Chapter 1 Lawrence is a cozy town, nestled in Kansas. Not much happens here, the kind of place you’d never expect to see on the news or read about in an article. Though there is a secret this town hides, entities wandering aimlessly, secrets in the soil. Though these happenings are known, nobody really speaks much about it. Those who do, typically end up being hunters or your average bible thumper. ~~~~~ Reader’s POV“I’ve got it Tammy!” she shouted as she snatched the ticket from the rail and sighed, balancing a tray on her open arm and a pen between her teeth. As she leaned over, she scratched the price into the thin receipt paper with the blotting pen, groaning as she moved to hand it off to her coworker. It was going to be a long night. She steadied the tray and stepped out from behind the counter, slipping around stray customers moving between their tables and such. She served multiple waiting customers, apologizing and occasionally tucking a stray dollar tip into her pocket here and there. Most were appreciative, comments ranging from respectful words of gratitude and the occasional awkward flirts from regulars. As the night began to slow down, the tables slowly became more vacant. The faint sound of chatter from a few stray customers and the clinking of dishes from the back kitchen filling the air. There was then a soft sound as the door opened, her head turning.“Ding!”~~~~~Dean’s POVHe pushed the door shut behind him, the hot smell of food and the wood paneling filling his lungs. He sighed softly as he walked over, seating himself at a booth towards the back. He could feel his joints pop as he sat down, resting his elbows on the table and clasping his hands together. Him and his brother, Sam, had been excessively focused on a specific case involving a demon. He was tired, dark circles and exhaustion lines etched into his face as if done with a chisel. He sat back, watching football from a tv propped up on a shelf before averting his gaze to the hostess across the room.He raised an eyebrow as he locked his eyes on the woman, unsure why, but nonetheless intrigued. He exhaled slightly as he cleared his throat, trying to ignore the odd feeling knotting in his stomach as she approached. He didn’t convey much through his expressions, though as he spoke, he made sure to meet her eyes, giving her that soft sly smile.“She seems to be enjoying this”He thought to himself, a smirk curling on his lips as she walked away, his eyes locked on the alluring sway of her hips. He could feel that familiar knot only tightening, shuddering as he turned to wait for her eventual return.~~~~~Reader’s POV“That’s a Winchester!” Tammy whispered to her, a shocked smile on her face “Don’t tell me you’re going to take him up on the hookup?” she asked, crossing her arms. “And If I do!” she asked as she plated his order, her eyes not meeting Tammy’s, who had moved on to her task. A soft exhale of relief left her parted lips as she shook her head, making her way out to the booth he sat in. She leaned down and slid the plate onto the table, followed by a glass of cold shiner. “Anything else I can get for you sweetheart?” she hummed, raising an eyebrow and meeting his eyes. She knew she was fucked, the way he looked at her, that smug smile and the way he knew just what to say. She wouldn’t be able to hold back, his scent was too strong, his voice rough but sweet, almost like a strong whiskey on the rocks. Though she didn’t care, he was putting himself in this position, and she was going to use that power to her ability.~~~~~Mixed POVDean smirked as he gestured for her to sit down, reaching to take a drink from the chilled beer in front of him before licking his top lip. “So, I’ve lived in this town my whole life. How come I’ve never met your pretty little self?” he asked, his voice charming, hinting a tone of playfulness. She chuckled and rested her chin to her palm, crossing her leg over her knee under the table “No idea honey, I’ve never seen you here either. What brings you here?” she hummed. “Just kicking back” he replied, taking another pause to down a good quarter of the glass “It’s benefiting me real well too” he added, eyes roaming over her body once more. She just rolled her eyes and smiled, gesturing for him to eat. The two sat in a tense silence for a bit, gazes wandering from both as he ate.~~~~~Reader’s POVAfter he finished, she tidied the table, ridding of his mess and returning with his check “just about that time darling” she commented, taking the cash from his hand and writing his receipt. “No tip?” she joked, earning a deep chuckle from him, the very sound that made her spine tingle, a cold strain of need that coursed thickly through her veins. It seemed he was thinking the same, Dean smirking faintly “Black Impala, 5 minutes darling” he grunted. Her chance laid in front of her, and of course she was going to take it, though they could both only pray he knew what he was getting himself into.~~~~~

Chapter 2The Impala door slammed, the car shuddering as she shoved him into the backseat. Locking the doors and exchanging a knowing gaze.~~~~~Reader’s POVShe was quick to lay her hands on him, hand clinging quickly to his throat as she held him down with her knee. Her hand tightened slightly as she leaned down, her hot breath dancing along his jaw as she began to trace soft nibbles and open mouthed kisses to the sensitive skin, earning a soft whine from him. This encouraged her into going further, running the tip of her tongue down his neck as she tilted her head to fully sink her teeth into his skin, a hiss leaving his parted lips followed by a soft groan. Her grip tightened as she moved her head to look down at him, straddling her hips on his waist as she brushed her lips against his trembling mouth. “You want me that bad hm?” she whispered, almost mockingly as she tilted his chin to face him directly at her “such a good little toy…god i’m going to break you” she breathed.~~~~~Dean’s POVHe groaned, eyes shutting as he allowed her to take over. He didn’t know what had gotten into him, submitting to a woman wasn’t in his nature, but something about her shut him down fast, that certain something being the sole cause of his heightening arousal. His hips ached, his core hot and twisted with need for the woman pinning him roughly against the bench seat. He wanted to protest, to take control and put her in her place, though he was slowly realizing his position. He was completely and utterly wrapped around her finger, his body hers and his tough exterior slowly cracking.Every bite, kiss, slow drag of her tongue causing his breath to hitch and his body to seize. His body trembled, finding himself aching desperately for more of her. He was numb, arms jelly and legs practically gone as he succumbed even more to her touch. With every slight graze of her hips, he would slightly buck his hips, seeking any form of friction to his pleading core.~~~~~Mixed POVShe chuckled against his now marked up neck as he bucked his hips, moving her fingers to undo the buttons of his shirt. Her hands roamed down his bare chest as she did, pressing her lips to his in a more hungry and possessive manner. He whimpered softly as he returned the gesture, melting under her touch as he rested his hand against the small of her back, pressing his hips to her in one desperate movement, earning a harsh but not damaging slap to the face. A shocked gasp left his lips, followed by a groan as he gripped her top to focus himself. “I’m sorry” he whispered pleadingly as her hand grabbed his chin “We’re going to do this on my fucking time, I’ll use you how I please” she growled softly, holding his jaw tight as he frantically nodded, “Yes ma’am.”She moved down to his collarbone, darting her tongue out to drag it down his torso, hands wandering as she groped and rubbed his sides. As he became more aroused, she began to still, moving to undo her skirt and drop it from her form, throwing it somewhere in the front seat. She undid the front buttons of her top now, crawling onto him better as she looked down at him. He gulped softly as he watched her, a pleading look in his eyes. Though she simply chuckled and grasped his belt from his form, binding his wrists above his head on the safety handle. A look of shock and arousal flashed across his face, though his expression was quick to be changed once she had moved her panties aside, his gaze eager and needy as he darted his tongue out to taste her,Her arousal filled his senses as he let out a deep groan, burying his face between her thighs hungrily as she tangled her fingers in his hair, holding him in place. “Good boy” she moaned as she guided him by his hair, rolling her hips in a slow grinding motion as he worked his mouth eagerly against her. He was determined to bring her over, to please her, to give her everything she wanted. Her scent attracted him, the gasps and soft moans escaping her parted cherry lips as he drew and withdrew his tongue from inside of her. She held his head a bit tighter now, her hips stuttering as she whined, her chest heaving as she rubbed his head. “Keep going, keep fucking going” she said demandingly, grunting softly as her stomach coiled with hot pleasure “So good, letting me use that smug little mouth” she whispered, earning a groan from him,She was brought to a shaking finish, burying his face between her thighs quickly as her head tilted back, a hot groan spilling from her mouth. Dean trembled as he gasped for air, refreshed with air as she moved off of his face, her fingers grazing his jaw. “You did so well” she praised, kissing the corner of his lips softly before moving to slide her panties off of her form. He watched her with an intrigued gaze before his mouth was forced open, the panties lodged into his mouth. She chuckled as she moved to unzip his pants, straddling his hips. “You look so pretty like this sweetheart” she cooed as she pulled his jeans down, his boxers confining the painful hard-on he had been struggling with until she moved them aside, lining herself up with a focused gaze lingering on her features as she slid him inside. He tugged against the belt as he let out a groan, the panties muffling his cry of pleasure. She rested her hands against his chest as she moved to slowly roll her hips, dipping deep enough to bury him to the hilt, a moan drawn from her lips as he trembled and whined beneath her. His knees buckled as his back slightly curved, a loud drawn out groan spilling from him as she moved her hips.It wasn’t long before it became too much to him, the way she had him bound, the erotic roll of her hips, the way she moaned, swearing softly and praising him as she took him. He became a whining mess, moaning and biting down on the fabric that muffled him. It was getting to her too, her head laid back as she gasped, her hand gently rubbing his chest to ease him through his orgasm. He came first, a loud whiny groan of pleasure leaving him as he bit down on the panties. His head thrown back and his hips bucking up into her as he spilled, her release quick after as she pulled the fabric from his mouth, meeting his lips roughly. He desperately clashed with her, the two entangled in the hot embrace as they rode out the waves of their climaxes. She panted heavily as she held him close to her, fingers on his shoulders as she eased him down to catch his breath. His eyes focused softly on hers, a breathless smile on his face.~~~~~Reader’s POVShe removed his wrists from the belt binding and pulled off of him, moving to rub his sides. The moment was quiet and intimate between the two, the air hazy and the windows fogged as they laid in a comfortable quiet. She held him close for a bit as she rested her eyes, his hands on the small of her back.Eventually, they had to part. She entered her number into his phone and put it aside, pulling her clothes back on as he did the same. The two exchanged a meaningful and soft goodnight kiss before he let her leave.~~~~~Dean’s POV“What have I gotten myself into?”He thought with a smirk as he shook his head, starting the Impala back up. He had a lot of explaining to do on why he was getting home this late at night, but it was worth it.~~~~~

Chapter 3Sam and Dean’s POV“4AM Dean!” he said frustratedly, rubbing his forehead “You have no idea how worried I was about you.” He said to his brother, shaking his head. Dean sighed as he sat down, elbows rested on his knees and his chin tilted up as he watched Sam pace “Look Sammy I get it, I got distracted” he said. “Oh I can tell.” he said simply, gesturing to the remains of former hickeys and bites along the sides of his neck down to the collar of his shirt. “You look like you’ve been fucking mauled” he spoke, earning a scoff from Dean. “Yknow Sammy, you can just complain that you don’t get laid, we know” he said, standing to pat his brothers shoulder. “It isn’t even that, it’s.. It’s…yeah whatever” Sam sighed, giving up.Dean just shook his head, chuckling as he stuffed the Impala keys in his jacket pocket before turning back to Sam. “Do you know a (N) (LN)?” he asked, his tone a bit quizzical as he spoke. Sam raised an eyebrow “Isn’t that the woman that Castiel was talking about during that missing persons case last year?” he asked, causing Dean to raise an eyebrow. “Is it?” he asked as he ruffled his hair, huffing “It can’t be, they caught that suspect a few months after the incident…”Sam sighed as he shook his head “I may be wrong then” he said as he shrugged. Dean just shrugged as well, shrugging his jacket off of his shoulders. “I’m gonna go finish up that research” he said, Sam nodding as he watched Dean walk into the living room.~~~~~Dean’s POVHe sat in the living room for a couple of hours, clippings, photos and documents spread out on the table and couch as he clicked away on his laptop. He had to find information on the girl he had slept with the night before, the woman who had so easily knocked him off of his feet and put him in his place.“0 Search Results”“Fuck.”He groaned as he buried his face in his hands, mind reeling as he tried to focus on the task of finding her online, though he knew it wouldn’t be easy. If Sammy was right, if she was the woman from that situation, there wouldn’t be anything specifically calling her out. He set the computer aside and laid his head back, staring at the ceiling as he thought. Last night was still fresh in his mind, from the moment he saw her until his last glance as he drove away. That’s when he remembered, she had put her number into his phone. He nearly shot up, snatching his phone from his jacket pocket and fumbling to find her contact. “(N) (LN)” he muttered as he scrolled, finally clicking the contact card with her name on it. Though now he had to figure out what to say, and how to say it.“Hey, It’s Dean. Sorry it’s taken me a while to get back to you since last night, I’ve been really busy. Anyways I wanted to let you know I really enjoyed last night. I was wondering if maybe we could meet again, have a proper sit down conversation?”He sent it, releasing a breath he was holding in, unaware that he had been doing so. He knew it would be useless to wait, knowing she may be busy, or may not even reply. He hoisted himself up from the couch and sighed, walking into the kitchen to open a beer, resting against the counter. He ran back over the events of last night, the way she fit perfectly against him, the look in her deep green eyes, the way her lips felt against his body, and bruises on his wrists? He looked down, almost shocked. He hadn’t noticed the dark purple and yellow marks forming around where she had bound him with his belt, his flushed expression only deepened as he downed a quarter of the beer and set it down. He stepped over to the medicine cabinet, pulling out a tube of bruise cream, rubbing some into the thin and tender flesh of his wrists. “This woman is going to be the death of me..” he grumbled to himself, pushing up off of the counter and grabbing his beer, turning on his heel and walking back into the living room and plopping down onto the couch.“Ding!”Dean practically flinched, fumbling with his phone to open the message.“Hey! Sorry, I’m working a 12 right now and haven’t had the time to stop and check my phone. I was waiting for a text back, nice to finally hear from you, i’m surprised it took you that long. Your wrists and neck healing well?. Also, does next week, Saturday, at 8pm work?”He smirked slightly to himself at the attitude coiling itself through every word she wrote. His heart was racing, mind focused on her and just her as he texted back.“Saturday at 8 works perfectly..and i’m sorry, it won’t happen again sweetheart. Besides, I’ll pay you back and maybe get my payback for these bruises and bites”~~~~~Reader’s POVShe bit her lip as she read the text, checking around her to be sure no customer was watching her before she texted back.“Bold, I like it, we’ll see who gets this next round.”She chuckled softly to herself as she shook her head and tucked her phone into her apron pocket, she had been on shift since 5, and the clock reflected about 15 minutes past 4. She proceeded on with the remaining 45 minutes of her shift, working efficiently as her thoughts wandered on him. She was infatuated, but pushed her feelings down quickly. She couldn’t lust after him too heavily, that previous night had been a spur of the moment. “No feelings right?” she thought repeatedly to herself, trying to ensure she would understand she couldn’t fall too deeply into the man, no matter how charming he was towards her.“FUCK.”She thought to herself as she swung herself into the front seat of her mustang, her head quick to rest against the wheel. She had no clue what she was going to do, how she should feel. She lightly thud her head against the base of the wheel a few times before letting out a heavy sigh and sitting back. She was even further fucked, she needed to prove to him that she wasn’t looking for anything, not that he was a cheap fuck exactly but how else could she tell him? It wasn’t like she could out herself as a succubus, not like she could throw it all away over what seemed to be a stupid little dose of attraction. Though she couldn’t help it, his hands, his stupid smirk, the way he gasped and moaned, begging for her to touch him, his sappy smile. She started her car and pulled out of the parking lot of the restaurant, pulling onto the highway.

Chapter 4About a week had gone by since they had last talked, the two weren’t too sure of what to say, Dean was fearful he may fumble things and she was fearful of getting involved, to be fair, she had blood on her hands. The Thursday before they had planned to meet up, she had lost herself. While walking out of the diner late one night, a man who had been waiting until she closed, attacked her.Reader’s POV She landed a violent blow to his jaw, her nails digging into his skin as she dragged him down into a dark corner of the dark alleyway. She muffled his cries with another harsh landing against his chin, a tooth flying. He gained dominance for a moment as he pushed her off, digging his knee into her stomach and pinning her to the cold concrete as he undid and ripped his belt from his figure. She whined and fought back, flipping them over as she dug her now unsheathed talons into his throat, puncturing about 3 inches deep diagonally through his jugular. He choked out in pain as she took the opportunity, shoving him against the hard brick wall as she repeatedly retracted and stabbed her talons into the sensitive skin around his throat and sternum.“You fucking pig”She spat, dragging her talons down as his flesh ripped. He stopped crying out, his grunts of struggling changing into soft gurgles and pleas of pain. Blood spurted from his now open throat, staining his brown shirt as she licked his blood from her fingers. She then moved close, grasping his jaw with her bloody hand. Her short fangs glistened in the dim alley light as she leaned down, violently burying her fangs into his shoulder, tearing away the flesh. He was no longer moving other than a few twitches as she tore at his flesh. Once finished, she scooped up the remains and buried them in the back of her car. She got in and used baby wipes to wipe the remains of the man from her hands and face, feeling refreshed at not only the retaliation against the man, but the satisfied full feeling that only flesh could soothe. She drove out to the lake, the entire car ride silent as the moons’ haze dimly lit the road. She disposed of what she had left of the man in the lake, lighting a cigarette. She sat for a moment in the front seat of her car before starting it back up. She drove aimlessly for about two hours, eventually ending up parked outside of the Winchester house. She sighed as she made her way around the back of the house, silently scaling up to perch outside of his closed window. She was unable to be seen, she pressed her taloned fingers to the glass and leaned close to find him asleep and grasping a pillow close. She sighed softly, grateful he was safe and content before jumping back down onto the ground and taking her leave.~~~~~That Saturday came quicker than they expected, he was ecstatic and so was she, if not more. The two had agreed to meet at his home, they were going to watch a movie and make dinner, picking a shitty horror movie to watch together in his bedroom.Mixed POV “Yknow… I’ve always found these movies really stupid” she chuckled as they sat down on his bed, both holding their own plates. The two had made spaghetti, as well as garlic bread, both seeming content with the ‘date’ . She pressed play on the remote and quietly ate, Dean following suit. The two were comfortable with the tension, the movie quietly playing over the sounds of their utensils and plates clinking with each bite. After a bit, she rested against him. His hand moved to gently cup her hip, his thumb grazing her skin through the fabric. They didn’t speak, both hyperfocused on the tv as he held her close. Eventually, he pulled the blanket up over them, her body now resting between his legs, her head against his chest as he inhaled deep and slow. He moved to wrap his arms around her, hands resting on her stomach as he did so.The two laid comfortably like this for a while, his hands rubbing along her stomach and sided, occasionally moving up under her shirt to rub the soft skin there. She rested her eyes as his rough hands grazed along her stomach, her head leaned back against his chest. He took this as a sign, placing kisses against her neck as he gently grabbed her sides. She very quietly moaned, her body easing up as he did so.~~~~~Reader’s POVShe didn’t know how to stop herself with him, how to control that longing urge to have him. Her eyes fluttered open as she laid her head back, her eyes locking on his as he leaned down and kissed her. She responded almost immediately, her body quick to mold against his. “Fuck should I be doing this? Should I be getting involved further?...God he’s being so gentle” She thought, tilting her head to capture his lips once again. He seemed to draw the soft sounds from her lips as they left, his hand pulling her closer by her thigh.~~~~~Dean’s POV“Fuck you’re perfect” he groaned against her lips, pulling her impossibly closer by her hip. He laid her down on her back, his eyes practically worshipping the sight in front of him. He moved his hands from her hips, up under her shirt. His hands grazed the soft skin of her waist as he let out a soft sigh before leaning down to leave kisses along her jaw. It was a lot softer than their first interaction, his actions expressing care and affection. He could feel the way she melted into his touch, the way her body molded with his hands. She was perfect to him, everything about her, he knew he had to get to know her.~~~~~Mixed POVShe moaned softly as his lips dragged along her neck and collarbone, her fingers moved to tangle in his hair, her eyes shutting. That was until he noticed she had slight blood stained along her cuticles from the attack 2 nights prior. He raised an eyebrow and stopped, picking his head up to grasp her hand from his hair, his eyes widening as he observed her fingers. “(N)? What is this?” he asked, his voice hinting a feeling of discomfort. Her stomach sank, clearing her throat “it’s nothing.” she said, dismissing it with a tone that seemed to confess everything. He bit his tongue and sat up, pausing the tv. She went to speak but was automatically cut off by Dean putting his hand up. They sat in silence for a few moments as he took a second to process things. “I think you should go.” he said quietly.~~~~~Reader’s POVHer eyes averted his gaze as she got up, adjusting her shirt and pulling her pants back up from her hips onto her waist. “Okay.” she said simply, standing from his bed and tying her hair up. She could see the concerned, guarded look in his eyes as she gathered her things. She parted with him in silence, Dean shutting the front door behind her. She listened as the steps departed, looking down at her cuticles which were in fact stained from the blood of the man she had killed.~~~~~Dean’s POVHe sighed as he walked into the kitchen, grabbing a beer from the fridge and walking back to his bedroom. The house was silent other than the occasional click of the unbalanced ceiling fan. He was confused and lost, why would she have blood stains on her cuticles? How much did he really know about her? He drew the blinds of his bedroom window open, warm dusk pouring through his bedroom window. He looked out of it for a moment before noticing what seemed to be scratches. He squinted as he set his beer down, leaning close. Talon marks. His stomach dropped as he opened his window, seeing the dirt caked to the section of roofing outside of his window. Footprints. Maybe a size 7 converse? He couldn’t tell but he knew it wasn’t nothing, he could feel a sense of unease forming in his gut. Has he been watched without knowing? Why are there talon scratches on the surface of his window? He grabbed his phone from his pants pocket and called Sam, his breathing a bit panicked as he asked for him to come home. He had to figure out what was going on as well as trying to piece together everything that had happened that evening, the blood stains, the possibility of him being watched, and the part that unsettled him the most. Another entity.~~~~~
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Chapter 5A week had gone by, radio silence lingering between them other than her occasionally messaging him to check on him or to see if he would speak to her. She would text him once at least every other day. “Hey, Can we talk?” “Hey are you doing okay?”, waiting for the familiar “Ding!” of her phone chiming, but it never did. He focused mainly on trying to figure out who had been watching him, spending hours on end trying to identify the talon marks, the possibilities all tying back to a possible fallen angel or demon. He couldn’t find anything on the situation. Sam could see his brother crumbling, he could see how Dean would pace and check the lock on his window every night, how he would check his phone and type, but then backspace. Dean was falling apart, both from worry and a growing longing for (N), but he couldn’t bring himself to speak to her after their last interaction. He would show up at the restaurant twice in that week, sitting outside parked in the Impala out of sight. He would watch her come and go, longing to hear her voice again, to talk to her, but he just couldn’t gather the mental capacity to do so.~~~~~Reader’s POVShe sighed as she checked her phone for the last time. She had gotten to the point where she had grown tired of trying, trying to reach out, to fix things. If she had paid attention to the small detail of the light crimson stains on her nails, maybe it would have worked. Though she couldn’t get herself to do anything. She couldn’t get herself to speak to him, so she worked her ass off. She had to talk to him, to tell him. She wasn’t sure where she should start. “He’s a demon hunter, he’ll kill me instantly” she thought “but god I miss him.” She buried her face in her hands as she took a smoke break in the alleyway behind the restaurant. She knew she had fucked things up and she didn’t blame him for making her go. She felt flawed, hurt and even as if she were a burden. She made her way back into the kitchen and hung her coat back up, rubbing her cold hands together before walking back out into the front to serve a man at the front counter.“Ding!”The door opened, her eyes moving slightly from the register as she served the man standing in front of her “I’ll be with you in a moment” she said as she handed the man his table number. She then looked up, met directly with Sam Winchester, hiding the way her eyes widened slightly at the man in front of her. She led him to a table, remaining respectful and joyfully toned towards him, though he looked skeptical. That’s when there was another “Ding!” followed by footsteps behind her. Another man took a seat, she had seen him before. Castiel Novak. She bit her tongue and moved to place two menus down on the table. “Can I go ahead and do drinks for the two of you?” she asked, her tone betraying her, giving off a sense of worry. Castiel looked up at the woman, his eyes focusing on her for a moment as if observing her, clearing his throat and simply replying with “Water”, Sam responding with the same. She wrote this down as the two men laid judgemental glances on her. This uneased her, causing her to avert her eyes and practically speed walk back to the kitchen. She handed her task of serving them onto the other waitress, her heart rate racing as she sat down against a counter in the back stockroom. She tried to bring herself down, her breathing shaky. Were they there to confront her on Dean? Why was Castiel there of ALL people? Did Sam find out what she is? Fuck, does Dean know? Her thoughts were endless as she pushed herself off of the counter and into the dining area once again. She approached the table, looking between the two. “Can I get y’all started on anything this evening?’ She asked. Catstiel snorted as he shook his head “The original double meat” he said, gesturing to Sam who ordered the same. She nodded as she ran back the order and returned to collect their menus. She grabbed Sam’s menu, not seeming to meet their gazes. “Sit down (N)” Castiel said, not harshly though in a way that almost sounded like a child being firmly told to sit after doing something stupid. She didn’t argue, sitting down at the table with the two, resting her arms on the table and clasping her hands.~~~~~Castiel and Sam’s POV“Alright here’s what we’re gonna do” Castiel started. “You give us the information on the recovered body from the lake, why you did it and so forth, and your boyfriend won’t know.” he said, this was an attempt to get further under her skin. He could see the exhaustion and irritation in her eyes, clouded with fear. He knew it was working. Sam could tell as well, he was sympathetic, aware her habits didn’t tend to be a full choice. The two waited for her to answer as she fumbled with her hands. “You…Cas you know why I do what I do, we talked about this 150 something years ago when I did it the very first time.” she said, her voice breaking “It’s been a year, he attacked first, I just couldn’t help myself” she said. Sam sighed “(N) listen, we’re worried about Dean here, he’s been watched recently, that man turned up, we just want everyone in check and safe, and I know it’s been a while since you last spoke okay? It isn’t my intention to upset you” he sighed. Castiel nodded “Just tell us that Dean is safe” he said, looking at her, his gaze slightly begging her. She nodded “I don’t know what’s going to happen between us, but i’ll keep him safe no matter what it takes” she said softly “I would never hurt him.”Castiel and Sam exchanged a look, a sigh leaving Sam. Sam cupped her shoulder, meeting her eyes. “My brother is really into you, just…please don’t hurt him. We’ll get out of your hair.” They then stood and collected the to-go boxes that the assistant waitress had brought them, both men making their way up to the front counter, where they paid.~~~~~Reader’s POVShe watched as they left, the feeling of Sam cupping her shoulder still there. Their words had stuck with her, he was into her? “No that can’t be, he hasn’t spoken to me since” she thought to herself, standing and walking back into the kitchen, starting off a different task, unable to shake the previous interaction.~~~~~Sam and Dean’s POV“I miss her man” Dean said to Sam, rubbing his forehead “What do I even say to her?” he asked “Hey! So about the blood on your nails, me and my brother think you’re a demon!” he said mockingly, followed by a groan. “Look Dean I…We know I have a hard time with relationships, but I really feel like this could be something. She seems well intentioned, and I don’t feel like she’s going to hurt you. We don’t know exactly WHAT she is yet, but if she had ill-intent, I feel she would have already acted on it” Sam said, Castiel nodding slightly in agreement. Dean looked up at the two, he could see the flash of skepticism in Castiels’ eyes, giving him a soft nod as if to tell him it would be alright.~~~~~It’s been a few days since the interaction, Dean has eased up on the issue of him being watched due to not seeing any recent activity. He has studied more into what she could be, they knew she had to be some form of demon, she was human bound. He had come to the conclusion of her possibly being a succubus, bringing it to Castiels’ attention, who confirmed it. Dean felt a strange wave of relief when he got confirmation on his suspicion, now he just had to confront her. He paced for a few moments in the living room before pulling his phone out and scrolling down to her contact. He saw all of the concerned messages she had sent, feeling guilty for putting her off so long. His thumb hesitated over the keyboard, trying to form a decent message in his head before typing it out.“I’m so sorry (N)” he texted simply before exhaling sharply, sitting down to type the rest out “I really need to see you, I'm so sorry I haven’t been talking to you recently. I just don’t really know how to express how I’m feeling. Can I pick you up tonight? We can go for a drive and talk?”Now all he had to do was wait, he was eager but extremely anxious, his heart racing. How was he supposed to tell her? How would he even approach the situation? He didn’t know. Though for her, he would figure that out.~~~~~
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Chapter 6 Mixed POVShe had read over the messages he sent, her mind going blank for a moment. Why was he finally messsaging her after making it seem like he didn’t give a fuck? She didn’t know but it really struck her as odd. She was hurt, pissed off that he hadn’t reached back out, but she couldn’t really blame him. She wanted him, but honestly, she knew it wouldn’t end well. She read back over the text a few times and started typing. This couldn’t happen again, she couldn’t hurt him, put pressure on him. He deserved a woman who wasn’t tainted, dangerous even.Tension was slowly relieving as the green dots showed up at the bottom of his screen, she’s typing.“Hey Dean, I understand and hope you’re alright. I need to talk to you about something, can we meet up tonight?”His heart nearly lept as he read this, he couldn’t fight back the grin forming on his lips. “Yeah, I’ll be over to pick you up at 8, just send me your address.” He replied, to which he received her address. He sprung up from the couch and called out to Sam that he would be out, jogging out to the Impala. He started the Impala and headed to her house, arriving in about 10 minutes. He texted her to let her know he was there, to which she exited from her front door about 2 minutes after. She was dressed in some shorts and a tank, her jacket hanging loosely on her person as she got into the Impala. She shut the door and looked over at him, a soft smile curled onto her lips “Hey” He was caught up in her smile, his eyes shooting down to her lips and then back up at her eyes “Hey.” It came out as a strained whisper, he knew he had to take it slow but he couldn’t help it, he wanted her.The two sat in silence for a bit as he drove aimlessly, the silence was tense but not enough to make either one of them uneasy. She occasionally cleared her throat, and he would look over to see if she opened her mouth to speak, though she stayed quiet, seeming lost in thought. After a bit, he pulled into the empty parking lot of a gas station, parking towards the back and turning the A/C on, the car left to quietly drone. “So…” he started, looking over at her, to which she looked at him. “What did you want to tell me about?” he asked, a bit anxious now. She cleared her throat and looked over. “It’s nothing.” she said with a soft smile. “Let’s go for a walk.”The two got out, Dean pulling his jacket onto himself to shield himself from the chilly night air. She grasped his hand in hers, intertwining their fingers silently as they walked. He glanced down at their hands and then slightly at her, a little smile on his face. He let go of her hand and moved his arm around her back, holding her waist and pulling her closer. The two caught up on her work, talking about her 12 hour shifts and overall how work was going for her. He didn’t have much to tell her about what he had been doing, he couldn’t really tell her what he had been doing anyways. The two joked and laughed together, an occasional flirt slipping from one of them, and responded with either an equally matched flirt or a stupid snarky comment. The two made their way back to the car after about an hour of walking, his arm still securely holding her waist. He opened the passengers door for her, helping her in before shutting it and circling around to get into the driver's seat. He shut the door, starting the car and pulling out of the parking lot. “Do you want to go back to my place?” he asked, taking the way her hand slid across his open hand on the bench as a yes. He drove back to his place, grateful Sam wasn’t home that night, out with Castiel. He parked and looked over at her, she was already unbuckling, he followed suit. He led her up to the front door, fumbling with the lock and practically shoving the door open. It all happened in seconds, the door swinging shut behind them as he locked it, pushing her up against the wooden surface. Their breath mixed as he leaned down, their lips crashing roughly, conveying strong feelings of longing and affection. He pushed her further against the door, his body pinning her as he moved down her jaw, to her neck and collarbone, not aggressive but needy and affectionate. She knew she shouldn’t, she knew she should be telling him no, but she couldn't bring herself to.She let out soft gasps as he kissed and gently nibbled at soft pieces of flesh along her sensitive neck. She rested her hands on the small of his back as he did, his hands moving down to rest on her hips, his right hand then moving down to rest against her thighs. She nearly buckled under his touch, a smile forming against her skin as he continued his kisses and bites. In one movement, he scooped her up, supporting her in his arms up under her thighs as he walked her upstairs. He walked into his bedroom quickly, shutting the door before laying her down on the bed. He stripped his shirt from his torso, discarding it somewhere on the floor before moving his hands to hike up under her shirt. His hands rested on her stomach's bare skin as he moved back down to her collarbone. He was now leaving full, eager bites, drawing moans and whines from her lips, tension between the two only growing thicker. His hands made their way down to rest on her thighs, moving his head to whisper into her ear “You look so beautiful like this love, so soft and vulnerable, all for my touch” He whispered “I’m going to do everything in my power to be sure you enjoy this” he whispered a bit softer, kissing her temple. She rubbed his back as his hands moved to unclasp her bra from underneath her top. He tossed her bra aside before moving to unbutton her shorts, looking up at her for consent, to which he received a nod of consent. He exhaled shakily with a nod as he unzipped and removed her shorts, rubbing her thighs as his lips brushed along her cleavage. His hands slid even further up her torso, cupping her breasts as he left tender kisses along her chest. Pulling back, he slid her top off of her body, tossing it aside. She was left completely exposed other than the panties on her body. He groaned softly as he rubbed her sides, his touch conveying affection and reverence. She felt seen in his eyes, cared for and worshipped, maybe this would be okay.~~~~~
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Chapter 7Mixed POVHe moved to unbutton his pants, his muscles flexing as he did so. He ran a hand through his hair before climbing onto the bed. He pinned her, both hands on either side of her as he moved down to place kisses on and between her breasts, his warm hands caressing the exposed skin. Her fingers tangled themselves quickly into his messy hair. She moaned softly as she laid her head back, shutting her eyes “Dean please…” she whispered. He took this as further encouragement, moving to kiss her inner thighs, earning a soft shiver through her body, feeling her body gently tremble with desperation under his hands and mouth. She squirmed and gasped out of need, a stark contrast to the dominant and confident woman she was that night in the Impala. She allowed him to take over, her eyes shutting as he praised her body. She could feel the love grazing along her skin, his soft praises repeated like a prayer. He moved back up and leaned over to pull a condom from his nightstand's top drawer. He kissed her cheek softly and moved to pull his pants from his body. Her breath hitched, her gaze communicating a very strong feeling of need, for him and only him. He ripped the condom foil open with his front teeth as he moved his boxers aside. She watched as he did so, her chest heaving slightly. He leaned down to adjust her on her lower back, wrapping her legs around his waist. He rolled the condom on and lined himself up, a quiet shudder slipping through her parted lips. The moment was quiet, intimate and about them, only them. He pushed in, a groan drawn from his lips. “Fuck I missed you” he whispered, placing a kiss to her forehead as he gave her time to adjust. She whined softly as she pulled him down, a hand on his shoulder and the other at the base of his neck. He slowly began rocking his hips, his thrusts soft and gentle, focusing on making sure she was comfortable. She moaned softly as he began to pick the pace up, burying himself deep with every movement of his hips. She gasped as she wrapped her arms around his neck, bracing her hands against his shoulder blades to ground herself, her nails dug into his skin.He could feel how she reacted each time their hips collided. The two were lost in the moment, moans and gasps filling the room as the tension deepened. Her breathing began to pick up in pace, her breathing shaky and uneven. “Dean” she gasped quietly, “Please.” her voice was shaky, her eyes locking on his. He groaned in response, kissing her softly to muffle her moans. She was lost in the moment, lost in him, the pleasure, her feelings. It was all too much. She felt a hot wave of pleasure wash over her as she finished, her face burying in his neck to muffle the cry of pleasure that slipped her lips and her nails digging deeper into the rough muscle along his upper back. “Fuck, Dean” she whined, Dean whispering a soft “baby”, followed by a breathy groan against her neck.~~~~~The two laid collapsed and curled together in his bed, legs intertwined under the blanket and her head on his chest, hair spread out against his skin. His arms were wrapped carefully but tightly around her ribcage, his face buried in her hair as he took in her presence. The two were comfortable, she felt safe for once. She had completely forgotten why they had even met up, his presence compressing all of her thoughts into one big pile of nothing. Their quiet breaths filled the silence until she quietly spoke up “Hey Dean?”Though they went to speak at the same time, allowing him to speak first. To which he quietly whispered “Please don’t ever leave” , followed by a quiet “you mean so much to me.” She was silenced, her thought gone completely from her mind as she moved her face to rest her forehead to his. “Promise me (N), please” he pled quietly, his voice a shaky whisper.“I promise.”~~~~~
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Chapter 8Dean’s POVHe woke quietly in the morning with a groan, the warm morning sunlight diffusing through the curtain with a soft yellow haze. He adjusted his laid position to pull her closer but realized she wasn’t there. His heart sank as he sat up, looking around. Her clothes, previously scattered across the floor, were now gone. Her phone, wallet and shoes were gone, no trace of her left behind. He sighed and moved to sit on the side of his bed, burying his face in his hands. Why would she do this? Didn’t she promise? He couldn’t handle this, why had he gone through with last night? He got up and slipped his boxers back on, running his hands through his hair in an attempt to tame it. It seemed like she kept slipping from his fingers, just when he had her, she was gone. He couldn’t help it, he wanted her, he needed her, though his thoughts were halted as he swiped open his phone, checking his messages. He had a message from her.“Hey, I’m sorry I left Dean, I can’t keep doing this. It feels like I'm putting you in a position to get hurt both emotionally and physically by me. I can’t keep doing this, I can’t hurt another person in my life that I value. You mean so much to me, and I’m sorry I couldn’t hold up my end of the promise. Take care Dean, for yourself.”His heart dropped as he read over the message. He couldn’t believe it, he was hurt, confused, everything. The emotions overwhelming him were dizzying as he set his phone down on his bed and sat down, rubbing his temples. He had no clue how to reply to her, how could she do this? She promised. He could feel the sense of longing and now dread weighing him down, why was it so difficult to get someone to stay with him? He could feel his head spinning, tears brimming his eyes. He hadn’t known this woman long, but he knew enough, he FELT like enough with her. He wiped his eyes, he couldn’t do this, he couldn’t fall into a dark point, but god how he wanted her. He tried to remember the way she looked at him, the way her hands rested on the base of his neck as she came and the way she felt in his arms. He let out a quiet cry as his head fell into his hands. How could he give up on his mental state for a woman, a woman that seemed too good to be true. Though with her, he felt himself, he felt whole.~~~~~“She’s a fucking demon Dean what did you expect!?” Sam said frustratedly, he wasn’t meaning to be hostile towards him but he was genuinely hurt. “I mean she fucking promised me!” he said. Dean sighed, his eyes red from previously crying, “She promised me too, she promised she’d stay…I just…” he trailed off, rubbing the side of his neck. He looked like shit, having cried on and off all day since that morning. He didn’t remember ever being this torn over a girl, maybe because every connection he made was solely sexual, solely about his body or her wants. He looked up at Sam from his seated position “I don’t get it” he whispered. Sam nodded sympathetically and sighed, rubbing his hands together. Castiel walked in “I heard what happened, are we going after her? She DID break her promise…” He said as he pulled a chair to sit down. Dean looked almost surprised and Sam looked as if he was in thought. “We could..I mean we have those incidents tied to her we could-” Sam was cut off by Dean “No, no don’t do anything to her please” he said, his tone defensive, cracking slightly. The two looked at him in shock “What do you mean Dean? Do you see what she did to you? No woman has ever made you react like THIS” Sam said, Castiel nodding in agreement. Dean shook his head slightly with a sigh, both hands running through his hair “I just….fuck!” he grunted as he rubbed his face. “I need HER, I want her, I don’t…” he said defeatedly, he knew her intentions bordered on not hurting him and straight up confusing him to make him detach from her. He couldn’t help how he felt, couldn’t help feeling hurt but couldn’t help being in love with her.~~~~~~Castiel's POVThe next day, he showed up at her work. It was long past closing but her car was still parked in the alleyway behind the building. It was obvious she was alone in the building. He pushed open the unlocked backdoor, hearing music faintly playing down the hall towards where the front counter was. He pushed the door open, she had a walkman in her pocket, mopping the floors in silence. The music could be heard blasting from the headphones though she could react if she needed to. She pulled her headphones off as she turned around, eyes locking on him immediately. He stepped from behind the front counter, an obvious expression of both disappointment and anger on his face. She put aside the mop and approached him “We’re closed, if this is about Dean, I don’t want to hear it” she said, crossing her arms. He could see the hurt and obvious unease on her face, he knew his presence was getting up under her skin. His frown curled into a smirk, striking a chord of unease in her demeanor. “You promised not only me and Sam, but Dean. You broke both promises. You’re a demon though, so I didn’t expect much from you anyways.” he said, his tone defensive and harsh. He could see her heart breaking in the way her gaze averted from his. She opened her mouth to speak, immediately shutting it as she looked at Castiel “I can’t hurt him, I can’t…I shouldn’t have had sex with him, I shouldn’t have promised him. Shit, I don’t even understand WHY he’s in love with me Castiel, i’m a wreck, a demon, a shitty fucking being.” she said as she sat down. He felt a small pang of sympathy though he of course remained protective of Dean. “That isn’t an excuse.” he said, his tone raising to a slight shout before he repeated it again, “That isn’t a fucking excuse!”He saw the way her figure jolted in fear, the way her pupils dilated and her talons unsheathed themselves. He had her on edge and he knew now that he was scaring her, maybe he was going too far, maybe he wasn’t. Though they weren’t really the type of dynamic made to get along. Her demeanor had changed though it wasn;t hostile or threatening, it was fearful and defensive. He fought back the guilt as he saw the way she had reacted, his voice still growing louder. “I never act like this and you should know that! I protect those men with everything I have, I have never seen Dean this distraught! Where do you find the audacity to do such a thing? Why even commit if you were just going to leave? You see now that your past life and sins are catching up to you, you’re getting your karma, and Dean, well he was your redemption.” he said. She was trembling slightly at this point, talons dug slightly into her thighs in order to try to keep herself in check. “Pull this again, hurt one of them again, and I will personally out and banish you” he said, his tone solid and unwavering, he was serious. She nodded quickly as he nodded. Castiel turned on his heel and exited.~~~~~Reader’s POVShe was left stunned, trembling, and guilty. What she had done was for Dean’s safety, for everyone’s safety. Though she couldn’t help but hurt knowing that she had damaged Dean so horribly. She exhaled a deep breath she had been holding in unknowingly, before standing up and putting away the mop and bucket. She closed up the building and made her way out to her car. She then got in, started it and drove home. She had a long period of hell in front of her.~~~~~Dean’s POVHe had holed himself up for a bit, busying himself with research, one beer turning into a trashcan full of cans. That night, he held his spare pillow close, her scent lingering on it from the previous night. The room was silent and still as he used his palm to dry his eyes. He could feel her hands, her lips on his, hear her voice as she promised to stay. He buried his face in the pillow, a sob slipping his lips as he gripped the fabric tightly between his fingers. He didn’t know why the hell she affected him like this but fuck did it hurt. He clung tightly to it, shuddering breaths leaving his lips as he broke down. He could feel everything easing up just a little bit, if not for a moment as he cried. This released pent up tension but the gut wrenching feeling of longing lingered on his shoulders, a heavy weight to carry. He cried himself into an unsettled stomach and a pounding headache, his body twitching and shuddering as his tears fell. He was a wreck, damaged, and tired. He needed to feel her skin to his, the quiet breaths drawn and withdrawn from her lips as she slept, her head against his bare chest. He would give anything, holding the pillow tight as he rolled onto his back, watching the rickety ceiling fan spin above him with a quiet hum. He made an attempt to slow and catch his shaking breath, his chest stuttering as it rose and fell. He let his eyes fall shut, a few stray tears escaping as he fell asleep. He didn’t want to get over her, he knew he couldn’t.He couldn’t help but feel as if she didn’t care, as if she were just a lesson for him. A body for her to hold, but he knew otherwise, he knew there was love between them. It was tangible, visible even. The way their bodies formed together perfectly, the way the two looked at each other, there was something there. Though it was something that was just out reach, like most good things in his life. He slept fitfully, his brain unable to slow down as he fought down his feelings. ~~~~~
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Chapter 9Dean’s POVHe kept on like this for two weeks, he would hole himself in his room, only talking to Sam and Castiel to give them research information. The two would try to get him to leave, but there was always a beer in his hand and he was always in his chair researching. His dark circles showed themselves, his hair disheveled and his eyes constantly a bit puffy around his eyelids. He would text her daily, ranging from simple “I miss you” messages to fully expressed messages of missing her and wishing things had been different. He never expected her to reply, and she never did. Sam could see his decline, all three of them including himself able to see the way he couldn’t seem to part with the beer wedged into his hand. He’d sleep hours on end, face buried in the pillow, practically breathing through it in an attempt to take her in somehow. He wanted to disappear, to leave and never be seen again. He wished he could just wander past the treeline, find a tree to sit himself under. To slowly form into the ground, pouring dirt over his body as he sought warmth in place of hers. To vanish, become one with the nature that caused him so much bodily and emotional dysfunction. To bury his feelings, his hurt, his flaws. Maybe she would notice his absence, not worry about hurting him, and realize that this hurts him more than anything. If he was part of the earth, she would eventually be part of it too, uniting them in a world where there were no broken promises or confusion, where they could live and love without fear. Though all he has is the hope that as he molds into the earth, the vermin and insects will take what she left of his heart. To feed away at his ever lingering thoughts of her and the way her body felt against his. It hadn’t even been more than two months, but he would put his heart on the line, go through hell and walk on a tightrope if it meant she would look his way, and maybe even love him the same.~~~~~Sam’s POV“It’s been two weeks Cas, she hasn’t apologized to him at all and I don’t think she’s going to. How do we get him to move on?” He sighed. Castiel shook his head ‘We need to let him process it all on his own, we can’t force him. He wasn’t lured or seduced though,” Castiel said. “What do you mean?” Sam asked. “I mean that seduction wouldn’t make him an emotional wreck, he would be dazed and not feel any symbolism of intimacy between them. She would have most likely fed if it was purely sexual. She said she didn’t want to hurt him, she’s aware she did but I believe her when she says she didn’t want to do this.” Castiel said as he paced the room, Sam listening intently. “We need to help him through this” Castiel started, setting his book down “We can’t allow her to destroy this, even if it means giving the two time.” He said, earning a nod from Sam “Dean knows she’s a demon Cas” Sam said “and he loves her, do you see how out of the ordinary that is for him? If this could be something more, then we need to figure out how to make it work, but I can’t let him get hurt again, it hurts to see.”Sam could see the way Castiel’s face twisted with thought, as if he were trying to figure out a plan. Sam waited patiently before Castiel sat down and rested his elbows on his knees. “We give them two weeks to handle things or at least try, if nothing is done, then we interfere on her end.” Castiel proposed, looking at Sam. Sam seemed hesitant, while he appreciated Castiel’s approach on both ends, he was still fearful. On one hand, he wanted Dean happy, but he didn’t want his brother stuck in a game of back and forth.~~~~~Reader’s POVShe occasionally checked her phone as the two weeks ticked by, she had been very unavailable. She could see Dean’s texts, every one of them a plea for her, her attention, her consideration, but she couldn’t bring herself to text him back. She felt beyond guilty for what she had done, while she wanted to just forget everything, to forget him, she also wanted to remember everything, his hands, voice, the way the two fit perfectly. She wanted to cry, to be pissed off but she couldn’t. She put her phone away anytime she got the urge and would either continue working or drive aimlessly. Though somehow, she always ended up outside of his house, watching his window. It was dark in his room, curtains drawn and lights off, it had been this way since everything happened. She knew he was shutting himself in. The guilt ate away at her mind like a starved parasite, scrounging for more of her longing and self-loathing that hid itself in the back of her brain. Tonight it was particularly different. She sat outside in her car for a bit longer than she usually did. She lit a cigarette, putting her glasses on and setting her seat back. The faint sound of Black Sabbath spilled from her speakers, no more than quiet background noise. She sat and let her thoughts consume her. Why couldn’t she get past the things she had done, the things that had happened to her. She couldn’t bear the thought of him being hurt by her any longer, she was tired of pretending it wasn’t that serious. She thought about it for a moment, butting out the end of her cigarette and shutting the car off. She waited a moment before stepping into the cool night, shutting her car door and approaching the house.~~~~~Mixed POVHe heard the doorbell ring, looking over at the clock. It was 2 in the morning, who the hell could it be? He grabbed his gun and got up from his desk, where he had been researching. He walked down the hall to the door, checking the peephole the best he could through the fogging over it. He cautiously opened the door, gun in his hand. He held the gun tight in his hand, seeing her. His heart dropped and his worried expression shifted to that of hurt. “What are you doing here?” he asked, seeing the way her eyes slightly met his. She couldn’t get herself to fully look at Sam, her guilt eating her alive. “I know it’s late..but can I talk to Dean?” she asked. Sam scoffed, throwing his hands up slightly “So what, you’re gonna treat my brother like shit and then just show up? That’s not how that works!” he said, his tone tired and frustrated. “Look” she whispered, her voice breaking. “I get what I did, and I feel so guilty for hurting him, I never meant to hurt your brother, I thought I was protecting him from getting hurt, but I was just protecting him from me. I know what I did was fucked up but please Sam” she pled quietly, her eyes were tearing up, her voice breaking with almost every syllable.Sam sighed and his eyes narrowed, he couldn’t help but believe her even if it was slight. “He may not want to see you” he started “but you know where his room is, you can try.” he said as he stepped aside to let her in, watching her intently. A strike of hope coursed through her body as she whispered an appreciative and tear-filled “thank you” before quickly making her way upstairs.~~~~~
----- CHAPTER BREAK -----
Chapter 10Dean’s POVThere was a small knock at his door, soft enough that he could tell it wasn’t Sam or Castiel. It couldn’t be. He hesitantly got up and made his way over to his mirror, running his fingers through his hair in arush to neaten it. He wiped his red swollen eyes and pushed the can of empty beer cans underneath his desk before opening the door to see her. His heart skipped a beat as he let out a shuddered gasp. He couldn’t believe she was there, he prayed it wasn’t delirious hallucination from his lack of sleep. He reached his hand out to gently graze her arm with his fingers. She was real, there. He pulled her into a hug, which she returned, his fingers gripping her back, spread along her waist and shoulder blade as he buried his face in her neck. She tangled her fingers in his hair, his favorite sensation. He could hear her breathing shaking from the quiet cries that left her. He pulled back and cupped her jaw with his hands, looking down at her. Tears stilled in his eyes before sliding down his cheeks. “Why..are you here?” he whispered, shutting the door with his foot as he held her face. “I thought you…” he whispered, being cut off by her quiet “stop”.He stopped as he waited for her to speak. “I’m so sorry Dean, I was so wrong. I was scared of myself, of what I would do. I didn’t think of how you felt, of how I felt” she whispered, seeing how his tears dragged down his eyes to his jaw. He shut his eyes as she ran her fingers over his face, clearing away the tears from his face. He held her hands under his, cherishing the feeling “I forgive you, but please don’t ever do that again..” he whispered, his words begging. She nodded quickly, he could see the genuine regret and reverence on her face as she did so. “I promise, this time I’m serious” she whispered, her voice breaking. “I won’t be mad if you don’t believe me, my love” she whispered. His heart broke as she spoke, pulling her into a close and tight embrace as he moved them down onto his bed, fingers resting along the small of her back under her top.~~~~~Mixed POVShe held him as she rested her head to his chest, her breathing slow but still shaky from previously crying. His hands rested under her shirt against his back, holding her as if she would disappear if he let go.The two were grateful to be back here, together. She ran her fingers through his hair as she moved up, his face moving to rest in the crook of her neck. She placed soft kisses against his forehead and the crown of his head, holding him close to her. He seemed to relax as she did this, then tension leaving his body and the moment only becoming more intimate. The two were grateful to be together, even just in the silent peace and reverent touch. Her fingers ran from the start of his hairline to the nape of his neck, her fingernails gently dragging across the skin of his scalp. Her kisses moved down to be placed along his cheeks and nose, his skin warm under her lips as she made her way down to his lips.Their lips met softly, not desperate but their longing tangible in the way his hands automatically rushed to her hips. He rolled onto his back and placed her in a straddling position on his hips. He held her carefully by a handful of her hair as their lips eagerly moved against the others. He pushed his hips up, tasting the remains of tears along her lips as he pushed his tongue into her mouth. A moan could be heard muffled against his tongue as she grasped the collar of his shirt. They really missed each other. Things carried out further in the hour they had alone, a moment of passion and longing. Later on, once they had exited his room, Sam spoke up. “We’ve got a location pinned on that possession. It’s a two hour drive. Bring your girlfriend with you” he commented as he pat Dean’s shoulder and left. She looked up at the ceiling a little as Sam made that last comment, fighting back a small chuckle. Once Sam was gone, she got up and fixed her hair, adjusting her "I guess the job is never done.” she said jokingly as she shook her head. Dean smirked with a quiet laugh, a low rumble from his chest as he pulled her close from behind, his hands rested on her lower stomach. He placed soft kisses against the back of her neck “we should go, you can use one of my jackets babe” he said softly. She could feel her heart flutter, the same as it always does with him when he called her babe. She nodded and moved to grab a thick black jacket, putting it on and zipping it up before grabbing her phone, wallet, keys and cigarettes. “Alright, let’s go” he said as he kissed the top of her head, opening the bedroom door and leading her out by her hand.~~~~~Mixed POVThe two met Castiel and Sam down at the Impala, it was cold and still really early. Castiel’s lip curled at her to which Sam elbowed him and whispered that things had been fixed, Castiel quickly recovering and adjusting himself before getting into the backseat. She got into the backseat with Castiel as Sam and Dean got into the front, Dean in the driver's seat. The tension wasn’t as suffocating as she had expected, relaxing as she buckled her seatbelt. Sam pulled out a hand gps and put the address in, Dean starting the car and pulling out.The hum of the Impala on the dark road was soothing, the sound rumbling through her body. She was drifting off, her head against the window as she fell asleep. She knew she was safe, that the three men would protect her with everything, even though Sam and Castiel still were upset with her.Dean smiled as he slightly looked up at the rearview mirror, her peaceful sleeping state making his heart skip a beat. As him and the other two conversed, he used his open hand to rest on her knee. Sam and Castiel exchanged a look before resuming the conversation regarding their plan on how to carry out the possessions and its exorcism.~~~~~The car came to a stop once they arrived at their location. It was an old rickety house in the middle of overgrown forest. Dean unbuckled and got out, as well as Sam and Castiel. Dean circled the car and opened her door, leaning down to gently shake her awake “babe, hey baby we’re here” he whispered as she woke, opening her eyes and sitting up. He helped her out of the car, shutting the door behind her before the two of them followed after Sam and Castiel. His hand rested on the small of her back as they walked “You can turn around (N)” he whispered to her. She shook her head and looked up at him before moving her gaze back in front of her “I’ll be fine honey” she nodded. Dean nodded as he moved to kiss her cheek, then help her up the stairs into the house. The four were quiet as they crept in, that was until a swift movement flashed before all of them. She cried out, yanked to the side and teeth sunk into her shoulder. This was about enough time for Sam to cock back and fire two silver bullets, one hit the entity and one punctured her right arm. A cry left her as the entity shriveled and vanished, completely gone.Dean fell to her side quickly, his expression full of worry as he checked her “shit..shit shit” he muttered as he pulled his jacket off and tied it tight around the wound, supporting her body against his. He grunted as he wrapped an arm around her waist and hoisted her body up into a bridal style carry. Castiel stayed back to check the area as Sam rushed after Dean.“Go stay back with Castiel” he said to Sam “finish the job.”Sam opened his mouth to protest but was cut off, “Now Sammy!” he said, leaning down to open the backseat of the Impala. Sam jogged off.Dean leaned down as he whispered quiet words of comfort, reminding her he was there as he fumbled for the first aid kit. It wasn’t normal for her to feel physical pain, but he would do anything to help her through it. He cleaned it up before resting his hands on her thighs “I’m going to stitch it, stay still my love” he whispered “You’re doing so well”He moved to push the needle into the affected skin, stitching the entrance wound and exit wound before cleaning and wrapping it. He pulled back to look at her, tears in her eyes and her body trembling. “My sweet girl” he whispered as he sat her up and pulled her close, holding her tight as he tried to soothe her. She shuddered softly as she laid her head against him. After a few moments, Sam and Castiel got into the car, getting in the front seat so Dean could stay in the back to comfort her.~~~~~Reader’s POVThe drive back was dead silent other than the whispered comfort from Dean. She knew she was safe. She was home, home in his arms, home with the three of them. For once in her decades of living, she felt like she belonged, comfortable.~~~~~Dean’s POVOnce they were back to the house, Dean carried her up and got her into bed. He watched as she almost immediately fell asleep, grabbing some removed to clean away her makeup and changing her into some of his shorts and a shirt. He was at peace seeing her comfortable and happy, he stripped his shirt and changed into some shorts before getting into bed. He pulled her close and rested her head to his chest as he did so, kissing her forehead softly and whispering a quiet “I love you”He had found his person, and he was never letting her go.~~~~~
