Work Text

The young man limped through the alleys where the darkness of the night fell like a haze, pressing his hand on his wounded leg, which was bleeding profusely, while occasionally turning around to look back at the man following him. As his heartbeat, accelerated by the fear of death, echoed in his ears, he groped for the gun in his waistband. When his flaming fingertips met the coldness of the metal, the sensation instilled a little courage into his frightened heart. Finally, with the will of his life, he wrapped his fingers around the grip and pulled the gun out of his waistband. He turned around cowardly, hiding himself a little in a corner. His gun was already pointed at the invisible killer lurking in the darkness. Unable to see his target, he strained his consciousness, which he had almost lost from blood loss, to clarify the blurred vision and then shouted in his menacing manner, “Don't take another step! Don't!” His sharp voice cut through the dark and hazy night, but his heart continued to tremble in fear. He had to make the most of his last chance to survive, for to show the fear he felt, even for a moment, would mean he was a dead man. “I'm not joking!” he shouted again, summoning all his strength. “One more step and I'll blow your brains out, you bastard!” The only response from the darkness to his shouts was a disgusting and chilling cackle. As the sound filled the young man's ears, all the blood in his body froze and his courage slowly began to melt away. “Cut! “That was good!” echoed the satisfied voice of the director on the set as the sound of clapperboards hitting each other pulled him out of his mesmerized world. “I'm just not happy with a few angles during the shoot. So we will take another take. The whole crew can take a break for now!” The man, who looked middle-aged, then turned to the assistant next to him and said, “Find me a lighter. “I'm going to have a cigarette. My fucking head is splitting." At that moment, the young man who had just pointed his gun at the killer during the shoot, dodged the makeup artist who was walking towards him from a distance with a powder and a brush, and quickly threw himself off the set and made his way to the trailer. She was not pleased to see him slipping away from her once again. It was getting dark, just like his mind, when he stepped outside and began to walk hurriedly. The lines were getting harder and harder to remember by the second, making him tense from head to toe. When his feet barely got him to the trailer, he grabbed hold of the metal door, threw himself inside and slowly laid his trembling body on the chair. The annoying sound of his cell phone, which was still ringing at the time, finally broke him and he put it to his ear. He took an exasperated breath and waited in silence, saying nothing. “Jimin? ''What?'' The voice on the other end paused for a moment and then tried to interject, ''About that footage that've been spreading, about the fight in the bar...'' “Not this shit again!” Jimin shouted, interrupting the lawyer. “Just do it! Why are you calling me?! Didn't they hire you to handle these things?!” Then he slammed the phone down in the man's face and threw it hard back onto the brown wooden table next to him. With anger seeping into his bones, he took his head between his palms and tried to massage his temples, but it didn't help in the slightest. The killing headache, the thirst that wouldn't go away if he drank liters of water, and the anger... That incendiary rage that seeped into his very bones... The faster he breathed, the drier his mouth became, the more his sweat-soaked hair stuck to his forehead. The aches in his body increased with each passing second, as if more was possible, and his already empty stomach was constantly nauseous, as if it didn't want to hold even the smallest crumb. Finally, he couldn't take it anymore. With trembling hands, he reached for his phone again and went to the message section and sent a message by typing the number he remembered as much as his fuzzy mind allowed. |1 o'clock at night at Z's. Come hail. |(20.34)   Park Jimin had been lying on the bed of his hotel room for nearly half an hour, drinking steadily to relieve some of the tension, and his eyes were fixed not on the windows that stretched out to reveal Seoul in all its splendor, but on the hour and minute hands of the clock on the wall. tick, tock...tick, tock...tick, tock... The sound of his heartbeat echoing in his blurred mind was driving his mind into a chaos that was driving him even crazier, further fueling his tension and impatience. The excruciating pain that had been wracking his bones for days and the cold sweat he had been sweating profusely, his whole body was overtaken by uncomfortable sensations that made him unable to surrender himself even to his half-asleep mind. 00.5400.5500.56 As his tense and impatient waiting in the dimly lit room plunged him deeper and deeper into darkness with each passing second, he finally heard a clicking sound and shot like an arrow towards the door. However, considering the situation he was in, this should have been quite difficult. “Did you bring it?” he asked breathlessly as he grabbed the door handle and opened the door, looking the man standing in front of him from head to toe with excitement. When the young man in his twenties standing on the threshold saw the impatient Jimin, he asked, “What's going on? Why are you like this?” When there was no answer to his question, he walked over to Jimin and went inside, closing the door behind him. He was wearing a black puffer coat and a black hat on his head and he was tall and well built compared to the other one. “Did you bring it?” Jimin asked again insistently. When the man finally threw the small bag from the inside pocket of his coat on the bed, Jimin threw himself down on the bed, grabbed the bag with great appetite and with trembling fingers poured a generous amount of the white powder on the thin skin between his thumb and forefinger and buried his nose in the powder. After inhaling the powder for a few seconds between deep breaths, he slowly lifted his head, threw it back and stared up at the ceiling, his eyes red as if red with blood. Then his eyes slowly closed. His shoulders slumped and his arms fell in his lap as all his muscles relaxed from the relief he felt. As the numbness spreading through his mind slowly began to take over his whole body, his head spinning and his hands shaking, he moved himself to the wall with slow movements and leaned his back against the headboard. He didn't say a word. Only his eyes were still closed, so he groped for a cigaratte from the packet he had just reached, put it between his lips, lit it and began to calmly smoke his cigarette with his head against the wall. Meanwhile, the young man who had just arrived, ignoring everything that was going on, had plopped himself down on the sofa opposite the bed and had already buried his head in his cell phone. The silence of the room... The silence of his mind, too numb to think anything.... And the silence of his body, too numb to feel anything. When his withdrawal to deprivation for days became unbearable at the end of the third day, it was not difficult for him to give up. There was no description for the relief, joy and happiness she felt now, after days of sleeplessness and hunger, trapped in a mind that had turned into hell. While his body felt light as if he was floating in a white cloud of fog, the only sound heard in the room was the sound of the paper burning from the fire of the cigarette he inhaled into his lungs and the sound of his nose, which he involuntarily sniffed every now and then. The silent minutes of two cigarettes smoked in this way were interrupted by the sound of the phone ringing. As the phone continued to ring insistently, Jimin barely opened his eyes and checked the screen out of the corner of his eye. There was only one person in the world who could make Park Jimin pick up that phone right now, and the caller was definitely that person. “Hyung?” “Yes?” Jimin's highly energetic and well-heard voice caused the other person to pause for a moment, but he soon asked again, “What are you doing? Where are you?” “I'm hanging out with my friend, are you?” Jimin replied in a good mood. “Which friend hyung? “Why? Can't I have a friend??” His voice sounded reproachful because of the tone he heard on the phone. “Of course can be, but... Jimin... again?” he asked hesitantly after a pause. “What are you talking...” Jimin's defensive voice was interrupted by the sharp voice on the phone saying, "We promised each other."  "Yes, of course we did" Jimin tried to put on a casual chuckle. “So why do I feel like you're not being true to that promise?” Jimin continued to sniffle involuntarily. “It's nothing like that!” he cut him off after a pause. “This is not the right time for your delusions. See you later.” “Jimin!” His fingers reached for his cigarette again as he hung up the phone and tossed it carelessly back on the bed. “You're a great actor but a terrible liar,” the man on the couch chuckled. “How? “Have you ever seen any of my movies? “ Jimin asked. “No,” the young man replied with a shrug. “I don't watch movies. But my girlfriend likes you a lot.” Their eyes found each other for a moment as this sentence seemed funny to both of them, causing them to laugh involuntarily. “I'm not a great actor,” Jimin said as he put his cigarette to his lips. ”Your girlfriend just wants to make love to me.” Ignoring him, the young man stood up and got rid of his coat and hat, throwing them on the sofa. “Why aren't you at home?” “What the fuck am I will do home?” Jimin replied as he sat up a little and leaned his back against the headboard. His shoulders began to shake as he began to chuckle as he stubbed out the last puff of his cigarette. “I swaer, the supreme council would be gathered there now. The council to save the shitty career of world famous actor Park Jimin. Or should I say, the council on how to save our money?” He then let out a loud laugh and as he continued to watch him, he hooked his fingers into the buckle of his belt and started to undo it. “I'll have to go and see if I get too horny one day, though. I might just cum from the look on their faces as they continue to lose money day after day.” “Find a towel,” he said, pointing to the closet behind his as he pulled his pants and underwear all the way down to his knees. “My shoot is going on. I don't want any marks on my body.” Jimin started unbuttoning the black shirt he was wearing when the man turned around and started rummaging in the closet. Then he wrapped the white face towel the man had thrown at his chest around his neck and said with a crooked smile, “I need a rough treatment today, Seojun. You have to take my breath away.” “Who did this?” Seojun asked, swallowing when he saw the still fresh-looking cut wounds on his groin. “I did it myself.” “You'll have to take care of it,” the youth replied at the grave condition of the wounds. “Just a few minor scratches,” Jimin said nonchalantly. “I just needed to relax a little. “Then he licked his lips, running his dilated pupils over his features, which were at once masculine and beautiful. “Don't worry about that. Mind your business.” The young man then stood over his and began to run his fingers over Jimin's penis. He gripped him tightly and pulled hard enough to hurt him. Even though his fingers were moving as hard and fast as possible, it wasn't enough for Jimin to feel anything, so he took his hands away from him, took a step forward and approached his face. When Jimin looked up into his eyes, full of anticipation and excitement, his head was thrown to the side by the sudden, hard slap on the cheek, and Seojun wasted no time in wrapping his strong fingers around his neck over the towel and pressing down hard. The pressure lasted for a few seconds and Jimin's pupils dilated even more. He began to struggle and a tiny moan was heard between his labored breaths. Seojun was already afraid of making him more breathless, so he withdrew his fingers and moved back down to his bottom and buried his head in his erect penis, as expected. A pained moan escaped Jimin's lips as his whole body convulsed with a sharp pain that pierced through him as he gasped for breath again. The sharp teeth he felt on the head of his penis pierced through him almost like a razor blade, and his moans grew louder as a hard slap landed on his already bruised calves. Jimin surrendered himself to the wave of pleasure that began to spread more and more through his body as the dose of pain increased. With his eyes closed, he focused on the hard slaps against his skin and the feel of the nails scratching his skin. As he focused on these sensations, his whole body relaxed and began to unwind. His breathing deepened and his chest began to rise and fall slowly. His whole body shuddered with pleasure and relaxation, his mind was emptying, his soul was floating in the void. “Burn me.” Seojun looked up when he heard his whisper and reached into the tiny box in the back pocket of his jeans and pulled out a red candle. Reaching for the lighter on the bed, he clamped the candle between his lips and lit it as if he were lighting a cigarette, and then he held the candle between his fingers and waited for it to heat up. Meanwhile, his eyes roamed over Jimin's scarred and rather thin body. His face, though a little sunken lately, was still extraordinarily beautiful except for the purple under his eyes, but when it came to his body, the same could not be said. Every inch of his soft skin, especially the unseen parts, was covered with the scars of cuts, burns and dozens of other injuries. Some of them were owned by him, but even for him this image was heartbreaking. Seojun didn't like him one bit, but sometimes he looked at him.As the candle reached a high temperature and dripped onto the sheet, Seojun brought his hand holding the candle in slow movements to Jimin's bare chest. When the hot candle dripped onto his chest, Jimin's waist arched upwards in a spring-like tension. His chest moved forward and his shoulders backward and he began to pull himself up, his hand on his penis, which was more stimulated by the pain he felt. As the hot drops continued to burn his skin, the intense endorphins released by his brain, combined with the effect of the substance he was using, made him feel pleasure at its deepest. The pleasure he gained from the pain was actually the pleasure of the relief he felt in his soul. Pain was the only thing that comforted him, the only thing that made him feel safe, and the only way he could feel sexual pleasure was to feel it. The relief that his soul felt and the feeling of ejaculation. All this was only a small part of what he tried and made himself suffer in pursuit of the only feeling he needed. “Drip it on the cuts,” he murmured between moans, needing more as his satisfaction grew and he neared the end. Seojun hesitated for a moment at what he was hearing, but obligingly began to move his hand to Jimin's crotch. He knew him. If he didn't do it, there was no guarantee that Jimin wouldn't take the lighter  and set himself on fire. As a few drops of hot wax dripped onto the already open wounds, Jimin's lips let out the loudest moan of the night, and as the burning continued, his angry voice could be heard saying, “Use your mouth!” between his uninterrupted moans. Seojun wrapped his fingers around his throat again, this time wrapping his lips around his penis and letting his tongue slide over it, wanting him to cum as soon as possible, and began to press hard on his throat. He continued to suck on him, holding them tightly around him while he continued to press his breath. He was afraid that he was really going to suffocate, so he kept looking at his face, checking on him and trying to see how he was doing. When he finally realized that the end was near because of his increasing struggling and moans, he pulled his mouth away and instantly removed his fingers from his neck as Jimin began to come shuddering. “Do you have any idea how dangerous it is to do this when you're high?” he asked, looking at Jimin, who was taking deep breaths and trying to regulate his breathing. ”You're going to die one day, seriously.” ''Well...keep your hand...on your a-dial then!'' Jimin barely responded through his coughs. He was coughing so hard he almost choked. ''If I die, I won't be the only one affected! ''Don't try this with anyone but me.'' “Seojun, you should learn to use your fucking mouth of yours for better things than giving advice,” Jimin said with an exasperated roll of his eyes, and before his breathing had even fully settled, he took a cigarette from the pack next to him and clamped it between his lips. Then he looked up from the bottle of whiskey on the nightstand. He was trying to prolong the effect of the substance as the orgasm and the burning continued. “I don't like sucking your cock,” Seojun retorted as he threw the wet handkerchief he had with her across his chest, ”I wouldn't touch you if I could help it.” “Tsk, tsk, tsk, too bad. It's a shame you're so unappreciative Seojun when there are millions of people who are crazy to be in your shoes.” Jimin said with a sarcastic face. “Your girlfriend, for example. Why don't you bring her instead next time? Maybe she'll enjoy it more.” “The only reason I'm not punching you in the face right now is because you're a loser who would enjoy it,” Seojun said as he paused at what he heard and fixed his hard gaze on Jimin's face, giving him a look of disgust. “You're not worth it.” As he turned and walked away, Jimin took another deep drag from his cigarette and a mocking chuckle escaped his lips. “Fuck you, my face is insured.”  On the 27th floor of the Gimi Communication and Advertising Agency building in the high-rise district of Seocho, Seoul's neighborhood south of the Han River, Min Yoongi locked his gaze on the screen in front of him and focused all his attention on the text written in the e-mail. Even though this was what it looked like from the outside, his eyes, which seemed to be focused, were only immersed in the screen and Yoongi was lost in his thoughts. Where his thoughts took him was the main reason why he shook his leg in stress and started cracking his knuckles. His fingers involuntarily went to his tie and he had to loosen the fabric to breathe more easily. He started to turn his head left and right to relieve the tension he felt in his neck. It took his breath away that everything he had been trying to run away from and forget, all his memories, had come back to him in this unexpected way. He could feel himself being completely triggered and his fear of losing control was through the roof. As the intense anxiety that accompanied the tension he felt grew, Yoongi placed his trembling fingers on the keyboard without thinking, hoping to get himrself out of this situation. As if a quick answer would put him at ease.   ||Hello, I regret to inform you that I am obliged to respond negatively to your offer. I do not plan to return to this sector in the near future. I wish you good work. Min Yoongi Gimi PR Agency Chairman of the Board ||   As soon as he pressed send, he quickly closed the screen of his laptop and leaned back in his leather chair, turning his gaze to the view of Seoul. He thought about closing his eyes to relax his rising and falling chest, but he didn't dare because of what he was afraid of seeing. Because keeping his eyes open was useless if he couldn't control his mind. His jaw tightened and his fists clenched involuntarily as each thought flooded his mind. He tried to focus on taking deep breaths. He needed to pull himself together as soon as possible. The room he was in, with its predominant gray and black-and-white colors, was in a strict order that would make one shudder. Everything in the room, especially the top of Yoongi's desk, seemed to have a perfect layout and order. Each piece of paper on the desk was evenly spaced with the other, and the colors and shapes of all the pencils were in perfect harmony. Even every award, plaque and accessory on the shelf behind Yoongi was so neatly arranged that the rigidity was enough to make one tense. When the sound of a knock on the door pulled him out of his thoughts for a moment, Yoongi lifted his head and turned his gaze to the young woman who had entered. “Sir, everyone is almost ready. Your meeting starts in ten minutes.” As Yoongi nodded, the woman brought out a few papers and very carefully placed them in front of him, right where he needed to place them. “These are the documents you need to review and sign before the meeting.” Then the young woman smiled politely at him and left the room, closing the door. Yoongi took the job in front of him as an escape and after carefully going through the papers, he took out a metal pen from the inside pocket of his jacket and carefully signed them all and then put the pen back in its place. He had recovered a little. After taking more than enough time to organize the papers, he stood up, opened the door of the closet behind him and stood in front of the mirror on the inside of the door. The sight of his reflection in the mirror was a horror to him. The discomfort he felt at his disheveled appearance made him incredibly tense. This shattered image was also a reflection of his shattered mind and out-of-control emotions, and the realization of this lit a small fire inside Yoongi. Turning to the shelf of the closet, he reached for a dark wooden box and hurriedly brought the medicine out of it to his tongue and swallowed. Then, after spending several minutes straightening his tie, he checked his wristwatch, dissatisfied with the result, closed the cabinet door and headed for the door. The medication helped to keep his compulsions under control, but it couldn't stop him from obsessive thoughts. Anything he couldn't control was usually a source of high levels of anger, anxiety and fear for Yoongi, and his own thoughts and feelings were at the top of the list. He was running a little late, so when he opened the door to the meeting room, everyone turned to stare at him in surprise. Being late was something Yoongi almost never did. As he stood there for a few seconds without moving to the meeting table in the center of the large room, Yoongi's arrival was noticed by a very attractive young woman in an expensive Chanel suit who walked up to him. When the sound of high heels echoing in the silent room ended and she reached his side, she smiled and put her hand on his shoulder, looking at the face Yoongi didn't turn to her and asked, “Honey, are you okay?” Then she tried to place a tiny kiss on the corner of his lip. But Yoongi pulled back, swallowed and fixed his icy cold gaze on her eyes. His gaze then shifted to the collar of her jacket and then to her expensive pearl necklace, which was slightly askew. “I'm fine,” Yoongi replied in an expressionless voice after his fingers straightened the collar of the jacket and straightened the necklace. “Let's begin.” The woman's expression changed dramatically in response, but not for long. As Yoongi watched her, she straightened her shoulders, lifted her head up, took a deep breath, and turned around with a smiling expression back on her face. Then, without wasting any time, she made her way towards the crowd waiting for them. Yoongi was following her. His gaze was checking the room at the same time. With every step he took, many disturbing thoughts flooded his mind because of all the things that had just triggered him, but since the medication had worked, he didn't act on them and took his seat at the meeting table next to the woman with the pearl necklace. She turned towards him and smiled again, reaching out and taking Yoongi's hand that was resting on his leg. This time Yoongi responded to her fingers wrapping around his hand and forced a smile on his lips. “Good morning sir, good morning everyone.” When a young man stood up with a few pieces of paper in his hand and moved in front of the projection screen, Yoongi released his hand from hers and rested his elbows on the table, resting his chin on his hands and trying to pay attention. At the same time, he had to fight hard not to focus his attention on wondering if the screen was crooked. “We had reached a consensus on the three options for the Grayfish Project at our last meeting, but we haven't yet finalized the details, so the main purpose of the day is to lay those out first, and then we'd love to hear from Mr. Min and Ms. Choi, as well as the marketing department, about the implementation of the project in the time we have left.” “Of course, let's begin, please,” replied Ms. Choi, who was sitting next to Yoongi. “We are very excited to hear your ideas.” As the young man began his presentation, Yoongi was overcoming with many different thoughts, including the nervousness of not being able to bring the same care and sensitivity to his work that he had always brought to it. This made his whole body burn with anger, even if he didn't show it outwardly. He was angry because he was afraid. Afraid of what scared him most in this life: losing control and power. As the minutes continued to pass, Yoongi's fingers were constantly running along his chin, and from the outside it looked like he was thinking about the meeting. But he was drowning in all the buzzing he heard around him. As the exchange of ideas was going on and people were discussing the project, his fingers finally went to his jacket pocket as the thought that was stuck in his mind wouldn't leave him alone for a second. Taking the phone out of his pocket and holding it under the table, he looked down. He was so excited, as if he was committing a crime, that he couldn't stop his hands from shaking, but he entered the search engine and searched for these words. |Park Jimin| As he continued to browse the images he came across with his trembling fingers and increasing heartbeat, an image he came across caused him to suddenly stand up and leave the room amidst the astonished looks of people.  "Who's that?" "I don't fucking know, I don't know,’"Jimin muttered as he barely lifted his head from the window he was leaning against and rubbed his eyes, looking at the luxurious white car the boy was pointing at. "What the fuck... I don't know." "Hyung, do you want me to come with you?" the boy asked when he realised he couldn't even hold his head up. He didn't want to leave him alone. "No need," Jimin tried to recover. "I'll just grab some stuff and I'll be right back." "OK, I'll wait then." Then he left the young man alone in the luxurious black car parked in front of his house and started heading towards the door. It was dark and cold. When he noticed the lights on in the house, he cursed inwardly, but he did not care much about this situation. This was not something he was not used to, which made his house not his home. When he reached the door with difficulty, he put his hand in his pocket and barely managed to put the key he took out into the lock. When he entered the door, he was nervous because of the sounds he heard, but he continued to move forward, trying not to stumble. He was already using his house as a warehouse. He would go upstairs to his room without being seen by anyone, take a few things and go back. Since the damn stairs leading upstairs were usually in the large hall near the entrance where guests were also hosted, when Jimin entered, he headed straight for the stairs and started climbing the steps without turning his head for a moment. "Jimin, we've been waiting for you." "Meet your new manager," she continued as the high-pitched voice echoing through the room caused him to pause for a moment. "Mr Min Yoongi." When Yoongi heard the voice of the woman standing in front of him, he looked up with dozens of different emotions rushing into his heart and turned around to see a young man with blonde hair clinging to the banister of the staircase. When he turned his head towards him, Yoongi found the gaze that pierced through him because of the eyes that accidentally met. "Hello Mr Park, I'm Min Yoongi."Yoongi extended his hand when his legs, which he did not understand how he found strength, managed to carry him to the front of the young man.  "I hope we get along well." After his expressionless, unconscious gaze wandered over his face for a while, Jimin turned his head in front of him without saying a word and continued to climb the stairs with Yoongi's hand in the air and his confused gaze.

----- CHAPTER BREAK -----

Yoongi had never met such a feeling before in his life. Even though he had experienced hundreds, maybe thousands of emotions that he could call bad, this one was very foreign. Anger, disappointment, sadness or excitement.... He didn't know what to call it, how to describe it. But he hated it. He hated it like everything he could not understand. He hated this feeling so much that the fingers of his hand curled into a fist and his gaze was fixed on emptiness as he watched the young man with blonde hair leaving the stairs. As he tried to control his emotions with deep breaths, he finally had to turn his gaze in front of him because of the disturbing buzzing in his ears. "...again, I am very, very sorry. Like I said, he's been a bit sick the last few days, I guess he doesn't realise what he's doing." When Yoongi turned his eyes to the woman who was trying to talk to him, he frowned and blinked as if trying to comprehend what he was seeing. A woman who looked almost an exact copy of the man who had just ignored him was standing in front of him and telling him something. "I apologise on behalf of my son, Mr Min." Yoongi didn't realise the striking resemblance until he saw Jimin. As the woman's face finally began to change in response to Yoongi's lack of reaction, a dry and harsh response came from his lips. "I see..." Then he ran his fingers through his long black hair to get rid of his anger and straightened his tie with a harsh movement. ‘It would be healthier to meet with him later. Have a good night.’ Yoongi turned around and started heading for the exit, the woman following him, trying to maintain her incredibly annoying fake politeness. "Of course, seeing you later would be a much better option," she said as they reached the door. "We'll make it up to you soon, no doubt about it." Yoongi nodded, turned around and ignoring the woman, opened the door and threw himself out. When the woman turned round after the door closed, she no longer had a kind expression on her face. Without wasting any time, she started moving towards the stairs. She was furious that all her efforts had gone to waste. She was so tired of Jimin messing up again as she tried to put everything back together. She felt that she had to set him straight, no matter what he did. So when she stormed into Jimin's room, she found him with a bag in his hand, trying to pack his things. "What do you think you're doing?" she asked in a cold voice, leaning her back against the door and crossing her arms. "What was that?" When there was no response from Jimin, she took an exasperated breath, looking at his exhausted and dishevelled state. She hated to see this sight. "What the hell did you do? Why is your phone switched off?""I don't care about managers. Do whatever the fuck you want." Jimin replied as he stuffed the cardigan he was holding into his bag. "Jimin!" the woman raised her voice shouting. "Do you have any idea how hard we tried to convince him? He's your only salvation! You can't do anything stupid to drive him away too!" Jimin, who had been running around the room, paused at what he heard and angrily turned to face the woman. ‘Not my salvation, but yours!’ His voice was a hiss. Then he narrowed his eyes angrily and took several deep breaths. "Then he is my enemy now." "Stop talking rubbish! Are you high again? You'll make it up this!" When there was no response again, she grabbed Jimin by the collar, turned his face towards her and began to examine him. "And what's wrong with you? You look awful." The fact that Jimin did indeed look awful caused the woman to worry a little. The boy's face was seriously sunken and his gaze was dull. "That must have scared the hell out of you!" Jimin shouted, pulling his collar free from her grasp. Then he put his rucksack on his back and left the room with quick but shaky steps and headed towards the stairs. "Where the hell are you going again?!" she shouted after him, but the only answer she got was the sound of the outer door slamming. "What happened?" asked the boy behind the wheel when Jimin hurriedly threw himself out and returned to the black car waiting for him. He was worried because he saw his shaken state. "Who was that guy? He rushed out the door." "The fucking manager," Jimin replied, almost snorting. "They're looking for a way out.’" A mocking chuckle escaped his lips. "Pity." "Hyung, what are you going to do?" "Nothing," Jimin shrugged. He really did look relaxed. His focus had already shifted. "I don't care. These are not my problems Jungkook, forget about them." Then he hesitated a little, brought his hand to his chin and fixed his eyes on the boy's eyes. Although he hesitated whether to speak or not, he spoke in a low voice. "Tonight..." When he saw Jimin's expectant eyes, Jungkook carefully fixed his gaze on his face and said, "We're going to drink some beer together hyung." He was trying to convince and reassure him by looking into his eyes. "It's gonna be fine." Jimin took a deep breath and swallowed. This was definitely not what he had expected to hear.  "I've been away for four days already... I could use a break. I can do it, you see." "Jimin, don't do this. You can not fooling me." "You'll hold on." Jungkook took his hand, "You have to hold on. You know that it is very important for you to be clean in order to regain your freedom and remove the guardianship over you." He was the only person who had any authority over Jimin. Knowing how fond he was of him, he knew he could get him to agree to anything he wanted as long as he behaved calmly. Jimin had to stay away from drugs. It was the best thing for both of them. Jungkook finally got the car moving and headed home. He knew what kind of hell he was in and that he was enduring all this just for him. After a few minutes of silence, he said, "I haven't seen you for months, Jimin. You have no idea how much I miss you." he interrupted again. "When I was there, you never left my mind for a day, do you know that? I thought about you all the time. I wanted as much for you as I wanted for myself. Even more than myself." "I'm proud of you," Jimin replied, looking into his eyes. He couldn't help smiling when he saw that they still hadn't lost their sparkle. "I've always been." "Without you, I would have been lost. You held my hand, you guided me through all the thorny paths. Now it's my turn, hyung. If I can do it, you can do it too. I'll always be by your side." Jimin barely smiled and nodded softly when Jungkook took his hand. Even though he had no hope himself, he didn't want Jungkook to despair. At the same time, he leaned his head against the window, not feeling at all ready for these conversations. He was trying to escape the darkness of his mind by watching the view of the night lights.  It was already past midnight when Min Yoongi parked his car in the car park of his modern and flashy house in one of the most luxurious neighbourhoods of the city and stepped out. After putting his key in the lock and opening the door, he threw it on the coat rack and started walking in the dark and spacious living room without caring about any noise. It didn't help that he had been drinking all night, so he went to the glass showcase at the other end of the large room, took a glass and his strongest drink, came back and threw himself down on the black sofa. Throwing the key, not putting the glass and bottle on the coffee table properly, parking the car crookedly... Losing control... Losing power...being scared... Getting angry and losing control... When Yoongi raised his head towards the high ceiling of the large hall in the gallery space, he fixed his eyes on the woman watching him, clinging to the black metal of the railing. She was standing there wearing a black satin nightgown and a pearl necklace. With a crooked pearl necklace... Yoongi hated that necklace. When she started to move towards him with her elegant demeanour without taking her eyes off him for a second, Yoongi leaned back and watched her. He was thinking too much about her unnecessarily. Sooah, she was beautiful. Perhaps so beautiful that many men would go crazy for her. Black glossy hair, white, marbled skin and red lips... A satisfyingly beautiful body.... This beautiful woman could also satisfy you spiritually to a certain extent, if that was what you were looking for. She was elegant, she could endure anything for the sake of her ambitions and passions, which Yoongi at least knew very well but managed to hide very well. She was smart too. Moreover too much to show it. Her intelligence and willpower, which enabled her to achieve her desires, would not enter into a power competition with you unless it was very difficult. She would not prefer this, on the contrary, she would always make herself look more helpless than you so that you would embrace her. Sooah knew that her heart would be broken one way or another and she accepted it. The important thing was whether you overstepped her boundaries. She was willing to give you what you wanted as long as you gave her what she wanted. For her, it was all about barter, and that was fine. She was not afraid to use the cards she had in her hand to get what she wanted. All things considered, Sooah could probably manipulate many men around her finger and burn them like a fire. But this was certainly not the case for Yoongi, and Sooah seemed to realise this. Yoongi thought they made a very good couple. They were two players worthy of each other, two soul patients... When the woman slowly descended the stairs and reached Yoongi's side, she went behind the seat, placed her fingers on his shoulders and began to give him a relaxing massage with soft movements. After a while, she leaned close to his ear, whispered softly, "Darling, you are so stressed." and left a warm kiss on his neck. Running her long, slender fingers along Yoongi's neck, she sat down next to him and held his chin, turning his head towards her and letting her gaze roam over his face. "I'm going to make you relax, you'll forget everything once you're inside me." At these whispers, Yoongi's gaze found her eyes. Whenever these gazes like swords of ice found Sooah, they cut her skin and sometimes stabbed into her heart. But it was okay, these were not fatal wounds. Yoongi was so close to her, yet so far away, that Sooah was ready to put all her lust on the line to make the love that burned her enough for both of them. Then she dipped her fingers into the hair at the nape of his neck and began planting longing kisses on his face. When the kisses reached his lips, after a few tiny kisses, Sooah's fingers first found the black tie and then began to unbutton the white shirt one by one. When she spread legs and sat on his lap, Yoongi wrapped his arm around her waist and made room for her by throwing neck back.  "Good morning." Trying to keep a positive and cheerful tone, Jungkook entered the guest room of his house with the plate in his hand and found Jimin sitting on the floor in front of the window and crouched down next to him and put arm around his shoulder. He was aware of all the hell, pain and suffering he knew he was going through right now, and as someone who had experienced it first hand, he wanted to be there for him, to help him. When he realised how absent-minded and distracted he looked, he called out to him again. "Hyung?" When there was no answer, he pointed to the plate he had brought with him and said, "I prepared something to eat for you. Look! You'll love this." When Jimin turned his gaze to the sandwich in front of him, his face turned sour and he had to turn his head towards the window again for fear of getting more nauseous. When Jungkook realised this, he didn't push him and pulled the plate out of his way, placing it beside him. "Did you get any sleep?" "Yeah, a little," Jimin replied, looking away from him. He probably didn't want the purple under his eyes to give him away. "I don't want you to go, stay with me." "Stay here," Jungkook continued as Jimin turned his head and tried to understand what he meant. "I don't want you to stay strange places." After a few seconds of silence, "I... I'm dangerous for you Jungkook." Jimin replied in a voice that sounded like a whisper of embarrassment and exhaustion. Even though he knew he couldn't accept it, he was so pleased to hear it that he felt a warmth fill him. For Jimin, Jungkook was perhaps the only person who loved him even though he was not worthy of being loved. Even though he was insanely afraid that he would leave him, he would never want him to be harmed because he was the only person he loved around him. Jimin's attachment to him was like a peaceful and safe harbour, not uncanny like with other people. "We can handle this somehow. Find a way..." "No." Jimin shook his head, interrupting him. "I did a lot of thinking last night, I'll get into your head. I'll do it at any cost, you know that." The boy took a deep breath and closed his eyes. He knew he was right. Putting a patient in drug treatment and a patient who continued to use drugs side by side was like putting fire and gunpowder side by side. "I know," Jungkook nodded softly. "But just because it has to be like this doesn't mean I'm going to leave you alone, hyung. One of us has to stay strong for both of us. I promise, we'll figure it out. As much as you can for now..." Jimin could only nod in response to Jungkook's brisk and energetic mood. When Jungkook saw this, he bowed his head and was silent for a few seconds. Then he turned his gaze back to him and felt hurt. The fact that Jimin felt so lonely, so left out and so forlorn hurt Jungkook's heart so much that the boy couldn't stop himself from pulling him into his arms and hugging him tightly. Jimin tried to smile in the face of this unexpected hug and patted him on the back and said, "I'll be fine.’ ‘Don't worry." He tried to put on his usual sarcastic chuckle, forcing his soul to feel nothing because he didn't want him to be upset, saying, "And cut the crap. I'm fine." A little later, he stood up and spread his arms to his sides, trying to prove to him that he was fine. "Don't I look fine?" "You look gorgeous," Jungkook said, trying to resist the subtle ache in his heart. "You're the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life!" "Of course I am!" Jimin replied with a smile, "The whole world admires me, remember?" They giggled merrily, looking into each other's eyes, but it didn't take long for those giggles to turn into smiles that slowly faded on their faces. They both smiled understandingly at each other's lies. "I have to go to the company," Jimin said, pouting after him. "Oh yeah?" Jungkook asked with concern as he stood up. "Same issues again?" "I don't know, I guess so. They won't let me off the hook now, you know, so I have to go." "Do you need a lift, hyung?" "No need, just call me a taxi."  For several minutes, Yoongi had been sitting in his car in front of the high-rise building where he had parked it, thinking about what had happened. He had decided to give it up. He knew people like him well. The type who had never experienced any difficulties in his life, who had everything he wanted right in front of him and was loved unquestioningly by everyone around him... All this privilege that life offered him was obviously enough to make him such a reckless person. Since he didn't have to strive for anything, he didn't have to fear losing anything. The fact that he had achieved all the pleasure and success that life could offer him at such a young age and so effortlessly had turned him into a spoilt and unsatisfied person who could no longer enjoy anything. After years of dealing with such types, Yoongi had become the boss of his own business, and only now did he realise how stupid it was to have seriously considered this offer on a momentary impulse when he was so close to becoming a partner in an empire by taking his business further. The more he thought about it, the angrier he got at himself. Yoongi had always been a person who did not let his emotions rule him and looked after his interests by using his mind. Now it was really unbelievable that he had ignored all these abilities that made him strong in life and carried him to where he wanted to be, and acted so mindlessly and came to the brink of this ridiculous decision. That man is a real troublemaker, Yoongi thought. Before coming here, he had done some research about him and followed the news. As someone who had been in this industry for so many years and knew first-hand all the games going on, Yoongi could distinguish between fake news and truth, and one thing he was sure of was that all the allegations against him were true, except for one or two. And it was not wise to waste time, effort or money on such a person. At the end of all these thoughts, Yoongi confidently put his phone and wallet in his pocket and was preparing to get out of his car when he had to pause and focus his gaze in front of him. From the taxi parked across the street, a young man of medium height, wearing a black cardigan over a black hat and looking quite thin, got out and started walking towards the front of the high-rise building. Yoongi wondered how he had spotted him in the crowd, but sat back and watched with curiosity. When Jimin reached the main entrance of the building, he stood by the door and lit a cigarette. His trembling body looked so weak and exhausted that Yoongi began to think he might actually be sick. It was strange that he could just stand there, but with the hat on his head and the clothes he was wearing, it seemed almost impossible for anyone to recognise him in the crowd. And so it was. During the minutes he was smoking his cigarette, no one who passed by him even realised who he was. When he finished his cigarette, he threw it on the ground and crushed it with the tip of his foot and sat on the stairs as he didn't seem to have much strength to stand. Then he reached into the rucksack on his back and pulled out a sandwich wrapped in a bag and took a small bite out of it while trying to move his neck and shoulders with a pained expression on his face as if they were being held. Yoongi felt something was wrong with him the whole time he was watching him. The dazzling man he had seen in his roles when he had done some research on him was not this man. All those photo shoots, magazine covers, interviews... None of them were the man he saw in front of him now. He couldn't be. While he was barely nibbling on the sandwich he was holding in his hand, a cat with yellow and black spots and looking a little tired came and sat next to him. When Jimin noticed it, he turned his head and said something, then put his fingers on the cat's head and started to pet it gently. Then he threw the salami in the sandwich in front of it. When the cat was unable to eat the salami, Jimin bent down, picked up the salami, broke it up one by one and put them in his palm to help the cat eat them. As the cat ate the salami, he took a big bite of the rest of the sandwich and managed to eat half of it. Then he put the rest back in the bag and put it back in his backbag, then took the cat on his lap and hugged it. The animal seemed to enjoy Jimin's attention and affection. It rubbed its head against his arms and began to move excitedly in his lap. It was as if the tired and exhausted cat from a while ago was gone and someone who wanted to play had come instead. Jimin must have realised this too, because they started to play. The cat was excitedly trying to catch the dangling rope of his hoodie, while Jimin was laughing and trying to snatch the rope away from it. As Yoongi watched them, he felt as if he saw a child in front of him. Seeing that child touched such a place inside Yoongi that he could not continue to watch this image any longer and this feeling turned his head and quickly started his car and drove away from there. After the cat had left him, Jimin went through the door and took the lift to the 12th floor. He had to stop by the lavatory before the meeting. When he entered the men's room, he entered an empty cubicle, locked the door from the inside and hung his bag on the hanger, unbuttoned it and pulled his trousers down. Then he carefully took the small bag he had tucked into his underwear and, despite his trembling hands, poured the powder in it onto his index finger as if he was drawing a thin line. Although he was impatient, he didn't want to hurry because he didn't want to waste a single particle of the powder. Then he put the bag down on the reservoir and closed one nostril with his finger, took a deep breath and started to slide the finger with the powder under his nose. After a few seconds of nothingness, when his head started to spin and his heartbeat started to accelerate, he sat on the toilet bowl, groping on the walls. When he realised that the dose he had taken at the end of the seconds with his closed eyes and deep breaths was not enough, his fingers stuck to the bag again. This time he dipped his fingers into the bag and quickly inhaled the powder sticking to the tip of his finger. After repeating this several times, he stopped with difficulty. Then he put his hand into the pocket of his jeans, which were still rolled up to his knees, reached for the cigarette packet and took a branch from the packet and stuck it between his lips. He didn't care or rather didn't hear the noises coming from outside, people talking about someone smoking in the cabin. Leaning his head against the tiles on the wall, he began to enjoy his cigarette calmly. He had to do this. And when he thought of all the mess he would have to deal with in a moment, he absolutely had to do it. Every hour that he didn't use it, that his brain screamed intensely for it, Jimin had to do it in order to live and feel like a normal human being. The intense dopamine rush into his brain from the substance instantly made him feel better, and happiness and ease returned to his depression-stricken mind. The restlessness and anxiety that had haunted him last night had kept him tossing and turning all night, and he had found himself doing it again while Jungkook was sleeping, even though he had promised him to do not so. Just like now. He could have stayed in this cramped, narrow cubicle forever, but he had to get out, so he tucked the small bag he'd left on the reservoir back into his underwear and pulled his trousers up around his waist and fastened his belt. He took a deep breath and unlocked the door and let himself out. He didn't care a bit about people's strange looks. When he got into the lift again and went down to the 8th floor, even if his feet went backwards, he reached the door of the room where they would have a meeting. The door was already open and inside there was a very beautiful woman and a young man in a suit. She stood up when she saw Jimin coming and started moving towards him. "Jimin," the woman said, reaching the boy's side. "Welcome, how are you?" When Jimin looked at the woman's shining face, he continued to move towards the table without giving any answer. Since he was staggering and sniffling, she quickly walked over to him and sat down next to him, lifting the hood off his head and looking intently at his face. She took a deep breath and rolled her eyes in exasperation when she saw his dilated pupils and the white dust on his black cardigan. Before she had a chance to say anything, a smartly dressed man in his fifties walked in and turned his tense face to Jimin and said, "Welcome, how lucky to see you here!", clearly hinting. "It's not always possible." "If that's enough, I can go," Jimin replied, standing up. "Sit!" The man's authoritative voice echoed through the large hall, startling the others and drawing Jimin's anger, which was already inside him like a bomb ready to explode. "You can't give me orders! Fuck!’" he shouted as he lunged at the man, only to be forced back into his seat by the woman sitting next to him and the young man in the suit. "What will happens?" the man asked sarcastically, raising one eyebrow. "Or will you attack me too?" "I didn't attack anyone!" Jimin's eyes were almost flaming, and even if he didn't show it, it made the man in front of him flinch inwardly. "You set me up!" "Oh, of course..." the man turned around and walked away towards the window. "It looks like we've started listening to your crazy delusions again." Then he turned round again and fixed his hard gaze on Jimin's face. "No one set you up, Jimin! This all happened because you're a junkie who can't hold his temper! Do you have any idea where we are now?!" "I don't care where you are!" "You have to care," she interrupted. "Do you know that one by one, the projects you've been offered are being withdrawn? At this rate, you'll be relegated to second or even third class jobs. You will be wiped out." "How thoughtful of you!" Jimin said with a mock pitying expression as the woman's voice, which sounded calmer and emotionless compared to the man, calmed him down to some extent, and turned his face to the woman still holding his arm. "So you don't want your son to be wiped away. Pity you." Then, with a sudden movement, he wrapped his fingers around the necklace around her neck and hung on hard, tearing it off and causing all the pearls to scatter around with a loud clinking sound "How would you buy these expensive things then!" When a scream of horror escaped the woman's lips, the young man standing next to her pulled him away from her and tried to hold him tightly.  "Mr Park, please calm down!" Jimin began to struggle madly to get out of his arms. He was screaming and flailing about as if his life was in danger. "Let me go! Who are you?! Let go of me! Son of a bitch! Let go!" Shouting with all his might, he pushed the man to the ground and pushed him away from himself with a power that was not expected from him. He was completely out of control. His heart was pounding madly in fear. When he was paranoid, everyone around him was a potential enemy who would harm him in his eyes. "You did it! You did it to get in the spotlight! You set me up! You're trying to finish me off!" Jimin ran madly towards the glass door of the hall, trying to dodge the people watching them and throw himself into the lift. At that moment, the man immediately grabbed his phone and had to call the building's security. "Get in front of the main exit, quick! Don't let Jimin out!" When there was a response from the other side confirming his order, he added in an exasperated voice, "He's gone crazy again, take him to the infirmary!" and hung up the phone. Then he turned to the woman, who was running her fingers over her reddened neck and looked a little shaken, and walked over to her, wrapped his arms around her and asked, "Honey, are you okay?" The woman took a deep breath and shook her head. It was not clear whether she was sad or angry. "I can't control him." "Okay, calm down," the man replied. Even though he was raging inside with anger, he was trying not to show it to the woman. "We'll sort it out somehow." Then, reaching the lawyer standing in the corner with a sad expression on his face, he said, "Mr Jung, please excuse me. Are you all right? I apologise on his behalf. You know...’ "No problem." Mr Jung replied by fixing his hair. He looked a bit dishevelled because he had fallen to the ground. "I'm fine. I hope he will be fine too." "Don't worry. We will take care of him." When the lawyer nodded his head in understanding, the man continued, "Then I will see you again in the evening." "All right," Mr Jung replied, "see you then." After waiting for Mr Jung to leave the room by picking up his bag on the table, he said, "I won't let him treat you like this, Hyejin" and turned his serious face to her. He could no longer hide his angry mood. "It's not enough that he's ruining everything ..." "Junyoung, I'll take care of him," she said, grabbing his arm to stop him when he stormed towards the door. "Don't worry. If he sees you now..." "Okay," the man nodded hesitantly. "You're right, now is not the time." Then they left the hall together and headed for the lift and went down to the floor where Jimin was. When they arrived in front of the door of the infirmary, Hyejin smiled and said, "I'll be back soon." When she entered the room, she found Jimin lying quietly due to the exhaustion of using all his energy at once, the withdrawal process of the substance he used, and the sedative given to him. Even when Hyejin sat on the end of the bed and took his little fingers in the palm of her hand and stroked his hand, Jimin was unable to feel anything and react. She then brushed back the golden hair that had fallen in front of his eyes and called his name in a soft voice. "Jimin?" There was no answer. The boy's gaze was just locked in emptiness and expressionless. "Everything will be fine, sweetheart. Don't worry." Her fingers went back to the tufts adorning his forehead. "We have a meeting tonight with Mr Min, the manager. If you act calm around him, everything will be fine. Okay?" "Everything will be fine tonight, won't it, Jimin?" Hyejin asked once again when the silent seconds she ran her fingers through his hair waiting for an answer didn't end. "You don't want to upset me. You just sit calmly. I'll take care of everything." Jimin was in such a low state that when he took his empty gaze away from her and turned his back, she patted his back and said, "Okay, baby, get some rest." and stood up. Then she went out and went to the man waiting in front of the door. "Did you get it done?" "It'll probably be fine, but it would be nice if we could get this done before the sedative wears off." "This man is a businessman, Hyejin, you know..." "Yeah, yeah. I know." Hyejin nodded her head. "Anyway, there's nothing to do." "They found it on him again," the man said, pointing to the small bag hidden in the palm of his hand. "It fell in the brawl. If we keep it here, we can at least make sure he doesn't use it." "Okay." Hyejin nodded her head. "You took his phone, right?" "Yeah. Maybe he'll sleep. I'll make sure someone takes care of him, don't worry," Junyoung replied, then planted a tiny kiss on her lips. "Go on in, make yourself comfortable, darling. You're tired."  From morning till evening, Jimin had spent the whole day in a semi-conscious state, and when the time for the meeting came, he decided not to make any trouble and wait calmly because he wanted this to be over and done with as soon as possible. He couldn't be bothered with anything else as he was already struggling with his own hell. The only thing he needed was that white powder. As soon as this nonsense was over, he would get his phone back, get out of here and meet Seojun. He didn't care what the outcome would be anyway. "Okay, don't be so scared," Jimin finally said as he watched his mother's disgusting behaviour whenever she wanted him to do something with a mocking expression on his face. "We made a deal. I'll keep quiet, but as soon as he leaves the room, I'm out of here." "Okay." said Hyejin, throwing aside the fake smile on her face. "Try to smile a little. We're working for you here." "Is that so?" "And look at you," she whispered angrily. "You should have tidied yourself up a bit. You're a mess." Jimin turned his gaze indifferently to the window. He knew they weren't trying for him, but he didn't want to fight with her, he wanted to get out of here. So he kept quiet. "Hello Mr Park, how are you?" a voice called out to him and he turned his head to see a smartly dressed young man standing with a smiling expression on his face and holding out his hand to him, "We haven't had a chance to meet properly." Jimin was trying to make sense of who he was when he heard his mother's voice saying, "Darling, you might want to apologise to Mr Jung for unintentionally hurting him." When Jimin looked at the man's face, he vaguely remembered what had happened a few hours ago and bowed his head with a great sense of guilt and shame. These feelings, which had been haunting him, made him feel so bad at such moments that he was terrified that everyone around him would hate him for it and abandon him. But when he saw his face smiling at his with sincerity and tolerance, Jimin was surprised and breathed a sigh of relief. "It's okay," Mr Jung replied, "You weren't in a very calm state at the time. I hope you're all right." Lawyer Jung Hoseok was a very smiling, understanding and kind person. He was not too concerned about Jimin's behaviour towards him. He understood the situation he was in and only wanted the man to be well. "I'm fine, thank you very much," Jimin said excitedly. He thought he was a wonderful person, he had never seen such a wonderful person before. So he was thrilled and he felt so good that his mood, which had been at rock bottom a moment ago, suddenly rose to the top and a big smile spread across his face. "How kind and good of you, I've never met anyone as wonderful as you!" Hoseok was surprised by the man's strange and exaggerated reaction and for a moment he wondered if he was joking when the sound of the door to the room opening made everyone turn their gaze to the door. "Please come in." Jimin turned round at the sound of the voice and saw a young man with his gaze locked directly into his eyes. He wore his shoulder-length, shiny black hair swept back and was dressed very neatly and smartly. As he started to move towards him, Jimin frowned, trying to make sense of the challenging, sharp gaze he was receiving. He didn't like him at all. He didn't. When he reached them, Hyejin put on her fake politeness again and said, "Welcome, Mr Min... After the mishap last time... Um... meet my son, Park Jimin." Yoongi extended his hand to him without taking his gaze off Jimin's face for a second. "Min Yoongi." Jimin turned his gaze to the man's strong fingers. His mood, which had peaked just a moment ago, had instantly plummeted again. After swallowing anxiously a few times, he met his hard gaze again, and as a shiver ran through his body, he slowly lifted his hand and placed his small fingers in his palm. It was then that he realised the man had missed his defiantly sharp gaze. "Nice to meet you," Yoongi said as he tightly grasped the small hand he felt disappearing into his palm and began to carefully examine Jimin's face. Although Yoongi was very good at hiding his emotions could see all his emotions. At the sight of Jimin's startled and agitated appearance, he felt so agitated inside that he felt ashamed and hated himself. He couldn't remember ever feeling uncomfortable about making anyone feel that way before. "Here, if you like, let's go over here." Junyoung groped and invited Yoongi to the meeting table while the two young men stood with joined hands and looked at each other. The strange tension felt in the atmosphere made everyone uncomfortable. With a sudden reflex, Yoongi let go of the hand he was holding in his palm, sat down where he was shown and focused his gaze on the painting in front of him. The painting that was crooked... Although his medication kept him under control in such situations, it could not help his mind to struggle. Especially in such moments when he needed to keep his emotions under control. "It's nice to be together again." Junyoung said with a smiling face. "How are you? I hope your business is going well." "I'm fine, thank you." Yoongi only replied. He still didn't turn his face towards them. Although Junyoung and Hyejin were used to his cold and distant demeanour, Yoongi seemed much stranger today. This man, who was quite young and successful, had a strange air that made people nervous and under the influence. While Yoongi's gaze continued to roam over the painting in front of him, Jimin sat quietly, shaking his leg impatiently. Instead of focusing his attention on the tense environment he was in, he chose to focus on other thoughts and trapped himself in many pessimistic and dark feelings and thoughts. "I've decided to make some changes to the conditions based on our previous meeting." Yoongi suddenly interjected. Everyone turned their gaze to him as the silence was broken. "My commission will be 60 per cent in the first year of our contract, not 40 per cent" Then he continued, fixing his gaze on Junyoung's eyes. "Also, if I don't get the efficiency I want from the cooperation within the first year, I will terminate the contract." The moment Jimin heard this, he turned his head first to his shocked mother and then to his boss, who was obviously angry. As he swept his gaze across their faces, he couldn't help the delighted grin that spread across his face, no matter how hard he tried to hold back his laughter. He was so pleased to see them in this state that it almost lifted his spirits. Yoongi was the only one who noticed this. "If these conditions are suitable for you, we can talk about other details." There was a deafening silence as Yoongi's authoritative voice echoed around the room. Neither Junyoung nor Hyejin were stupid enough to don't read his intentions. The moment Junyoung realised what kind of person he was dealing with, he felt the need to scrutinise Yoongi's face more carefully and began to run his gaze over his confident and determined face. The man had obviously realised how difficult their situation was and decided to use it. He did not hesitate to see their need to him as a money opportunity. Although he wasn't sure if he should consider it a declaration of war yet, Jungyoung realised that he had to be much more careful and serious with him. The same thoughts crossed Hyejin's mind, and after the pair exchanged worried glances, Junyoung took a deep breath and replied, "Of course, Mr Min. Your satisfaction is very valuable to us." Yoongi was very good at reading people and seeing their weaknesses. He was good at it because using these weaknesses to dominate people was something he always did. This time it wasn't about money, just control. That's why he wanted to get people to invest in him by offering such a high commission. He knew that this huge investment would bind them to him. According to Yoongi, they had a gem in their hands whose potential they could not ignore, and it was clear that these two would not give up this gem easily. So Yoongi knew that his condition would be easily accepted. Even though he was not surprised at all, this caused Jimin to be surprised. He never thought that they would so easily agree to take such a big risk for him. "Good. There are certain strategies I use with the people I work with." Yoongi interjected again.  "Especially..." He turned his gaze to Jimin's face and continued. "in problematic cases like this." Jimin continued to shake his leg impatiently under the table and did not respond except to stare blankly at his gaze. Because he didn't want this to drag on any longer. He didn't even get angry. The only thing he focused on was to reach those moments when he was lying on his bed and smoking his cigarette in pleasure. "He's the only artist I'm working with right now, and I can assure you that's going to be the case for a very long time. You know, I had no plans to return to this industry." "Yeah, we do," Hyejin replied with a smile. "Thank you very much for that." "Then let's talk about the process." Yoongi continued. "Having Mr Park completely under my control is the most important criterion for me to do my job. Your actor is a product. Let's not forget that. However, you also realise that the brand value is very shaky right now." Then he turned to Jimin and said, "I've done some general research on you, Mr Park." His face was expressionless. "I really appreciated your talent. You have a high potential. You are also quite popular. This is an important advantage and the hardest thing to achieve. But this popularity is currently in a rather negative trend. Our goal in this process will be to focus on reversing this situation." "Hmm hmm..." Jimin nodded his head. "I see." Yoongi was aware of his apathy and lack of seriousness, so he didn't prolong his explanations any further. He would never waste his time on someone who wouldn't listen to him. "In order to market a product, I need to know it well. In every sense. Therefore, we will maintain close contacts in this process. That's all for now. " Then he turned his face to Junyoung. "If you have no questions, your lawyer can help us with the contract." The man was happy that this agreement had finally been reached. "Of course, Mr Min. We will get the contract to you as soon as possible, don't doubt it." Then they shook hands. "Let's not take any more of your time. Thank you very much. Have a good day." "See you soon." Yoongi stood up and nodded softly to the blonde-haired young man sitting in his chair with his gaze fixed on him before heading straight for the door. Jimin did not respond in any way. As soon as Yoongi was out the door, Jimin stood up and started heading towards the exit. "Where's my phone?" "We should have had talk first," his mum said. "Talk about what? You've achieved your goal." "It's not enough that we have achieved our goal, Jimin." Junyoung said, approaching Jimin, who was standing in front of the door. "You heard the man. You will do whatever he tells you in this process. There is no other way!" "Yeah, right," Jimin said, placing a disdainful look on his face. "Out of one patronage and into another." He chuckled irritably. "Forget it. It's not going to happen." "It's not like that, don't be ridiculous," Hyejin said. Jimin had no patience left. It was useless for him to even talk about it. He had never taken that man seriously in any way. He would never let a manager interfere with him, and he would never let him interfere with him. He want to decide for himself how to live his life. Only himself, no matter what the cost. "I'm fed up with you, I'm leaving," he finally said angrily. "You can shove my phone up your ass." "Jimin!..." He didn't care. He only responded to his mother's voice calling his name by slamming the door and leaving the room.
