“Hey I’m watching Hotel transylvania, wanna come watch?” Reign’s attention was torn from their phone by the sound of River’s voice from the couch.With nothing better to do than to watch mha edits, Reign made some popcorn and plopped beside River in the lounge of their shared apartment.“The Invisible guy was so hot before he was revealed” Reign commented as the credits rolled, already stuffing his face with burnt popcorn.“Biggest betrayal…” River nodded in joint despair, shedding a tear as they too ate popcorn.Overhearing their discussion from the kitchen, Ellie joined in saying: “Shoulda kept that man transparent”Reign muttered under his breath “The gap between my legs was transparent when he was on screen…”Ellie understood where he was coming from and stated they were so real for that. But River whipped their head to Reign, giving them a look of confusion.Wanting to deflect the situation and odd gaze, Reign blurted out: “RIVER YOU FREAKY BASTARD, HOW COULD YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT ABOUT A KIDS MOVIE???”At which River frowned, appalled by the fake ass hoe’s behaviour.Seeing Rivers disappointment, Reign made a light hearted joke “Gonna put you in a box and mail it to myself so I can smash it with a hammer” Unfortunately no one knew the reference and River just remarked, unsure how else to respond.“Thats kinda freaky deaky”Reign placed his hand on River’s arm, pausing for dramatic effect before replying: “Together we can be Freaky deaky”River blushed cutely, smirking in response as they stared into each others eyes longingly. Ellie was appalled by this, from their spot at the kitchen table they called out “HOMOS,” pointing at both of them with a crude mix of confusion and disgust.River, offended by the hateful act snapped back “Says you, you’re just jealous,” Huffing and turning their head back to the TV screen.Reflecting on their own behaviour, Ellie realised she was actually just jealous because her girlfriend was cheating on her with 10 other women and maybe she should be more open minded. She said it outloud, hoping River and Reign might be understanding of her situation. But River just responded coldly: “Skill issue…”Reign chimed in calling Ellie out for also being a cheater.River frowned, finding Reign’s response a little too cold even by their standard. Ellie did get cheated on by her girlfriend with 10 other women after all, she deserved a little kindness.Ellie, eager to defend themselves called out to Reign: “Not even! She admitted to it”At which Reign rolled their eyes, finding his cousins hypocrisy to be ridiculous, shouting: “And how many times have you threatened to give backshots to Anastasia? And Logan?” Under their breath they scoffed, muttering how it was unbelievable.River, surprised by this new information turned to Ellie with a new tone “Woah okay that's pretty (a certain slur) behaviour” Reign and River discussed briefly what slur River meant before refocusing on the conversation.Hearing her name from her bedroom down the hall, Anastasia emerged from the hallway. Removing her headphones while looking at everyone confused. Not knowing what the conversation had been about prior to the mention of backshots.Ellie declared she never threatened backshots at which Anastasia jumped to her defense, unsure what they had involved themselves in but determined nothless “Thats cause I’m the one giving backshots, obviously,” Anastasia crossed her arms.Reign looked horrified, even more so when Ellie backed up her claim and called the both of them out with the words: “AFFAIR! AFFAIR!”River took a moment to process the news that had just been dropped before scrambling to their feet. The movie playing in the background long forgotten.“HOMOSEXUALS RUNNNNNNNNNN” They shrieked.Anastasia, not wanting the conversation to end with River running away terrified, tried to reason with them “YOU CANT RUN FROM YOURSELF RIVER, FACE THE DARKNESS” But perhaps it didn’t work since River just cried out noooo!Reign, stood up with River and held out their hand for River to take while saying “Run... away... together” With a devilish smirk that made River’s heart flutter. Their knees went weak at the dominance Reign extruded.Grasping at the sign that River liked them back, Reign got on their knees and pulled out a ring box that they had been holding onto for 2 years, just waiting for the right moment. But life was too short and now was as good a time as any.“River let's be Homosexuals in spite of these bozos” Reign muttered with a tear in their eye.Anastasia furrowed her eyebrows at the scene, quickly unfolding before them. “Hey!” -She jumps between the two, placing a manly hand on River’s stomach to protect their loved one- “I’m the one engaged to River” She reminded Reign.Reign, not wanting true love to be stopped desperately shouted out: “NUH UH”But it was too late for Anastasia as River had already said a thousand times yes to Reign. Hurt by their acceptance of the proposal Anastasia pulled away from River, scorning them: “CHEATER”River surprised both of them when they held out their arms wide, remarking: “You guys can share”Reign being quite the territorial alpha, pulled River away from Anastasia with a firm grip to their arm, growling: “I shall claim them with my alpha musk”River, put off by the display of dominance, retracted their statement and said they would leave Reign for Anastasia.Not wanting to be out done by the other alpha in the room, Anastasia grabbed River back and retorted to Reign with a smug look “Not if I pee on them first.”Ellie, unsure what to do or who to side with, went back to playing Tears of the Kindgom on their Nintendo switch while waiting for the argument to be over and done with.Reign found Anastasia’s extreme approach to be too much even for an alpha such as themselves and exclaimed: “WHAT” at full volume before asking River if they were sure about their decision here.Not wanting River to get disturbed by their overwhelming dominance, they assured River by pulling them in close and whispering: “River I'm the only one who understands you”River pulled away from the both of them, side eyeing both Anastasia and Reign.“You guys are freaky deaky” They muttered, running a hand through their soft luscious hair.Reign had enough of all this and growled in a low voice to River.“Pick your mate kitten~”River was slightly touched by Anastasia’s words, about how no one else could truly get them. They were still conflicted, unable to choose between the two alphas. In order for things to make more sense for their little omega brain, they wrote up a chart on the whiteboard stuck to the kitchen fridge. One column for Anastasia, and the other for Reign.Now knowing their fiancee was on the line, Anastasia boldend their words, trying to remind River of who their true alpha was.“Reign will only hold you back, I can give you all you've dreamed of, and more” She called to River.“I'll hold you back... against the bed~” Reign twisted Anastasia’s words, using them to further their appeal to River as their preferred mate.Anastasia scoffed and flicked their hair before promptly telling River to think of all the jjk merch she’d buy them. At the mention of jjk merch River shrugged.“So far Anastasia is winning” They remarked while picking at their nails.Reign rolled their eyes before pinning River against the fridge, growling in a low voice: “I'll slap ur ass and call you a good girl (the healthiest option)”River began to get flustered, shyly smirking at them back.Desperate now, Anastasia ran over to them and got River’s attention by saying: “I'll take you to a chappel roan concert”Reign laughed and just responded with: “I'll buy you all the snow jellies ur heart desires, darling~” To river.Running out of ideas Anastasia blurted: “I’ll buy you health insurance!” Even though it made no sense because they all lived together in NZ where they already had health insurance.Reign called out Anastasia’s lack of logic there while River was entranced by the promise of infinite snow jellies.Thinking Reign had won, they began to victory twerk. But River held up their hands and backed away from the both of them.“Not decided yet fasbears” River reminded them sternly.Thinking they might have a shot, Anastasia begins to pile on new promises, saying: “I'll buy you all the paddle pops, I'll buy the paddle pop factory”Reign unvictory twerks at River’s reminder.“...w-what?” They ask, a gut feeling of betrayal wrenched deep in their soul.River sees Reign’s disappointment and spoke softly.“I'm sorry alpha..... I can't decide”Ellie, seeing the lull in conversation as Anastasia and Reign’s minds reel, piqued up: “Me, personally, I’d pick Anastasia” She shrugged and returned to her game.Reign still wanting an edge on Anastasia’s boundless promises, scoffed and said: “Oh PLEASE, I'll but them all of those grape drinks at caf”
Seeing all of Reign’s promises, Anastasia folded her arms and scoffed as well.“What can Reign even do? They can't satisfy you emotionally”River wrote up next to the chart on the whiteboard: ‘Who will take my hand in marriage’ and then put a little checkmark next to Anastasia’s name. At which Anastasia burst out: “YESSSSSS”Seeing this, Reign protested by reminding River he was the one who could satisfy them physically. He promptly stormed up to the whiteboard and grabbed River’s whiteboard marker to write a check next his own name instead.“Fucking freaks” Ellie sneered from the kitchen table.“You can’t vote Reign.” Anastasia reminded Reign.Ellie declared from the other side of the room: “TAKE REIGNS RIGHT TO VOTE”To compromise, River sighed and gestured to Anastasia.“If reign gets to vote, than so does Anastasia” They reasoned.Anastasia took the opportunity to snatch the whiteboard marker from Reign’s hand and add a second check to their own name.Hearing Anastasia’s dismissal of Reign being able to vote, they fell to their knees and cried out dramatically with tears in their eyes.“WHAT COUNTY AM I EVEN IN” Reign cried.As a follow up to Ellies remark about how she’d pick Anastasia, she added: “But also because Anastasia has offered to sleep with me a while ago.”She was interrupted briefly by River declaring a drumroll.Anastasia overheard Ellies comment, suddenly confused where this was coming from.River shouted out for the whole house to hear: “ANASTASIA”All the ruckus had awoken Zen from his weekly rewatch from the 1986 Transformers movie; and Logan from their corner in her room where she had been making Rei banners for her tumblr. They both emerged from the darkness of their rooms of the shared apartment. They watched in horror from the hallway entrance at the shambles before them. Only to notice the popcorn was basically untouched on the couch and began to eat while watching their friends.Ellie, annoyed Anastasia had already forgotten their daring flirting from just months prior, pulled out the text messages on their phone. Showing very clearly Anastasia had said they needed to sleep with Ellie.Anastasia’s celebration of winning River’s hand in marriage was briefly paused to read the messages and comment on them: “Oh yeah”Only for her to turn back to River and carry on as normal.“I will make you the happiest omega river” She smiled.This casual response upset River and they turned to Anastasia with a hand on their chest. “Anastasia are you... c-cheating on me” They looked up at Anastasia, whimpering softly.Reign gasped and put their hands on their head.Anastasia quickly shook her head and cupped Rivers cheek.“No that was ages ago sugar” She whispered.Reign remembered the texts and pointed at Anastasia, yelling: “LIAR LIRE”Ellie spoke softly, head drawn to the floor.“We’ve broken up”River could feel their heart splintering by the second.“You better have” They snapped.Feeling Ellie was getting in the way of Anastasia’s new happy life, she pulled River in close and narrowed her eyes at Ellie.“Stop being a home wrecker I've moved on!”“So have I!” Ellie said with tears in her eyes.“GOOD I HOPE YOURE HAPPY” Anastasia screamed back.“Even though my girlfriend is cheating on me with 10 other women, I still love her. Not Anastasia!” Ellie reassured, voice wavering nothless.River couldn’t take it anymore, all these lies, the secrets, they didn’t know what to feel anymore. They pushed Anastasia away.“I can't deal with this Anastasia you're a cheating bastard....” They sniffled, eyes watering.Anastasia collapsed to the ground, holding out a hand to River.“NO RIVER YOU DONT UNDERSTAND. WHAT ABOUT OUR 2.5 CHILDREN” She wept for what she had for so little time, for what could’ve been.“No Anastasia is too late…” River turned their head, unable to even look her in the eyes anymore.“I’m up for grabs” Reign shifted slyly over to River, ready to console them in this time of need.Ellie raised one eyebrow at Anastasia.“2.5?!” She hissed in disbelief. While River and Anastasia had been engaged, were they also raising children in secret? How come no one else knew of these mystery children? Nothing made sense to Ellie anymore so she gave up and went back to her switch.River sniffled, collapsing into Reign’s sturdy arms as they spoke to Anastasia.“You take the 2.5 kids” They said.Anastasia turned to Ellie and spoke to them like they were being ridiculous: “Yeah the 0.5 is still in the oven,” She rolled her eyes.River looked up at Reign’s sparkling brown orbs and whispered “Reign............ it's a yes”Reign pumped the air, yelling: “YEEEAAAHHH”Ellie was surprised by the sudden turn of events and just clapped for them.Logan and Zen furrowed their eyebrows, whispering to each other as they tried to connect the dots of what was happening.“You still need to pay for child support” Anastasia rose to their feet, glaring at River pointedly.Reign was too wrapped up in their success and was yelling: “SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RAAACEEEEEE” At which Anastasia commented: “This was anything but slow” With an eye roll.River turned to Anastasia with a quizzical gaze.“Are you.... pregnant..?” They ask.“NO IM THE BABY” Anastasia yelled out angrily.Everyone paused and stared at Anastasia for a soiled 10 seconds before deciding to ignore the comment.Reign carried on with their gloating about winning River’s hand in marriage and as mate.“I was playing the long game you FOOLS (except you bbg, xx)” He bragged.River smiled up at Reign with their big, bountiful bluey-grey orbs that had an eye-catching yellow inner ring.“Love you reign” They whispered close to Reign’s ear.“Love you too River xx” Reign growled back possessively.Ellie looked at Reign and River, disgusted by what her cousin and River were doing.“Gay asses” She sneered.With Anastasia’s distruaght over, she turned to Ellie and cupped her hands, pulling the nintendo switch from her grasp and murmuring in a close whisper: “Ellie... I'm sorry, but I realised I never really stopped loving you” She said with conviction.“Will you.... Be my omega” Anastasia pulled out a ring that had been Rivers but instead was now offering it to her one true love. They may have had ups and downs, but Anastasia realised now Ellie was the only true one for them. She was who she could picture raising these 2.5 kids with. Ellie was the one she wanted to mate with… Now she just had to pray Ellie would say yes.Reign interrupted the heart felt moment by grabbing his pookie River by the waist and boasting loudly for the whole room to hear: “Now if you'll EXUSE US, me and bbg are gonna go make our own 0.5” He stuck his tongue out at everyone, mocking them.River looked at Anastasia’s proposal to Ellie and gasped softly.“You've moved on so quickly.... “ They muttered under their breath.Ellie peered up at Anastasia’s looming gaze with her own vibrant brown orbs, softly saying the words: “Yes alpha”“KEEP IT OUT OF THE APARTMENT” Anastasia scowls at Reign’s crude declaration of wanting to make their own 0.5 with River.Anastasia regained their composure and cheered at Ellie’s acceptance to the proposal. She slipped the ring onto Ellie’s finger before lifting her up bridal style with Ellie’s switch sitting in her lap now.“Happy marriage ig” River shrugged before turning their attention to their own alpha.Reign scoffs at Anastasia’s closed minded perspective and snickers under their breath.“Kitten prefers it public~” They taunted Anastasia while cupping River’s cheek seductively.Suddenly Ellie is dropped onto the floor as Anastasia pulls out a baton on Reign.“WOOP WOOP THATS THE SOUND OF THE POLICE FOR PUBLIC INDECENY” She shouted.“You're just jealous” River cried out, terrified their alpha might get hurt.“YOULL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!!” Reign screams and runs for the front door. He sprints down the street like sonic.Anastasia chases after Reign, waving the baton like a madman. Eventually they catch up and pin Reign against a car on the curb.“GET AGAINSGT THE CAR” She shouts.River chases after the two of them as fast as their dainty legs could carry them, shouting desperately: “We can run away together!!”“YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT” -Anastasia screams at Reign before turning to River- “NOT ON MY WATCH”Reign groans out for River, holding their hand out to River who was still trying to catch up.“AGH! AH- T-TELL MY OMEGA I LOVE THEM! GAH, RIVVVERRRRR!!!—”Anastasia shoot reign and they dramatically fall to the ground coughing up blood.“IM SORRY WE NEVER GOT TO GET FREAKY” -River cries out as Reign falls- “NOOO MY BABY”“THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR LEAVING ME” Anastasia yells at River as they finally caught up to them. They drop to the floor beside Reign, weeping over his dying body.Ellie gasps as they hear the yelling down the street.Reign starts choking on my own blood as Reign looks up at omega with one last sweet smile.“I-... I love you..” His voice horse as he rasps the words out.“I-I love you too..” River kisses Reign, a tear falling down their cheek.Anastasia drop kicks Reign into the sun, Reign fucking dies.—2 days later—Everyone gathered at Reign’s funeral, River was so distraught from their alpha’s death that in order to cope; half way through the ceremony they began to get freaky deaky with the priest, Ellie.Anastasia storms in late to the funeral to find her fiance Ellie getting freaky deaky with her ex-fiance.“ELLIE HOW COULD YOU” Anastasia gasps.“I- I’m sorry babe…. I’ll do anything to make it up to you!” Ellie insisted, immediately pulling off River.“MY PARTBER CHEATING ON ME WITH MY EX” Anastasia cries out, distraught.“Please! Please forgive me baby!” Ellie pleads, already getting on her knees in front of Anastasia.“Come give alpha a kiss” Anastasia lifts Ellie’s chin up with her index finger.“Yes alpha” Ellie nods and stands up, kissing Anastasia.“That’s a good boy” Anastasia growls.Reign from the afterlife watches this go down and raises their eyebrows.“What in the class of 09?” They ask, befuddled.“SHH WE ARE HAVING A MOMENT” Anastasia curses at the skies.You guys are freaky deaky” River mutters.Ellie blushed at Anastasia’s words, smiling up at her submissivly.“OH MY” Reign exclaims from the afterlife.Logan and Zen brought their popcorn to the funeral and were eating it along with party glasses. For the special occasion they had dressed up in shining gold tuxes.River stares in horror not understanding the betrayal. They walk out the church, giving up and going to bully their brother into buying them snow jellies since they no longer had any alpha to buy it for them.“Now let's go home... alpha just bought a new pair of fluffy hand cuffs” Anastasia growls into Ellie’s ear. At which Ellie replies; “Yay!”Logan and Zen start to sing california girls as Anastasia swoops Ellie up and carries them out the church.
