It was Christmas and everyone had plans to celebrate with their families. This celebration was Sylvie's favorite, she and Matt were going to spend it in their new house with Scott, Amelia, Christie and Violet. Before everyone arrived
Matt- Honey are you okay?-
Sylvie- Yes, but I feel weird, I'll be back-
Just then the doorbell rang Matt just watched his girlfriend go to the bathroom while he answered Matt- Girls how are you?-
Violet- Fine, Merry Christmas uncle-
Christie- Merry Christmas- coming in- Wow, how cute- Seeing all the decorations
Matt- Yes, Sylvie did everything-
Sylvie- Hey you helped me a lot, hello-
Violet- Hi aunt- greeting her
Christie- Hi, merry Christmas-
Sylvie- Likewise-
Matt- Are you feeling better?-
Sylvie- Yes-
Just then the doorbell rang again
Matt- I"ll go-
When Matt opened the door again
Amelia-Matt-
Matt- Hi princess, how are you?-
Scott- Fine Merry Christmas-
Matt- Merry Christmas, come in-
When they entered
Amelia- wow- running to Sylvie
Sylvie- you like it-
Amelia just nodded smiling
Christie- she looks a lot like you-
Sylvie- she looks like our mom- Matt just gave her, his hand.
Already having dinner
Violet- Aunt, were you Gabi's partner?-
Christie- Violet-
Sylvie- it's okay, yes she was my partner for three years, until she left-
Matt- my ex- wife- explaining to Scott- I'm much happier now- looking at Sylvie and smiling
The rest of the night was very peaceful, they gave out presents, toasted and laughed.
When everyone left
Sylvie- honey I have another gift for you, close your eyes-
Matt- ok-
He closed his eyes and only heard Sylvie going somewhere, when she returned to the living room
Sylvie- opened your hand- He did and she put something on it
Sylvie- open your eyes-
Matt just opened his eyes, looked down and when he did he saw a pregnancy test with two lines
Matt- is this true?-
Sylvie- yes, I'm pregnant-
Matt left the test on the table and then hugged her and kissed her
Matt- I love you- crying with emotion
Sylvie- I love you too-
They were very happy, next year that long awaited baby was going to be present to celebrate with them.
