Due to ‘mental health citations’ for Sabrina, Adrien, Dupain-Cheng, and all of her old class, Chloé had been transferred to attend a different lycée.With no friends, no sycophants, and no talents, she’d found herself lonely, and the majority of her schoolmates who had heard her name before only knew about her from the Ladyblog. The fellow student who knew her best, unfortunately for Chloé, was Opalisse Beaureal.“What do you think you’re doing?” The words escaped Chloé before she could stop herself.“Ruining your bag, what’s it look like? This is payback for Stormy Weather 2.0…” Opalisse scoffed at Chloé’s affronted expression. “What, are you really gonna blame that soda in your bag on me? You’re not gonna do shit.”Tears in her eyes, Chloé glared at the girl who had taken a stand against her. “What do you think will happen when I go to the principal about this?”Opalisse just laughed. “That’s a good question, isn’t it? Who do you think Principal Proulx will believe - the spoiled mayor’s daughter with a history of bullying, or the older sister of one of her old victims, who just so happened to see her dump soda into her own bag to try and frame me?” She shrugged. “If Chloé Bourgeois can pay someone else in designer brands to do her homework, she can afford another school-bag.”“Sh-Shut up!”“Buy my silence.”Chloé blanched, shutting her own mouth immediately. She just wanted the senior to stop!“Just remember - you have no power and no friends here, and nobody is scared of you. If you do scare anyone, all they have to do is come to me… and now that you’re on my turf, I’ll make sure you regret it. Nobody will save you, not even Hawkmoth. After you’re deakumatized over making a trivial stink, you’ll be even more despised.” Leaning in, she whispered, “You’re just a spoiled, useless little girl, and I’m going to make sure you never forget it.”With that, Opalisse tossed Chloé her destroyed bag and walked off, leaving the rich girl to bury her head in her hands and cry.
