Running down a hallwaythat’s where she found herselfyronica and… aaaqil of all peopleugh, yronica hated himbut he was usefulyronica came up with a plan that could trigger her egocentric leechboth her and aaaqil ran into one of the classrooms, but yronica “accidentally” stumbled over one of the chairs, causing it to fall down and trip up aaaqilyronica quickly left the room, hearing aaaqil’s screams of pain after being hit by the janitors shovel, and luckily for her, yronica’s perk activated and she gained that shieldyronica know Callum wouldn’t be too happy with what she did, but she could brush it off as an accident, and because of how yronica made it looked, it would definitely fool Callum and aaaqilgod why was yronica so good at being evil?she quickly ran back towards the room, janitor swinging his shovel at her, but her egocentric leech shield blocking it, and she slowly started helping aaaqil back upbut janitor was waiting right behind her, and to make matters worse, he used his active so once yronica’s shield ran out, it would be a quick down for hershe would try run out, but janitor was bodyblocking both the doorsand out of desperation, Yronica yelled words she thought she would never in a million years”HELP ME!”and like that, her shield ran out, janitor began running towards her with his shovel raisedbut before he could land the blow and down yronica, mamo rushed into the room and bashed janitor across the back of the head with her batjanitor, caught offguard, stumbled forwards and tripped up, only to impale his face through one of the chairs legsYronica, aaaqil and mamo looked a little disturbed, the mist usually hid most gore from them, yet janitor’s blood was spilling out the holes of his body”I think I’m gonna be sick” aaaqil groaned”yeah well you’re gonna die of you don’t get up” yronica muttered annoyed before helping up the smaller boyas yronica and mamo helped aaaqil up, spores started to sprout out of the zombie corpse”wait shouldn’t the mist regenerate him, not do that?” Mamo asked, confused“Aaaqil, go get Iris and a couple others” yronica commanded the smaller boy”s-sure” aaaqil muttered before running offwhich left mamo and yronica in the room”so… you and Dakota?” Yronica asked, hoping to start a conversation”huh? Oh no no, don’t get the wrong idea, I like her sure, but not like that, we’re just friends” mamo answered with a little chuckle”oh really?” Yronica said with a smirk“But what about you and eman?” Mamo shot back”like you said… “just friends” mamo” yronica chuckled backa couple minutes later, aaaqil had managed to gather jun, Gavin, seoung and Iris”do you know anything about these spores, Iris?” Jun asked the florist”no I don’t… I’ve never seen anything like this…” Iris responded”but isn’t your whole thing nature?” Yronica scoffed”my whole “thing” Is plants, not damn fungus” Iris shot back”you should probably take a closer look… see if there’s anything you can recognise…” seoung said quietly”good idea” Iris said as she leaned forwards towards the sporesbut when she did, one of them exploded in her face”ACK! EW! BLEH!” Iris muttered”Iris!? Are you okay?!” Seoung rushed forwardsbut Iris’s eyes went red and veins appeared on her neck as her skin became more pale, as she turned towards seoung with a feral look”I-Iris..?” Seoung asked”RAHHHHHHH!” Iris yelled before lunging forwards at seoung”GET HER OFF! AHHH!” Seoung began desperately pushing Iris away from her, and Iris kept trying to bite herso Gavin pulled out his gun and fired it straight into iris’s head, killing the infected”that’s the first time my gun killed anything here…” Gavin said, surprised”WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT THING?!” Yronica yelled, disturbed”We need to leave! Come on! Let’s go back to the survivor camp!” Jun said as the six of them left the classroom, leaving behind the fungi covered corpse of aiden and the deceased corpse of Iris

Eventually all six of them rushed into the camp”Everyone’s still on trial, how do we tell them that Iris is fucking dead?” Yronica asked”But I’m not?” Iris said, walking out of her cabin”WHAT?!” Everyone said, turning to look at her, and the first thing they noticed, she had the eyes of an infectedout of pure instinct, Gavin whipped out his gun and pointed it at the florist”Gavin! Calm down!” Jun said, grabbing his pistol”We all saw how she acted with those damn eyes! Excuse me for not wanting to take any chances!” Gavin said, annoyedThey turned back to Iris”We thought you…” seoung started”got turned into a zombie? Oh I know, sorry about me lunging at seoung, I had no control…” Iris responded”it’s fine, so when did the mist regenerate you?” Jun asked”right as seoung said my name… I blacked out and woke back up here” Iris responded”I see… aaaqil you got any theories?” Yronica asked, a bit annoyed with having to ask the nerd for something, but she pushed that thought down”It seems it takes the mist a couple seconds to realise any infected survivors are actually dead… and instantly regenerates them, and since the mist always leaves behind corpses, it leaves a zombie body behind while the original one regenerates, however the mist clearly doesn’t know how to fully cure an infected…” aaaqil started to answer”and where is this leading?” Mamo asked”it means, we have very limited lives, once they run out, we don’t come back, we’ll still regenerate but it’ll only be as a zombie, so if Iris dies two more times…””the mist will keep regenerating zombie clones of her… trying to bring back the original!” Mamo said, realising”so basically Iris is a ticking time bomb, she dies? We get overrun with zombie clones” Gavin sighed”wait how do we know it’s infection based? What if, hear me out, What if the only way to turn is by another zombie, and since the first Iris zombie and janitor are dead, zombies shouldn’t respawn!” Yronica said, looking proud of herself”well there’s one way to find out, we gotta kill someone” Gavin sighed“Gavin what are you doing?” Seoung askedGavin didn’t reply, only pulling out his gun and shooting Yronica in the chest”JESUS!” Jun jumped backand the corpse… reanimated itself as a zombie while yronica regenerated back in her cabinso mamo, being the quick thinker, bashed the zombie yronica’s head offthey all watched as Yronica stormed out”WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU-“ she got cut off by seeing her own zombified corpse on the ground”holy shit…””oh great, we got some walking dead ass zombie stereotype, no matter how we die, we regenerate as a zombie” jun said, irritated”uh guys… no means to panic but… the other survivors are still in their trails with the killers…” seoung saidall of them looked at eachother before”SHIT!” Gavin cursed”the others don’t know, soon we’re gonna have zombified survivors running around! Oh this ain’t great” aaaqil sighed”no shit! these zombies can knock over seoung, and she’s 6’1, that says a lot, meaning they can easily take out shorter killers like idol!” Yronica groaned”a zombie slasher is the last thing I want to imagine” Iris shuddered, having PTSD from when slasher sniped her on cliffmack beach”we gotta figure out someway to tell the others” mamo responded

Here Riley was, hiding in one of the rooms on haverhillhis mind was racinghow the FUCK could this have happened?!it was a normal trial, until idol killed his first victim, dae-jungafter that, dae reanimated and started attacking the survivors, which ye-jun did the stupid mistake of thinking dae was working with him and went to hug him, only to be mangled and infected, and one by one, the survivors began to fall, after dae’s death, the ye-jun and dae-jung zombies made quick work of Cora, Adriana, Arlo, Dante, Yan and ironically, Becca, who was meant to be the final girlbut now there was no final girlonly a final boyRiley Westhe knew what he needed to do, find a way outbut he had to be quickthe zombies were everywhere, and Riley was unarmed, normally Riley would take this as a thrillbut now he realised there was no time for gameshe quickly ran out of the room, and unfortunately, right past Adriana, which screeched as a reactionshit, Riley knew the other infected heard thatbut he didn’t careRiley continues to push forwardsCora came out of nowhere and tried to get the jump on himbut Riley wasn’t the idiot they all thought of him ashe moved out of the way and slammed the infected’s face right into a wall, blood dripping down it as the body collapsedhe pushed forwards, because Adriana was making good progress towards him, so he started running up the staircasethe infected dae-jung tried blocking his path”MOVE BITCH” Riley yelled as he shoved the infected dae-jung down the staircase, making Adriana stumble but not causing her to fall overhe almost made it to the top, but the infected ye-jun came into the doorway and tried swinging it’s hammer at himbut Riley was fast enough to react in timehe quickly slid under the infected before kicking it in the back as the infected ye-jun fell down the staircase until it hit the very bottom, blood splattering everywhere, but Riley knew these infected were toughearlier he tried saving becca before she turned as he used a piece of sharp metal and stabbed the infected Yan in the neck, but that did nothing to iteventually he made it to the very top of haverhill when he realised he forgot one thinghe WAS going to light a flare and call a helicopter rescuebut this was the mist, there were no helicopter pilots, let alone helicoptersso he looked downthe infected Adriana, Ye-jun, Yan, Dae-jung, Becca, Dante, Arlo and Cora were all down there, clawing at the wall he was standing on, trying to reach him”Okay Riley, think rational, if you do something stupid like try jump on their heads like it’s super Mario, you’ll fall and become zombie food…” he began to say to himself”but I have an idea…”he pulled out the flare he had”HEY ZOMBIES! EAT THIS!”he yelled as he threw it at them, quickly making lightthe zombies all hissed as they covered their eyes”HAHA! RILEY 1, ZOMBIES… 7… whatever” he said as he jumped down from the wall and tried using the scaffolding to get to the bottom floor, but one of the infected noticed him, and soon, all eight were on himbut Riley wasn’t going down easy, he was using weaves and occasionally threw some jabs at the zombies before he found himself back to square one, back in that room, only thing was, he wasn’t hiding, the zombies were all infront of him as he was pinned to the windowwith no other options, Riley jumped out, only to grab onto the balcony and swing himself through the window below”hah, I’m too smart, Riley 2, zombies 7, I’m catching up” he chuckled before looking around”over there” he said to himself as he started moving towards the room the mist escape wasbut before he could reach it, Cora leapt from around the walland Riley tried desperately to push her offbut Cora stayed onwas he seriously going to lose here..? no…he refusednot when he was so closeHE REFUSEDusing all his strength, he grabbed Cora and shoved her off”ARGHHHHHH!” Riley yelled before charging at Cora, grabbing her by the neck and slamming her jaw into the doorframe, breaking it as Riley dropped the zombiehe then ran onto the mist escape and used it to leave just as Cora tried lunging for him againwhen Riley spawned back in the camp, he saw Jun, Iris, Seoung, Gavin, Aaaqil, Mamo and Yronica, except Iris had red eyes like the zombies”GUYS! YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED!” He went to say to them”Lemme guess, zombies?” Jun asked”Wha- how did you-“”because it happened to us too” mamo cut him off”Iris turned into an infected and lunged at seoung, but we shot her down””then how is she-“ Riley asked confused”alive?” Iris asked, before chuckling “all of us, survivors and killers, have three lives, if we die, we respawn at camp but with one sign of infection””what happens if we lose all three lives?” Riley asked, confused”the mist keeps spawning zombified versions of us in an attempt to bring back the original one, but there is no original one, the infection fully took over and keeps killing them and regenerating them as zombies forever” Jun answered”what happened in your trial anyways Riley? Did anything happen?” Mamo asked”yeah, you see… idol got infected too, as well as Yan, Becca, Cora, Adriana, Dante, Arlo and Dae-jung” Riley answered”So killers aren’t immune either…” aaaqil said to himself”either way that means those eight are one step closer to full zombification” Yronica muttered”Oh this ain’t good” Riley groaned

An entire month…that’s how long it had been since the outbreak had startedthe original seven survivors and riley had warned the others about their zombie duplicatesand at first nobody believed them, nobody believed usuntil dae-jung got attacked and killed his zombified self”seeing myself so… twisted… so corrupted… it’s sickening… it shows you a fate that’s bound to happen, now look at me”his skin had gone fully pale with some bits of flesh starting to rot”death is inevitable with these zombies, it’s only one death before I’m gonna die for good…”dae-jung is traumatised, I know that so far, but here are the notes I’ve collected so far“YOU”We don’t know much about them, we only call them “YOU” because we are unsure of their name, since they are mute, they are still helpful, only thing is they don’t know about the infected, any survivors that are unaware of the infection are on a stage called “stage -1”YOU’s Hostility levels: 0%
RILEY WEST
Riley had an entire horde on them with his first encounter, barely escaping by the skin of his teeth, it was the first time any of us heard of a scared Riley, he’s currently on stage 0 of the infection, stage 0 is known as uninfected, the virus hasn’t reached them yet, but they are aware of itRiley’s hostility levels: 0%
IRIS DALEY
Iris was the first to be infected with the virus, making her our “patient zero”despite being the first infected, she wasn’t the first to have a second death, seoung was lucky enough to be saved from her zombified alternate, Iris is currently on stage 1 of the infection, stage 1 is known as first death, you’ve been killed already and have one zombie attribute, the infected’s eyes, but despite that, you aren’t a zombie, you only have their sightIris’s hostility levels: 12%
DAE-JUNG PAK
Dae-hung is the first survivor to have been killed by the zombies twice, his current attribute is the fact he has rotted flesh now and feels a lot weaker, along with the fact we now have TWO dae-jung zombies out there, he is currently on stage 2 of the infection, and is one death away from becoming a full zombie, which means he’s a lot more paranoidDae-jung’s hostility levels: 34%
Infected copies

but suddenly arlo and kyle doubled over, as if their heads were hurting when the mutated pulled out some form of voodoo magic, and before anybody could react, it rushed forward and stabbed Kyle right through the gut, as he fell over and laid there with blood pouring out

her whole right side started to turn wooden as her eyes became more lifeless and her left hand grew claws out of wood, until eventually, her entire right side of her body was wood, even her face was half wood with it’s own eye, as the roots quickly detached from this mutant Dakota, letting her free, her eyes had very little life left in them, meaning she was still sentient

he took a step forward when suddenly the infected Dakota swung it’s right arm at her, which had evolved into an entire ass tree with no leaves or branches, so it hurt when being hit by, Jonas stumbled back a bit after narrowly dodging it but he managed to get up
