As Alexander look at himself his mostly raggedy fire breathing dragon outfit in the mirror everything flooded his mind-he couldn’t believe he was going on a date…with a witch!He agreed to it since she promised to grant him a wish, and he needed it to get rid of his myocardial infarction—mostly know as “crazy heart attacks syndrome ” as he called them when he was 12, and since they were getting worse he was in a corner here and this happened to be the only way out[Alex’s P.O.V]“Besides she wanted to go an a date-the worse thing that could happen is that they don’t hit it off!” I Rationalized to myself going crazy over this“I wonder why she fancy’s me though-it’s flattering of course but I should watch my step just to make sure—But I am taller then her and definitely much stronger so no worries”[No P.O.V]After he finished his crazed thinking rant he went out to the hallway to see his friend DavidWell…He wasn’t really a friend per say since he caused Alex’s last heart attack in a “Friendly fighting match” but on the other hand he did give him this opportunity soo he’s more of a frienamy and he was the only one who knew about this“Hey mate I’m ready!” Alex exclaimed“That’s what you’re wearing??” David scoffed not trying to be rude“Yes you wanker! Look Im wearing this so she doesn’t get too attached!” He replied—sarcasm dripping in his Australian accent“Hmm you know somehow I don’t think that’s gonna work” David slyly remarked while looking for a portal spell in his messy room“Oh haha “Alex scoffed helping his almost friend look for his spell“Ok I found it but Alex?” David whispered“Yes?” He could tell David was serious about something“If you want to go back—if you don’t want to do this you don’t have to, Eve is a crazy woman and I don’t know what she’s capable of doing”“I-i just don’t want you to get hurt and I know that’s ironic coming from me but I have no way of knowing what she’ll do to you and-“He looked genuinely afraid and it made Alex feel afraid too— but he appreciated the kind words“And?” Alex questioned his voice laced with a bit of fear“Just stay safe alright?” David sighed with a slight smile on his face“Thanks David I will” Alex warmly smiled “Friends?” The Aussie offered with a smile“Friends”“Alright pass me that paper over there please”He gave him the paper and slowly backed away from the shorter man, he’s seen his magic and he almost jelly of him…almostHe opened the portal, and he look like he did it without breaking a sweat “Maybe training his whole played a part in that” he thought“Alright Eve said she’ll open the portal when your date is over—Be careful” he whispered“Stop scaring me! Ugh I’ll see you in a bit!” Alex waved goodbye and walked through the portal a shiver running through his whole body[Alex’s P.O.V]I have a bad feeling about this but I suppose it’s too late for that ughh I’m such a bloody wanker there as a woman at the door wearing a French maid dress“Bonjour monsieur, mademoiselle Eve will see you in the balcony! Please follow me”She was strange..Her voice had a heavy French accent-not to mention the fact she called me monsieur but it made me feel a bit nicer about being in this creepy placeShe took me to this balcony and it was still sunset with candles everywhere-so it looked nice to say the least…oh and Eve was there tooShe’s wearing a nice slip on dress almost makes me feel bad about wearing these rags…“Bonjour Alex! It’s so nice you made it~” she smiled
“I noticed you the second you walked in, you have this fire about you. It’s... magnetic~” She softly remarked[ I freezes for a moment, unsure how to respond]
Was that fire thing just because I’m a dragon??
“Thanks, I guess?” Weirdo…My face was still red from embarrassment as I tipped my hat shyly and went to sit at her table “I-it’s nice to you” ugh I stammered!What an entry..
[No ones POV]Although she was creepy-she looked nice like in a way Alex supposed even tho she was staring directly at him— He look all around fiddling with his neckerchief, face still red from embarrassment“Nervous?”“Not to be rude but your staring at me” Alex coughed up while taking a sip of his water“My apologies I didn’t realize I was! You’re a very pretty man you know~”Alex choked on his water coughing intermittently—face becoming even more red“Aww~ what’s the matter never been given a compliment before?” she teased“EH?! I’m not p-pretty! I’m a 21 year old Man!” “am I pretty?” He wondered “B-Besides the only compliments I get is how well I tend the garden o-or horses” he bashfully replied“Hehe — Please don’t be upset dear I was only teasing you” she giggled softly“Hmmp”[Alexs POV]She’s flirting with me in a way that is creepy yet charming— I didn’t know that was possible until now and Face Is probably still red-ish ughh“You must be hungry—What would you like to eat?”
She’s right I am hungry“Oh Im alright with anything don’t worry about it”“Alright well- what do you do for a living?”Finally a normal question if this doesn’t make her loose interest in me NOTHING WILL“I work on my grandfather farm- it’s real hard work”

WHAT THE FU-“Y-yup, s-super hard w-work hehe” SHE THINKS THAT HOT WHAT THE HOLY HELL???Witch’s are weird..“S-so what do you for fun?” I stammered out“What” her voice sounded cold“For f-fun?” My face growing hot in worry“Ohh my apologies I didn’t mean to make you worry I like to make dolls!”Dolls..?“Oh that sounds ni-““Bonjour monsieur and mademoiselle Eve here is your food!” That strange woman again…She sat our food in a cloche (that sliver bowl on top of food in fancy restaurants) :D“Enjoy your food!” She curtsied before taking her leave“Well that was something eh?” she saidEve doesn’t seem like a bad person-is she weird? Well definitely! But she didn’t seem terrible…David was wrong about her!“Yeah hehe” I laughed[No one POV]As they talked giggled and teased in they VERY cringy conversation they grew closer until… Alex’s stomach growled His face grew red with embarrassment looking at the ground “Well I’m starving let’s eat” she smiled warmly“Let’s!” He sighed-smilingHe opened his cloche—excepting spaghetti, But it wasn’t spaghetti- what was that thing?It was dark red and….. It couldn’t be-It was a heartThe heart wasn’t still. It throbbed—getting faster and faster —like something alive like his-Was that my…He gasped covering his mouth tears pricking the corner of his eyes still looking at his supposed meal of horror…It beat in jagged, uneven pulses, its blood slick and dark, pooling beneath it. Each thump echoed in the silence…He looked at his date who had an unnaturally wide smile on her faceThis was too much for the man his hand going to touch his chest almost passing out feeling that his heart was gone! He almost instinctively threw up“Aww that’s no way to appreciate the night, but don’t worry I’ll make sure you do~” she smirked looking at his almost passed out faceHer voice was making everything go numb and his ears were ringingWhat’s happened?
