Their totally not desperate for lovebirds matchmaking teacher set for the delinquent and science lover to be partners for a project.  It was about some bullshit for history.  Everyone had to admit, it felt more like a matchmaking project than a history project.        Quite literally the entirety of the End Class felt like Korosensei was trying to ship them with whoever their partner was.  Nobody puts Sugino and Kanzaki together unless it was for something more romantic.        Terasaka took the shipping thing personally, "Why the fuck am I being paired with a robot?!"        Karma's house was bigger and had no parents in sight to bother the two.  Obviously, they'd crash at his.  They settled for two hours after school ended since for some odd ass reason, Okuda had to report home before ever heading out.        "Two hours.  Yeah that's more than enough time to have another round.  I should stop.  I don't want to.  Maybe when my life has someone to live and care for, I'll stop.  Right now?  Nobody.  Why would I live for anybody.  More importantly, who cares?  Who in flying fucks' name actually cares?  Oh well, I don't care in the first place."        He left for his bathroom door.  Not to take a shit or whatever, but to commit a deed.  It was a deed that he didn't necessarily think much of.  After all, who would care?        His hands crept for the cabinet above his mirror, and opened up to a bunch of random shit.  Garbage he used to pull pranks, and a beautiful piece of junk.  It was actually a knife that had a hidden blade.  But it remained fact that that knife was somehow sharp enough to cut paper properly.        A smile plastered the boy's face.  Quickly going into action, he offered up a bare left hand, the hand he was dominant with.  Of course, that meant he was about to do something with it, but the knife was being extended to its absolute max.  Eventually, he stopped trying to make it go further, it was at its tallest        The blade moved down to his pale, perfect skin.  That was one of the many wonders he knew he should adore, but he despised.  Him and the word 'perfect' have some sort of one-sided hatred, for words can't really hate.        Nevertheless, that perfect pale skin was about to be destroyed.  His cuts went up and down, too useless when it goes sideways.  It was his idea of perfect that took over.        Perfectly imperfect.  As long as something would make it imperfect, there would be no reason to seek perfection in the first place.  All he had was really just a pool of blood going down his drain, and a guest coming in an hour and a half.        "Well, only takes like half an hour to clean this shit up with absolutely no traces left behind.  Probably less, but I do a shit job at cleaning.  I wonder what would happen if Okuda saw this.  Run away, tell everyone, and make me lose what little thoughts I have for myself?  Yeah.  I think that's how it'd go down."        Instead of cleaning and wrapping the cuts he made, the redhead decided that it could run down his arm until his guest was arriving.  At least his sleeve would pick up all the blood.  That stain would be future Karma's problem.        The girl with pigtails made her way to her partner in history's house.  Though he lived far, she could stay as long as she wanted since the boy had no one to reprimand the two being together.  It warmed her heart that the one everyone saw as a delinquent was truly a kind boy underneath.        That's basically the story of how this girl arrived at her classmate's house.  Okuda swore the house was at least three stories tall.  Quite grand too.  Anyone could tell that the house would have furniture as comfy as how someone imagined clouds.        To her little knowledge, he left a spare key outside specifically for today.  Not necessarily hidden, it was hanging on top of a tree branch all kids of the Assassination Classroom could reach, meaning it wasn't an actual task to get it.        Though it was an hour early, she wanted to make sure that they could talk before getting the project started.  Everyone knew how much Karma loved to ramble what's on his mind before doing anything.  She didn't worry about that in the least.        Her hand hesitated.  Was going in straight the nest option?  Well, he's in the house.  Eh, fuck it.  We go in without care.  That hand chose to unlock it.        "I-I'm here!  Sorry if I'm a little early, you-"  Okuda saw her partner.  It wasn't how she expected.        He had his mouth sucking on what she assumed was a lollipop and a billion tissues were on his bed.  Clearly, he was crying the entire time.  Oh the reaction on both of their faces were priceless.  Karma just stared with wide red eyes, hand stuck on the stick of his lollipop and the other holding more tissues.        "Ka-Karma..  What is-"        "Don't tell Korosensei you saw this," was what he hissed before sitting on his bed and fixing his mess.  "Now, why are you here an hour early?"        She hardly processed his words, taking a good half a minute to reply, "It's just that-  Well-  You like to say whatever is on your mind before doing work.  I figured that if I come early, we'd start on time."        He sighed at her, "Makes sense.  I'm sorry.  I'll get this cleaned up."        "Do-Don't apologise!  This is my fault!  I came early-"  Before the girl could fumble more things, her eyes watched oddly intently at her partner cleaning up the tissues.        What the redhead chose to wear also surprised her.  He had a baggy, dark sweater on and shorts that went as far as just above his knees.  Definitely not what she ever imagined in her wildest dreams.  Maybe it was because of how magnificently hairless his legs were.        It was after she snapped out of her thoughts that she realized a big problem and had to ask.  Except Okuda didn't ask.  By instinct, the girl held the questionable area.  She grabbed Karma's sleeve.        To her suspicion that didn't go as far, she let go, "I-I'm sorry-  That was b-by ins-"  Her hand was bloody.  "A-ah!  K-Karma-  Y-your hand-  It's-"  With speed that would put Korosensei to shame, he yanked it back.        He took the pigtailed girl by the way she did and hissed, "Not.  A.  Word."  His message got through as he spoke, "I have a billion reasons that this happened.  Now never talk about it.  Again."        "No..  I'll-  I'll tell Korosensei!"  With bloodshot eyes, he glared at her.  Still, her vision remained clear, "This is serious!  Talk or else I'll involve everyone!"        "Why?"        "Beca-"        "Why would you care?"  His voice was soft and his head was held low, "My parents didn't.  My old friends didn't.  I didn't.  Why would you?"        She didn't understand, "Because you're my classmate!"        "No!  That's not how it fucking works!  Nobody cares!"  It was an angry and broken voice, "People care, because it'd benefit them.  This, is not to your fucking benefit!  Leave me the fuck alone!  I can do the project by myself.  Better yet, I'll give you all the credit!"        She sighed, "I'm calling Korosensei."        "You can't!"  Okuda started to dial her teacher's number.        "I'm here~!"  That octopus didn't even answer the call.  He just knew where they were.  "What's the problem?"  As much as Karma tried to hide it, he could tell.  "Oh..  Okuda, may we have a moment?"        "Yes sir," was all she said and left.  Although she left, the boy just wanted to cower and hide.  He pressured the cuts into oozing more blood in a futile effort to get him away.        Of course, he just patched it up in lightning speed, "Now will you explain wh-"        "Because it feels perfect."  Not the answer his teacher expected, but he heard him out.  "I hate the people who strive for perfection in anything.  My skin doesn't help my case.  What's a better way to prove its imperfect other than cutting it till it isn't?"        "Nothing is perfect, and there is no need to strive for imperfection."  Korosensei started with that.  It wasn't much, but it made his student.. content?  "Skin is one of the many wonders that turns out either like a programmed beauty or a mess.  However, all programs have its flaws, no?"        "That flaw is what I do to it."  He said that like it was a matter of fact.        "Well, is everywhere of your body what people would define perfect?"  He nodded.  "Even places others shouldn't see?"  Another nod.  "Well-"        "It is all round perfect.  I fucking hate it."        "Would you rather have skin of a person that never took care of it then?"  Unlike most questions, he knew it was one that anyone would think about if they thought like him.  "You see?  Perfect or imperfect, you have to accept it for what it is."        "Heh," Karma laughed, "You really have a way with words."  He went back to pick up the final tissue he almost missed.        Korosensei noticed it though, "Did you cry at your skin?"        He watched as the redhead burst into tears of laughter and cackled, "C-cry at-  Aha!  Hell no!  I forgot I had to do some shit for a graveyard and my parents had me lectured for three years!  I tried to cry myself to sleep out of it."        "Karma.."  The octopus only wanted to frown at the shitty coping.  Seems like laughter makes his student forget everything around him.  That leaves Korosensei more than satisfied.  Forget that fucking project, he'll pass them and if Okuda wants, she can partner with someone to get a grade.
