Work Text
Hello there! You're probably wondering what exactly this project is about. How I got inspired, what kind of a story I plan to tell, all that fun stuff. To give a brief summary; I've been an avid fan of the Spyro franchise for many, many years (since I was like 8 years old) - with the root of my love stemming from the Classic Spyro trilogy in particular. Naturally, this meant that I was also an equally avid consumer of Spyro fanfiction. It's only been recently though that I've truly started to get really, really inspired by a couple of fanfictions - Dragon Heroes by DracoCharizard87, The Legend of Spyro fanfics by Montecristo709, plus Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame by Russo Brothers. All of these have contributed greatly in regards to inspiration and ideas for fleshing out this little project of mine. Thus I grant a special shout-out to them! I strongly recommend that you check them out if you can! While the worldbuilding is heavily inspired by the Skylanders series and it's cartoon (with elements from other games, mainly the Classic trilogy and The Legend of Spyro), it doesn't take place in the same continuity or universe. So while you will definitely see concepts and characters from Skylanders, 9 times out of 10 they're not going to be the exact same as their original counterparts. This also contains some crossover aspects, but it's more of a thing where I'm basically just taking small bits and pieces from other franchises and transplanting them into the setting because I think they're neat. So far, this is only with the Heartless from Kingdom Hearts, but I will also say that the setting canonically takes place in a multiverse, so take that as you will.I also have plans to tell a story in this setting, but to be fair I don't really know when exactly this will happen. First I need to tackle character bios and other pieces of lore, before I start the main story.I also want to say that it's not just D&D and the MCU that gave me inspiration for this project; there's a bunch of other franchises/media that contributed as well. So there's a good chance you'll see elements reminiscent (or even pulled straight from) of Dark Souls, The Elder Scrolls, World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy I & II, Dragon Ball, and Kingdom Hearts too, of course.I hope you enjoy my work!! C:

Purple Dragons like him are very well considered a myth, and thought to have been born once every thousand years, but that in truth, is complete hogwash, there are many Purple Dragons out there, and they're very much pure evil and extremely powerful. Spyro however, is the only good one in existence, due to his ancestry dating back to Io.He is thus, incorruptible and infallible all thanks to the holy spark of Bahamut dwelling within his very being. This dragon has also been on many exciting adventures, perhaps you've heard of some of them? He possesses as highly remarkable knowledge of the different realms he defends, more so than any other Skylander in history. Spyro has also gathered many names for himself over the ages, all of them relating to magic and sorcery, he is without a doubt, the Strongest Skylander in modern history.Born from the holiest of unions, Spyro was brought into existence by none other than Bahamut himself and his mate Alexstrasza, their intention was to create the most powerful dragon in existence, one that could combat Malefor and Tiamat, plus other powerful evil-doers across the multiverse. As the child of two very powerful dragons, Spyro has a long way to go until he eventually surpasses his own father. Some of his most famous endeavors are having defeated Gnasty Gnorc, and absorbing all the magic from the Zenith Shard. He is well on his way to conquering any evil in all of Totality.PRINCESS ELYSSA AMASTACIA IIAKA: TBA...Age: Adult; at least 28Gender: FemalePronouns: She/HerSpecies: High ElfAlignment: Neutral Good Spoken Languages: Elvish, CommonFriends/Allies: TBA...Rivals: TBA...Enemies: All of Spyro's enemies...Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: TBA...Conflicting Opinion: TBA...Wary of: MaleforBIOGRAPHY: TBA...LADY LUCILLA TEPESAKA: TBA...Age: Adult; at least 200Gender: FemalePronouns: She/Her or They/ThemSpecies: VampireAlignment: Chaotic GoodFriends/Allies: All of Spyro's friends...Rivals: TBA...Enemies: All of Spyro's enemies...BIOGRAPHY: TBA...LORD ANGUS MACDONALDAKA: TBA...Age: Adult; at least 34Gender: MalePronouns: He/HimSpecies: HumanAlignment: Chaotic GoodFriends/Allies: All of Spyro's friends...Rivals: TBA...Enemies: All of Spyro's enemies...BIOGRAPHY: TBA...MADISON O'MAREAKA: TBA...Age: Adult; at least 34Gender: FemalePronouns: She/HerSpecies: HumanAlignment: Neutral GoodFriends/Allies: All of Spyro's friends...Rivals: TBA...Enemies: All of Spyro's enemies...BIOGRAPHY: TBA...PRINCE VICTOR AMASTACIAAKA: TBA...Age: AdultGender: MalePronouns: He/HimSpecies: High ElfAlignment: Chaotic GoodFriends/Allies: All of Spyro's friends...Rivals: TBA...Enemies: All of Spyro's enemies...BIOGRAPHY: TBA...PRINCESS KATIE AMASTACIAAKA: TBA...Age: AdultGender: FemalePronouns: She/HerSpecies: High ElfAlignment: Lawful GoodFriends/Allies: All of Spyro's friends...Rivals: TBA...Enemies: All of Spyro's enemies...BIOGRAPHY: TBA...

As such, his father Ramses abused him and wanted him to study magic at all costs, so he could be used as a weapon in the war against the Arkeyans. However Alfaeor didn’t want to practice magic, instead he wanted to be a warrior, a hero. But however, nothing in life would be good for him, as he was ostracized for his mutation, he was bullied for having purple scales by his fellow mages.Eventually Ramses had enough of Alfaeor’s pacifist nature, and decided to experiment on his own son, pumping him full of dark magic; it worked all too well, and Alfaeor was no more. Now he started calling himself Malefor. And realized what he desired now more than anything else was revenge against those that had wronged him in the past. He slaughtered everyone in his home dimension of Abraxia by burning it all to the ground, even his parents were destroyed in the process. After that, he turned his eyes on other dimensions and timelines, he sought to plunge them all into the same despair as his home, and maybe, rule a few with an iron-fist too. Thus leading a massive multiverse war where Malefor aimed to destroy everything. However, he was stopped by Aku Aku and Uka Uka and sealed away in the Shadow Realm for years to come.LUNA STELLARISAKA: TBA...Age: Adult; somewhere between 120 - 130 yearsGender: FemalePronouns: She/HerSpecies: Demonic ImpAlignment: Chaotic EvilSpoken Languages: Common, InfernalFriends/Allies: MaleforEnemies: Spyro the Dragon, Princess Elyssa, Lucilla TepesBIOGRAPHY: TBA...RIPTO THE SORCERERAKA: TBA...Age: Adult; somewhere between 30 - 40 yearsGender: MalePronouns: He/HimSpecies: Lava LizardAlignment: Neutral EvilSpoken Languages: Common, LizardspeakFriends/Allies: Dr Neo Cortex, Uka Uka, Gnasty Gnorc, Riptor, Sharptooth, Babidi, Lord Farquaad, SmoughRival: BowserTeeth-Clenched Teamwork with: Malefor, The Dovahkiin, Maleficent, Acnologia (just barely)Enemies: Spyro, Sparx, Crash Bandicoot, Aku Aku, Hunter and Bianca, every single dragon and the entire Hall of Draconic Beings (mainly Daenerys Targaryen, Smaug, and Tyrantrum), Dr. Nefarious, Arokh and Rynn, Caim and Angelus, Axel (sort of), Sonic the Hedgehog, Lord Tirek, Rom and Ram, DonkeyOpposed by: Good members of the House of Magic and SorceryBIOGRAPHY: TBA...SURTURAKA: TBA...Age: Adult; somewhere between 800 - 1000 yearsGender: MalePronouns: He/HimSpecies: Lava LizardAlignment: Chaotic EvilSpoken Languages: Common, LizardspeakFriends/Allies: Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, The SorceressEnemies: Spyro, Sparx, Crash Bandicoot, Aku Aku, Hunter and Bianca, every single dragon and the entire Hall of Draconic Beings, Dr. Nefarious, Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario, LuigiBIOGRAPHY: TBA...DR.
