Maria jumped out of the car and grabbed her suitcase before running inside the cabin. She couldn't hold her excitement any longer, it was going to be a 6 week holiday with her and some of her closest friends. Ester got out of the car still looking at her phone, he knew she couldn't calm down Maria, it would be too hard and it would take up too much time. Aster on the other hand forgot about this."Maria! Don't run you'll trip over the stairs and you'll get hurt!" Aster yelled out."Ugh, you're so fucking boring Aster!" Maria called back. Tena walked up to Aster and whispered in their ear, "She's right you are pretty fucking boring" and then walked off. Aster rolled his eyes and grabbed her suitcase before heading inside.The second car pulled up and Reeves, Jay, Kelly and Robin hopped out leaving Carmen in the car. "Hey! Wait for me!" Carmen said. Jay turned around,"Bitch why would we?" Jay asked before walking off. Carmen rolled virs eyes before jumping out of the car. Reeves and Jay walked in and noticed that the cabin was old and musty. Jay grabbed their things and went upstairs to find a room."Guys there's enough rooms!" Robin called out, "Well... there's a bunch of rooms but they have two beds so we're gonna have to share. There's one with one bed though and-""It's mine I'm dibsing it!" Maria interrupted, before running off to find it. Everyone sighed before finding someone to share a room with. Aster and Carmen decided to share a room, Sophie and Kelly thought that they should share a room too. Della and Ester were dating so thought it'd be best. Reeves and Jay were both close with each other so they shared a room. Finally Robin and Tena even though they didn't like each other they had to.Everyone grabbed their stuff and headed upstairs to the rooms. Maria had already gotten all her stuff out and make her room look nicer then before they got there. Everyone went to their rooms, making sure that they'd be happy to sleep there. "So you heard the witch stories Reeves? Heard about that lady who was rumoured to be a witch and killed all her children?" Jay smirked."Those stories are complete bullshit! Witches aren't real and even if they were why would they kill their own children?" Reeves said. Jay shrugged and went back to unpacking their stuff. They always thought that the witches stories were fake but it was fun to try and scare people with them, of course Reeves has put up with Jay for years, there was no way that he'd believe them. Jay would have to tell the tale to someone more frightened and gullible like Ester. He was very gullible and did not handle horror well."Fuck you" Robin said to Tena as they were both unpacking. Tena glared at Robin and went to put her stuff up in the closet. "I called dibs on the closet! You got the dresser remember?" Robin said. Tena groaned"Why are you such a bitch Robin? My stuff is always in the closet""Don't give a shit, put it in the dresser or keep in it the suitcase." Robin smiled. Tena rolled her eyes and put her stuff in the dresser and gave Robin a smack on the head.Ester and Della were doing well in their room they decided to push the bed together since they thought it'd be nicer that way. They had been dating for 1 year now and still loved each other a lot. "You want to put your stuff in the closet or in the dresser?" Ester asked. Della smiled"I don't mind, you out you stuff away first and I'll help you." Ester blushed a bit and then started to put his stuff in the dresser, Della helping her out. Once it was done Ester helped Della out with putting xirs clothes in the closet.Sophie and Kelly were unpacking while taking non-stop, they had barely put anything away, the conversation was slowing them down. They didn't really care though, it was fun talking to each other. "No but he confessed to him but turns out that he was dating his sister!" Kelly smiled."No fucking way, that's got to be fake!" Sophie said. Kelly nodded her head since it was true, Sophie laughed a bit. "Oh did you hear that bitch Stella was cheating on her boyfriend as well, but then her boyfriend was fine with it and he wanted to watch them since Stella was cheating on him with a girl? So fucked up! So she dumped him and now he's begging for her to take him back." Sophie said. They continued on like this for hours on end.Carmen and Aster decided to keep their stuff in the suitcases since it'd be much easier when it came to leaving and they wouldn't have to put all the clothes back in the suitcase. "Do you know what's up with Maria? I know this is kinda normal it she seems more hyper and a bit rude, she was being kinda rude in the car anyway..." Aster asked. Carmen sighed,"She's gonna piss off the wrong person I tell ya, I bet that girl will piss off someone like a mob leader and get herself killed." Aster nodded their head."Oh shit, what about the food? We need to make sure we have food!" Aster realised. Aster went to Maria's room,"Hey did you bring food?" Aster asked. Maria nodded her head"I'll put it in the kitchen don't worry, see nothing will go wrong on this trip!" Maria smiled. At least she thought nothing could go wrong...

3 weeks later...
Aster walked upstairs, she had to tell Maria that they had just run out of food and the flood was getting worse. The flood had started last week, everyone thought that it would be fine and that it would go away soon as it was just some rain. But it hasn't stopped and now they could no longer go outside. Everyone was scared as they had no food and no means of escape now. This 4-week holiday could end up a disaster.Aster finally got up to Maria's room, she probably knew that they couldn't find anymore food, it had been like this for a couple days now. Aster knocked on her door "Maria... can you open the door please? The flood has gotten worse and well... it's offical we have no more food." Aster said. There was nothing from the other side though. Aster waited a bit "Maria? You in there?" Aster asked. Aster opened the door, blood was all over the room, all over the walls, the floors, there wasn't one place that wasn't covered in blood. That's when they saw her. Maria's dead body was lying in the bed."Oh fuck, oh shit, shit shit shit shit oh fuck what do I do?" Aster start to hyperventilate before Sophie went upstairs. She walk over to Aster and looked in the room before screaming and running downstairs, telling everybody about what happened. Aster just stood there in shock, he didn't know what to do, especially since Maria and Aster were pretty close. Even if there was an unspoken rivalry. Carmen went upstairs and saw Aster just standing there and tried to get them to go down stairs again."She's dead Carmen, she's fucking dead, what shitty holiday this is." Aster whispered. Carmen hugged him before getting her downstairs to sit down. Everyone was in shock, no one could tell who was the killer and who was innocent at the moment. That's when someone spoke up, "What do we do, we have no food, we're stuck until the flood goes away and someone is a killer. That isn't very good when you put them all together." Jay said. Ester looked at them"Well no shit, anyway I don't think I can be with you guys when one of you is a killer, I'm gonna go to my room and I don't want any of you there!" Ester walked upstairs. Della was going to follow him but decided otherwise.Aster decided to go into the closet, no one wanted to go in there as it was dark and she needed some space away from everyone. They were sure everyone did the same, a murder happened so everyone needed to process their feelings so it made sense. That's when Aster smelled something cooking, they thought at first it was some sort of stress-induced hallucination so they stayed away. "Christ I guess I am crazy" they thought "I mean I can smell pork but that's not what a human would smell like right? Once Aster had processed their feelings they went outside to see someone had cooked up something. It smelt like pork but they could immediately tell it wasn't going to be that. They ran upstairs to see Maria's body had been cut up.Someone had cooked Maria. Aster knocked on the door that Ester was supposed to be in, "Go away! I told you I don't want to talk to a murderer!" She yelled. Aster was panicking and he didn't know how to phrase this right,"I know but... someone cooked Maria, like into a meal" Aster cried. Ester slowly opened the door and had a look of horror in their eyes."What the fuck do you mean that someone cooked her?" Ester said. Aster looked at her, her eyes were in shock and couldn't quite comprehend what was happening. Ester slowly opened the door and walked downstairs to see the meat on the plate. It was just sitting there, nothing much to do about it. That's when Kelly walked out, she could hear them talking in the hallway and she saw the meat "Please tell me that you guys found some extra food... don't tell me this is what I think it is..." they whispered. Asher looked at her, scared to tell her the truth but decided that he had to,"It is what you think it is Kelly. Someone killed and cooked Maria." They said with a husky voice. Kelly started to cry and Ester tried to comfort them. Not long after everyone else came out, Jay and Reeves could barely hold it together while Tena was just on the floor the tears wouldn't stop. That's when Sophie decided to say something"Guys, we all are hungry, plus we have no food, I don't want to but I feel like this is our last resort. We have to eat it, there's enough for all of us anyway." Everyone turned to Sophie. They were shocked by that but they knew it had to be done. Della got out the plates and everyone had tears in their eyes before they began to eat. To everyone's surprise it tasted quite nice, it was the same taste as pork. Everyone ate the whole plate, or letting anything go to waste, Aster looked around, everyone was being such a cruel person right now, but that was some strong hypocritical thinking, she loved the taste already. After the meal everyone went back to their rooms and hoped to sleep.Aster couldn't sleep that night, how could she, they ate his friend and enjoyed the taste. That vile taste couldn't get out of her mouth, it was a horrible aftertaste but he only problem with it was the aftertaste wasn't that bad, it was actually really good it was just the fact it shouldn't be good that got him upset. He looked over to see Carmen was asleep she sighed. She felt like a horrible person, she was being horrible really I mean what person eats their own friend besides her and their friends? Not a sane person, she was sure that not a lot of insane people would also eat their friends.But then they drifted off to sleep, one horrible nightmare after the last.

Sophie woke up from her previous nightmare, they sighed and sat up and looked around the room. She could see Kelly was sleeping, looked like she wasn't having any dreams at that time or if she was, she was hiding it well. Sophie stood up and walked downstairs, hearing the rain on the metal roof as she walked down the stairs to the kitchen. She grabbed a glass and filled it up with water and started to drink it,"Couldn't sleep?" Someone said. Sophie looked around and then saw Della emerge from the darkness, walking over to her and grabbed a glass and filled it with water."Yeah, I was having nightmares about well... you know what I'm talking about, Maria." Sophie muttered. Della finished her water and sighed,"Same, but I couldn't sleep since I was thinking about who could've killed her, anyone could've really, everyone has their motivations. Kelly has her secrets I'm sure Maria would know. Jay well... Jay is Jay, they would kill anyone for power or for a nice spooky story to make us shit our pants. Reeves he's still salty about Maria fucking their ex. Tena has been suspicious the whole time, barely gave a shit when we saw the body." Della rambled. Sophie had some more of her water and then looked at Della again."Yeah, makes this whole situation a whole lot harder then it should be, I wish we actually knew who it was so then we could lock them up in a room or something" Sophie said. That's when Sophie noticed something on the table, it was a note of some sort, but they couldn't read it in the dark and from this distance, leaving it until the next morning before reading the note.Sophie put the glass down and walked to her room, "Try and get some sleep Della, we're gonna need it." she said. Walking upstairs she couldn't stop thinking about the note, who wrote it? What was on it? What would the note be about? She opened the door and went back to sleep.
THE NEXT MORNING
Sophie woke up again, this time due to Kelly shaking her awake, "Wake up, Sophie everyone wants to have a talk, wake up!" Kelly said. Sophie woke up making an annoyed noise as she woke up."What's going on? What is everyone talking about?" Sophie asked."There was a note, it was in cipher code and currently we're trying to decode it." Kelly answered."WE'RE HALFWAY THROUGH THE NOTE!" Jay yelled. Sophie rolled her eyes at hearing Jay's voice, the note was properly a prank from Jay to scare everyone even more then they were scared. Sophie stood up and her and Kelly walked down the stairs. They saw Jay, Reeves and Aster trying to decode it and Robin, was reading the letters. Carmen was trying to hold themself together through pacing and rambling through whispers. Ester and Della were on the couch holding hands talking to each other, both scared."Ok so there's a lot of letters and so far it's not even a clue, it's just a riddle and it says that no one in the cabin left it." Aster said. Sophie nodded her head, pretending to understand what that meant, how could someone outside the cabin leave the note? Everyone was trapped in because of the flood and no one could get in or out anymore."How close are you to finishing it?" Kelly asked."It will be a lot less time if you all shut up!" Jay yelled. It was clear they were trying to concentrate along with Reeves and Aster since cipher took a long time to decrypt without any help or internet.One hour later they had finally cracked the code, Carmen grabbed it and read it aloud,
"The one with the knife lies among you, someone else having the skills and a frying pan. One vile of water and cash created the flood, by neither the knife nor the frying pan. One with the magnifying glass will find clues no one else would know, one has something to open all the secrets and the places of interest. One shall lose it all, their love, their life their sanity, they will be chained to the walls to save you all. I am none of these, I am not living within the cabin walls, but justice calls my presence and if the knife, frying pan and vile of water aren't brought to justice then the flood will never end and all shall die within these cursed walls."
Everyone listened in shock, some people realised who they were immediately, but not Sophie, she didn't know what this could mean for her and what would happen to the person who'd lose it all. Ester and Della looked at each other, Sophie could tell that they thought one of them would die and the other would have to deal with the pain. But Sophie wasn't sure, she knew that people in this cabin had feelings for each other, including her."Well this is bullshit, how can we tell what the fuck it means?" Reeves asked."I think I know, one person is the killer, well obviously, a different person cooked up Maria and someone used magic- which is bullshit magic doesn't exist- to create the flood. Someone is a sort of detective, like this person has brought things to help find clues or the person who left this is helping. One person has keys to everywhere, like a keymaster of some sort. One person will go insane, lose the person they love, lose their life, lose their sanity as it says. I don't understand the rest." Della said."It's probably some entity, some person seeking out what's right and they have to be so fucking cryptic about it." Kelly added. Sophie nodded her head, unsure of what to say to make everything better, or just something to add."Well it says that we need to get rid of the killer, the cook and the magic user-" "Magic isn't real!" Della interrupted, "Sorry Robin, continue.""Thanks Della but apparently it is now. But how are we going to get rid of them?" Robin asked."Hold a vote every 2 weeks." Sophie said, "We vote the person out, once we get everyone, we'll leave. With food, well the waves would bring the bodies back to shore wouldn't they? We could eat them, I know you all liked the taste, we could eat and it wouldn't be that bad." Everyone looked at her. They all agreed to it, even if it meant killing people who didn't deserve to die, they would die if they didn't do it.
