It was a late Friday night and Addy was on her way to her doctor's appointment, it was nothing too crazy…..just a check up. She didn’t have a frequent doctor, probably because she had a bit of a budget. So she rotated between doctors, the doctor she was seeing was a doctor by the name of Dr. Fear. She didn’t think too much on what she thought was his last name, though she did wonder why this appointment was at night.As she was driving, she was on the phone with her friend Andrea, or well Andy as she called her.“If anything happens, just call me. I wasn’t born in Milwaukee for no reason.” Her friend said.“I know.” She replied, turning down this road that was a bit empty.“Well, I’m almost here I think. So I’ll talk to ya later Andy.”“See ya, Sisky.” Her friend spoke, saying that nickname she knew all too well. Soon enough Andrea hung up. Addy finally saw the doctor's office approaching, but it didn’t look like your usual medical building. The outside looked old and there was a bunch of nature growing up the walls. She even seemed to notice there were a few broken windows.She thought about this for a second, was a check up that important at the moment? But then again she already paid for the appointment, she couldn’t just waste her money like that. She sighed and parked her car, taking her phone out of the pocket of her shorts.She dialed the doctor's number again and waited, soon enough he picked up.“Hey, I’m at the address….are you sure you didn’t send me to the wrong place?” She asked, looking over at the old abandoned looking building.“Oh I see your car, so you’re at the right place.” The doctor spoke, he sounded like he was away from the phone.“Okay, well where do I even enter?” Addy asked, getting out of her car and locking it. She felt like something was up, but she couldn’t waste her money. She ran her hand through the wavy curls in her hair, waiting for an answer.“Go towards the right side, there will be a light on near the door.” The doctor spoke.“Ok-” She was about to speak. But then he interrupted her, “Oh and go to the first door on the right when you get in there.”
Bastard, is what she thought when he interrupted her, but it was whatever. She just brushed it off and before she could say anything else, he hung up on her, “Well, damn….Okay then dude.” She spoke to herself, turning on the flashlight of her phone so she could find the way in.Soon enough, a few minutes after searching around the right side…..there it was, the light near the door. She quickly got over there and opened it, going inside. But once she stepped inside, it was even colder than it was outside She quickly turned off her phone’s flashlight, stuffing it into her pocket.“It’s fucking freezing, what the hell?!” She spoke, shivering as she went to the first door on the right. She opened her mouth to speak again as she looked around, but then she saw what looked like a note sitting on the counter.Hey there, Sisky. I may be late. Though, you should definitely make yourself comfortable before I get there. We have a long night ahead of us.Is what the note read.“What the?!” She whispered under her breath, wondering how this doctor knew her nickname. I mean yeah it was based off her last name, but only her friends called her that. What else she thought was weird is the note saying “We have a long night ahead of us.”....What did he mean by that? This was just a check up right?...Right?She just brushed it off as her just being crazy in the head. Instead, she decided to go over to the medical chair to sit down. She sat down and leaned back, looking around patiently. Yet she was super impatient to get this over with. “Man, where is he?” She spoke to herself, just looking around the dimly lit room.Then the sound of a door came, and her head whipped over to its direction. She was NOT expecting what she saw at the door. Standing at the door was what looked like a clown dressed like a doctor? Yet, what really scared her was the fact he had blood stains on him. The kind that looked like fingers prints slipping…“W..Where’s Doctor Fear?” Addy shakily spoke, looking at the clown doctor.“I’m right here, Sisky.” Doctor Fear had spoken, saying that nickname with a bit of a sinister tone. But what else that really made Addy feel off was the fact that now she could hear his voice clearer, that he sounded so fucking familiar.Doctor Fear started to approach the medical chair, making Addy back up in her seat. “I don’t know who you are, but I’m seriously not trying to get frisky with anyone right now! I came here for a check up!” She exclaimed, eyes widened and hands out in defense.“Oh honey dip…., you really didn’t think this through did you?” He asked her, stepping much closer and leaning over the chair. Addy’s eyes widened even more into a confused expression, the nickname “Honey Dip” was something an ex boyfriend of hers would always call her.“And I know you’re on that whole budget you always talked about, but seriously? You could have booked with someone else, you could’ve done your research.” He kept speaking, as if wanting Addy to do better.“Of course it’s you Mike, you and your sick fucking fantasies!” Addy spat.“Oh sweetheart don’t call me Mike, I’m Doctor Fear tonight.” He grinned, a red grin.“And don’t act like you didn’t want this to happen, I know you can’t get over what happened between us.” He spoke, an honest tone.Addy grumbled at his words and was actually irritated. But she knew he was right, she couldn’t get over their relationship…..and it seems neither could he.“I mean, that break up sex proved it all.” He added and she shook her head with another grumble.“Fuck you, Mike!” She said, in this biting tone.“Oh honey dip, it’s not my fault I was the best you ever had. I mean you did say it yourself.” Mike spoke.“And remember, I’m Doctor Fear tonight.” He reminded her and she just shook her head. But again, he was right…..He was the best she ever had.“Alright ‘Doctor Fear’…..what the hell do you want?” She spoke, wanting to get this over quick. He still gave her that stupid red grin, very glad she was going along with this.“Oh you know, you know exactly what I want.” Doctor Fear spoke, and Addy rolled her eyes.“Oh let me guess, you wanna bone me?” She asked, and he chuckled at the way she worded it.“Bingo, but I also really want to strap you to the chair while I do so…..Would you like that?” He asked, and she thought about it for a second. I mean maybe if she lets him have his way then maybe it’ll get her out of this irritating feeling.“You know what, sure. Do whatever you want.” She spoke in a huff, and his grin just grew at that.“Do whatever I want? Alright, if you say so.” He spoke in a slight shrug and she watched as he grabbed some straps out of his doctor’s bag that was sitting on the table nearby.He grabbed her hands and placed them on the arms of the chair. Then he used the straps and tightly strapped her wrist down.“That’s a bit tight.” She said and he looked at her.“Yeah, it’s supposed to be.” He told her in a smart tone. “That should do it.” He spoke and turned towards his doctors bag, reaching his hand inside to grab something.
