Epilogue
A tyrannical leader takes power on January 20th, 2037, by March of the same year she has effectively dismantled the government. Although no one expected what was to come when she won the election the previous November. The first female president in U.S. history would turn out to be the one to undo almost three centuries of feminine progress. Her party, "The Unity & Tradition Party" (UTP), won the election as a more moderate party then the two main ones. They claimed their goal was to to bring modesty and order back to the country but still keep equality and diversity going. The previous congress under political and voter pressure had passed the “Passing of the Torch act,” an act that established term limits on congressional positions. It was also enact that: “any congress person who seaks to delay, obstruct, or interrupt the process of democracy for unfit means, or Engaging in subversive, extremist, or anti-democratic activities as determined by Congress, shall be removed from office by a two thirds vote of the body of congress in witch they precede.” It would be ratified by 43 states as the 28th amendment a month later. A congress person can now either serve two terms in the Senate, or four terms in the house. This has the effect of 475 of 535 congress seats being up for election. They won 73 seats in the senate, 287 seats in the house, and most importantly, the White House.At the beginning of every congress, or every two years, the house creates and adopts its rules. To introduce a new rule, the majority party must put forth a rule change. It takes half of the house to pass the new rule. The U.T.P. with is 287 seats, and bribing another 4 seats, has two thirds majority. Although the bribing would not be know by more then a few people. The very first rule passed is that if a motion or bill does not pass the house after a vote, then it may not be discussed in the house or voted on at all for another month. The next one passed is a very loosely defined rule that gerrymandering is an obstruction of democracy and that is no longer aloud in the house. In the week following the election, UTP media groups would begin to semi falsely accuse non UTP congress member of plotting to delay democracy and plans of gerrymandering any bill that the UTP puts forward. The very few real pieces of evidence of this found are only fuel on the fire as false evidence is put forward. In the short few months between the election and being sworn in, the UTP has gained most of the public support. The Constitution states that it takes a two-thirds vote to ex-spell a house member. A house member. A special election must be held in that congressional district to elect a new house member. But that takes weeks at best. If things where to happen before those elections could happen, and the executive branch did nothing to intervene then who was the UTP to judge. On the first day of the new congress, 132 of the 148 seats not held by the UTP are expelled from the house. This was done under the new gerrymandering rule. The rest, either by fear or bribed, are forced to join with the UTP. A similar situation occurs in the senate. Congress and the White house are now totally controlled by the UTP. With total control of the senate, President Avery Calloway puts forth her nominations for cabinet heads, department chairs, and other high ranking offices. All of these where planned since nonmember to put people loyal to the UTP in the highest parts of government. Having enough votes to do so, hearings are skipped all together and all but three nominations are passed. These three nominations are simply cover for the UTP to claim that they did not appoint everyone with out a hearing. They thought though all of their votes. However, the nominations that did not pass would each have ten minute hearings and then be passed. A slap in the face to the multi-day long normal hearings. An emergency session of the supreme court is held the next day. The two of the nine resign and flee to other country while they feel they still can. Two more call for the states to rise up and regain control of the country. The remaining declare all that the UTP has done unconstitutional, but with the UTP in total control of the government expect for the court, there is no one left to enforce the court’s declaration at the federal level. UTP loyalists troops storm the court room moments after congress declares all of the remaining members of the court insurrectionists. The White house declares marshal law, suspends habeas corpus, and declares that any state, person, or group that tries to stand in the way of “democracy” will be arrested or executed on sight. Only an hour after the court falls, the USS Gerald. R. Ford slips its moorings under the cover of night. Navel Station Norfolk is dark from a power outage. Navy high command is engaged in a bloody power struggle for weather to comply with the president, or to rise up against her. Commander of Naval Surface Force Atlantic (COMNAVSURFLANT) has declared he swore to uphold the Constitution, and not the president. He will stall for as much time as possible for his ships to slip out to sea before the president’s forces can stop them. The Ticonderoga class cruiser USS Normandy is ahead of the Ford screening the channel. Her sister ship the USS Vicksburg will follow the carrier. As Ford slips under the I-64 bridge, the destroyers USS Mcfaul, USS Bulkeley, and USS Mason all slip their births and join the carrier force moving out to sea. The other destroyer of the group, USS Oscar Austin, will not join them. Her commander could not convince enough of her crew to join with him and a gunfight was currently raging aboard the ship. The ships all where running under darken shipped and EMCON. No light or signals where being emitted from the ships. The Carriers aircraft would meet up with her once she was out to sea. The US Government was too preoccupied with congealing its power to notice that an entire carrier battle group has just slipped out to sea. USNS John Lewis, a supply oilier, would also join them later. Over the coming days the government would use loyalist troops to secure its control over states. Power outages cover all but the richest parts of the country. The people now in power have a higher net worth then every other person in the country combined. The rich now control everything. Leveraging the huge power of whats left of the US military, the UTP declares that the US is closed to all outside countries. Fighter jets patrol the borders. Satellites are jammed. Undersea fiber cables go dark. Over the past decade the second amendment has had more and more restrictions on it. Gun buy backs have reached the point where only 1 in 3 US Citizens own a firearm. Resistance efforts are crushed as over whelming force and brutish tactics are used. The government has declared that if you are a traitor, you family is considered traitors too. Traitors shall be arrested or killed on sight. Two weeks later, President Avery Calloway’s administration passes the “Human Product Production, Breeding, and Industrialization Act.” Realizing that its very inefficient to have a bunch of prison camps with people that are costing the government to keep. Work camps though out history had proven to be good only for slowly killing your workers. A way was devised that will change the course of history as humans are used and breed for everything from power production, to the production of goods. All while keeping them alive and profitable.

“Are we ready?” The president asked“Yes Ma’am, we are. Both I.C.E., D.H.S., Ag, and Human Health and services are all ready”“Very well, you may begin”“Thank you, Ma’am” The head of the department of Human Health and services said. “The testing facility in upstate is ready. We are going to be pulling from the temporary traitor camp out side of Binghamton, New York. We already have six specimens selected, three female, three males. Different age groups for all three. First off we will inject the females breasts with a cocktail of progesterone, estrogen, prolactin, placental lactogen, and a few other growth related hormones to cause breast growth and prepare for milk production. We will have to be careful with to much estrogen from other processes, as it could hamper milk production. For the uterus, we will do a direct injection from the lower abdominal and navel region. We will inject Human Menopausal Gonadotropins, this is a combination of hormones that will both prepare the uterus for impregnation and the release of multiple eggs at one. Some other hormones will also be included for the same purpose. We will also include the genetic modifiers for the ovaries. This is one place where we will want to be careful with the estrogen. The hormone helps thicken the uterine lining for implantation. Next we will use a blocker for the hormone that triggers ovulation that way we control when impregnation happens. Thirty six hours before impregnation we will stop the blockers and flood the cattle with that hormone. Our computer simulations show that between two and four eggs will be released. We will flood the specimen with sperm every thirty minutes from twelve hours before ovulation to twelve after. Our simulations predict between one to three egg will be fertilized. The genetically modified sperm will lead to more productive offspring but does lead to only five percent of sperm injected will be viable. This will mean that we need large amounts of sperm for the constant injections. More injections will be done into the labia, cervix, vaginal wall, abdominal wall, and pelvis to help increase skin elasticity and prevent damage from the constant breeding. Current out look puts the pregnancy period down to fourteen days. A normal pregnancy uses about 65,000 to 90,000 calories over the course of nine months. Ours will use around 120,000 to 150,000 to account for the rapid growth. The calories will be delivered though one and a half inch oral feeding tube, the hi calorie nutrients need a delivery substance. We have decided to use the discard semen from the filters. We know this has no chance of being used for fertilization so we thought this would be a good way to reduce waste. Urine will be removed though a catheter. The anus will be permanently expanded and flushed as needed. Now for the males we will use the same tubes but different injections and hormon-”“That’s enough nitty gritty, when will the first breeding take place?” The president interrupted.“I… It should be ready two weeks from Monday Ma’am, I would be happy to g-”“Very well keep me posted, how are the raids on the resitaince fighters going?”“We have captured another 40,000 today alone ma’am. The east coast is doing best, its hard to get troops shipped though the Midwest and to the west coast without them getting attacked” The D.H.S. director responded.“Keep it up! We want as much live stock as possible for the breeding program. Where are we on making meaningful electrical power from them?”

Temporary Traitor Camp 034
Binghamton, New York
Sasha held her little brother tight to her chest as hey huddled together for warmth in the cold drafty warehouse of the camp. The warehouse was fairly empty. The odd two hundred people that had been forcef in did not even begin to fill the warehouse. This was not how her life was supposed to be going. She was 19, had graduated high school as Summa Cum Laude. Take a year break before going to Columbia Law school. She was voted most likly to succeed. She was not supposed to have been shoved in a grimy prison camp after her idot redneck stepfather had tried to shoot the soldiers patrolling their town with a shot gun that he had drunkenly forgot to even load. The soldiers shot him in the head with their pistols. When her mother stupidly charged at them, they shot her too. Sasha was smarter then that. She shielded Luke from the sigh of their bodies in the street as soldiers forced both of them into the back of a canvas covered army truck. He was technically her step brother, but she would always thing of him has her little brother. He was only seven. This was not where she had though her life would go but would try to make the best of it for him. He was all she had left. She dozed off clutching him in her arms on the cold floor of the warehouse. Sasha was jolted away by two soldiers grabbing her under her arms, throwing Luke way from her pulling her up.“LET ME GO” She screamed and kicked and flailed trying to get free of the two soldiers. She fought even harder when Luke ran towards her trying to help her and one of the soldiers kicked him in the gut. He flew backwards onto the ground. The last Sasha saw of him he was not moving. Sasha was balling her eye out as the two soldiers drug her across the camp to another building. She let her feet drag across the ground, too destoryed to be bothered to try and walk. At some point one of her shoes fell off, her feet where already numb from the cold anyways. Inside the building a metal collar is placed around her neck. A metal ring is placed around her hip and her hands are cuffed together. The one soilder forces her mouth open by roughly hitting her ass making her scream out loud. The other shoves a metal ball gag in her mouth and secures it behind her head. They roughly bring her over to another canvas covered army truck and shove her up inside. They clime in after her. They pick her up by the armpits and place her on a wooden bench. The bench has a pole behind it and the collar and ring around her hip are secured to it. Keeping her from moving her torso at all. Her ankles are chained to the floor and her cuffed hands are raised and secured up to the metal frame supporting the canvas. The soldiers get out of the truck, and close the canvas back. Before they do Sasha sees that two other women and three men are in the truck with her. One of the men is the same age as she is. The rest including the women are all older. As the canvas closes and the back of the truck is bathed in darkness, Sasha wonders where she went wrong in life. What did she do to earn this. The truck rumbles out of the building and out into the night.
