Work Text

The sun was barely visible through the hazy sky casting a soft glow over the stadium as the two teams lined up tension thick in the air. On one side Jimin stands tall, his posture perfect as his eyes slide over the other team lined up with Jungkook standing in the front. A grin pulled on Jimin’s lips but it wasn’t a humorous one, it was one that showed determination to win. This wasn’t the time to laugh, he needed to win and his focus was sharp.

On the opposite side Jungkook stretched, bouncing lightly on his feet. His eyes met with Jimin’s across the field and he could see the determination and silent challenge flash through Jimin’s eyes. It was always like this, a silent battle passing between them that no one on the stadium could see but Jungkook could, he could always see Jimin’s silent words. The whistle blew, the sound sharp and commanding and the game began.

Jungkook is standing on first base having hit the ball back and he sees Jimin smirk at him, the ball is being sent back and he doesn't have a chance to focus on what Jimin is saying because he wants to win, he bats the ball and he’s running past Jimin to second base.

Jimin smirks, “Is that all you’ve got Kook? You normally run every two bases but you seem to only be running to the next one.”

Jungkook huffs, “Shut up Jimin, I'm trying to focus.” Not that he truly can with Jimin so close in the vicinity but he’s sure as hell gonna try. He rubs his temples and gets ready for the next bat, he hits it and this time since Jimin is so set on remembering his running he’s gonna make it to base four. He pushes the speed in his legs making it to base three and gives himself one last push making it to base four. He’s just gotta make it back to home.

Jimin’s smirk doesn’t fade as he watches Jungkook struggle. His fingers gently trace the edge of his bat, a casual motion that seems innocent enough. But Jungkook sees the way his gaze lingers, the way Jimin’s lips curl just slightly, and it’s enough to throw him off course again.

“Dammit.” he huffs. Jimin is already on base three, stupid Jimin with the pretty smile and eyes, stupid Jimin with the softest looking hair. He turns his head not looking at Jimin anymore because if he does he’ll lose focus. He pulls his head back but it's not too long before he’s distracted again, “Dammit.”

Jimin grins watching Jungkook who’s lost in thought and not at all subtly staring at him and missing his chance to run. He’s cute, all doe eyes and pretty pouts whenever his team loses or he’s super deep in thought. Too bad Jungkook is both straight and both of them are in a predominately hetero mostly non homo accepting sport. Seeing that Jungkook very hardly stares at him he decides to be a tease.

Jimin's eyes never leave Jungkook’s as he turns more towards him deliberately parting his lips and slowly letting his tongue swipe across his lips and going a step farther to nibble on his lips. He can see Jungkook’s eyes follow every motion and he sees the moment Jungkook is so transfixed that he loses focus.

It’s his turn to bat and he takes Jungkook being distracted as his chance to make it all the way back to home base marking his team's win.

Jungkooks focus returns but by the time it does Jimin is back at home and winking and blowing him a kiss making his blood rise. “Dammit, I was supposed to win.”

Per game rules both the teams walk up and shake hands but before turning Jimin leans over and whispers “You’re so cute when you’re pouting. Be careful because that makes me wanna kiss you.”

Jungkook bristles, his neck and up goes red. Jungkook feels his face flush, a mix of frustration and something else that he can’t quite name. His hand tightens into a fist at his side, his breath caught in his chest. “I don’t want you to kiss me,” the words came out more sharply than he intended. “I like girls.”
His voice is forced, but the faint tremor gives him away.

Jimin smirks, “You say that but your pretty eyes are always on me .” and then Jimin spins on his heel and they walk to the locker rooms. Jungkook and his team follow behind them to the locker rooms as well.

“Pretty. PrettyPrettyPretty. Cute. Cute.”

Those two words repeat in his mind, he’s been called a-lot of things, ‘Handsome, sexy, hot, king, daddy, etc etc,’ but never has pretty nor cute been associated with him, it makes him feel kinda tingly but it’s throwing him off that it’s another man evoking these feeling in him. He should’ve denied but he didn't. Why didn't he?

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Most of the people have left the locker room and he’s pretty sure it’s mostly empty so he can go in now. He enters the locker room finding the cleanest shower shampoo and body wash in hand. He can hear another shower going off but he’s not worried about it, he lets the hot water relax his muscles for a while and then he washes his body. He turns his water off and he hears the other shower turn off as well. He dries his hair and wraps the towel around his waist stepping out and sliding his shower sandals on.

He walks to his gym bag and pulls his clothes out, he turns around and that was a bad bad idea because he sees Jimin also wrapped in a towel with water droplets dripping down his golden tanned back and his hair dripping wet.

Jimin turns around feeling the eyes on his back and he turns around to see it’s pretty doe eyed Jungkook whose eyes are impossibly bigger and darker as his eyes trace down his body. Jimin smirks, “Well someone looks like they like what they see.” he bites his lip.

Jungkook immediately snaps out of it pulling his boxers underneath his towel and then dropping the towel to pull his sweats on. “I- I do not. I told you already that I like girls.”

Jimin steps forward towards kook and sets a hand on his waist and leans into his ear, “You say that but you look at my body with desire.” He smirks. “You're staring so hard right now, wonder how you’d react if I really gave you something to look at.”
He pulls back, a devilish smile on his face. “Careful pretty boy, looking at me like that can be dangerous, makes me think you want something from me.”

Jungkook feels his pulse quicken, the heat in his face traveling all the way down to his chest. He steps back abruptly, his towel slipping a little before he clutches it tighter around his waist. "I don't want anything from you," he snaps, his voice higher than he'd intended, betraying the nervous flutter in his stomach.

Jimin just grins, tilting his head slightly, his damp hair framing his face. "If you say so," he replies smoothly, his voice carrying a teasing edge. "But I don’t think your eyes got the memo, pretty boy."

Jungkook swallows hard, refusing to meet Jimin's gaze. Jimin chuckles softly, leaning casually against the lockers, his towel still hanging low on his hips. His gaze lingers just a second too long before he turns away.

Jungkook grabs his bag in a huff, muttering under his breath as he storms out of the locker room. But even as he walks away, Jimin’s words cling to him, swirling in his mind like smoke he can’t clear.

“Pretty boy.”

No one had ever called him that before, let alone said it with such ease, such audacity. It makes him feel strangely vulnerable, like Jimin sees something in him he’s not ready to acknowledge. His cheeks burn hotter, and for the first time, he’s not sure if it’s anger or something else entirely.

When Jungkook reaches the parking lot, the cool evening air does little to calm his racing heart. He throws his bag into the backseat of his car and sits behind the wheel, gripping it tightly. "He's messing with me," Jungkook mutters to himself. "That’s all it is. He’s just messing with me." Despite coming to that conclusion Jungkook is horny but he'll have to wait till he gets home.

He parks his car getting out and locking the door, he goes inside and drops his stuff on the living room floor quickly going to his room and jumping on his bed, he’s horny and he needs release so he opens up google and searches, he finds a video with a pretty girl and he gets about 5 minutes in before he realizes it’s not helping. It’s not invoking any feeling in him at all, it’s turning him off more than it’s turning him on.

He tries another search, this time it’s two boys and that works. He jerks off but then his mind wanders to someone else, more specifically Jimin. He wonders if Jimin would be the one giving, or maybe he’d rather receive, he imagines kisses and that it’s jimin's hand on his cock instead of his own. He uses the dirty words from the videos and imagines Jimins saying it to him and that’s the last thing bringing him to release.

He can’t believe he jerked off to the thought of a man, his head is spinning and he needs to wash it off, what has he done? He quickly walks to the shower, having the water on boiling hot and scrubbing his skin.

Jungkook stands under the scalding stream of water, his head bowed and his hands braced against the shower tiles. The heat stings his skin, but it doesn't drown out the whirlwind of emotions crashing through him. His breath is uneven, his chest rising and falling as if he just ran a marathon. He scrubs at his body like he’s trying to erase not just the sweat and dirt from his workout but the very memory of what he’d just done.

What is wrong with me?

His mind replays the scene in the locker room: Jimin’s teasing smirk, the way the water droplets trailed down his golden skin, the confidence with which he’d leaned in, whispered those provocative words. Jungkook groans, squeezing his eyes shut, but the images refuse to leave. Instead, they shift into something more intimate, something more daring—the feel of Jimin's lips brushing his neck, the press of his body against Jungkook’s own.

“No,” Jungkook mutters under his breath, his hands curling into fists. "Stop it. Stop thinking about him like that."

But his body betrays him again. The heat pooling low in his stomach refuses to dissipate, and despite the punishing heat of the water, his thoughts spiral deeper into forbidden territory. He clenches his jaw, trying to push it all down, trying to bury it beneath layers of denial and self-control.

It’s just the stress,

he tells himself.

That’s all it is. I’m overthinking. He got in my head with his stupid games, that’s all.

He finishes his shower in a hurry, drying off roughly and throwing on a pair of sweatpants and an oversized hoodie. He flops onto his bed, running a hand through his damp hair and staring at the ceiling.

He knows he should be disgusted with himself, ashamed even, but what scares him most is the small flicker of curiosity that refuses to die. Why had it felt...good? Why had imagining Jimin's voice, his touch, sent him over the edge so quickly?

Jungkook groans again, burying his face in his hands.

This is just a phase. It has to be. He’s messing with me, and my stupid brain is falling for it.

But even as he tries to convince himself, he knows deep down that this isn’t just about Jimin teasing him. There’s something else, something deeper, clawing its way to the surface. Something he’s not ready to face yet.

The realization hit him like a freight train, and it terrified him.

Jungkook lay back, staring at the ceiling as the weight of his thoughts pressed down on him. What was wrong with him? Why couldn’t he get Jimin out of his head? He groaned, throwing an arm over his eyes, but it did nothing to block out the truth.

He was in trouble.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

The gym is filled with tension as Coach Lee and Coach Minjun stood at the front, both exuding the quiet authority that demanded respect. The rivalry between their teams was reaching a new high and neither of the coaches was blind to the growing animosity. It was no secret that the two teams couldn’t stay in the same room together without hurling insults and dirty looks.

"Alright," Coach Lee started, his voice gruff but purposeful. "We’re taking the teams on a trip. Nine days. No practices. No competitions. Just some time away from the gym, away from the school, to... bond." He shot a sideways glance at Coach Minjun, who looked mildly amused by the suggestion.

"Bond," Coach Minjun repeated with a smirk. "The idea is simple. Less rivalry, more cooperation. You’d be surprised how much one can learn from their so-called ‘enemy’ when they’re not busy trying to one-up each other."

Coach Lee smiles, “and since I know how my team is and this may also go for Coach Minjun's team as well you’ve actually gotta do stuff with your partner, go to one place take a picture of you and your partner actually hanging out that has the time when you got there and after you got there or did your activity and send it to the groupchat, the time has gotta have a ten minute interval at the least between it.”

Coach Minjun nods, “The same goes for my team.”

Jungkook's eyebrows furrowed as he leaned back in his seat, exchanging a glance with his teammates. He was all for improving, but this felt a little too forced. They’d always been in competition—why suddenly change that dynamic?“Sounds like a waste of time,” Jungkook muttered under his breath, though he knew better than to speak out too loudly in front of the coaches.

But Jimin, sitting beside him, didn’t seem as bothered. His lips curled into that knowing smile, the one that always made Jungkook question whether he was up to something.

"Don’t be so quick to judge," Jimin whispered just loud enough for Jungkook to hear. "You might learn something... or someone."

Jungkook shot him a look, his chest tightening, but before he could respond, Coach Lee clapped his hands together.

“Alright, that’s settled. Teams will be paired together, and your assignment is simple: get along. No distractions, no petty fights. Just focus on teamwork and overcoming the rivalry. Got it?”

The meeting ended, and the athletes filed out into the hallway, some muttering their disbelief, others already plotting how to avoid the trip altogether.

Jungkook's mood was sour, but he couldn’t shake the feeling that Jimin had been looking at him differently ever since the meeting. That same unsettling glint in his eyes, like he was waiting for something, or someone.

By the time they boarded the bus, the tension was unbearable. The athletes were scattered throughout, with the majority of them avoiding eye contact, but Jimin, as usual, was an exception. He slid into the seat next to Jungkook, uninvited but entirely unbothered.

“You look upset pretty.”

Jungkook rolls his eyes, “Of course not, why would I be upset at having to spend an entire week with my enemies?” he says in high sarcastics.

Jimin’s eyes darken not being a fan of Kook's sarcasm. “Stop the sarcasm before I stop it for you.”

Jungkook just rolls his eyes again. “As if you can really do anything.”

Jimin leans forward in his face, voice suddenly deepening. “Wanna test that?”

Jungkook is tired and annoyed so instead of answering he lays his head back and sighs.

Jimin is not a fan of Jungkook's attitude at all so he grips Jungkook's chin pulling his head down and saying, "Don't think I won't put you in your place pretty boy." Jimin mutters, his voice low and commanding. He holds Jungkook's gaze, his fingers tight around his chin.

Jungkook huffs and then nods before finally pulling his face from Jimin's grip.

Jimin isn’t satisfied with that but he’ll leave Kook alone for now.

The ride to the hotel actually only took a day but to Jungkook being forced to sit beside Jimin it felt like years, he felt Jimin's eyes on him occasionally but refused to look back and make eye contact, he would feel Jimin's hand or arm brush against him and he could tell it was purposeful.

But finally, finally they were pulling into the parking lot of a really nice hotel. Jungkook was itching to get out of his seat but to his disdain the coaches stood up and started talking.

Coach Lee starts first, “The hotel we’re at is called Nine Tree, this hotel is quite luxurious and has pools, free wifi, and good food. This place also has nice attractions and places to go nearby as well so you’ll easily be able to get your picture too.”

Coach Minjun adds on “And by the way you guys are sharing rooms,” That elicits groans from both the teams but mainly from Coach Lee’s team. “Oh hush you princesses. But as I was saying you will have to share rooms but most of you have two bedroom rooms, a few of you will have to share a room though because they ran out of double bedrooms on the same floor, as I call your name Coach Lee will give you your barcode which both of you will scan and you’ll be able to receive your keycards at the front desk.”

“Jimin and Jungkook.

Hobi and Yoongi.

Taemin and Yugyeom.

Seonghan and Yonge.

Jin and Namjoon.

Taehyung and Wooshik”

(There's more pairs but they’re not important so I don’t see the importance to add the rest in)

Jimin and Jungkook walk in first showing their barcodes and being sent to room 103.

Jimin holds out his hand with a grin, “Would you like me to carry your bag too? You seem too princessy to be made to do it yourself.”

Jungkook huffs, “You asshole, I can do it myself thank you very much.”

Jimin laughs.

Jungkook pouts the whole way there.

I can't believe we’ve gotta share a room.

He says to himself with a sigh.

Jimin grins, “well, you better believe it.”

They get to the room and Jimin pulls out his keycard holding it on the sensor and pushing the door open. “Oo this is quite-” his sentence is cut off when he sees the one bed upon walking farther into the room eyes laced with very high amusement. Just to get under Jungkook’s skin he calls out to Jungkook, “This is really really nice.”

Jungkook gets all the way in and sees what Jimin is talking about. “Why’d we get the one bed?! I can’t be in one bed with you!”

Jimin laughs, “Why not? Afraid you’ll like it a little too much?”

Jungkook’s face turns red and he splutters. “N-no i-i would ne-”

Jimin stops Kook’s struggling. “Relax, I was just playing with you. We can be grown up men and simply sleep on different sides.”

Jungkook turns his head with a huff. “Orrr you can sleep on the floor.”

Jimin grins, “Well that’s definitely not happening so either you sleep on the floor or man up and sleep in the bed with me.”

Jungkook rolls his eyes, “Fine. But if you touch me I'll kick you so hard in the balls you won't be able to have any kids.”

Jimin smirks and leans into Kook’s ear, “Be careful, I might like that.”

Jungkook pushes him away and mutters, “You’re disgusting.”

Jimin laughs, “Only for you.” and then goes and starfishes on the bed.

Jungkook rolls his eyes, “Get off the bed, you’ll dirty my side with your germs.”

Jimin smiles, “Then how about we shower together.”

Jungkooks face goes bright red and his mouth drops. “Yo- you- wha- eww. Go shower by yourself, nasty.”

Jimin full body laughs but gets up and grabs his shower stuff.

“And anyways I would never shower with a boy” Jungkook says ignoring the fact that he felt his stomach flutter when Jimin asked.

Jimin looks at him getting his pants, “Are you sure? I mean you never know, maybe you’d like showering with boys more than you do with girls.” He smirks.

Jungkook forces something akin to disgust on his face but his belly stirs in interest. “I would never.”

Jimin smiles, “Suit yourself.” And he walks to the bathroom, closing the door.

Jungkook hears the water turn on but then he hears the door open and looks to see Jimin half dressed head peeking out asking, “Are you sure you don’t wanna join?”

Jungkook rolls his eyes and grabs a pillow off Jimin's side and throws it at the door causing Jimin to shut the door with a laugh.

Jungkook slouched on the couch, his phone in hand, though he wasn’t really looking at the screen. His thumb scrolled aimlessly, his mind far away, consumed by thoughts of the conversation he just had with Jimin.

His heart was still pounding from the odd flutter in his chest when Jimin had mentioned showering together. The teasing tone in Jimin's voice kept replaying in his head, the smirk, the way his words seemed to hit a little too close to home.

Stop it, Jungkook,

he thought, feeling the heat rise to his face.

You’re not like that. There’s no way you’d ever think about...

His thoughts trailed off, and his grip on the phone tightened involuntarily.

The sound of running water from the bathroom didn’t help. It reminded him of everything he was trying to ignore. He shifted uncomfortably on the couch, trying to focus on the screen in front of him, but nothing was registering. His fingers swiped down the screen mechanically, but his thoughts kept going back to Jimin.

Jimin had been so calm, so... casual about everything. Like he knew exactly how to get under Jungkook’s skin. It annoyed Jungkook, but also...

god

... something else stirred within him, something that he didn’t want to acknowledge. He shook his head, muttering under his breath.

“Why the hell does he have to be like that?” he mumbled to himself, frustration creeping into his voice. The teasing, the smirks, the way Jimin always seemed so... confident, so comfortable in his own skin. It made Jungkook feel like he was unraveling, like the pieces of the world he’d always understood were slowly slipping away.

Focus. Just focus on something else,

he told himself. But no matter how hard he tried, his mind kept coming back to Jimin's teasing words and the way his body reacted, against his will.

He threw a glance at the bathroom door, as if willing the situation to just disappear.

I don’t want to think about him like that. I’m not—

He stopped himself, swallowing the thought, his throat suddenly tight.

A noise from the bathroom—Jimin singing some random tune—made Jungkook roll his eyes and shove the phone aside. He needed a distraction, something to get his mind off everything that had just happened. He stood up, pacing the room, his thoughts still tangled in a mess he didn’t want to untangle.

But deep down, a small voice in his head whispered,

Maybe you do want to think about him that way.

“No, I don’t,” Jungkook muttered aloud, shaking his head fiercely. His fingers dug into the back of the couch as he squeezed his eyes shut.

Focus. Just focus.

“No. No, I don’t.”

But his pulse was still hammering in his ears, and the ache in his chest? It wouldn’t go away. He needed to ignore it. He had to. The longer he sat there, though, the more he realized that something inside him was... shifting. No matter how hard he tried to convince himself, it was becoming harder and harder to pretend it was just annoyance whenever Jimin was near. The lines were blurring, and he didn’t like it.

The sound of the water stopping broke him from his spiraling thoughts. For a moment, he stared at the door, his body stiff. He quickly forced his gaze away, pretending to focus on his phone once more. But his brain, as usual, had a different plan. His eyes were

compelled

to glance back toward the door.

And there he was.

Jimin stood in the doorway, towel slung low around his waist, droplets of water dripping from his hair. His skin was glistening, and every inch of him looked...

too

perfect. Jungkook’s heart skipped a beat, and

damn it

, he looked hot. Too hot.

Jimin’s eyes sparkled with mischief as he caught Jungkook’s stare. “You think so?” he teased, his head tilting slightly, a knowing smirk curling at the corners of his lips.

Jungkook froze, his face burning red as the weight of the situation hit him all at once. He had been caught, no doubt about it. And worse...

Jimin heard him.

“No!” Jungkook blurted, his voice coming out way too high-pitched. He snapped his head away, his eyes darting around the room as if he could find something—anything—to focus on. Anything but Jimin. His heart was thudding in his chest, and the panic of being exposed made his body feel too hot.

Jimin walks closer to Jungkook leaning over the couch one hand on the back of the sofa and the other beside Kook's waist. “Why don’t you look a little closer sweetheart because you don’t seem too sure about that “no’.”

Jimin sees Jungkook’s eyes travel down his body then sliding back up pausing and staring at his lips, he nibbles them then sticks his tongue to swipe out teasingly against his bottom lip. “You wanna taste them?” and he tilts his head over.

Jungkook goes red (again). “Ew no. I told you I like women, why would I want to kiss your lips if I like women?” as he continues to stare at Jimins lips. It’s like he doesn't even realize himself what he’s doing.

Jimin smiles coyly. “You know you say that but every time I look at you you’re staring at my lips, and it’s not a gentle stare it’s like you're trying to make them get up off my face and walk over to you with how hard you stare.”

Jungkook huffs. “I do not stare at your lips and even if I did you are severely over dramatizing it.” and he turns his head away. He turns back, eyes briefly glancing at Jimin’s lips but catching himself and meeting somewhere near Jimin’s eyes. “And I need to shower so move out the way.” And he pushes Jimin and walks over to get his stuff.

Jimins not a fan of the shove so he walks over to Jungkook standing behind him and sliding one hand up to Kook's neck slightly gripping and the other hand grips Jungkook’s waist and he pulls Jungkook back into his chest leaning over lips right near his ear. “Mm you better fix that attitude cutie before I fix it for you.”

Jungkook gasps and something in him makes him nod. “S-sorry” He stutters out but then huffs at himself. “What am I apologizing for and get off me.”

Jimin grins. “Little boy likes being choked huh?” And then he lets go.

“No! Shut up!... And don’t call me that!” And then Jungkook turns around taking his stuff and walks to the bathroom.

Jimin holds his hand up, counting down from three. “3. 2. 1.”

Jungkook turns back around. “Forgot my pants.” He grabs his pants then walks (stomps) back to the bathroom.

Jimin giggles and puts his clothes on.

Jungkook’s enjoying his only moment of peace when he realizes something.

Why’d Jimin take clothes with him if he was just going to walk out wrapped in a towel? Tease.

Jungkook looks over upon hearing the door open and covers his privates. “AH why’re you in here?!”

Jimin shrugs. “Had to brush my teeth, you were taking a long time.” And then he turns around completely indifferent to a naked Jungkook still covering himself in the shower.

Jimin’s eyes catch Jungkook’s in the mirror and he pulls the toothbrush out, looks down Kook’s body in the mirror, licks his lips and then winks before continuing to brush his teeth.

Jimin glances at Jungkook every couple minutes and he notices Jungkook has been standing there (unsuccessfully) hiding himself so he spits then speaks. “Why’re you just standing there Honey? You’re wasting water.”

“Stop calling me that.” He grumbles.

Jimin chuckles. “You say that but your little cock twitched when I called you that.” He turns around spitting, then puts his toothbrush in the holder, turning back around to look at Jungkook, leaning on the counter.

Jungkook goes red but he also bristles too (and his cock twitches at being called little but no one has to know that). “My cock is not little, a-lot of people want a good seven inches thank you very fucking much.”

Jimin grins. “Little boy like you doesn’t even know how to use that pathetic little dick do you?”

“I know how to use my goddamn dick, would you please leave so I can shower in peace?!”

Jimin chuckles, “Fine, Fine.” and he walks out.

Jungkook stepped out of the bathroom, towel in hand, still damp from his shower. The air felt cool against his skin, but the real chill came from the nervous flutter in his chest. He’d just finished washing up, but something held him back from changing into his clothes—namely, the fact that Jimin was sitting on the bed. On

his

side of the bed.

He quickly grabbed his shirt and pants off the nearby chair, tugging them on with haste, trying his best not to look at Jimin. He wasn’t sure why, but the thought of changing in front of Jimin made him feel... shy. Even though they’d been through so much already, something about the calm way Jimin was sitting there, looking so perfectly relaxed, made Jungkook feel suddenly self-conscious.

When he finally dressed, he took a deep breath and stepped into the bedroom, hoping he wasn’t making a complete fool of himself. The moment he entered, though, his attention was immediately stolen by the sight before him.

Jimin was sitting casually on his side of the bed, legs crossed comfortably, and his bare face glowing in the soft golden-orange light that filtered through the window. The sunlight framed him perfectly, making him look even more ethereal than usual. His hair fell gently around his face, his skin glowing softly, and his eyes... Jungkook’s breath caught when they locked onto his. There was a serene beauty to Jimin in that moment—something that took the air out of his lungs.

Jungkook stood frozen at the doorway for a moment, eyes tracing every detail. Jimin looked impossibly beautiful, almost unreal. And for the first time in a long time, Jungkook felt his heart skip a beat.

Jimin, sensing the weight of Jungkook's gaze, lifted his eyes slowly from where they had been focused on his phone. He caught sight of Jungkook standing in the doorway, and a small, knowing smile spread across his lips. His voice, soft and teasing, cut through the silence. "You're staring at me, cutie," he said, the words almost a challenge, his eyes glinting with amusement.

Jungkook’s entire body stiffened, and his face went red in an instant. He quickly looked away, as though the heat of his embarrassment could somehow be hidden by avoiding Jimin’s gaze. “No, I didn’t… wasn’t...” His voice cracked slightly as he tried to explain himself, but the words felt tangled, just like the flustered mess inside him. His eyes darted to the floor, as if he could avoid the situation entirely by pretending it wasn’t happening.

Jimin’s smile deepened at Jungkook’s reaction. The younger man’s attempt to act casual only made Jimin’s teasing nature come to the forefront. He leaned back against the headboard, watching the way Jungkook struggled to regain his composure, and his smile softened slightly. “Aww, Cuties embarrassed,” Jimin teased, his voice warm but still playful. “You can look, you know. It’s not like I’m going to bite... unless you want me to.”

Jungkook’s heart raced, and his entire body felt like it was on fire. He could feel his cheeks burning as he fumbled with the collar of his shirt, trying to adjust it, anything to distract himself. "I—I'm not... I wasn’t looking!" he protested again, his voice more panicked now, but his desperate denial was only making it worse.

Jimin chuckled at the sight of Jungkook’s flustered state, clearly enjoying the effect he was having on him. He could tell Jungkook was trying his best to play it off, but the blush on his cheeks and the way he kept glancing at him—then quickly looking away—made it clear that the younger man was more than just a little affected.

Jimin’s expression softened slightly, and he leaned forward just a little, eyes never leaving Jungkook’s face. “It’s okay,” he said, voice gentle now, though the teasing still lingered in his tone. “You don’t have to hide it. You’re cute when you’re flustered.”

Jungkook’s face is red and he just huffs ignoring Jimin's words. He’s tired from traveling and dealing with Jimin so he just goes and lies down. He turns on his side and relaxes and eventually he feels the bed shift under Jimin’s weight because he’s turning and getting comfortable as well.

“Jimin?”

“Yes Honey?”

“Why do you always flirt with me and tease me?”

Jimin sighs. “Because you're cute, but also because I see myself in you. I find you endearing, especially when you get all pouty and try to ignore me but it’s like you're constantly pulled back to me every time you try to run.”

“Okay, so what’s your end goal, what do you want from me?”

Jimin turns towards Jungkook and Jungkook is shocked when he’s lifted and rolled over facing Jimin. “What I want by the end of this is you and also for you to realize what you truly are.”

Jungkook is curious now. “What do you mean?”

“I know you want to stay in your comfort zone and deny but I see you Kook, I see the way you stare at me and I see the way you stare at those gay couples that we sometimes pass by, longingly. You don’t stare at women the way you stare at boys and I know that even if you don’t fully have interest in me you're curious. And don’t even get me started on the way your body reacts to me.”

“My body does not react!” Jungkook says, not because it’s true but simply because he wants to be in denial for a couple more seconds. But his brain goes back and unfortunately he can pinpoint most of these exact moments. His brain brings up how he’d broke up with his girlfriend because he just didn’t feel anything, how he looked at multiple women and had to convince himself he liked them when truly he only admired them, how a knot would form in his belly whenever Jimin got all assertive on him, how the idea of being manhandled stirs something within him in arousal. But then he remembers his self hatred, the pain he inflicted on himself to punish himself for having interest in another boy, the way he’d been broken down by his parents when he showed the smallest sign according to them back then.

Jimin smiles softly, “It does though Kookie, when I get close you don’t notice it but you body freezes up and your eyes get all hazy, I could be minding my business and feel you stare at me from miles away, and lets not forget about how you literally missed your win because you were too focused on my lips.”

Jungkook huffs. “Okay maybe it does a little bit but why do you want me?”

Jiimin grins and reaches a hand out pushing some of kook's hair behind his hair, it wasn’t teasing for once, it felt more… gentle.

“Because you’re adorable, I mean, do I really have to describe yourself to you because I can.”

Jungkook, loving to be praised, nods with a small smile playing on his face.

Jimin laughs, “You gotta praise kink huh?”

Jungkook gasps in mock offense as he smacks Jimin’s arm. “NO.”

Jimin laughs again, head tilting back revealing his neck where he has a couple tattoos, Jungook has a strong urge to reach out and lick them, his fingers twitched at the thought of touching Jimin’s neck, just where his tattoos began, and for a moment, the air between them thickened. He forced himself to keep his hands at his sides, though the temptation felt like a physical ache deep in his chest.

“Okay i’ll give in to your praise kink. Your eyes are so pretty and so, so expressive and your body is super sexy. Your voice is really pretty too and it makes me wonder how it’d sound moaning out my name,” Jungkook goes red as he seems to do around Jimin a-lot. “Your lips look so soft, so pretty, know they’d look even prettier, kiss bitten red.”

In a random burst of confidence Jungkook says, “ya think? Maybe you should kiss me and find out.”

Jimin is quickly straddling Jungkook hand on his chin pulling his face to face him and he grins widely. “Gladly.” and he presses his lips down, he pecks Kooks lips a couple times getting him used to it and then he pulls away laughing when Jungkook tries to follow him up but whines when the hand is securing him back down. “Baby whines so prettily, do you want more sweetheart?”

Jungkook nods.

“Ah ah baby, I need words.”

“Y-yes, Wan’ more.”

Jimin laughs and bends down pretending Kook is gonna get that kiss but then stops just above his lips. “I wanna hear please come from your mouth if you wanna get anything, or do I need to spank some manners into you?”

Jungkook whimpers and his cock twitches at the idea of being spanked.

“Baby wants to be spanked huh?”

Jungkook shakes his head lying “No No hyung. Wan you to kiss me more, p-please…” Jungkook waits a second and in a show to get more kisses he tacks on a “Hyung.”

Jimin coos, “you really want those kisses hmm? That’s cute but I need more baby, maybe I'll wait until you're begging me to kiss you.”

And then he gets off of Jungkook going to lay back on his side and turning to face the other way knowing Kook is probably looking at him.

“Jimin. Jimin hyung.” Jimin doesn’t respond. Jungkook huffs lying down on his side. “You’re an asshole for getting me worked up just to take it away.”

Jimin hums softly, utterly unbothered by Jungkook’s words as he nestles into the pillows. “An asshole, huh?” he repeats, his tone light and airy. “I seem to recall you enjoying yourself quite a bit just a moment ago.”

Jungkook glares at Jimin’s back, his lips pressing into a thin line. His body is still buzzing, his cheeks hot as he replays the way Jimin had him melting with just a few kisses—and then left him hanging, like it was the easiest thing in the world.

“You think it’s funny, don’t you?” Jungkook mutters, voice low and tinged with frustration. “Getting me all worked up, making me beg…”

Jimin’s shoulders shake with quiet laughter. “I do,” he admits, his tone unrepentant. “You’re adorable when you’re flustered, baby.”

Jungkook groans, dragging a hand through his hair. The pet names, the teasing, the smug tone in Jimin’s voice—it’s driving him insane. He shifts on the bed, propping himself up on one elbow to glare down at Jimin.

“You’re not going to win this, you know,” Jungkook says, his voice firm despite the flush on his cheeks. “I’m not gonna sit here begging all night like some desperate—”

Jimin rolls over suddenly, his brown eyes glinting with amusement as he interrupts Jungkook with a single, raised eyebrow. “Aren’t you, though?”

Jungkook freezes, his words caught in his throat.

“Desperate?” Jimin continues, his voice soft and taunting. “You’re already pouting, baby. You’re this close to crawling over here and begging me to finish what I started.”

“I’m not pouting,” Jungkook says quickly, but the way Jimin’s lips curl into a knowing smirk makes him question himself.

“Oh, you definitely are,” Jimin murmurs, reaching out to trace a finger along Jungkook’s jawline. The touch is featherlight, enough to send a shiver down Jungkook’s spine. “But don’t worry, I think it’s cute.”

Jungkook swallows hard, his breath hitching as Jimin’s finger drags down to his chin. “You’re impossible,” he mutters, though his voice lacks the bite he’s aiming for.

“And you’re adorable,” Jimin counters easily, his grin widening as he lets his hand fall away. “But you already knew that, didn’t you?”

Jungkook groans again, flopping back onto the bed and covering his face with his hands. “I hate you.”

Jimin laughs, the sound light and musical as he settles back onto his side. “No, you don’t,” he says softly, his voice carrying a hint of affection beneath the teasing.

Jungkook doesn’t respond, too busy trying to will away the blush on his cheeks and the heat in his body. But as Jimin shifts closer, their legs brushing under the blanket, Jungkook feels the frustration ebbing away just a little—replaced by the undeniable pull that always seems to draw him back to Jimin, no matter how infuriating he is.

“Goodnight, baby,” Jimin whispers, his tone sweet and laced with amusement.

Jungkook exhales sharply, his hands dropping away from his face as he turns his head to glare at Jimin’s smug, satisfied expression. “You’re really not gonna let me sleep tonight, are you?”

Jimin grins, his eyes twinkling with mischief. “That depends,” he says, his voice low and playful. “Are you gonna beg?”

Jungkook groans, dragging a pillow over his face to muffle his frustrated yell, while Jimin’s soft laughter fills the room.

The laughter quiets down and even though he’s still mad at not getting his real kiss but he’s grateful for the little form of affection in the leg that Jimin has pressed against him.

He adjusts his position making sure his leg stays touching Jimins and finally drifts off to sleep.
