag up simultaneously , huffing and puffing while he did so .One floor up and he almost collapsed . Why did he pack so much stuff anyway ? facepalming himself . Gathering up another set of breath he was ready to make it up another floor .“ need help ? “Jimin turned around at the sound to come face to face with a beta . Th stranger looked at him sympathizingly and with an openness to help . He smelled like fruits and freshness , obviously a very light smell as expected from a beta . Jimin wasn’t put off by it and a smile made it up his lips as he gave the beta a small smile .“ahhh i would actually appreciate that very much “ jimin said as he handed the male his bag .Jimin only said yes because this beta seemed friendly and genuine , besides he could use some help for sure . Both the boys started making their way up , jimin feeling quite alright with just dragging the suitcase up another floor , still struggling but he made it .“im j-hope by the way “ the beta or well j-hope now said as they finally reached the second floor .His smile was heart shaped was the first thing jimin noticed , adorable he thought as he brought his hand up to shake with the other .“im Park Jimin “the boys smiled at each other before a ringtone started blasting through j-hope’s pocket . Jimin could tell it was an important call and that j-hope had to leave . He waved goodbye as they both parted their ways .Once again grabbing a hold of his stuff , jimin was ready to find his room . Walking past the rooms going up from 200 , he rounded the corner to find a door with 205 written on it . This was it , he thought . He was going to find out who his roommate would be and he lowkey wished it was someone like jhope . Somehow their atmost 5 minutes of interaction has made jimin know deep in his heart that j-hope was a good person .Taking a deep breath jimin opened the door to his room , coming across two beds on the opposite sides of the room with pretty nice study desks along the footrests . The almirahs were inbuilt and a window right in the dab middle of the wall where their beds were pushed .What made him freeze in the doorway was the scent . Honeysuckle , yes that was what would describe it best but that wasn’t what made his heart jump out . His roommate was an alpha , the scent strong as his eyes took in one bed with wrinkles and a bag thrown over it , that side of the table already set , prim and proper .Well shit , this was going to be so not good . Taehyung kept on talking as jimin unpacked , telling him stories about his small group of friends which were apparently in this university too , about the mischievous little things he got to when he was a small kid and what not . Jimin thought Tae was funny , cute and someone he didn’t mind being around . The alpha had put him at ease within just a few minutes and probably for the first time in jimin’s life , he wasn’t scared of what laid in front of him , he now had hope that there were people like tae here and very much like j-hope too .“im so happy that we are in the same class because i was dreading to share my class with jungkookie , he is such a bum at times and just doesn’t know when to have fun “ taehyung was almost whining at this point about one of his friends and jimin still hadn’t stopped laughing since the past hour .“ don’t worry we will rock this first semester together” jimin giggled .“ come to think of it , how about you come with during lunch and meet my friends ? you definitely would be able to join the stories i told you with their faces “ Taehyung offeredJimin’s heart thumped at the proposal . He wasn’t alone , he had taehyung and now the alpha was even letting him join in on his group . He would have said he didn’t like the fact of socializing but this gave him a slight sense of relief to know he was invited somewhere . Obviously if his secret got out , he won’t be invited anywhere at all but he was going to make the best of all this by acting like a beta .It wasn’t really hard except the fact that he was very short and tiny and beautiful to not be an omega , something that taehyung had said in a flow in the conversation making him blush 50 shades of red . And now jimin was up and standing because taehyung had practically guilt tripped him , the smartass .“ i knew that would do it “ taehyung was smiling cheekily as he whipped out a towel from one of the stands , possibly going for a shower , waiting for jimin to join .This was another problem , the washrooms here were joint for everyone since there were no girls and no omegas . Well one omega but they didn’t know that . Thankfully the balm jimin had to use worked like a numbing cream , stopping his scent for a while even after the balm washed , yet he thought it was still risky .Jimin grabbed his own towel , he was going to take a super fast shower , run up here and apply the balm before taehyung came back .“ everyone is settling in today , fortunately my friend’s rooms are on this floor only “ taehyung said as he took the lead walking in front of jimin as they walked to the end of the hall .“oh , where are they ?” jimin was curious since this floor only had about 8 more rooms like theirs .“ they would settle in before lunch and meet us there , well most of them are going to get here in a few hours but hobi hyung is already here “ tae pulled off his shirt .“oh” jimin averted his eyes but not before getting an eyeful of tae’s well kept body . Was this also something he was going to have to get used to ?Tae pulled off his pants and then wrapped a towel around his middle while jimin looked everywhere but him . Jesus christ he knew tae wasn’t opposed to skin ship but he was also not fazed by showing alot of skin , something that jimin couldn’t relate to even if he wanted .One look at his soft body and anyone would question it , only omegas have such smooth skin , alphas on the rougher side and lastly betas to have a texture in between but way far away from an omega’s and let’s not forget how jimin had a vagina even though he was practically a boy , only male omegas had a vagina and jimin didn’t know how he was going to hide it if he was put in place to talk about a dick that he has lied to have .Taehyung got to brushing his teeth as jimin got inside one of the stalls , taking off his clothes as fast as he can . This was going to have to be quick . Turning on the shower he waited for the temperature to be just right and then finally stood under the trail of water .In a quick motion he rubbed a body wash from the dispenser on his skin , feeling the balm go off and his soft skin feeling much lighter . He didn’t hate the beta scent he got from the balm but his own scent was still his own and he already missed it . Brushing his teeth , he realized he only had 40 minutes or so before his scent would come back .The stall beside him opened and he recognized tae’s voice , humming a song as he turned on the shower . Jimin didn’t waste time , turning off the shower and wrapping a towel around himself . He was going to sprint to his room because he for one did not want anyone to see him in just a towel .This was very much like a girl in an all boys school type of thing for jimin . Opening the stall door he called out to tell tae that he was done and going back , receiving an okay in return . Making it quick he brisk walked outside the washroom .The whole area was slippery and jimin not being able to stop himself from his fast walking fell face forward . Closing his eyes he braced himself for a fall on the marble floor . Fuck it was going to hurt , jimin thought as his hand was now wrapped even tighter around his towel .Jimin did fall , but not on the marble floor , instead he fell on a hard chest . When no pain came he opened his eyes unsure of what exactly happened only to see someone who had caught him mid way . Now his head was on a chest as the one holding him wrapped their hands around his arm .That’s when his nose twitched , whiskey and rain . The scent was delicious as he almost drooled . He felt enveloped by it more so than the arms holding him . Looking up his breath hitched , the scent was equally as appealing as the owner .An alpha with a strong built and atleast a few inches taller than him stood in front of him . Big doe eyes that made jimin want to spill out every secret of his out in the open , a mouth so soft and a neck so slender that for the first time jimin wanted to scent someone , make his nest and invite the stranger in . This was absolutely ridiculous .“ you should see where you are going and be more careful “ The alpha jutted out almost gritting his teeth . Oh how jimin would love for those to be grazing on his neck .With that jimin stepped back making the alpha’s arms around him fall to his sides , he could not allow himself to feel this way in the slightest . The alpha would be confused by his behavior since betas even if they really crave someone don’t have reactions like this .“i-im s-s-sorry “ jimin blurted out , he couldn’t look this guy in the eyes or he might just do things he would regret .All he got back in return was a scoff as the alpha pushed past him walking away , not sparing another glance . Jimin breathed in faster trying to calm his racing heart , this was for the better that they didn’t talk more and went separate ways . He probably won’t see the irresistible alpha around much right ?His attention came back to his surroundings , shit , he had wasted alot of time . The balm needed to be applied as soon as possible . This time he was careful as he rushed back to his room , locking it behind himself .Jimin didn’t take alot of time applying the balm , he rubbed it on every skin available on his body even grazing his pussy in the process and almost hissing . This was one more thorn in the bushes , he couldn’t even get aroused , if he did then his slick would be more than enough proof of his big lie . It was more dangerous that if an alpha smelled him then he was a goner because no alpha can resist an omega’s arousal even if jimin would say no and scream and no matter how good the alpha is. This was instinct and the way they were born .Once he was done , he pulled out blue jeans along with an oversized striped blue shirt and got them on as soon as he could. The door handle rattled as taehyung called out . Jimin bounced towards the door simultaneously trying to get a sock on . Opening the door he let the alpha get inside .Taehyung didn’t wait to drop his towel and rummage in his own wardrobe , jimin was going to combust . He turned around keeping himself from yelping , this was normal for male beta and alphas , they were never ashamed of the nakedness and jimin had to act like a beta now which meant he was going to have to put up with this . Jimin knew that taehyung would stop this behavior if he asked because the alpha was just that nice and considerate but how many people could jimin really say this to anyways , he was in a university full of everyone thinking this was normal .As taehyung got dressed jimin packed up his bag piling in some books and pens . It was only a matter of 15 minutes and the pair was out to get to their class .

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Jimin was invested . He , despite popular opinion , loved studying , making notes and understanding concepts . Prof choi was a beta in his late 40s who taught chemistry . Jimin had always had a problem in understanding this subject but this was definitely a good start to his semester since he had no doubts since the last 20 minutes of the professor teaching .Taehyung was right beside him with his head down on the table , the alpha wasn’t interested in this subject and had told jimin within ten minutes of the start of the lecture that he was going to sleep and that jimin could teach him later on . The omega didn’t mind , it was better if he was really honest because then he could revise what he studied today by teaching the alpha .The class was a mix of an equal ratio of alphas and betas , various scents intermixing and giving jimin a hard time . He couldn’t do much except pull his sweatshirt up to his nose and shift a little closer to taehyung so that he could only inhale the scents of the alpha beside him or his own beta scent now imprinted on the sweatshirt he was wearing .The door to the classroom opened up but jimin’s eyes never strayed towards it , being more focused on noting down what was written on the board and prof choi .“ seems like you have a hard time keeping track of time ? “ prof choi said to the student at the door and jimin finally lifted his head up to see who had just entered almost 25 minutes late .

There stood the same alpha from the morning , now dressed up in black jeans and a black tshirt and needless to say looking very good . Jimin almost groaned out loud at his luck , how was he going to focus in the class now if this alpha was going to be around. He had never felt this way about anyone , never wanted to scent someone , never wanted to be SCENTED , well he kind of did but there was never a specific man in mind but right now he just wanted this rain and whiskey smelling alpha on top of him . Closing his eyes he muted the conversation that went between the professor and the latecomer.

Suddenly the scent hit him as he felt the alpha coming inside the classroom and looking around . Finally opening his eyes he looked at the tall alpha , what made jimin’s heart beat faster was the way the alpha’s eyes were focused where he was sitting . Shit had he pissed off the alpha in the morning by being clumsy ? his omega whined inside him .

Taking two long strides the alpha was right beside him now , taking the empty seat on his left and settling down . Yes , jimin was infact going to die because his heart rate was skyrocketing . The omega although on the verge of dying took in a big breath , the alpha’s scent had overpowered all the scents around him and he no longer felt like choking which was atleast a great relief .

Taehyung stirred beside him , lifting his head up after smelling the newcomer . Jimin shrank back in his seat , trying to make himself as small as possible giving taehyung a direct view of jungkook who was currently staring the pair up and down .

“ahhh jungkookie you are finally here“ jimin froze at taehyung’s words . This was…..jungkook ? the infamous brooding alpha that was one of taehyung’s friends ?

This wasn’t good , not at all , jimin was deciding to ignore this particular alpha since morning and now it was inevitable to be around him more . Jungkook……the name did suit him , with his quite mysterious aura and his beautiful features . Jimin decided he loved and hated the name at the same time .

Jungkook replied with just a nod in return and the two alphas went back to what they were doing . Taehyung sleeping and jungkook doing god knows what as jimin started taking notes again . This is the best distraction , to behave as if he was alone .

An hour passed as the class finally ended and jimin looked at his notes , a little triumph of the beautiful notes that were sprawled on his notebook . Goosebumps rose on the back of his neck as he felt someone staring , turning to the left he met jungkook’s big black eyes looking at him , assessing him .

What frustrated jimin was the fact that he couldn’t tell what was going on in jungkook’s mind . The alpha didn’t even know his name or the fact that he was taehyung’s roommate . The revelation was going to come soon and as if on cue taehyung woke up the moment prof choi stepped out of class .

Stretching his arms above his head , taehyung looked at the pair smiling .

“jungkook , this is jimin and jimin , this is jungkook “

jimin looked towards jungkook , mustering up a little smile which faded away almost instantly at jungkook’s still blank face . Jungkook just nodded and got up waiting for taehyung and jimin to do the same .

ouch , jimin thought . A much calmer reaction than what his omega was reacting like inside him , jimin would say he is over dramatic but then again the flush of embarrassment he was radiating didn’t really help .

“don’t worry , it’s not personal . He will warm upto you soon “ taehyung whispered in jimin’s ear on noticing the distress .

Jimin’s omega was turning sour , he liked this alpha but the nonchalant reaction he was receiving made him sad . This was for the better anyway , he decided in his head once again . If the alpha didn’t like him much or talk to him then his stupid omega might get the hint better .

Packing up his bag he fell into line behind taehyung and jungkook . Looking up at the two he realized how these two alphas would become the university heart throbs in a very short while , both with their handsome faces and toned bodies were a sight to behold . Their personalities completely different , while taehyung was physical and extroverted and all smiling , jungkook was the complete opposite , although the alpha wasn’t opposing to taehyung’s touch but he did seem clear of not accidently coming in contact with anyone in the hall .

They had one more class and after that they could have lunch . Jimin once again read the schedule , prof kang , english . Alright he said buckling up to focus in class once again which was fairly easier to do this time since the brooding alpha sat on the other side of taehyung .

…..........................................................................................................................................................................…It was lunch time now and jimin sat on a big round table with jungkook , taehyung and two of their friends . Namjoon an alpha who smelled like mint sat right in front of him along with another alpha , suga who smelled distinctively like pine trees . Jimin didn’t find their scents irritating or bad , it was as if his omega felt safe between these .

When he had been introduced to the two his cheeks had turned deep red from all the excessive amount of alpha attention he was receiving . Namjoon seemed very intelligent and he knew how to talk while suga was a more silent type of alpha , observing everything around him . Jimin sensed the similarity between jungkook and suga but instantly threw the comparison away since both the alphas were different , he just couldn’t put his finger on it , there was also the fact that he had the hots for jungkook which he couldn’t really control .

Soon enough two more people joined , both betas but this time jimin got up in surprise .

“j-hope ?” jimin exclaimed smiling widely at the beta , he was the one who had helped jimin bring up his stuff .

“ahh jimin-ah i see , so your the cute room mate taehyung kept on babbling about “ j-hope said which instantly caused the omega to smile shyly .

Taehyung said that ? he thought that jimin was cute ? he did say that yesterday night but jimin didn’t think the alpha really meant it enough to describe him to his friends like this . His omega was dancing at the moment , he had been told he was beautiful and pretty but that was just something he heard from his parents and now for the first time his ears were blessed by a bunch of stranger alphas and betas saying this to him .

“you have met hobi hyung ? “ taehyung asked jimin with confusion.

“ hobi hyung ? “ jimin asked trying to connect the dots.

“ my name is hobi too , you can call me either of those names “ j-hope said smiling and finally settling down.

Jimin nodded and then turned to taehyung to explain.

“he helped me bring my stuff up to the second floor of our dorm “

Taehyung nodded understanding and then turned towards the other beta who had entered with j-hope .

Jin , a beta smelled calm like when you open a new book and inhale , he was handsome too in a very pretty type of way . Not that everyone on this table wasn’t , jimin felt quite intimidated surrounded by a very good looking bunch of alphas and betas , he could even feel the eyes of passerbys watching the group with interest .

Jimin kept quite listening to the conversation flow between everyone , watching how each person had their own personality yet they fit together so well . Jimin would be telling a lie if he said he didn’t focus on one alpha in particular more than the others .

After lunch he looked at the time , shit , it had been more than 5 hours since he had applied the balm . He needed to apply a fresh layer as soon as he could . Excusing himself from the table he picked up his bag almost making a run for it .

Taehyung was a good size in an alpha sort of way and even though jimin didn’t feel sexually attracted to him it was still alot to process . His friendship was platonic through and through , while that fact helped , he was still trying not to choke on the water he was drinking .

Without much thought jimin pointed to one of the outfits aimlessly , just wanting the alpha to fucking wear

. Taehyung grinned happily at his choice and then bounced back towards his bed starting to dress up . Jimin was sure it was time for him to do the same . The guys had planned an outing to a club tonight , to celebrate the start of university and also to welcome jimin . The omega couldn’t have said no when he was being invited in the warmth of such a precious group and probably the only group whose scents didn’t make him cough and gag .

Putting on some ripped jeans and a white oversized shirt , that too while hiding from taehyung’s eyes in the confines of his bed sheet , the omega was ready but panting as taehyung gave him a weird look . His oversized clothes helped him hide his curves and softness but he was nevertheless dreading summer since clothes like this would probably give him a heat stroke . Ignoring it he grabbed his phone and wallet , put on some accessories and then the room mates were out the door to meet the guys .

Just like taehyung had said the whole group had somehow fortunately got their rooms on the second floor . Alpha namjoon and beta seokjin shared a room while beta j-hope and alpha yoongi were roommates too , the only mystery to jimin was jungkook . He had no idea who jungkook’s roommate was and as the 95s stood infront of room 208 jimin tried to sniff any other scent around , not that it mattered or that he cared about who was getting to inhale the alphas heavenly scent , he was just curious .

There wasn’t any sign of another scent though , even when jungkook stepped out of his room jimin’s nostrils were filled with whiskey and rain and nothing else . His nervous beating heart suddenly calmed down as they started walking downstairs where the hyungs were already waiting .

When jungkook looked back at him to look the omega up and down , silent and assessing , he couldn’t figure out if it was disgust or curiosity or appreciation since the alpha always has a poker face on . Jimin decided then and there that if there was going to one thing disrupting his smooth time here it would be jeon fucking jungkook .

The look jungkook had given jimin wasn’t anything big in particular but jimin’s omega was already set on jumping by any type of attention received from this alpha .

Clearing his thoughts jimin shook his head , drowning out what he was thinking by the hyper conversation going on between taehyung and j-hope . The club was big , with high black ceilings and small chandeliers hanging low . Jimin thought it was pretty and his body buzzed as a drink was slid into his hand .

“let’s loosen up ! “ j-hope cheered as he started handing out more drinks to the rest of the guys .

Jimin hesitated , pretty sure he isn’t supposed to get drunk but the look on taehyung’s face made him have second thoughts . Maybe a little bit of drinking would be okay after all . As much as he knew , the balm had no side effects related to alcohol so everything should be fine .

Clinking his glass with the other members , jimin silently sipped the bitter liquid . Alcohol wasn’t something jimin had a lot of experience with , he had tried it a few times alone and solely out of curiosity , stopping as soon as he felt even a little shaky . Needless to say he had never felt the feeling of being buzzed and he wasn’t going to change that today .

The group made their way to a little booth table , not really secluded but private enough , giving them a clear view of the dance floor . As everyone settled down , jimin found himself sitting between taehyung and suga .

“so jimin , tell us about yourself or well more than what taehyung has already told “ jin said laughing as taehyung smiled cheekily at jimin .

“all good things i promise “ taehyung told jimin accompanied by a little tickle that made jimin yelp .

“uhh , well , i don’t really have much to say if i am being really honest “ jimin said almost cringing at how he sounded , it was the truth though , he really didn’t have much to say about himself apart from the big fat secret of his .

“ oh come on , everyone has something or the other up their sleeve that defines who they are “ namjoon said .

Now jimin had to say something , anything that didn’t make him suspicious in the eyes of the alphas and betas around him .

“ you could start explaining the secret behind your beauty , because like i have been trying to find the best skincare since a while” hobi said turning his lips up into the heart shaped smile jimin had noticed when they met .

“oh , u-uh it’s nothing “ jimin smiled trying to hide the blush on his cheek . So this is what it felt like to get praises from people . Growing up alone jimin never really knew this feeling and now he had friends , actual friends who were alphas and betas , friends he could talk to .

“ oh jiminie then tell us about home and your friends , i bet you miss them , im lucky to have these idiots with me “ namjoon said saving jimin from the onslaught of blushing but throwing him right under the bus again .

“ what about friends jimin ? “ jin asked signaling the waiter for more drinks .

The whole group was instantly speaking at the same time trying to make jimin comfortable telling him how it was okay to be that way and that they could tell everyone had missed out on his precious friendship but what irked jimin was jungkook .

Grabbing another drink he tipped his head back gulping it in one go , he was going to need it . No one saw through what he was doing except jungkook . If looks could kill , the alpha would have been 6 feet under but unfortunately jimin didn’t have the power to do that so instead he took a deep breath composing himself and finally nodding .

“yes , yes i would “ he said as he downed another drink .

“ oh well how about now , you co-” before jungkook could continue , jimin was up on his feet .

“taehyung -ah , would you like to dance with me “ more than a question it was a statement but either way taehyung didn’t mind and jimin had successfully cut jungkook off , thankfully nobody noticed his panic and jungkook just leaned back assessing him again .

Jimin felt naked with him , as if jungkook could see through him as clear as day and jimin didn’t like that at all .

Gulping down another drink , jimin had long forgotten his rule of not getting fully drunk . The buzz hit him as he dragged taehyung towards the dance floor .

Jimin loved dancing and usually it was something he did in the privacy of his own room , he had danced once before at a club but it didn’t take long for someone to grope his butt since he wasn’t exactly a beta in their eyes . Today though he was free , people were still watching him , eyeing him up and down but atleast he wasn’t getting molested in plain sight .

Throwing his arms up he swayed to the music as taehyung followed . The alpha could dance , keeping up with jimin and to the song as they screamed out the lyrics . Jimin looked towards the table where their group was sitting and noticed them having fun , watching the two dance and laughing as they talked about something but what caught jimin’s eyes was the way jungkook wasn’t laughing , no the alpha was just looking at them , he wasn’t even partaking in the conversation going on .

Jimin’s omega shivered at the attention , he was pretty sure it was nothing much but he couldn’t help the reaction . No sooner did he look back towards taehyung he felt an arm go around his waist and turned him around .

Jimin laughed out loud pushing himself back and swaying along with taehyung , they were lowkey grinding but jimin trusted taehyung and they were as platonic as day .

Jimin leaned back putting his head on taehyung’s shoulder as his back molded completely to taehyung’s front . This is fun he thought as both the boys kept up the same pace for a little while . Despite his mind telling him no , jimin looked over at their table once again .

A breath whooshed out of him as his eyes met dark orbs , darker than before and a frown pulling taut at the forehead . Jungkook didn’t look happy , no , not at all . Jimin calmed his omega down as the wolf inside him almost jumped at a possibility of the brooding alpha not liking the position jimin was in .

A drink , jimin could use another drink , besides the fact that one more drink was going to be the end of his consciousness . He nodded as taehyung slowly pulled away and disappeared in the crowd .

Not stopping his fun jimin danced alone , still having fun . He didn’t dare look back at his table , stopping his omega from winning.

A light touch grazed his hips and at first jimin thought it was a mistake but then there was another touch , one more confident . Jimin still didn’t think much of it but then two hands gripped his hips completely .

As he was swaying a body was now pressed against him too as he felt something against his ass .

Jungkook stood there , arms crossed over his chests , eyes completely on the alpha holding jimin .

Relief washed over jimin on seeing jungkook , who currently looked like he was about to go on war . Jimin definitely didn’t want to be on the end of that stare ever .

“ and who are you ? his alpha ? “ the alpha behind him asked and jimin now really thought that the guy behind him was stupid as the look in jungkook’s eyes turned murderous , arms falling to the sides and forming into fists .

Jungkook all but growled before he was in front of jimin and both his hands wrapped around something behind him , jimin soon realized it was the guy’s neck as choking sounds filled the air . Jimin was freed as the alpha’s hands covered jungkook’s trying to ward them off . People around started to notice but no one dared to interfere .

“ you are a shame to alphas “ jungkook said finally pushing the man back hard enough for him to go stumbling to the ground breathing in large gulps .

Jimin stared at the scene , mouth wide open . What the fuck just happened ?

Jimin looked up at jungkook who finally turned towards the shorter with hard eyes . Eyes that very much looked angry still but softened as they took in jimin from head to toe , probably looking for any injury .

“jimin!!!” jungkook shouted out again .“What?!” jimin blowed back frustratingly .Taking in deep breaths jimin looked for a way out of this mess . The fifth task was to swing and go forward while wearing a weight jacket and then the second last was to pick up truck sized tires and roll them and finally the crawling net that ended with a small run to the finish line .“we are so winning this” taehyung exclaimed and jimin almost rolled his eyes at the optimistic enthusiasm . It’s not like they couldn’t win but they couldn’t win WITH jimin in their team . Any of his refusal fell on deaf ears as the alphas of the group started plotting . Hobi and jin were to do the hurdles,the wall was left in namjoon’s hands taehyung opted for the swinging leaving the tire lifting to jungkook and the crawling to jimin . It was lucky for yoongi who was not here and had gotten a free out due to personal reasons , jimin really wanted to know what the reasons were for future use .Taking in a deep breath the omega contained himself , it was going to be completely fine . He could crawl , he’s fast and swift so it shouldn’t be a problem if only it wasn’t for the various weights scattered inside the net that would make it hard for him to push through .“ alright hyungs , we are winning this aren’t we ? “ jungkook said as everyone placed their hands in the middle . The determination in jungkook’s eyes was very evident and jimin knew that the young alpha didn’t like losing . He only wondered what would happen if they lost because of him .With a little cheer everyone took their positions waiting for their turn to come . All the teams lined up as well and soon enough their instructor lifted the whistle to his lips blowing out .Everything happened fast as jimin saw hobi running through the hurdles effortlessly gaining the first title as he ran upto namjoon patting his back . Namjoon was equally as fast , pulling himself up and over the wall and then finally jumping down , touching down on the ground with a roughness that made his body seem even larger . It took the alpha a second to stand back up but he did it as jin waited in front of the hurdles ready to bolt . Soon enough namjoon patted jin’s back and the beta was off running . Gaining speed and then slowing down at each hurdle , jin was consistently fast . Both the beta’s tall limbs had helped them through this while jimin could have never with his short height even if he wanted . Maybe one or two large jumps but multiple at regular intervals didn’t seem really plausible .Next up was taehyung who was grinning like a maniac as he wore the weight jacket waiting for jin to pass the round to him . All the other teams were lagging behind except for the choi team , who wasn’t very far but not very close either although one mistake could change that . Jin’s hand made impact with taehyung’s shoulder and the alpha was already up and swinging the trail of bars stacked up horizontally . It looked so effortless that jimin thought he might just faint from the high testosterone filling the air around him .Sooner than later when taehyung hopped down and patted jungkook on the back , jimin felt chills go down his spine . It was his turn next but that wasn’t what he was focusing on , no , his eyes were all over jungkook who had started lifting a big truck tire and repeating the same process to reach to him . Jimin also needed to remind himself to pick up his drooling slacked jaw from where it was touching the ground after watching the muscles stretch and release from jungkook’s t-shirt . The alpha was a sight and jimin tried to control himself so that he wouldn’t just produce slick right then and there by the amount of

A little voice of triumph spoke inside him as he passed by a blockages inside the net and pushed forward . From somewhere he could hear the cheers of taehyung and the other guys but that was soon all forgotten as he brought his leg up to crawl and a sharp sting zipped through him .Pain flared on his calf but he held back a cry , looking down to see the damage . If it was a cut then jimin was in deep deep trouble since every alpha or even beta would know that he is as omega as they come .Throwing out a sigh of relief at the absence of a cut jimin winced at the sight of a big bruise forming and he knew it was going to hurt like a bitch . Bringing himself back to the race , much time was lost but he was determined and hence the omega started pushing again . He was close and he knew they could win but the choi team was now coming head to head with them .Jimin put everything in crawling through more blockages and with each rub of his calf against the ground made pain shoot up inside him , slowing him in the process . All this still didn’t stop him as he kept on crawling .

Everyone’s breath was caught in their throat as jimin finally got out of the net and leaped towards the finish line . Closing his eyes he was just wishing that he had done it , remembering another team’s member leaping at the same time as him .There was a round of applause to be heard all around him as he opened up his eyes to take in the scene . Dread filled him as he watched his opponent jumping up and down all the while giving him a smug look . Just to his right he saw his team making their way to him .Everyone was smiling sympathetically towards him except jungkook . The alpha looked pissed and jimin knew that all his anger was going to be trained at him .“it’s alright jiminah , you did good” taehyung said getting ahold of his arms and pulling the light omega up .Jimin let out a nervous laugh as he took in taehyung’s facial expression which looked genuinely smiling but he could still sense that the alpha didn’t really like losing . Everyone else except jungkook was now laughing and telling jimin that he had done a good job .As they started walking back towards the dorm buildings jimin sneaked a look towards the certain brooding alpha who still hadn’t said a word . Jimin was aware that jungkook hated losing more than anything but what he didn’t know was how to rid the alpha of that anger .His calf was still hurting and he was going to have to check the damage soon but he wasn’t going to let anyone know about it . One thing jimin didn’t want to feel like at the moment was a burden just after disappointing everyone .Soon enough they had reached the dorm and everyone was parting ways whether it be to a class , to rest or whatever they did in their free time .Although jimin’s blood went cold as soon as taehyung bid his goodbye to meet a friend . He was going to have to walk upstairs to his room along with jungkook .Jungkook started walking without saying a word and there was only so much jimin could do instead of following . So he took in a deep breath , put his big boy pants on and started making his way upstairs . Jimin kept quite hoping that this way jungkook would forget that they were even walking together .As they reached the second floor , jimin hurried to get his room open . He was not going to be able to bear the awkward silence between him and jungkook especially when he knew jungkook’s temperament at the moment .Jimin’s eyes widened as he felt a shove from behind him as soon as the door opened . Turning around in a frenzy he watched jungkook close his shared room’s door .“wh-what are you doing ? “ jimin asked as he backed up .“you don’t realize how much you piss me off do you ? “ jungkook said stepping forward .“ if you want an apology from me for losing then you should just say so “ the omega gritted out as his back met the wall .Jungkook stopped right in front of jimin , looking down at the omega with such authority that if jungkook knew jimin was an omega it would have looked as if the alpha was asking jimin to present .“what i want…” jungkook said lifting his hand to trace his fingertips along jimin’s jaw .Closing his eyes jimin started praying to the gods to save him .“im not sure i can have” jungkook finished his sentence as his fingertips made their way lower towards jimin’s neck .Jimin gasped at the feeling even though he couldn’t understand where all this was even coming from .“ you-your not angry then ?”jimin asked almost letting out a sigh of relief but that was shortlived as he felt jungkook moving closer .Little distance between them that jimin wanted to get rid of .“ oh i am very much angry , what i don’t know is why or who im really angry at “ jungkook’s hand dropped even lower towards jimin’s ribcage and the omega felt himself take a deep breath .Both of them were even closer now , just a few inches between them and just one snap would be enough to break the tension .“i am a gentleman” jungkook rasped out low but jimin could feel that the words weren’t for him . The alpha didn’t think twice before grabbing a first aid kit from the cupboards and making his way back to jimin .“ let me “ jungkook said kneeling down and opening the cap to the healing cream in his hands .Jimin didn’t say a word as he felt jungkook’s hands on his calf massaging the bruised area . Letting out a hiss once or twice in the process . Now if you asked the omega whether he had done something wrong or not , well , he would probably say that he did .After the kiss jimin was avoiding the alpha like the plague . Jimin stood there standing as he watched the two empty spaces beside jungkook and eunwoo . A sweat drop was rolling down from jimin’s forehead at the sheer intense stares of the two alphas .“jiminieeeee” jimin didn’t think twice to make his way towards the alpha who had called him and he was none other than taehyung . Until the bottle was spinned again and landed right on him and….eunwoo .Jimin could feel the redness taking over his face as taehyung giggled beside him .“go ahead jiminie “ taehyung pushed him forward feeling every bit of mischievous .Turning to look at eunwoo who was equally as red jimin hesitated but then everyone was cheering them up to just do it and now it was just plain peer pressure .Getting up from his side jimin leaned forward towards eunwoo , he didn’t dare look at jungkook , scared to see his reaction whether it be angry or hurt , or maybe jimin was just getting ahead of himself maybe jungkook didn’t like him much to actually feel hurt and as much as it hurt him he hoped that was the case if only for the situation to seem easier to jungkook .Eunwoo didn’t waste time leaning forward either , getting right up in jimin’s face but not in the way to make jimin feel uncomfortable . Eunwoo’s breath fanned over jimin’s lips and the omega just closed his eyes .Jimin felt two pecks at the corners of his mouth and then felt eunwoo moving away . Opening his eyes he was shocked to see eunwoo back in his place .“we wanted a real kiss , what even was that ? “ baekhyun exclaimed but eunwoo just smiled in return his cheeks red as a tomato .“let’s move on” jungkook said and jimin looked at him while leaning back , plain black orbes met his eyes which looked blank .Somehow jimin didn’t feel good about how the night was going to be turning out .The bottle was spinned again and this time jimin was positive that god himself was against him without a doubt . His eyes met jungkook’s as everyone cheered once again .“we want a real kiss this time jimin” kai said and jimin lowkey wanted to punch him .Leaning forward once again he waited for jungkook to do the same but the alpha wasn’t budging . Jimin looked at him confused , was jungkook really backing out from this ?“the tip of the bottle is pointing towards you , so your the one supposed to come and kiss me” jungkook said and jimin anger course through him at the taunting tone of jungkook’s voice .If jungkook wanted to play then they could play was all jimin thought before crawling towards jungkook and pulling him close by grabbing his tshirt .The alpha didn’t make a move to initiate the kiss and jimin not wanting to feel inferior smashed their lips together . A round of ohhsss and whistles filled the space as jungkook’s hands grabbed jimin from the waist pulling him closer . He couldn’t hear or feel anything other than jungkook’s hands and his breathing .
