1- First Date (Puzzleshipping)
Yugi was nervous. He couldn’t find himself calm with the fact it was his first date with Yami, he knew deep inside that it was going to be ok but his mind was restless with the possible scenarios to ruin it. However, he breathed deeply and told himself it would be ok, that everything would be ok.
The sound of the door knocking brought his thoughts to the present and he shouted “coming” to have his breath stolen by the man who took his heart.
He looked so handsome, so perfect, so beautiful. The deep blue shirt with black leather pants and his punk style accessories were the final touches to his attire.
“I came to pick you up, partner” Yami smiled as he took his hand and kissed the back of it. Yugi’s heart was racing at 1000 per hour he thought he was going to wait at the place of the date, but picking him up in his crimson car was totally unexpected.
As well as the flowers in front of his face “Let’s go?” He chuckled as he found his little boyfriend spaced out by his own thoughts “y…yes!” Yugi shyly smiles and offers his hand to start their first date.
It was an arcade, and then they went to the card shop and finished with a nice hamburger dinner at Yugi’s favorite place.
2- Phone (Synchroshipping )
“I’ve missed your calls because I was busy repairing my bike…” Yusei’s voice echoed through Atem’s mind who was filled with worry because his boyfriend was late. Despite both being adults who are busy with their separate lives. Atem could understand why the care Yusei has to his motorcycle. His pride and joy rely on the machine.
But even so, he’s still getting used to the communication ways with his boyfriend. They have three months of dating and Atem finds himself checking his phone to see any signs of Yusei telling him something.
But nothing, just a couple of calls here and there. He likes to have messages to let him know the other is safe.
So, how to make him realize that?
The old-fashioned way, sending him letters.
3- Heartache (Starshipping)
”Do you really have to go?” Yusei wished he didn’t ask that question knowing already the answer “Yeah, there’s a new incident including duel spirits and it’s my duty as a hero to save them” Judai’s response was as clear as the water, but he could feel in those sapphire eyes that heartache was something Yusei was used to.
“But hey-“ Judai took the opportunity to grab Yusei’s face and nuzzle his nose with his to then give a quick, sweet kiss “I’ll be back”
He reassured him that he would return by his side once his mission was done.
4- Exotic (Blindshipping)
Since Yugi’s arrival in Atem’s world, he couldn’t hide his excitement. He read books about ancient Egypt when he was a child and the stories from his grandfather. The fact his lover was a powerful and venerated pharaoh 3,000 years ago with beautiful robes, golden accessories, and skin blessed by the sun itself.
The only word inside Yugi’s head was one.
Exotic
Atem, on the other side, found Yugi exotic the first time he saw him. His attire, his hair, his pale skin, and those big eyes that showed compassion and innocence. He could want to keep him forever by his side.
5- Sunset (Spiritshipping)
Judai and Johan were having a great time at the beach near Duel Academia. A time for both of them to relax and forget about all the crazy events that have happened so far.
Both are seated on the sand, feet on the water while watching the sunset.
“You know? The sunset is always beautiful to watch, it means that the day is almost over as night arrives. The sun shines brighter as it sleeps” the teal-haired young man said with his eyes on the horizon.
Judai doesn’t know poetry, however those words pierced his soul. He by reflex holds Johan’s hand a little tighter. His brown eyes fixated on him.
As the sunset slowly welcomed the night veil, the two kissed.
6- Picnic (Monarchshipping)
Atem was nervous. He and Yami agreed to have a picnic at the park with both not telling each other about the selection of food.
He knows Yami enjoys surprises, but both are from different cultures so he doesn’t know if his boyfriend could like the delicious food from Egypt. Atem, as a vegetarian doesn’t like meat so he made efforts to cook what he thought could be enough for the two.
Falafel, Mediterranean salad, Hummus, some crackers, and pita bread. A small bottle of olive oil and feta cheese as well for Yami.
He found time to make some Moroccan mint ice tea as a drink to share, he loves how it smells and hopes Yami does too.
At the time of the event, both Yami and Atem had an exchange of their traditional foods. Atem found the onigiri very tasteful and Yami was thoughtful of adding vegetables instead of meat.
“I loved the food! Hope I can taste more in the future” the smile Yami provided to Atem was so beautiful the latter just stood in awe as his cheeks turned red.
7- Movie (Feathershipping)
“How about horror movies? A challenge for you two” Atem said as his turn to pick the movies to watch. Both Yugi and Joey were nervous since the proud duelist is a bone hard to chew when it comes to horror stuff.
And he wants as well to take this as an opportunity to show affection to both his boyfriends as well. It was part of his plan.
The movie was The Conjuring. He thought it wasn’t that scary while both Yugi and Joey were clinging to his arms. But then… both noticed that the tanned man had a little shiver when it came to jump scares.
Slight tingling of skin while his crimson eyes were shut. For seconds but at least Yugi could notice.
“You don’t like jump scare!” With his nervous and tired from horror partner shouted while making a peace sign.
However, Atem was silent
Joey was asleep tho, though he screamed a couple of times and said it was pathetic to cling to Atem when he was scared.
However, Atem was glad he was honest.
8- Anniversary (Mobiumshipping)
It was two years since their entire world changed. Since Yugi accepted both Yami and Atem into his life he couldn’t ask for something else. It was wonderful from the support in hard times to the laughs and steamy nights.
He lifts his hand to watch his wedding rings. Two instead of one as a sign of his commitment to loving his two husbands and now he wanted to show how much he loves them. For their second anniversary, he planned to take them to the place where he confessed he couldn’t pick one of them but both.
The Domino City Amusement Park.
9- Sun (Blindshipping)
Yugi asked Atem to come to the Kaiba Corporation space station. The pharaoh in his ethereal form agreed since he finds it funny to float around the gigantic metal structure.
Both were there dueling with the new duel links system. And talking here and there.
Until Atem asked the real question
“Partner, why we are here? I don’t think is just only to play games” he caught Yugi who stuck out his tongue in a playful manner.
“Let’s go to see the sun rise at the window because if we go outside I’ll become space dust” he chuckled as both observed the sun from their earth orbit rise.
Both lavender and crimson gazes were enchanted with the beauty of the warm star.
10- Stars (Starshipping)
“Yusei, do you know how many stars are in the Sky?” Judai asked with a smile on his face. Both he and Yusei were on the outskirts of Neo Domino City for stargazing. Both are amazed at how such a vast Sky can have so many different shapes of stars and it is beautiful.
“I don’t know… but I know one thing for sure” he replied while reaching his hand to Judai’s “what is it?” The other asked.
“The stars guided us to be together and I'm thankful for that…” Yusei finished with a small squeeze of his hand. Judai knows he’s a man of few words, but when he speaks he can find himself that Yusei is made by a cluster of stars, of wishes of his dear friends as well as his own, to protect his little hero no matter what.
11- Coffee (Puzzleshipping)
Every morning, Yami finds his way to the kitchen to brew some coffee. Depending on the season he prepares his and Yugi’s with different things here and there.
In spring, coffee beans with a slight floral aroma.
In summer, with lemon or iced coffee.
In the fall, pumpkin spice
And for winter, chocolate peppermint whipped cream for Yugi and peppermint syrup for himself.
His routine consists of preparing the coffee machine which was located in the middle of the kitchen. If he was too tired then the capsule of coffee would do. The strong smell of the delicious liquid filled his soul with joy. He placed both his and Yugi’s mugs on the table to pour and brought the sugar as well.
Yugi likes it sweet, he is the opposite unless he’s stressed with piles of work.
Yugi walks downstairs with sleepy eyes “Morning” he yawns while rubbing his cute, big eyes “Morning, partner. Ready for today?” He offered his mug as he was seated and started to drink his share with a smile on his handsome face
“Yup” Yugi joins him to drink the coffee by sitting by his side “Would like to you bring it to our room tho-“ and his proposal totally goes down as both lips merge with the taste of the coffee.

12- Water (Blindshipping)
The lotus pond near the royal palace was a place Atem found peace after boring meetings or while performing his duties as the pharaoh. Yugi finds the water clear as the day and the lotus flowers as beautiful as the crimson eyes that observe him. He passed his hand through the cold water as the moon witnessed both of them having time for themselves.
“Thought you were gone, partner” Atem spoke, Yugi went to visit him using the dimensional travel device Kaiba developed. Sometimes the young man likes to visit his other half whenever he can however, he can’t stay more than three days or his body will be erased from the dimension.
“It’s only two days, don’t you remember?” Yugi said while chuckling lightly “ And I’m not cold-hearted to not say goodbye” he stood up from the border of the pond and reached the pharaoh who held his hand.
“I’m going to miss you” Atem whispers as he places a kiss on Yugi’s lips. Those lavender eyes were with tears already “Me too, but let’s enjoy the here and now, shall we?” Yugi smiled and kissed him back as both walked towards the royal chamber to sleep together.
13- Selfie (Wishshipping)
“I heard that if you take a selfie and post it on social media you’ll get a million dollars!” Joey boasted as Yugi just laughed “Do you believe such a thing could be true?” Yugi didn’t want to upset his boyfriend but, he found him cute when he did those things.
“I don’t care, let's participate Yugi!” The younger man sighed and smiled “Okay” he lent his phone to open the camera and flip it to the front so both could do a hand pose and the flash sound ticked. Yugi loved the photo so he saved a copy.
Joey finds himself with the hope of winning but it was actually Mai who won days ago, the event had ended, and since the blonde didn’t read he didn’t notice.
“Tch, not fair!” Joey shouts in defeat.
“But hey, it has been a long time since we took a photo, don’t you think?” Yugi added with glee since he finds memories with his loved ones precious.
14- Sick Day (Synchroshipping)
It was rare for Yusei to get sick. Yami got the news from his friends so he rushed to the nearest pharmacy to buy all the medicines he thought he needed followed by a small amount of groceries. The worry and anxiety were over the roof, reflected in his deep violet eyes on that cold night.
He was going to take care of him.
By arriving at the apartment, he had a copy of the key and opened the door to find everything dark. The sound of coughs guided him to the bedroom where the rider lay. Knocking the door he’s polite to say in advance he was there.
“Yusei…” Yami sighs “So this was why you didn’t show up for the past days?” He tried to remain calm. “Yami…” the dark-haired man’s voice was hoarse with small pants as he found it a little hard to breathe normally.
Yami opened the door and a dim light showed a Yusei, half naked with beads of sweat. Yami passed his hand by his forehead “You have a high fever!” The tri-colored-haired man proceeded to turn the lights and dash to the small kitchen to prepare food and give Yusei medicine.
At first, it was hard to convince Yusei that he needed nutrients, Yami softly said something like “I love you, I’ll never get tired of saying you need to take care of yourself more, Yusei…” Yusei’s half-lidded eyes could see a glimpse of the worried expression of his boyfriend.
“I… didn’t want to worry you” were the words Yusei mused before getting knocked out by the medicine. Yami holds his hand, he loves Yusei so much he could do anything for him. He understood both had their things to do, but this was too much.
“I know…but at least think of how I feel, my star…” Yami whispered his nickname while kissing his forehead and placing a cold cloth. “Get well soon… I’m going to stay until you feel better”. Yami left the room and slept on the small sofa in the living room.
15- Flowers (Blindshipping)
Yugi was welcomed every morning with the aroma of flowers at the flower shop where he worked as a part-timer. The different shapes, colors, and variations of the beautiful plants were something he adapted quickly, and could manage to give suggestions to the customers. Despite being shy and short his strength relied on his kindness of seeing the smiles of others and compassion of those who need it.
From families who mourn the loss of a loved one, to couples celebrating their love. There’s a flower for everything.
One day he had to take care of the flower shop by himself since the owner had something important to do that day. Lucky for him there were no customers until the door chimed with the arrival of one.
Dark skin, eyes as red as rubies, clothes consisting of a dark shirt half closed so you can see a glimpse of his skin followed by his dark leather slacks which gave an aura of high class, and lastly his well-polished shoes.
How can a man of this caliber come to a humble flower shop? Wait, he knew this man.
His eyes were starting to accumulate tears as he remembered.
“Welcome, how.. can I help you?” Yugi told the newcomer while composing himself and the other man smiled, causing Yugi’s cheeks to blush “ Don’t tell me you forgot about me, Yugi? It has been so long” the man passed by the counter and dedicated another smile to him.
“It has been a long time indeed, Atem” Yugi couldn't believe his childhood friend and crush was in front of him. They were close when they were children and Atem always kept the bullies away from Yugi.
During their teenage years, they became classmates and did everything together. Until graduation came and Atem’s family decided to go back to Egypt, taking him in the process.
Now fate has reunited them, ten years later as adults.
16- Intimate (Puzzleshipping)
Yugi and Yami were both in their comfy bed. Lights out.
“Are you ready?” He asked a last time before making sure his partner was in disposition “Yes… do it” his voice whispered a promise of love “Okay” Yami moved and was on top of him, since the lights were off there was only darkness.
His kisses and his touch caused Yugi to moan and crave more “Ahh…!” The loud melodic voice enchanted Yami to do more like using his tongue to lick his neck slowly.
Yugi felt good, both in intimacy and nobody interrupting their time together… After all, it was the two inside their small world, naked and using the friction of their bodies to create pleasure. A pleasure Yami loved since having a body of his own.
17- Journal (Dragonshipping)
“Today’s entry
Joey was kicking some bullies to defend a kid and was thrown into detention. I was there as well because of my low grades. The two of us used the confiscated decks to play Duel Monsters the entire time until we went home.
I don’t know why I feel at peace when he’s by my side… I can’t help but want to tell him how much he means to me… what should I do? I asked Yugi but he seemed to feel the same. I don’t know why is so hard to tell your best friend you love him…. Or is it more than just friendship? How Joey will take that?”
Yami sighs as he closes his journal, which he keeps for himself inside his soul room, not even Yugi knows about it
Someday he will be honest with his best friend and… maybe have a date.
18- Shopping (Starshipping)
“I want this!” Judai’s eyes were shining with glee while showing Yusei a catalog of chronicles of legendary duelists. Of course, he was picking Yugi.
Yusei smiled “How did you get that information?” He was curious considering that specific information was considered as lost media in Neo Domino City.
“Hehe, don’t ask. I just know” Judai was a guy of some mystery despite that beautiful smile that shines with determination. He’s Yugi’s #1 fanboy after all. Yusei then tells him it can be ordered online.
“I have to repair one of my friend’s D-wheel, use my card for it, spend it wisely” his eyes become dangerous as a warning and Judai gulps “ I know, I know” Judai sees Yusei leave the room and cracks his hands to check the item and order it.
But he doesn’t know times have changed Neo Domino City had different ways of advertising online and Judai couldn’t control himself.
Two hours later...
“Judai-san I'm home-“ his blue eyes were wide at the sight in front of him.
“YUSEI FORGIVE ME!!!” Judai hugs his leg and makes some crying noises “What did you do- don’t tell me” he runs to check his bank account. Sighs with relief there’s money left as Judai only spent in the chronicle, booster packs, and… sex toys.
“Why the last-“
“Don’t say it! It was an accident! And I can’t cancel it because the shipping here is fast as fuc-“ at the period of half an hour all the items were left at the door and Yusei just had to forgive his impulsive boyfriend.
With the condition, they have to win another tournament for the prize money.
19- Hugs (Spiritshipping)
Judai and Johan were cuddling at the European boy’s house. It was a cold night and Judai decided to stay a couple of days for the holidays. Both were on the living room sofa with a large blanket around them.
Judai doesn’t like when girls hug him, he feels awkward, but with guys, he finds it natural to have close contact. Especially Johan whose muscular body and warmth were all he needed. His body wrapped by the crystal beasts wielded was like a dream.
He felt safe, he felt understood.
20- Tea (Kuribohshipping)
At Yugi’s apartment, there was something that happened once a month.
Whenever Judai came from his travels, the young man made sure to bring tea to him to taste. Yugi without knowing became a tea expert with the different flavors and also their medicinal properties for example lavender was excellent after a day of work since it helps relax from stress.
The door knocks “Coming!” Yugi chimed and as soon he opened the door someone hugged his muscular body Yugi smiled “Judai-kun welcome back” he hugged back and kissed his forehead.
“I’m back, Yugi-san. This time I brought English Breakfast!” He whispered since it was early in the morning and Yugi’s eyes gleamed “I’ll bring the cream” he answered.
The two enjoy a cup of tea and Yugi listens to his stories of traveling and being the hero. But also that includes some teasing from Yugi coming to Judai and hugging him. He can’t get enough of him.
“Yugi-san… I’m gonna stay a little longer, is that ok?” Judai asked while Yugi nodded “As much as you need, you must be tired, let me prepare your room-“ Judai held his hand “I want to sleep with you” and Yugi’s body froze.
21- I love you (Feathershipping)
Joey was holding the hands of both Yugi and Atem. His eyes burning with passion “I… I suck at this type of thing but… Yugi, Atem I … l.. lo… argh! I can’t do it!” Both star-haired boys understood and hugged him “We know, we love you too! With all our hearts” both said at the same time.
It was when Atem came back from the afterlife. He knew both Yugi and Joey were waiting for his return and he decided to have a relationship with the two men he cherished the most in this world.
“This is so cheesy… but I mean it, if someone ever hurts you I’ll kick their butts in a duel! And if they wanna fight I’ll fight!” Joey shouts while both Yugi and Atem nod, kissing each his cheeks.
Joey almost faints
“Oh no! Are you okay?” Yugi asked with worry in his voice “I think… it will take time for him to process it, Partner” Atem replied as he checked their lover is ok.
It was the beginning of a beautiful thing for the years to come.
22- Camp (Kuribohshipping)
At Judai’s request, he wanted to experience the journey of Yugi’s past in the Duelist Kingdom. So Yugi made arrangements with Pegasus’s help to go with him to the island which surprisingly was still intact.
By camping for a couple of days while bringing all they needed.
“My friends and I made so many memories here” Yugi mused by watching the campfire, his expression was unreadable. Judai’s eyes connected to his as he knew little details of what happened.
According to Duel Academia’s information. Yugi won fair and square in the tournament and was titled Duel King.
“I believe there’s more than just that, right?” Judai sits at the log to hear the real story. “Yes, actually Pegasus forced Atem and me to participate by stealing my grandpa’s soul. The prize money went to my best friend’s sister's operation and all of this… was because Pegasus wanted to take Kaiba Corporation for his dream to see his beloved wife who passed away a lot of years ago…”
Yugi’s eyes were focused on the fire which became slightly bigger, as if it could read the heart of the king of duelists.
Judai was speechless, by instinct he stood up and brought himself to hug him. “I’m sorry if you had to recall such painful memories… I-“ his words were interrupted by a kiss.
Short and sweet, so he could forget the little tears forming in his eyes, his glasses helped to cover it up though.
“It’s alright, the past is the past. Now let’s do something to eat, I’m starving” Yugi separated himself from Judai’s grip and smiled.
The moon blessed them that night.
23- Wedding (Blindshipping)
It was their big day, where their hearts would become one once again, where their vows would be spoken to the world.
Yugi was so nervous he thought he could be over it but, the fact it was his now fiancée, who he had known for so many years and shared so many stories with was going to be his husband.
“Yugi! Are you ready?” Was the voice of his best friend knocking on the door “One minute!” He shouted.
On the other side…
“I’m marrying my partner, I’m marrying my partner, I’m marrying my partner” Atem was a mess. His mind racing with that single thought for hours, he had his attire ready and everything so it was as perfect as possible.
He took a deep breath and stood up. He was a proud duelist and also a past great pharaoh. He can do something as simple as a ceremony.
A wedding for him and Yugi’s eternal love.
24- Baking (Puzzleshipping)
Yugi had a task he was going to do his best. To bake a cake for Yami as a thanks for all he had done for him.
“Okay, I can do this… one cup of flour, two eggs, one-third of butter…” he measures the ingredients by the notes Anzu left him. He believed he could do it. Then at the moment the batter was done mixing he poured it into the heart-shaped mold and sent it into the oven.
He takes off his apron and leaves for a moment. The thing was that a cake needed constant attention and Yugi decided to visitó the soul room to find his other self in deep thought.
“What are you thinking, other me?” Yugi asked and Yami didn’t even notice that he was into that “Oh, I’m sorry partner” he smiled and asked why Yugi was there “I wanted to tell you thanks for always being there for me and…”
“Is it me or does it smell of burning?” And Yugi’s eyes snap open “Wasaaahhh!!! The cake!” He leaves immediately and Yami with a puzzled expression “Cake?”.
Lucky for Yugi it didn’t burn that much, only at the bottom he took a bread knife and cut it out to cover it with the buttercream.
It was a small cake but it was made with love and a Kuriboh drawing at the center. Yami changed sides with him and saw the pastry while smiling softly “Thank you, partner, I’m also thankful for you being the light in my life, I’ll take this cake and enjoy it” Yugi’s smile with some tears in his eyes were for the fact he could make his other half happy.
25- Voice (Puzzleshipping)
“Doesn’t you find it funny we sound almost the same?” Yugi commented as he finished constructing his deck for the next tournament as he’s an honored guest as the king of games.
“Yeah, just that my voice is deeper and louder” Yami chuckles from the other line of the video call. He was on a trip to Egypt to help with the exhibition of the millennium items. “Yeah, and you’re loud in bed too…” puffing his cheeks, Yugi pouts.
Yami then cleared his throat “I’ll talk to you later, partner. Be sure to have your body ready for when I come back” and the line was cut off. Yugi’s pale cheeks turned cherry red.
26- Photographs (Monarchshipping)

Atem couldn’t help himself as his rose-red eyes were watching Yami’s photos. They were great with attention to detail and it exudes warmth and passion. But, also the loneliness of a man who wanted to be loved while his dream of building a family is deeply engraved into his heart.
Atem knows and hopes he’s the one he can have a chance with. “Hm? Are my photos that interesting, Muffin? It makes me happy you’re watching them” Yami chuckles while his mission to surprise Atem by being behind the chair is a complete success. Atem gasped and tried to hide the photos he was watching on the table. Yami finds that cute.
As an apology, he kissed him passionately and offered cuddles on the sofa. They knew Monday was coming which meant back to work but, both needed this little time to share their hearts.
27- Road (Starshipping)
Judai enjoys the rides with Yusei at night.
The wind on his face, the roar of engines and his boyfriend being the best in the world. He can’t think of anything else.
Except what if the time travel didn’t happen, or the Paradox incident where he, Yusei, and Yami had to take care of the world not being consumed by darkness again? The thought alone caused his smile to fade.
He clings to Yusei’s jacket on which the other can feel what’s he thinking so he steps on the accelerator to increase the speed “Waaah!” Judai screams for the sudden change and then he notices the smile on Yusei’s face, he does it for his sake.
The road to their relationship has just begun.
28- Game Night (Synchroshipping)
“Do you think you can beat me?” Yami chuckled by the headset, his confidence over the roof. “I’ll do my best” Yusei replied. The two were going to give their all because the loser had to do anything the other said for a week.
And Yami wants Yusei for himself, so he can’t afford to lose.
Four matches of Street Fighter 6 and Yusei won two out of four, and Yami as well so it was a tie. Yami likes to use Cammy as the main while Yusei uses Juri. So it was a heated competition.
“Ok, how about we leave it like this and we go grab something to eat?” Yami spoke with ragged breath, while Yusei calmly agreed and both left the voice chat.
29- North (Starshipping)
“A north point” Judai mused to himself as he checked the map on his phone. He doesn’t understand this riddle Yusei left him for their next encounter. He starts his red D-wheel and roams around the north of Neo Domino City. By the time he arrived, it was a hill where the Stardust Dragon user was there. Waiting for him.
“I’m glad you could solve it,” Yusei said while closing his eyes and smiling a bit.
“I bet you got that habit from the pharaoh aren’t you?” He huffs and after getting his breath back he can see what Yusei meant “That place over there is Satellite, I grew up there… alongside Jack and Crow. We had hard times but by believing in the future we could manage somehow” Yusei tells Judai who was surprised.
That such a talented duelist had such a sad childhood. He knew about his father and Zero Reverse. He thinks the important people in his life have such pasts while he thought it was all fun and games.
“Judai-san, I wanted to say that thanks to you I found my north” Yusei comes closer and holds his red jacket to kiss his forehead by moving some brown hair. “I’m glad, hey let’s have w fuel now that we’re here!” Judai beams and Yusei accepts.
Sometimes his boyfriend can be the brightest star and Yusei can find direction on what to do, especially with duels.
30- Morning (Blindshipping)
Yugi finds mornings hard to wake up.
Atem doesn’t as he’s a morning person himself. He tries his best to let his precious partner sleep, but his little one loves to cling to him like a koala.
Atem finds that so cute he can’t just get up without giving some kisses and whispering sweet nothings. When those big lavender eyes open up to meet the crimson ones is something between them that just makes them smile as Yugi sighs “Good morning, my other self” he added the affectionate nickname while Atem pets his hair “Good morning, partner.
