The night was always a good time to initiate plans, especially when it involved sabotage and infiltration. However, while it is a good time to do so, it is also the most feared time for everyone, people are afraid of the dark for one reason or another. Cellina was no different but it was necessary, Keener wanted her to lay a distraction so that Elina's Cleaners could sabotage the rebuilding of the Castle settlement and assess the Division agents of DC. She wouldn't have taken this assignment if it wasn't necessary, she still has her home in Chicago to fix up.Cellina was pulled out of her thoughts from comms coming from Elina. "We're at the castle settlement, waiting on the distraction now Preserver."Cellina sighed at the code name and replied, "Roger Elina...take care out there, I'll get these agents sorted." Cellina walked to the front of the Capitol building, she and the other Cleaners had just dealt with the True Sons to use the Capitol building as a distraction for another team.A Cleaner walked up to her, "We just finished burning the bodies, however, we got some movement at the front."Cellina nodded and walked down the stairs, "The others did their job then, right get the others to reactivate the Warhounds, drones, and turrets these fuckers have, I'm not letting anyone else die with me here." The Cleaner tilted their head, "Ma'am? You know Elina won't like this...we are a group we don't leave each other behind."Cellina nodded, "Indeed, but I am not like you all, lives of the many over lives of the few. Get the group out of here and meet up with Elina at the castle."Cellina walked away with the Cleaner following, then she looked over to them and pointed towards the direction of the castle, "She will need the data from my engagement with the agents here, you will have to give it to her as soon as possible."The Cleaner nodded and commented, "Elina always said you were like a self-sacrificing hound, didn't know how until...well this time." Cellina chuckled darkly at that, taking a look at the watch on her wrist, glowing red. "It's nothing...now get going, I'll be waiting and listening in on the agents coming."The Cleaner nodded and yelled out to the others to get their gear ready and to activate the gear, Cellina made her way to one of the security rooms in the Capitol and looked through the cameras, then she held her hand up to her face. "ANNA, patch me into these agents' comms."ANNA quickly replied, "Yes Preserver...Comms hacked, have fun."Cellina nodded and listened in on her earpiece. A voice came up, "Manny we're at the Capitol building, there are...bonfires everywhere."The voice of Manny Ortega came through, "Understood agent, looks like we're picking up signals from warhound units inside the Capitol, be careful agents."Cellina checked through the cams seeing the agents come in shooting explosives and throwing their gadgets in.Cellina pressed a button turning the speakers on, "Glad to see you agents made it in, sadly I'm not feeling like playing. Hope these toys can substitute for me, though...I'm not leaving."The agents seemed to freeze up for a second before continuing the charge, the voice of one of the other agents came on. "Manny, do we have info on this fucker?"Manny replied through the comms, "Negative, we have no data on her at all, like a ghost." Another voice came on as they shot a grenade launcher shot into one of the warhounds blowing it up. "She sounds...familiar?"Another agent said, "Whoever she is, take her down the Cleaners aren't getting a foothold in DC with their new leader dead."The agents responded with a nod and pushed forward taking down the machines, Cellina eyed an agent with a shield, it had a sense of familiarity...no matter she had a job to do to protect the Cleaners and Elina.She pressed the button again, "Sad to see no hesitation, Keener was right about all of you...blind and uninterested in seeing the bigger picture." The agent with the shield shot at the camera and speaker, "And have a vendetta against Keener, as all you agents should. I once had one too, but...what I saw, what I was told, and what I experienced...it cleared my head."Cellina synched everything to her watch and walked out of the room uncaring if they got her or not. "You don't know what it was like years ago...why would you, you weren't sent into New York. You didn't experience the betrayal, the death, the abandonment the JTF did."A new voice was heard from their comms, "Ignore her agents, god she is just like Keener, don't believe her."One of the other agents came on ignoring the order, "What are you talking about?"Cellina sighed softly looking out and seeing the last of the Cleaners finally leaving then she turned back and talked. "Being abandoned in New York, having to do unspeakable things to survive in a desperate situation. You lot do not get it."On one of the cams the agent with the shield stood in place while the others moved forward slowly, they turned to face the cams and yelled out. "We do get it! We do! Because we came from there too!"The voice came on again uttering a name she hadn't heard in years. "Caitlin! Calm Down!" The agent named Caitlin continued, "We experienced so much horror, so much death, betrayal, and loss! Yet we didn't turn like Keener did, because we had a job to do!" Caitlin moved forward charging past turrets and destroying them.The other agents tried to stop her, but were then surrounded by drones and warhounds "Cait No!" An agent tried to reach for her but was pulled back as the group of warhounds shot at them."Don't Hudson! We're too exposed!" Another said as they fired back shooting grenades at the warhounds knocking them down, but were pinned down by the drones.Caitlin continued shooting and throwing grenades, "We all have a job to defend this country, to defend each other! We don't abandon one another, even if the government left us behind! Even if we lose one or more, even if we are pushed back, we need to continue forward!" Caitlin threw her shield and jumped on top of a warhound shooting the battery on it and moved forward. "The First Wave failed, but its agents live! We live! And we are going to make sure another New York doesn't happen! I'm not losing another teammate to you fucks!" Cellina was stunned and then as she processed the little speech she realized who these agents were, who was sent to kill her.Her team, the one she left, the one she betrayed to protect Elina, to go against the government that left them all behind.The voice of Layla came on as she remembered who they were, "Cait we can't get to you! We're pinned! Get back here please!"Justin came on sounding urgent and distressed, "Manny we need help, get Kelso and the others in now!"Cellina looked at a camera seeing Caitlin get surrounded and then shot in the leg bringing her down to her knees, she continued fighting only to be pinned down by a warhound. Cellina had acted fast and called to ANNA, "ANNA turn them all off! Turn the machines off!" ANNA pinged, and then all the machines turned off, one by one they went down, and the one on Caitlin froze still for a moment before its light went off. She then looked at all the cameras seeing her old teammates get out of cover one by one, looking confused but still on guard."What the? The machines just turned off!" Layla said shocked, Cellina turned the camera back to Caitlin who crawled away from the warhound.Cellina looked down at her watch and gave an order to ANNA. "ANNA, turn on the jammer...allow local signals only...I need to speak with them."ANNA replied softly, "Reunion huh...good luck Preserver."Cellina breathed shakily, she then tuned into their comms seeing the others try to call their commander, "Manny, Kelso? Where are you?!" Justin said.Cellina sighed softly and spoke through their earpieces, "He won't hear you, Justin."Layla came on first, "How do you...how do you know his name?!"Cellina sighed shakily as she made her way to Caitlin, "The First Wave failed? You all lived? All of you..." she laughed bitterly and continued, "...you guys were always soo damned persistent, Keener knew you guys would come for me someday without you all knowing who exactly you are coming for...just didn't expect this..."Cellina walked out a door seeing Caitlin leaning on a wall trying to get up, "You all suffered not knowing what happened that day."Caitlin quickly turned drew her pistol and shot at her, Cellina took the shots onto her plate drew her shield, and blocked the rest. Then continued speaking as she approached, "The day when...your dearest friend chased after Keener...with only a shield, and her pistol given to her by a Cleaner named Elina."Caitlin looked shocked and continued shooting, then she spoke, "How do you know about her?! Did you...did you kill her?!"Cellina continued walking blocking the shots, "In a sense I did, actually knew her much more than you, her persistence to do the mission, to go solo, to protect her companions over herself. That self-sacrificing dog that she was..." Caitlin threw her pistol at her, then Cellina quickly holstered her shield and walked forward grabbing Caitlin's hand as she was going to stab then she quietly revealed to her, "The same dog I still am, prioritizing the lives of her team over herself."Caitlin's hand froze, and her eyes widened slowly with a dark realization, she shook her head, "No...she died that day...she...her watch..."Cellina let go of her hand and gently pulled her into a hug, "You know what I'd do for you all...Caitlin."Hudson's voice suddenly came up uttering the sudden realization the team must have thought of, "...Cellina?"Cellina smiled sadly at that as she continued hugging Caitlin, "...it's Preserver now, Hudson." Cellina quickly turned the signal off and then pulled away seeing Caitlin's face, tears flowing down her face as she clutched onto her arm."You're alive!" Caitlin quickly hugged her by the neck, dropping the knife and pulling her close, "You're alive, Keener didn't kill you, he...he..."Caitlin quickly pulled away, her eyes widening in shock, "You...why?"Cellina grabbed her hands and pulled them together, then she went to Caitlin's earpiece and turned it off "...The Division has...dark secrets...secrets I needed to discover...secrets Keener needed my help for...secrets that required a dead agent." Cellina pulled her hands to her chest, "Well I'm not so dead now am I?"Caitlin shook her head and quickly pushed her away, "What was the point of that? Why did you not tell us...anything?"Cellina sighed softly and sat down, "...It is hard to explain right now...you guys would have to discover it yourselves."Caitlin quickly disagreed, "No! You promised not to hold any more secrets! Not to keep anything from us! What kind of secret needs you to be dead?!" Cellina just smiled, "You'll know...Keener had all the answers, but to discover them...you're going to need to dig them up..."Cellina then went over holding onto her shoulders, "But...there is one thing I can say..." Cellina leaned towards Caitlin and whispered softly, "Through hell and back, I will make sure you guys are protected, no one is coming after you, not when I'm still alive. The Division, the dead government...they won't try anything, their hunters, the Black Tusk, they will all die before they could lay a hand on any of you." A sudden click was heard as Caitlin's hands were handcuffed together, Cellina continued with a regretful voice, "But I can't be with you guys anymore..."Caitlin's eyes widened as she realized what she meant, then she tried to follow Cellina only to be pushed down by her, "No no no...what are you doing?! Don't leave us again! We can...we can bring you back, we can go with you!" Caitlin struggled in her hold.Cellina patted her on the head and then shook her own head, "I'm...afraid I can't let you do that...you guys can't be with a rogue..."Caitlin tried to reason with her, "We can turn you back! You can come back to us and we can fix this! We can even run away! Abandon all this!"Cellina shook her head again, "Caitlin...you took an oath, you vowed..."Caitlin interrupted her, tears flowing down once again, "That went away after you died! I can't let you be all alone with the Cleaners! Let us help you, help us discover what Keener found! Just please...please don't leave us again..."Caitlin stopped struggling and fell on top of Cellina crying, Cellina comforted her until she heard the footsteps of the others, she then turned to see the rest of the team. Cellina stood up, leaving Caitlin on the ground crying, she turned to the others and smiled softly as she felt tears flow down, "Sorry you had to...meet me like this...but it's necessary."Layla quickly ran over trying to stop Cellina, she yelled "Don't run! Surrender now!"Cellina sighed softly, "ANNA shock them..." The turrets suddenly came back on and shot the others with shock rounds holding them in place.Cellina then walked to the door and spoke softly, "I'll be seeing you all soon." Cellina shut the door and used her launcher to shoot a glue canister and a smoke canister at the door, she then called Elina and the others as she made her way out of the Capitol. "What is the status of the castle?" Cellina said somewhat shakily her hands shook as she ran out of the Capitol building.Elina replied, "The castle is burning down once again, we're already heading to the Outcast's Stronghold to escape just as planned."Cellina nodded, "Good, I'll be seeing you there, Black Tusk should be taking the bait, the other rogues will be getting Tchernenko and bringing him to us, then...you guys can do what you want with him."Elina asked worriedly, "Did you...meet them again?"Cellina sighed then her watch pinged, "Not important right now, we can talk later...Kelso and the other agents took the bait as well. I'll see you back at the hideout after I dealt with them."Elina replied, "Understood...see you, Preserver."Cellina sighed and looked up seeing more agents, drones, and turrets aimed at her she walked forward a bit before she heard Kelso's voice, "Stop right there! Stand down and drop your weapons, you are coming with us."Cellina glared at them as her watch came to life, "Bold words for a sheep following a shepherd, Agent Kelso."

The atmosphere and air were tense, the stare-down between the agents was intense for people who would have been spectating. Cellina had ANNA start analyzing the zone, finding good cover, flanking spots, and also being able to hack into the tech of the agents in her way.She looked to Kelso who aimed her weapon at her, finger on the trigger, ready to kill the ‘traitor.’ She then turned to the other agents, some hiding behind cover, another just behind Kelso with their shield drawn forward prepared to act.“You aren’t the first rogue to bring the Cleaners to DC and certainly not the last, but you aren’t going to be the first one to integrate them into DC,” Kelso spoke and glared at Cellina who stared at her blankly.“DC is already pretty dead, not worth spilling blood over as your agents have shown time and time again. Besides I’ve got other plans to do and I’d rather not be delayed further by a sheep.” Cellina spoke somewhat bitterly.Kelso glared further and tensed up further, “Your plans? We aren’t letting you get away; you are outgunned and outnumbered.”Cellina shook her head, “I am only one of those things sheep, and it certainly isn’t the former.”As she said this her watch glowed a bright red and suddenly all the tech the agents had turned on them, shooting and malfunctioning causing chaos and causing the agents to become disorganized. Cellina quickly ran forward her shield drawn and started shooting at the other agents with her ACR.One agent with a shield quickly ran towards her and bashed his shield into her, she quickly pushed him back and shot at his legs, not hitting any of them but forcing him to stay grounded as a drone came to her and started shooting at them distracting the agent.Cellina quickly turned and blocked shots from Kelso who shot behind cover along with two other agents. She walked backwards going behind cover and deployed a Seeker Mine which split off and rolled towards multiple agents, Kelso and another agent managed to take cover from the explosions, while the rest were caught by the explosion and were blown to the ground.Kelso quickly ordered, “Aim for her! We can’t let her keep us pinned with our own tech, keep her pinned and approach. Nick, Mira, ground her, Jack you’re with me!”As soon as she said this an agent with an LMG and another with a rifle shot at her cover keeping her pinned, she then heard the sound of turrets getting destroyed, “ANNA best possible route?” Cellina said calmly as she took out her ACR and reloaded it with shock rounds.ANNA came on shortly after, “Abandoned car on your right, I’d recommend the Blitz strategy we discussed.”Cellina nodded then grabbed Ember Sentinel and another Seeker Mine, she then threw the mine, which blew up with a loud flash and bang, and quickly rolled out from cover, shield drawn and revolver aimed at the agents farthest from her, the shots setting their cover on fire and causing them to panic slightly, the drones that could still function then flew over to them and pinned them behind cover.Kelso and the agent, now named Jack, took shots at her, the one with the shield took out a launcher and hit her shield with a canister which quickly broke it down and made it unusable forcing Cellina to run to cover.Cellina then sat behind cover then took out a knife, “ANNA any tech still usable out there?”ANNA responded, “Only a handful of drones left.”Cellina nodded the ordered, “Keep Kelso pinned and force her to cover, let me deal with the shield.”ANNA pinged then a few drones quickly flew on and aimed at Kelso who quickly ran behind cover leaving the agent with a shield alone. Cellina quickly ran out of cover as soon as she saw Jack get distracted by the drones and try to help Kelso.Once she was close, she quickly dropkicked him to the ground and moved closer, her revolver shooting his shield. Jack quickly got up and tried to ram into her, she dodged easily then quickly moved in and cut the arm holding the shield forcing him to drop it and go on the defensive.An agent came on, “Jack! Nick cover me, I’m going to help him!”Cellina quickly picked up Jack’s shield and blocked LMG fire coming at her, she growled in annoyance, not so much at the LMG, but the fact these agents didn’t consider their friend in the line of fire.“Watch your fire, could have killed your teammate with a stray bul-“ Cellina then blocked a shotgun shot which broke the shield forcing her to roll forward and grab the gun forcing it upward, then just as quickly she punched Mira down on the ground making her let go of the shotgun.She was then grabbed from behind by Jack who almost got her in a chokehold, he then tried to pin her down, “Stop resisting! You are coming with us!”Cellina elbowed Jack in the side then grabbed him by his back and flipped him over, she quickly rolled to cover to avoid shotgun and AR fire coming straight at her.“Keep her pinned! We almost have her!” Kelso yelled as she destroyed the last drone, the squad of agents quickly came forward aiming at her cover.Cellina took out her own launcher and placed a smoke canister on it, “ANNA guide me.”ANNA pinged and showed her where she was supposed to aim the canister, she quickly fired as soon as she got a clear shot, covering the two agents in smoke. “Fog deployed, take them down, Preserver.”Cellina drew her ACR and quickly ran into the smoke, ANNA highlighted the agents and allowed her to get the drop on them, she aimed for Mira and shot her in the chest shocking her and forcing her to stay in place. She then punched her in the chest then the stomach and shot her a few more times in the back, effectively downing them.She then turned to Jack and kneed him in the face, stunning him for a moment and dazing him for a little bit. With the butt of her ACR, she quickly hit him in the face and shot a few times into his chest downing him as well.Cellina turned to the direction of Kelso and the agent named Nick, she then went through one of the flanking routes ANNA had scanned and moved quickly towards Nick.She heard Kelso over comms, “Shit! Mira, Jack you guys okay?!”Cellina came on in a monotone voice mimicking ISAC, “Agents Downed, Retreat advised”Kelso grunted and looked around, “Fuck you asshole! You aren’t winning this!”Cellina then threw another Seeker which exploded in the air covering the area between Kelso and Nick on fire and separating the two, once it exploded Cellina rushed forward and rammed into Nick who was stunned immediately, but quickly recovered up and fought back at Cellina throwing punches at her.Cellina blocked and dodged his punches, but Nick wasn’t relenting not allowing her to get a good shot at his chest, she was having a difficult time trying to land anything.“Just get down already rogue!” Nick yelled and tried to punch her in the face, only for her to grab his arm and elbow it causing him to yell in pain, Cellina then kneed him in the face and was about to shoot him in the chest, until she was shot in the back forcing her to roll out the way and hide behind a barrier.Kelso came to Nick and checked him, “Shit Nick you good?”Nick groaned but nodded, “Where are the others? They couldn’t have been killed that easily, right?!”Cellina spoke up from cover, “Oh please, they aren’t reckless, they’ll be fine, unlike you flock of sheep!”She quickly got out of cover and shot at the agents who went behind their own cover and shot back.Kelso came on, “Oh please as if you know them at all!”Cellina clutched her weapon in anger and gritted her teeth, “More than you would ever know about them, sheep!”Nick yelled at her as he approached her position, “What could a rogue like you know about them?!”He then got his LMG pushed away and a stab to his side causing him to grunt in pain his eyes widening, Cellina looked at him glaring as she left the knife inside, “Their pasts, their ambitions, how they act, how they care for each other, how goddamn persistent they are at protecting one another, I know them more than you guys would ever know!”Cellina grabbed Nick and used him to block Kelso’s shots, then threw him over to her which she dodged. Kelso quickly made her way forward and tried to stab her with a knife which she blocked with her own knife.Kelso glared and yelled at Cellina, “You think you know them; you’ve barely even met them!”Cellina headbutted her and drew out another knife attacking her with it, “You’re wrong about that! Because I’ve been with them throughout all of fucking New York!”Kelso’s eyes widened in shock as she tried to stab her in the chest, “What are you talking about?!”Cellina quickly swept Kelso’s legs and tried to stab her instead, “New York, they were my team, my fucking anchor, I’ve protected them and they have done the same for me.”Cellina punched her knife trying to get it down towards Kelso, “Layla is a caring and strategic leader, Justin is the one who always patches us up, Hudson is the one who made sure we were all safe, and Caitlin-“Cellina’s punches weakened more and more as soon as she talked about her team, when she got to Caitlin she gritted her teeth as she felt tears fall down her face, Kelso quickly took advantage and kicked her back, Cellina was shocked then she felt Kelso grab her by the shirt and shoved her to the wall and punched her face.“And yet you betrayed them! They cared for you, you betrayed them for what?!” Kelso yelled angrily as she punched.Cellina then yelled back as she blocked her punches defending herself and her actions, “To protect them! Do you know what it was like to be out in New York! LMB always breathing down your neck, Cleaners, and Rikers lurking the streets, and Hunters lurking around every corner?!”Cellina quickly grabbed her fists and punched Kelso off her then got up clutching her fists as she approached, “Not to mention the fucking JTF abandoning us! I couldn’t let that happen to them; I couldn’t let them die!”Kelso tried to get up, only to be pinned to the ground, Cellina punched her over and over, “Every day in New York was harrowing, yet my team was always there for me, I couldn’t let them die! But I couldn’t bring them with me to kill their enemies either, which is why I faked my own death!”Cellina then stabbed Kelso on the ground making her scream in pain, Cellina looked down at her and continued talking, “I faked it…I faked it to discover all of the horrible things the damn government did to us…they left us, and sent those fucking Hunters at us, all because we went Rogue…to be betrayed over and over…I couldn’t…they shouldn’t have to discover it.”Cellina looked at her bloody hands then quickly got off Kelso as she felt tears fall down her face, she couldn’t stay here, she’ll break down later like she always did after New York. Before she could take off and go, however, she felt her arm get grabbed making her draw her Ember Sentinel and aim at the person only to freeze as she saw who it was.Caitlin looked at her, tear stains flowed down her face, yet more seemed to come out as she looked at Cellina. The rogue then felt Caitlin’s hand go to her gun and grab it, slowly taking it off her hands. Cellina looked back seeing the rest of her old team help out the rest of the downed agents, Justin and Hudson rushed to Kelso’s side to help fix her up.Caitlin then spoke slowly and softly just as she did to her long ago, “Did…did you do all that…for us? Why couldn’t you…why didn’t you stay.”Cellina’s breath hitched she wanted to run, not talk about her feelings, this wasn’t the time, she struggled and tried to pull her arm free, only for Caitlin’s grip to tighten and for Layla to quickly move to them aiming at her legs“Cellina, please! Please tell us…tell me why you ran, why didn’t you come back to us, just tell me why!” Caitlin yelled desperately, her voice sounding betrayed and strained.Cellina froze up once again then she spoke slowly, her voice weak, “Every time you guys would get hurt, every time we were facing a rogue or a hunter, I always get so protective, so very very protective to the point that all I could think about is protecting you guys…to the point that it scared me just how close we got.”Caitlin’s grip tightened, her voice sounded angry, “But we promised to take care of each other! To keep each other safe! But when you died, when your watch got shattered, my own fucking heart stopped and break, it broke because I failed to do the one thing we promised each other, so please tell me why!”Cellina quickly pulled her arm away, “Because of the Division! We were betrayed, left behind, all because they couldn’t fucking coordinate properly! Keener offered the opportunity for me to kill them, to get revenge to make sure a New York doesn’t happen!”Caitlin and Layla’s eyes widened, then Cellina continued her voice breaking and holding her chest, “I couldn’t let the fucking government do what they did again, I couldn’t let you guys die in New York, I couldn’t let anyone harm you guys or even kill you all!”The rogue then clutched her hair and looked down, “When I found out that the Hunters were part of the Division, I knew that I couldn’t trust them any further, and I vowed to kill every last one of them to protect you guys…but…”Layla then walked over lowering her weapons, “But what…but what Cellina?”Cellina looked up and cried, “Without you guys Elina was the only one to keep me grounded, every day after my death it felt like I lost a part of myself more and more…without you to keep me from doing the horrible things, I became less and less like I did…I became a monster and Elina couldn’t help with that!”Cellina pulled her hands to her face and cried more, “Elina helped me ‘justify’ my fucking actions, but it always felt wrong…but…you guys always kept me from pushing it further…and yet I betrayed you…I…I’m so fucking…”Caitlin pulled Cellina in for a hug and held her close, Cellina cried softly and held onto her, she apologized weakly, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry for betraying you, I’m sorry for not telling you…it doesn’t fix the fact that I did all these things, I left you all behind…I broke your fucking trust…and I deserve to die…I deserve nothing.”Caitlin froze up at that then pulled away and glared at her, “Don’t fucking say that! You betrayed us all, betrayed and faked everything…but you don’t deserve to die!”Cellina stared at Caitlin in disbelief, Caitlin continued and hugged her closer, “After everything we’ve done, after all the things you did for us, faking your death hurt so much, but you didn’t do it to kill us, you wanted to protect us…you should have…”Caitlin then placed her forehead onto Cellina and spoke as softly as she could, “You should have let us come with you…”Cellina froze up at that, “But…the Division…your life, your duty, your oath.”Caitlin continued, “All died on Black Friday…remember?”Cellina once again stared at Caitlin in disbelief, “You…you can’t…”Caitlin smiled sadly, “It…became difficult to continue working with the JTF…Layla and Justin only continued to do it, because we had no idea what to do…we had a duty and followed. Hudson was very much disillusioned, but continued following…we couldn’t…find a way out like you did…”The rogue’s eyes widened at that, she then turned to Layla who tensed up at her gaze, “Is…that true? Is any of what she said true?”Before Layla could answer, Hudson yelled to them, “Of course it is! We all wanted revenge, but instead, we continued working under the JTF, saving lives, and just…just doing our fucking jobs…”Cellina looked to the rest of her team, she wanted to say something but Caitlin interrupted her with a tight hug, “We wanted to run off, we wanted to go rogue for years, but we just couldn’t because we still had to help people, we still wanted to do good...even if it meant nothing to us without you…”Layla then went to the two slowly, “You were our teammate, the one who took the hardest punches, the most dangerous things, the one who wanted to sacrifice themselves for their team…without you, it felt like we lost an important aspect of who we were…you were our friend…and we failed to protect you.”Cellina stared at them all, in disbelief, shock, and regret. She wanted this…and she had it so close within her grasp…but she still hesitated.With a shaky voice, Cellina spoke up to them asking a question she thought she would never have to ask, “Following me is going to be…dangerous…very dangerous, you could all die, hell you will all lose a part of yourself…I couldn’t ask you to do that…but even so…are you willing…to join me?”The team aside from Caitlin looked at each other, they turned to their watches and then to the other agents who were all wounded. Justin and Hudson looked to Layla, who looked back at them before turning to her watch.“…ISAC declare Rogue Status, all teammates under my command and myself have disavowed the Division.”As soon as Layla did this, all the team’s watches and gear turned red, Cellina’s eyes widened as they nodded to each other before looking back to Cellina.They heard yelling from Kelso, the voice of Manny going nuts, but it didn’t matter to them…it didn’t matter what they just did, because they were a team…even if they had just committed the worst thing they could have done.Justin took out a launcher and fired a glue canister and healing canister at the wounded agents, then turned and helped Cellina up.Caitlin then spoke up finally having her dearest teammate back with her, “What are your orders…Preserver?”
